Hier hat es mir sehr gut gefallen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, die Aussicht fantastisch.

Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal hier. Das Essen ist üppig und lecker, Extrawünsche werden ohne murren erfüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Die Aussicht einfach schön.

Wunderschöner Schwarzwaldgasthof mit traumhaftem Panoramablick direkt am Wanderweg. Die gemütliche und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Gaststube lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das hervorragende Essen, die durchgehend warme Küche sowie die fairen Preise. Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen. Ein perfekter Ort zum Einkehren und Genießen – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wünderschön gelegenes Restaurant hoch oben über Einbach bei Hausach mit Biergarten und einer Kapelle wir waren mit 50 Personen dort das Essen war lecker und ging alles reibungslos und schnell wurden freundlich bedient wir kommen gerne wieder

Toller Ausblovl über das Tal, sehr gutes Essen, regionale, deutsche Küche.

Sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen worden, tolle Terrasse bei schönem Wetter, der Wein und das Essen waren auch sehr gut.

Spontan heute mit dem Rad zum Käppelehof gefahren. Super Lage, leckeres Essen, Personal sehr zuvorkommend.

Wer auf dem Westweg unterwegs ist sollte unbedingt die paar Meter den Abstecher hierher machen. Traumhafte Lage, sehr leckeres Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Klare Weiterempfehlung der leckeren Forelle !

Sehr schönes Lokal oben am Berg mit toller Aussicht. Leckeres Essen und sehr nette Bewirtung. Gerne wieder!

Ein Arbeitskollege hat mich, während einer Geschäftsreise, hierher entführt. Eine sehr gemütliche Gaststätte, die etwas abseits gelegen ist. Ich hatte einen leckeren Nachtisch. Den Apfelstrudel mit Vanilleeis kann ich nur empfehlen. Wer die Ruhe sucht findet sie hier.

Wir waren kurzentschlossen mit 6 Personen eingekehrt und wurden super freundlich empfangen. Die Dame die uns bedient hat war total nett und wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Getränke kamen echt rasch an den Tisch und das Essen kam auch zügig und heiß an den Tisch! Wie hatten alles gemischt, warme und kalte Speisen und alle waren begeistert! Das war unser erster aber garantiert nicht letzter Besuch im Käppelhof👍🏼

Nach der Wanderung sind wir zum späten Mittagessen eingekehrt. Der Service war herzlich, schnell und man ist auf unsere Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Durchgehend warme und leckere Küche. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ambiente in herrlicher Lage oberhalb von Wolfach, direkt am Jakobsweg mit einer wunderschönen Jakobuskapelle neben dem Restaurant. Leckeres Essen, sehr freundliche Bedienung – wir gehen immer hierher, wenn wir im Schwarzwald sind. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr nettes Team. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch nicht zu teuer. Besonders gut sind die Spätzle. Einegemütliches und freundliches Lokal für die ganze Familie.

Very nice location, lovely beer garden with a great view, and a cozy interior. The food is a bit expensive, and the meat dish wasn't particularly tasty – €17 for a schnitzel with cream sauce, croquettes, and no side dish or appetizer salad. The homemade pancake soup was delicious. For me, as a vegetarian, there was a very limited selection; unfortunately, it's not suitable for vegans. It's great that dogs are welcome.

We found exactly what we were looking for. A Black Forest inn. The ambiance was typically rustic, the service was super friendly, and the food was excellent. We had the cheese schnitzel with spaetzle and sauce. It was such a huge portion that we would have both been full after one serving. The value for money was absolutely fine. The kitchen team is well-organized. It's worth mentioning that the restrooms were also very tidy.

The small menu concept works wonderfully here. Few dishes, but absolutely amazing! The taste is top-notch. Even without a reservation, we managed to get a table (4 people plus a dog at 6:00 p.m.). We all chose a dish with spaetzle and were not disappointed. Excellent quality, top price. Service was prompt, friendly, and competent. And please also pause for a moment and enjoy the beautiful view! A trip here is definitely always worth it.

We always like to stop by spontaneously on our mountain bike tours and have always been very satisfied with the food. The outdoor area offers a great view. Unfortunately, there aren't always free spots for "spontaneous guests," but that's not the restaurant's fault :-) Reservations are recommended.

We got a nice table for two without a reservation. The service was exceptionally friendly. The food was served quickly and was delicious. This certainly won't be my last visit to the Käppelehof.

It's quite out of the way, but the visit for dinner was worth it. Parking is plentiful when there's no party going on. The portions are large and delicious.

Anyone who loves the Black Forest loves the Käppelehof. High up on the mountain in Einbach it is idyllically located near the forest. Very rustic and yet modern. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. We were registered with 20 people and had our food really quickly and quickly. The portions are good and the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. The selection of dishes is manageable, but there is something for every taste - many dishes also include meat from local beef. People with walking difficulties or wheelchair users can also stay here without any problems. The outdoor area around the Käppelehof is beautifully landscaped and when the weather is nice you can sit outside with a wonderful view. The toilets are super modern and attractive. There is also a disabled toilet. There is a playground for children. A trip here is always worth it. We'd love to come back.

Very quiet and beautifully located hotel. The service, the food, the rooms and the wellness area are top. We were there with our 8 year old son. People always asked what he would like to eat and even a children's meal was offered. All employees are super friendly and very accommodating. All in all a great holiday where the price-performance ratio is still right. The breakfast offers a very large selection. The lunch snack is also sufficient, various salads are available. The cake selection is great, there is something for everyone. The 5-course evening menu cannot be topped, the quality is very high and all the dishes are very lovingly prepared. We were thrilled every evening. The area is great for sledding, hiking, and shopping is about 7 km away. Highly recommended for families with children. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful place. We received a very warm welcome. The wait staff (and all the other people in the house) were very friendly and attentive. I would particularly like to emphasize the child-friendliness at this point. Our daughter received extra children's cutlery with cute forest animals without asking! There were also games and puzzles to keep you busy. Outside, a swing with an outstanding view invites you to while away the waiting time. The food was very tasty! We'll definitely come back again!!

Were at the Käppelehof for the first time and were really very satisfied. The food tasted very good! Really very good price/performance ratio! Despite a group of 12 people, everything worked really smoothly! Will definitely come again!

The food is really good. Very nice, attentive and fast service. The view from there is fantastic, especially in the evening. Great atmosphere, very quiet location. Often visited by hikers. The small chapel next door is also worth seeing. There are also overnight accommodation options here, but I can't report anything about that. You can find out more about this on the homepage

Very nice atmosphere, sitting inside and outside is always nice. At the weekend there are always menus that are not on the memory card. Ham in bread dough with potato salad for 4 people or more if ordered in advance is highly recommended.

Definitely a highlight of the visit! Vegetarian choice: 4/10 Unfortunately there is only a limited selection for vegetarians. Käsespätzle are the only vegetarian dish on the menu. Although they taste great, a greater variety of meat-free dishes would be desirable. Building View: 10/10 The building itself is beautiful and fits harmoniously into the surroundings. It exudes tradition and cosiness and immediately invites you to linger. Food (taste): 10/10 The taste of the food is absolutely outstanding. Every dish we tried was of excellent quality and tasted great. A real culinary experience! Service and staff: The staff was friendly, quick and well organized. What was particularly impressive was the fact that we were there with a group of 40 people and yet everything ran smoothly. The food came quickly and we felt well looked after. Value for money: The price-performance ratio is also absolutely right here. The prices are very fair for the quality and service offered. Conclusion: The Käpplehof impresses with its fantastic views, delicious food and very efficient and friendly service. However, if you are a vegetarian looking for more choice, you might want a wider range of dishes. Otherwise, the Käpplehof is definitely worth a visit - be it for smaller groups or larger parties, as in our case.

Very, very unfortunate when you hike 5km to stop at their place. And the sign on the terrace says it is closed even though it says open on the website.

Traditional German and regional Black Forest cuisine, very well seasoned and generous, excellent value for money. The place is magnificent, the view is very beautiful, the detour is definitely worth it! And finally, a perfect welcome, we highly recommend!

Super nice inn, very idyllic location with a wonderful view. The service was quick, super friendly and had everything under control even when there was a good crowd. You rarely see someone who has a smile on their face and you can tell that they enjoy their job. Our food was very, very good and the portion size was more than enough. Thanks for a great day, which was also a success because of the lunch.

An inn high up with a great view of the valley. The staff is very friendly and puts their hearts into their work despite the full house. Personally, I missed a little more non-meat selection on the menu. Why do some restaurants have such a hard time with this? Unfortunately, apart from cheese spaetzle, there was nothing to be found in terms of warm dishes. That's always a shame. But the cheese spaetzle was OK. My husband had the fish which was also good. If you like eating meat, you should stop here, the view alone is amazing.

After a small driveway over a side valley near Hausach you reach the beautiful, quiet Käppelehof. There you will find a dream view, countless cow pastures and a unique Black Forest idyll. The service was very friendly and the food came promptly and was very tasty. The portion was large. Really highly recommended. Prices are very reasonable.

I love the käppelehof. It's nice and high up in the valley. Far away from everyday stress. You can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature with good food. You can drive there or hike there. But it's best to make a reservation!
