Please do not throw any leftover chili peppers including the stem into the hot sauce, so that you get stomach problems when you chew on them.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent order. The food I received was burnt and completely tasteless, in particular lacking any expected sweetness. This was particularly disappointing as it was a local specialty that we wanted to enjoy. Unfortunately, when I reported the problem over the phone, I was met with disrespect. This experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious kebab. My partner had a salad and it was also really tasty. The meat was really nice and crispy and the garlic sauce also stood out very positively, you can really taste the fresh garlic in it.

We have veg. Tried pizza, falafel and fries. Everything is very fresh and delicious. You can sit inside at wooden tables or outside surrounded by trees in a quiet location (no traffic). The portions, especially the bread, are generous, so you'll be full.

Great store. Always friendly and motivated employees. Help with choosing food when you can't decide. Whether kebab, pizza or simply fries, everything is prepared with love. I like eating here. The atmosphere is right.

I arrived hungry on a Friday evening around 5:30 p.m. and was very pleasantly surprised to find that the "freshness" of the salads and sauces were absolutely uniquely fresh for a Friday evening! I can highly recommend the kebab plate, which is perfectly prepared according to the customer's wishes. Take a look for yourself, in the picture you can see the friendly and courteous gentleman preparing the “lavish portion”. We also highly recommend all of the “high-quality pizzas”, which are of course prepared on site and by hand from the dough to the toppings and baked to a high standard in the pizza oven. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my broccoli and 4 cheese pizza! The following things are also available: - Clean wheelchair accessible toilet - TV - All kinds of chilled drinks - Cigarette vending machine - Coffee machine - Indoor dining area - Outdoor dining area with parasols Keep it up!

The three of us were there for dinner yesterday. I have rarely experienced such friendly service. Totally personable and accommodating. There was a wonderful smell when you went in, but the taste clearly topped it! Clean and hygienic in any case. Recommended to everyone in Potsdam! You have to look for a shop like this in Munich for a long time.

Hello, unfortunately I had my brother in my house and my sister was working! Even the brother complained because the meat was miserable... In the future I won't have anything to do with my brother or my sister!

Update: We ordered via Lieferando. The delivery time was 60 minutes instead of 30. The portion of the kebab was very small and unfortunately not really warm either. As usual, I ordered 2 sauces and only received one. I didn't realize that I would have to pay around €1.20 extra for a dollop of sauce. The fries were very soggy and at most lukewarm. Okay in terms of taste and price, but not recommended for ordering. Update: An attempt was made to have the review deleted by Google because "This review contains defamatory content" and violates the owner's personal rights. In addition, there should never have been a business relationship, but this can be proven relatively easily by the order confirmation and the calls the next day based on the review.

The bread was almost black and the meat was cold, what else can you say!!! Efforts were made in the first few months, but now things are becoming careless. Customers are secondary, I've noticed more than once. Conversations with colleagues were more important than customers, which meant that orders were confused or ignored (forgotten). I would now rather travel further distances to get a decent kebab and consistent service.

Super Service, extrem nette Mitarbeiter. Der Döner war perfekt, das Brot gut knusprig, Dönerfleisch sehr frisch und gut Gewürtzt. Beim Essen nur 4 Sterne da beim Salat leider Tomaten und Gurken zusammen waren. Sonst alles perfekt.

Bester Döner Laden in Potsdam. Die Qualität der Zutaten ist erstklassig, und der Geschmack ist einfach sensationell. Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, was das Gesamterlebnis noch angenehmer machte. Die Portionen sind großzügig, und die Preise sind mehr als fair. Dieser Dönerladen ist definitiv ein Juwel, und ich kann es kaum erwarten, wiederzukommen, um mehr von ihren köstlichen Gerichten zu probieren. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wieder einmal unfreundlich der Lieferant... Lauwarm bekommen.... Und na 80min erst...

İch finde diese Laden ist einfach wunderschön sehr lecker und freundlichen Mitarbeiter

Habe bestellt und bin echt nicht wirklich zu frieden. Bei der Wahl vom Dönerteller lässt sich nur zwischen Pommes und Salat unterscheiden aber warum kann ich nicht beides auswählen? Man bestellt quasi entweder eine Dönerbox XXL oder halt Dönerfleisch mit Salat. Man kann leider auch nur eine Soße auswählen wobei auch hier zimperlich was raufgemacht wird. Eine zweite soße muss man extra kaufen. Schade hoffe das wird noch geändert dann gebe ich auch gerne 5 Sterne!

Penne al dente angebraten mit ner Sahneschwitze, gut geschnittenem und dosierten Pollo und Brokkoli, mit Cheese on top, und wie. Offene Küche auf Ehrenbasis mit fairen Preisen. Sehr guter Döner, der im Preis durch Inhalt und Qualität hält was er verspricht. Service geht auf individuelle Wünsche ein. Einer der Top Döner Potsdams und Konkurrenzlos am Schlaatz. Auch der Onlineservice ist zu empfehlen.

Sie sind sehr respektvoll und freundlich zu den Kunden und Pizza, Pasta-Döner und vor allem türkischer Kebab sind fantastisch und sehr lecker 😘😊

Lieber persönlich hinfahren... dauert nicht so lange und ist billiger als Lieferando! Nettes Personal und Location scheint sehr sauber zu sein. Baklava sehr lecker! Currywurst etwas wenig und Soße sparsam. Sonst lecker.

Fantastischer Döner. Der Döner schmeckt hervorragend, das Gemüse und die Saucen sind frisch. Das Dönerbrot ist knackig, an Sauce wird nicht gespart. Auch sehr gut, das Tomaten und Gurken getrennt liegen. Der gesamte Laden ist sehr sauber und macht einen hygienischen Eindruck. Ich wurde zudem überaus freundlich bedient und hier sind die Preise echt noch günstig. Also wirklich vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Ich gehe gerne hin und wieder hin. Ich esse dort meistens Pizza. Sie ist lecker und der Preis ist auch ok.Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich.

Leider wurde uns innerhalb von zwei Wochen dreimal das falsche Essen geliefert und das finde ich dann schon nicht mehr witzig und wenn man versucht jemanden im Laden zu erreichen geht keiner ans Telefon schade

Seid rund einem halben Jahr arbeite ich im Schlaatz. Daher kam es jetzt mehrfach vor, dass es zum Mittag nen Döner oder eine Pizza gab. Optisch ist das Ambiente in Ordnung auch die Angestellten waren freundlich. Ansonsten wurde ich nie enttäuscht und bin bisher recht zufrieden. Macht weiter so

Wow lange her seit dem letzten Fastfood und Heute direkt mal auch mit ner Bestellung wieder was gegönnt, kann nur sagen "Sensaaationell"... (CrispyBurger und Pommes zum Nachtisch nen Döner).. Ist weiter zu empfehlen 👍👍

Ja, ok. Konnten wir gut mit leben. Der Burger war groß und lekka, der Döner war was er versprach, scharf. Und gut belegt. Also wer sich Chilischoten durch die Nase zieht kommt hier nicht auf seine Kosten, für Otto-Normalverbraucher ist die Schärfe gut, die Menge ausreichend. Preis/Leistung, ok ! Alles gut gemacht, gab nix zu meckern. Und die Lieferung war schneller, als aufm Handy angezeigt, wesentlich schneller...

Mega lecker. Für mich das beste Fastfood Restaurant in Potsdam 👍🏼
