I've actually been getting my kebab elsewhere in Babelsberg for decades, but it was already closed when I arrived today. So I went to Medienstadt station and tried it there, and I was absolutely thrilled with the taste, the freshness, and the friendly staff. I had a delicious kebab and will definitely be back. I also had a very pleasant conversation with Kaan, the manager, and when he noticed that my kebab had unfortunately broken while eating it, he even offered to make me a new one. When I said no, I got a free ayran and an extra plate of kebab meat! 👍 You can clearly see that someone here is fully committed and knows their craft during these difficult times!!! A surprisingly good kebab. The bread was warm, the vegetables were fresh, not grilled, so they crisp up nicely while you eat them, and there was enough meat to avoid disappointment. I had the chicken rollo and was well-fed when I finished. I recommend it. You can sit on the bench next to it and use the table to avoid falling over, as the sauce from the pancake will drip out at the end.

I've ordered countless kebabs and eaten them. Today was the last time. After more than an hour, my cell phone rang. I was told to come to the front door. When I asked if the doorbell was broken, I got the answer: I don't go up to the fourth floor. The kebab: almost no sauce, and double the meat: not really.

No joke, the best snack bar here. The bread is always toasted to perfection. Everything is clean, and you're served quickly. You can also conveniently order a doner kebab (my favorite), for example, without hesitation, and it will arrive with crispy fries in no time. Many delivery services fail when it comes to potato sticks. They're usually mushy and completely overseasoned. Not so with Dönerwerk; they're always crispy, even under the meat, which is also absolutely perfect. Thinly sliced, beautifully browned, and still juicy. The salad is top-notch; I particularly like the pickled red cabbage. Very well-balanced. The sauces (with the doner kebab) come in separate containers, so nothing gets mixed together. These guys just know how to do it. A clear 10/10 in my opinion 🤤😋

I had a regular doner kebab there for €7. The quality of the ingredients was average, nothing special. While chewing the meat, I noticed that it occasionally crunched between my teeth. This happens when there are bone fragments or cartilage in the meat and occurs when the meat is not chopped properly. The quality of the meat is a problem. I wouldn't go there again.

I was there with my classy and super friendly staff, super delicious food, especially the doner meat was truly an 11/10. The staff even explained a lot about doner kebabs and I really recommend it.

I absolutely loved the food here! The staff were very friendly, you can choose what you want and how it's served, the portions are generous, and the salads are super fresh and delicious! They also have some really great, unusual sauces. The location is perfect, right next to Babelsberg Film Park, the Media Campus, and Drewitz train station – a great spot. I highly recommend the food here because it's delicious and you can even sit outside. A diverse, friendly crowd. I'd love to come back!🎉🥳

The service was very friendly and helpful. the kebab for the current price of €7.00 a decent portion of the big kebab for €8.00 a really very large portion with a lot of meat (minced meat classic Berlin) Fresh salad and many sauces to choose from. good flatbread very crispy from the grill and also. Seating only available outside.

After a long journey I stopped at Dönerwerk – and it was definitely the right decision! The portion was large, fresh and really tasty. Dönerwerk is located directly at Medienstadt Babelsberg train station. And it is very easy to reach by public transport and on foot. The food tasted good. The iceberg lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The meat was good. I think it's great that you can sit down there. If you get hungry quickly, it's worth eating something there.

The Dönerwerk is a kebab snack bar located directly at the Medienstadt-Babelsberg train station. The service mainly involves ordering takeaway food on site, but you can also order and have the food delivered or picked up. There are a few benches and tables to sit on the side. I have already ordered both locally and from home. Dönerwerk's offering offers what a classic kebab snack bar has, but with more sauces than just hot, garlic and herbs, for example. There is classic veal and chicken, but also a veggie version with grilled vegetables. Plus halloumi, falafel, fries and various other finger food variants. The food is generally really delicious, but for me the special feature of the house is the so-called kebab plate, a compilation of the house's highlights. I haven't been disappointed once and have always enjoyed the food. A particularly positive moment was a situation where I accidentally gave a different address than the one I was staying at. I was called several times over the phone because they wanted to make sure I got my food, even though I had obviously made the mistake myself. My food would even have been delivered to my correct address, despite the detour for the driver.

The kebab factory is located directly at Medienstadt Babelsberg train station. Although it is just a very simple container, it looks quite modern and clean from the outside. Although you can't sit inside, there is a fairly large covered seating area outside that is quite comfortable. What is immediately noticeable: the shop doesn't try to be a burger restaurant or pizzeria at the same time. Nevertheless, the selection of dishes is quite large. There is hardly any really exotic junk here - except perhaps finger food like mozzarella sticks, but there are quite a few variations of the dishes that you would expect at a kebab shop. I had Falafel Dürüm and sweet potato fries, my wife had Lahmacun mixed with both meat skewers. The large selection of sauces is very cool. I treated myself to hummus and hot sauce and both were delicious. The hot sauce wasn't "overly hot" as advertised by the seller, but it was definitely hot. Sometimes the sweet potato fries at the kebab stalls aren't really well done, but here they were absolutely perfect. Nicely enough, the sauce wasn't just slapped on, but came in a separate dipping bowl, which is great if you want to take the fries with you and don't want them to get soggy in between. The large portion of normal fries was completely overdone and way too much, but also very tasty. Fried to perfection and seasoned properly. Both the meat and the falafel were very good. According to my wife, the meat was of really good quality. I can only judge the falafel and they were definitely homemade and tasted great. Maybe they could have been a little crispier, but they were clearly superior to most of the falafel you get at kebab joints. The salad was also very good. The red cabbage in particular was very well pickled and very tender. Best red cabbage I've had in a long time. In terms of price, the whole thing was a little above average - but you also get large (sometimes oversized) portions and really good quality. The service was also absolutely friendly. This means that the kebab shop is not only far better than the garbage container on the other side of the train tracks, but for me personally it is also the best kebab shop in Babelsberg at the moment.

It looked very germy in the vegetable rack, I didn't look at it until we had already ordered. The whole kebab bread fell apart when I took a bite. Everything ran out after the first bite and the bread was in half. Taste explosion nil. Boulette in bread would call it. In any case, that was the first and last time here.

In my opinion the best kebab shop in the TKS area. I've been living in the region for over 30 years now and I know the Berlin kebab quality and variety very well. For a long time in the surrounding area it looked very bleak to get a kebab of the quality you are used to in the kebab capital. The guys from the kebab factory are always in a good mood and try to prepare you a decent kebab, which is still crunchy and tasty even after a 10-minute drive home. I hope the kebab shop stays with me and the people of Potsdam for a long time. Keep it up 👍

A very good shop with very good food and a lot of selection. The only problem is the service from an employee who is disrespectful to the customers. If you don't answer him for a moment because you can't hear him in the noisy environment, he gets loud and complains. Sometimes the boss intervenes and admonishes him, which is very commendable, but he stays that way.

I had just ordered a Turkish pizza, it was ready quickly and very tasty, the best I've ever eaten. I've never seen such nice staff like there anywhere else. I'm positively surprised and will get my kebab there more often now.

I had a kebab plate and I have to say, I haven't had such a tasty kebab tea in a long time. Just that my sauce was packaged separately. Great idea! The dish was upgraded again. Very good.... My companion had ordered a Turkish pizza (Dürüm), which was also delicious, or so she said... small point, grill the Dürüm for a minute or two longer. Still 5* more than deserved... We'll be back...

The people are always super nice to us (so friendly, giving us some sauce options to try, catering to personal requests). The food is no doubt one of the best Döner selections in Potsdam. This is where we go to for our Döner cheat day!

One of the best kebabs in the area. Super tasty sauces, also as avocado, sesame or hummus, that's something special! But in other places/ kebabs there is more content in the bread. Therefore the price-performance ratio is no longer as good as it used to be. But still: falafel and hallumi are also on offer. Everything is always freshly prepared by a very nice, always funny team. However, speed is not their strength. You can vary a lot here: 2 different types of bread (dark bread now unfortunately costs 1€ extra), at least 6 types of sauces as well as radish and sour pickles as a classic side dish for falafel and hallumi. Unfortunately, the price is now market standard at €6.50 for the classic version or €7.00 for the roll.

The kebab shop that rekindled my kebab love! It feels like the quality of all the kebab shops I know has steadily declined, but not here. I've been working nearby for a few months and during a lunch break I thought, what the heck, just get a kebab. Luckily, as it turned out! The taste is impeccable, I haven't had a bad kebab yet, not even a mediocre one. It's always delicious, no matter what you order and the guys behind the counter are always friendly and accommodating and above all: fast! Of course it is “just a snack bar”, which is why it only gets 4 stars for the ambience, as there are no seats inside. There is a covered outdoor area which is always very well maintained, considering that it is located right next to the train station. Keep it up and see you next lunch break. (:

Best döner i tasted so far, on my trip in berlin. After a very quick decission we choose Dönerwerk, and it were no regrets. Food were ready after 5 minutes. They finished all my groups orders under 10 minutes and overall communication in english were great to. No language barrier

Simply friendly and delicious. The guys are super nice and the food is delicious. On Xtra wishes are granted and not with horrendous surcharges! Here you get the feeling that the customer is important! Ambiance is OK, the seats are covered but it's just at the train station. Always happy again!

I don't know what the magic is in this kebab, but I'm ready to adore it. The bread: crispy like my self-control before the second kebab. The meat: tender, as if it had never had a bad day. The sauces? Probably personally mixed by a secret kebab deity. Even the salad had more character than some small talk. Conclusion: This kebab is the reason why I will now spend 50% of my life in this shop. Tip: Order with extra garlic sauce - perfect for canceling any appointments afterwards ;)
