Really good kebab. And the pistachio snack was also wonderful. You can sit outside or inside and spend time here. Definitely recommend it!

I went to Donatella Döner and was unfortunately very disappointed. I paid a whopping €12 for a plate of doner kebabs, but the portion was completely inadequate. There was very little meat; instead, the plate was mostly filled with fries. When I asked about it, the staff were unfortunately very arrogant and not at all customer-friendly. For this price, I expect a fair amount of meat and respectful treatment of customers. I don't think that's acceptable and therefore cannot recommend the place.

Doner kebab with tzatziki isn't particularly good; it has nothing to do with tzatziki, more like thousand island dressing.

A solid eatery outside the city center, near the S-Bahn station, there are no crowds or lines, and the moderate customer traffic indicates a lot of work, as several staff members are busy, so there's no risk of stale food. The kebab is very good in several varieties, so you need to be able to negotiate the ingredients. A selection of drinks from the fridge, including several types of beer, and tables on the street, make it easy to linger. I'll gladly return.

Karli's is simply a Babelsberg institution. Known throughout Potsdam. Zucchini halloumi is incredibly delicious. If you're considering opening a second shop, PLEASE come to Waldstadt (20,000 people, more than Babelsberg) and not a single kebab (a boozer) anywhere in sight :(

As always, I wanted to order my schwama with halloumi. Instead of meat, the employee suddenly wanted €7 instead of €5. I go there often because I live nearby and am friendly to the employees, as I've known them for a while. When I politely asked why this was the case and pointed out that there was no price difference between the different side dishes for a kebab, the older of the two suddenly started yelling at me and said he wanted to throw me out. I understand that kebab men are overworked because it's very hard work, but this behavior is unacceptable. If he had charged €5.50 or €6, no problem, but €2 more is just stupid, especially because I always tip and, as I said, made sure to remain friendly. I've worked in the restaurant industry myself and know how annoying some customers can be. I'm definitely not going there anymore.

You've really declined considerably – unfortunately! This used to be my favorite kebab shop. The lahmacun and kebab box were great. Now the chicken is only okay – the other meats are often already cold on the plate and unfortunately no longer taste good. It was probably too good for too long – a real shame!

At all times, the best for the summer atmosphere is the place of karli Döner. As for the delicious food, they always provide the best they have. I thank the staff for providing delicious food and wonderful service. Their new branch has opened next to them. I wish them continued success and prosperity.

Best kebab in town!! Actually! But today I wasn't so happy 😞 The junior waitress was quite rude and seemed annoyed. I didn't feel like a customer, more like I was intruding, and he ended up getting the wrong sauce. The two older gentlemen are not like that. Too bad! ...and today it was ok again, even if the younger waitress wasn't very customer friendly again.

Karli has been my regular kebab shop for over 10 years and I've been here quite often. During that time there were sometimes quite strong fluctuations in quality. Most of the time I would have given it 5 stars, but there have been times when I would have given the store just 2 stars. Karli was just reading up on something recently, so I started looking for alternatives. Yesterday I was there with my wife for the first time in a long time and I thought it was quite good. A big plus point is and remains the large selection of food. There's everything you'd expect in a kebab shop here, plus a lot of slightly rare dishes like gratinated Augergine, Iskender Kebap or Sigara Böregi, which you can't find everywhere. The fried zucchini is always particularly good as an alternative filling for flatbread. The selection of sauces is also decent. The hot sauce in particular is one of the best in Potsdam. The quality of the meat actually varies. Yesterday she was absolutely fine. The same with the fries: in addition to normal ones, there are also curly fries and sweet potato fries and they are usually good, but there have been several days when they were so soft that you couldn't eat them. Yesterday they were great. The service is generally nice and always available for special requests of all kinds. You can sit both inside and outside. The benches are not super comfortable, but there is a lot of space. Unfortunately, Karli is not that cheap. In recent years, all kebab shops have seen their prices rise significantly and Karli is unfortunately one of the shops where this has become a little more noticeable. All in all, Karli is doing okay. When it comes to pure quality, there are more stable alternatives in Babelsberg (e.g. Dönerwerk), but Karli has a better selection and is the best contact for more special dishes that are not available elsewhere.

Doner meat is really disgusting now, eat something else there... The herb sauce is disgusting too…

The service was nice and also responded to my special requests. But €7 for a mediocre kebab is already a mouthful. That's why unfortunately only 3 stars overall. But you can do it. The sharpness was great and they didn't underestimate me, which is also important to me.

We used to go there very often. The zucchini burgers are great. The food selection is extensive. But when you have to watch the whole time how an older employee treats the younger ones condescendingly (they were very nice!) and then shouts at us as guests because we made a "special request". We'd rather go back to where everyone is friendly, the food is great and we don't have to freeze.

Phew. Well, first of all, let’s talk about the food: the fries were quite okay. The kebab really wasn't that tasty. Me and my partner felt sick afterwards. At the same time as us, there was a customer on site who didn't know that you couldn't pay by card and was belittled by the 3 employees for not knowing that?!?! The customer then left the restaurant without the kebab and said nothing further about it. The place itself looks pretty nice, you can't argue with that for a kebab shop.

One of the best in Potsdam. The kebab is very tasty, with fresh ingredients and a good combination of sauce, meat, vegetables and bread. The staff was also very nice. Definitely a good place to go if you're hungry.

Had a kebab there with a colleague last night. We both had stomach cramps at night. An absolute nonsense when the rules of kitchen hygiene are apparently not observed here.

My favorite kebab. Unfortunately it has become quite expensive. I wish he had real veal and not those minced meat skewers. I like the variety and also the falafel. I like the sauces best, especially the hummus and sesame sauces. Unfortunately it is very busy so it's no secret.

The shop has a good selection of dishes. I had a kebab with chili cheese sauce and I hadn't heard of that before. It tasted very good and had a healthy spiciness from the sauce. The kebab was very generously filled.

The kebab is simply the best & so fresh! A must if you want a really good kebab. However, the service could do with a bit of friendliness. In summer you can sit outside, which is another plus point for a kebab shop. We recommend the normal kebab and the Chicken Dürüm!

Best kebab in all of Potsdam! We come by at least once every week for a zucchini doner and have never been disappointed here. The employees are always really friendly, the zucchini kebab with hummus and grilled vegetables is simply amazing and in summer you can also sit outside very relaxed. Never had such a good vegan kebab anywhere else!

Stets sehr mager gefüllt habe dem Laden jetzt zwei mal eine Chance gegeben. Brot dazu sehr wabberig. Dafür, dass der Döner hier eher teurer ist, stimmt die Leistung so ganz und gar nicht. Für mich war es der letzte Besuch.

A remarkable taste and great quality. I have tested many döner around the world, it is one of the best. My wife and I came here twice in the first week we got potsdam. Its menu is so various. Many middle eastern foods are presented here.

Sehr lecker, gute Auswahl an Gerichten, top Saucen und auch als der Laden voll war, ging alles schnell. Der beste Döner in der ganzen Gegend.

Der Döner dort ist Topp es gibt jedoch noch andere hervorragende Gerichte wie z.b. gefüllte Aubergine mit Salat und cuscus.

Mein Favorit ist Halloumi Dürüm. Immer wieder gerne.

Dürüm Döner mit Falafel und Grillgemüse. Sehr lecker, gerade die Falafel in Kombination mit dem Grillgemüse. Und alle sehr nett. Der Laden ist auch sauber und ordentlich.

Für mich der beste Kebab in Potsdam. Wohne eigentlich in der Innenstadt - fahre aber einmal wöchentlich hier her um einen Gemüsekebab mit chicken zu essen. Parkplatzsituation ist leider der einzig negative Punkt.
