I used to come here often until my girlfriend and I got food poisoning. I still went when the prices were low, but with the new prices and poor meat quality I don't have to bother anymore.

Yufka suddenly 7€ again and still embarrassingly small

Very, very unfortunate! The €5 kebab promotion (€6.50 pizza promotion) has been running for many weeks/months now - and I enjoyed being a customer during this time. Now the prices are unfortunately just as outrageous as the competition... Well, it was a nice time - but everything has an end... :-(

I have now ordered 3 times within 4 weeks: 2 x large Yufka and 1 x kebab box The yufkas almost fell apart because of the dough and didn't taste like anything and the meat wasn't good either. At the DönerBox yesterday The fries were freshly made in the deep fryer and were still cold inside... The sauce tasted good but the meat was a disaster. Considering that it was cut fresh from the spit, the meat was cold and half of it felt like it was just fat... Never again

Now there is a discount for every pizza for €6.5, kebab and yufka for €5. Both taste good and the portion is more than enough. It's very worth it.

It depends on the day. There are days when it is really, really good and there are days when it is not edible at all. Why do you still want the kebab meat to be made from poultry? The service is also staff dependent. That's why I give it three stars. There are four parking spaces directly on site, one of which is for the disabled. As a rule, it is always full. Otherwise it is close to the S-Bahn station. Addendum: I recently had a Yufka that was probably no longer good. I had a bowel movement afterwards. The staff wasn't really friendly either. I used to go there often, but now I'll let it go.

The food was mid at best and the restaurant was very uncomfortable, but the service was definitely the worst part. 0/10 would not recommend.

The only ones who will still offer kebabs for €5 in 2024 ;)

Doner kebab was way too small. and way too cheap and way too bad in terms of quality.

The kebab is currently cheaper, but also smaller. I don't know what that's about. Should I eat less now to save money? They simply put in less content. The last yufka I bought was half dough.

I'll be back for the €5 Yufka offer! Price performance good. The yufka is also very tasty!

Lousy store!!! Ordered via Lieferando, called twice and asked if the order had arrived. Order was confirmed twice. Then at some point I got a call saying the order hadn’t been received! Absolutely not recommended!!!

Affordable. If you are looking for a satisfying meal, you can come here. It's in a good location. You won't have any transportation problems. Very good for the price. They have discounted prices. Doner box 5 euros. Pizza is 6.50 euros. Doner dough is 5 euros. I think the dishes can be tried. It's not a luxury place. Good at cleaning

I am absolutely thrilled with the kebab shop! The current offers are unbeatable and the food was incredibly delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the preparation exceeded my expectations. I am completely satisfied and will definitely come back. A culinary highlight! Very friendly staff

Evil eye & good Yufka On the way back from a walk we spontaneously stopped at Carthage. Service: That brings me to the first point. When I entered the "Karthago" I wasn't sure whether I had just entered the restaurant or had come in outside opening hours. The looks from the gentleman in service were a bit strange. I don't need a lot of service - especially in kebab shops - but I should feel welcome. The ordering process was also extremely taciturn. Because of the service, I wouldn't have to make a second visit. - 2/5 Eat: I ordered a Yufka, which tasted really good. I ate it with appetite, the sauce was delicious. Everything was fine there. - 4/5 Price-performance ratio: The Yufka has a price of €5.50. Basically a normal price now. In this case, however, the price is also off-putting due to the rather unwelcoming service. For the quality of the Yufka alone, that would have been good. - 3/5 Conclusion: The service can be expanded to the maximum. The evil looks behind the counter are not something I want to get used to. The Yufka itself is good, I would eat it again at any time. Since this is not the only Yufka in Karlsruhe that tastes convincing, I would choose other locations in the future. - 3/5

I ordered a kebab plate and Yufka Jumbo via delivery service, with the instruction to pack the sauce separately. None: Fries and flatbread very soggy, the quality of the meat (turkey and veal ordered & looked like chicken??) questionable. Service/delivery time otherwise OK.

The staff (almost always) very unfriendly, sometimes even impossible. In addition, no one wears a mask there, not even the boss's wife (?), who just walks in, even though all the guests do (because of Corona). For a kebab or yufka, I'd rather walk a little further and pay €0.50 more and get a much better product (from the competition) from much nicer people!! really bad... shortly before nine there was no more kebab meat and then it was unfriendly. Thank you, never again!!!

3 stars because the kebab is good. I ordered a pizza with gorgonzola, onions and garlic and got a 4 cheese pizza WITHOUT onions and garlic. I hate soft cheese on pizza... Check pizza better when receiving it.

3x Pide The pide was made with tomato sauce. I wrote sauce for 2 piden. Got a very bad one and one on the Pide. The only good thing was that the pide was still warm when it arrived.

The kebab was very lightly seasoned, it tasted 0.0 and it was half cold! And for 7€, never again.

Im gonna keep it a full buck, this döner is mid at best. The Yufka could be better, tasted a bit burnt, the meat didn't taste the greatest and the french fries were soggy, not great.

Was delivered quickly and hot. Unfortunately the order was different (different meat on pizza than chosen). The taste was still good

It was a good Döner when it cost 5€. I went there often. But now for 7€ it's really not worth it. For that price I would rather go to another Döner

Die Pizzen sind wenn man verkatert ist und was fettiges essen möchte sehr gut. Es gibt aber im Umkreis einfach besseres.. Das Fleisch fand ich dort noch nie gut bzw. der Döner/Yufka/Lahmacun alles gleich schmeckend und richtig fad.

Veggie Döner und Veggie Yufka sind ganz gut. Preis-Leistung nicht zu beanstanden, trotz der derzeitigen Energiekrise. Ich hole meist frisch to go. Bisher kein negatives Erlebnis gehabt. Ist immer gut besucht. Das Personal wirkt oft sehr lustlos und genervt und daher hake ich es als normal ab ;) Ist wohl deren Art.

Sehr leckerer Döner und Yufka. Sehr zu empfehlen :-) Haben das erste mal da bestellt. Haben erst die Rezessionen gelesen und zweimal überlegt da zu bestellen. Wurden aber eines besseren belehrt. War echt super.

Habe mir heute Mittag zur Abwechslung mal wieder einen Döner gekauft, sonst esse ich eher eine Pizza dort. Wie immer war ich mit meiner Bestellung sowie dem Personal sehr zufrieden. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen

War nix besonders, Preise waren zwar sehr günstig aber der Döner sowie die Pizza waren sehr mager belegt mit Fleisch... Die Soße hat auch nach nix geschmeckt. Hat nach billigen Zutaten geschmackt... Für den Preis ok, jedoch kriegt man was besseres

In Stoßzeiten muss man auf Zack sein, es wird nur in die Menge gefragt "wer hat XY" und wer sich schnell genug meldet, bekommt auch als erstes für sich belegt. Die Pizzen sind für den Preis gut, Margarita für 6,00€ Das Ambiente ist im Anbetracht der Lage ganz OK, für's Mittagessen reischaufeln reicht's vollkommen aus

Pizza bestellen, 10 Minuten später ist sie fertig.

Preis Leistung ist wirklich top. Bis jetzt immer zufrieden 💪 Update: Pizza eher schlecht wie recht ( geliefert)

Die Preise für das Essen sind echt im Rahmen aber der Service und das Essen an sich … man bestellt am Telefon und wird nicht mal neutral bedient sondern klingt schon genervt am Telefon. Man bestellt ne Hähnchen Pizza und da sind nur einige kleine Stücken Hähnchen drauf und lauter weiterer Kleinigkeiten, die vergessen werden, wie Sauce etc …

Fleisch ist echt gut aber alles andere... Naja. Luft nach oben.

Verkäufer extrem demotiviert und unfreundlich. Jedoch war das nichts gegen den wiederkommen Yufka bei dem das Fleisch nicht wirklich angebraten und somit matschig war. Nie wieder essen wir dort.

Auf dem Rückweg eines Spaziergangs sind wir spontan im Karthago eingekehrt. Service: Das bringt mich schon zum ersten Punkt. Bei Betreten des "Karthago" war ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich gerade Gastronomie betreten oder Hausfriedensbruch begangen habe. Die Blicke des Herrn im Service war etwas befremdlich. Ich brauche - gerade in Dönerläden - keinen riesen Service, aber willkommen sollte ich mich schon fühlen. Auch der Bestellvorgang lief extrem wortkarg. Auf Grund des Service müsste ein zweiter Besuch für mich nicht sein. - 2/5 Essen: Ich habe mir einen Yufka bestellt, welcher geschmacklich wirklich gut war. Ich habe ihn mit Appetit gegessen, die Soße war lecker. Da war alles in Ordnung. - 4/5 Preis-Leistungsverhältnis: Der Yufka hat einen Preis von 5,50€. Grundsätzlich ja inzwischen ein üblicher Preis. In diesem Fall aber auf Grund des eher abweisenden Service auch ein abschreckender Preis. Für die Qualiät des Yufka alleine wäre das noch gut gewesen. - 3/5 Fazit: Der Service ist maximal ausbaufähig. Die bösen Blicke hinter der Theke wären nichts an das ich mich gewöhnen will. Der Yufka selbst ist gut, den würde ich jederzeit wieder essen. Da dies aber nicht der einzige Yufka in Karlsruhe ist welcher geschmacklich überzeugt, würde ich mich zukünftig für andere Lokalitäten entscheiden. - 3/5
