It's good to eat. It was tasty, but not very delicious.

There are two guys working (I went for several days in a row for study reasons). The guy who works during the day was good, nice, friendly, and pleasant. The guy who works at night was terrible. When I spoke to him and asked him questions, I spoke to him in German, and he answered me in English (it's worth noting that I'm Spanish and don't speak German like a native). I asked him several times to speak to me in German, since I knew he spoke it because he had done so before. He overcharged me one time, and when I told him, he said no, that it was fine, and the next day, for the same thing I had ordered, he undercharged me, in other words, he ripped me off once. Then, I asked him several times for a kebab with cheese, twice; both times, he didn't serve it to me, and I told him so. According to him, he had served it to me, but after eating it, you couldn't see it. Overall, it's a good place to eat during the day and other things. If the guy who works at night serves you, it's better to go somewhere else.

Very pleasant service! English and German. Happy, talkative, helpful. Also open until 3am, saw others around at night despite an otherwise-empty street :)

I visited this place back in 2021 and it was the BEST doner spot I have ever gone to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We came here every day during our trip. We tried other doner spots and it was not as good as this one

I ate at two kebab places during my stay in Berlin. One of them was kind of "famous," and what do you want me to say? This one is WILD! It's delicious and the portions are so good, because it was almost closed. We got one to share, and he gave me some spicy sauce on the side, since my mom didn't like it, and a doner box. I highly recommend it, and the owner is very helpful.

Delicious food (best food ever), but the restaurant is not very cozy

A completely cold shawarma that fell apart, the sauce smeared the bag because there was not enough foil, too hot spicy sauce, so I could not taste it at all and my lips and throat burned very much. I heated it up and ate it because I was hungry, but it still feels unpleasant. I know that different fast food outlets make shawarma differently, but I think it's important to warn about such a spicy one.

Had a large Donner and split it with my dearly beloved. Enjoyed it very much, lovely filling great bread and fabulous sauce. Everything very fresh. Well priced. Had a kebab at Teras nearer the centre the next day and it was disappointing in comparison

Came here after arriving late in Berlin after our flight. Lovely food, probably one of the best doner's I've had. I ordered the chicken doner kebab and my husband ordered the lamb doner box meal. And then we shared a currywurst. The bread in the chicken doner was so crispy and not soggy at all compared to the ones we have in England. It all came so well together, we were really surprised as it also tasted fresh. Only thing I'd say is that I wasnt really asked what sauce I wanted on my chiekn doner kebab, they just added garlic sauce and I typically go for chilli sauce but not a big deal because it tasted great! The currywurst was a bit underwhelming...don't get me wrong, it still tasted great but we've had better. Can't complain as it was only $3.

Easily the best döner kabab were ever had; döner meat was incredibly tasty and seasoned and tasted like actual meat unlike a lot of the döner shops here in Scotland, and the salad with it was beautiful and extremely fresh and crisp with many beautiful flavours, and topped off with some of the best sour dough were ever had. They also have a nice selection of beer and are really nicely priced.

I cannot even put into words the delicacy of this splendid kebab. However, were I to summarise, the sheer aura gained by entering this most distinguished establishment is second to none, further ahead even than any of Gordon Ramsay’s mediocre slop. The prices, oh my sigma, where do I start? One can only describe these costs as negligible - extremely fair, if not an incredible modern-day generosity in a world of extortion. Visit now. In my personal opinion, BVG must construct, immediately, a dedicated metro station to City Döner.

Amazing went in there with my school unexpectedly. Did over 15+ order all to amazing standers. Food was stunning best I’ve had

I came to the kebab in the evening to get food for myself and my friends. The seller barely understood me (even though I spoke clearly). I asked for a kebab without meat and the other seller apparently didn't understand this, no problem in itself, but instead of giving me a new kebab afterwards, he simply took out the meat that was already in the sauce and put it back. It took quite a while to get my food, even though it wasn't really busy, so you should at least expect good service. Nevertheless, I would have liked to have ignored it if there hadn't been problems with payment. I said clearly what I wanted to pay together and I thought after the third repetition he would have understood, but when I ran out I was called after me, apparently I didn't pay for the fries? Given the price, I didn't notice this because I also said that I would pay for the fries with the kebab (my girlfriend paid the rest). Instead of being told normally that something was still missing, I was insulted as an “8€ thief” and a “scammer”. The atmosphere didn't save this experience either. It looks very dirty and run down. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!

So, where to start, it was very difficult to understand the shopkeeper who didn't speak English but I'm happy that despite the barriers we still managed to communicate (a friend of his also helped us), in the end I managed to have my kebab, very good, large portions, golden and crispy potatoes. Admitting that maybe the chef doesn't seem like the most reliable person in the world but never judge a book by its cover.

The best and fresh döner in Berlin. We came back at least 4 times to eat here and did so many take aways! My 11 year old who is picky also ate the döner box and loved it! So clean inside and so is the toilet.. highly recommend this place. The guys in the shop are really good too and helpful.

Great food. Accidentally charged me too much but caught his own mistake and paid me back in cash, which was much appreciated.

It has vegan doner, but they almost don’t put seitan and is deep fried which makes it dry and not very good. It also doesn’t have any vegan sauces except from ketchup and scharf. And also was way more expensive
