Food and service miserable... Incorrectly overpriced bill Never again...

So the pizza was subpar, it looked like it had been freshly baked, but the ingredients, in my case salami and cheese, were of absolutely inferior quality. The girl who works in service is great, the others are unfriendly and just look at you stupidly the whole time. The only good thing is the location and the view...absolute disappointment!

Very tasty pizza eaten in a relaxed atmosphere. Right on the water. You have a great view of the fjord ⛵️…gladly again 🍕😊

We were only here for coffee, but the menu reads well and you have a nice view of the harbor, protected behind glass on the terrace.

An evening in the sewer shed. I celebrated my birthday with my family in the sewer shed. Perfect location right on the water. We received a very friendly welcome. The table was very nicely set. From pizza to fillet steaks, there was everything your heart could desire. Very good quality, perfect service. we felt very comfortable. On top of that there was a schnapps ( Berliner Luft ) from the house. Thank you Alban, thank you also to your team, we will definitely be back. A tip from us: if you want to be sure, you should reserve a table in advance. Helga and Alfred

Unfortunately no recommendation for this. Pizza Margherita was quite tasty, but that was it.

The chef must have had a bad day. The calzone was very small. we thought it was for a child Calzone: there was only cheese in it, nothing else. Burgers were not edible. Meat was fried so much that one could not eat. cook it by side a, then ate bread and salad It wasn't all money. Staff were nice enough. They just didn't understand that their food could not eat. Then there is far too little space for the number of tables you have. It creates a bad atmosphere

We (2 people) had just arrived in Flensburg and wanted to have dinner near our accommodation. The “Channel Shed” was well attended and we spontaneously decided to stop there. There was a laminated, manageable menu on each table. Table and menu slightly sticky. My husband went to the toilet, which left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness. My pizza margarita (11.50€) was average, the second dish was a burger, if you could call it that. The bun made of bad pizza dough, substandard meat patty and salad with drowned in salad dressing. The service was friendly and quick, prices were clearly too high for the quality delivered. My recommendation: sitting there on the quay with a nice drink is ok, but nothing more.

And in summer you also have a small beer garden on and on the promenade. While it was rather provisional in recent years, this year it is well thought out and uncomplicated. Personally, I like it best this year. A small beer right by the water in good weather is simply Flensburg.

After ten minutes a waiter came who asked me for a light and then enjoyed a smoke.... a second waiter came by and said he didn't have time... they then made fun of the guests in Turkish... .. the woman next to me said I don't know Turkish... I couldn't place an order even after 20 minutes...

To satisfy your cravings, coffee and cake were also available shortly after 11 p.m. with very friendly service and an extremely cozy atmosphere

Very nice view over the harbor, wonderful views. We ordered garlic bread - it came quickly and was super tasty 😋 Unfortunately, the 4 pizzas were exactly the opposite: thin, soggy, sour, poorly topped (seafood pizza: surimi instead of shrimp, no mussels, minimal squid, done), hardly seasoned. 2 came wrong or were forgotten - no explanation/communication/apology. We found spaghetti in the calzone!?! Using leftovers? So a lot of money for beer and a beautiful view 🙄. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it!

Bought two glasses of wine to enjoy outside. Super unfriendly blonde waitress pushes my wife away from the bar and mumbles something about being away from the bar. This was difficult to do due to the many people and the queue as I was pushed from behind. The young lady has not yet internalized the meaning of “hospitality”! Unfortunately! What's left is an unpleasant experience with just as much memory! We won't come back here;

The food and ambience are great, but I don't think it's okay that a lunch menu is advertised on the website that doesn't exist. Too bad...

Be careful, there is no lunch menu for EUR 13, although it is available online and in all local menus. Very unfortunate.

Calzone filled with spaghetti is a culinary delight. Dear host, mushrooms, ham and cheese belong in there. Then we ordered scampi plates with rosemary potatoes for a lot of money. We got scampi with two pieces of bread. We'll never come here again.

Here you sit right on the water and can enjoy the view over the harbor. The service was very friendly and “on the ball”.

Two XXL fish sandwiches with salmon and two non-alcoholic beers = 22 Ocken, that's an announcement. Okay, XXL. But it took a long time but finally they came. The roll was a kind of small flatbread, the salmon was incredibly oily and there was a sauce on top. As soon as you took it out of the bag, the dough dissolved gently and allowed for a very nice mess when eating. A tomato was placed on the salmon, which of course as an allergy sufferer I didn't like. So I didn't like it all that much and we won't be coming back. After all: nice view of the harbor 👍🏼

A nice restaurant right on the water. A variety of pizzas, pasta and burgers are available to hungry guests. The staff was exceptionally friendly.

The restaurant is located on the residents and offers a beautiful view. The pizza was nice and thin, unfortunately also in terms of taste. It simply lacked taste, the salami and cheese didn't have much of their own flavor.

The food was again very tasty, the service was friendly and always quick to please all guests despite the full house. In our opinion, this worked very well last weekend. In any case, we were completely satisfied and were amazed that the bustling service staff remained so “cool” despite the hot sun; sweat wasn't just on our foreheads 🥵

The menu is not very large, just like the restaurant itself. We were lucky and got seats for 4 people. However, I think it makes sense to book a table in advance. The view of the water is beautiful and a beautiful sight for all Flensburg and non-Flensburg residents. If it gets a little cooler, you can have a patio heater switched on for a service fee of €2. The staff was super friendly. The food was super delicious! You can use the large paid parking lot behind the restaurant and have your parking ticket stamped for €3/3 hours, which I find to be very fair. If you park behind the building, there is a small passage from the parking lot to the waterfront restaurant.

Insane situation! Delicious food that isn't overpriced. There is a lot going on all around but that comes with the location at the top of the harbor. We would like to go there again. Well attended 👍🏻

Fantastic spot by the fjord on a summer evening. When you get a drink for the outdoor terrace, the waiter will help you. We had to pay 1 euro for a mug of beer. When you took the glass, it was snatched from your hands and when you asked about the building, one waiter referred to the other and he just didn't pretend you existed. So you can forget about a tip and a good review. Or take the mug with you as a souvenir, but I'm not that sad😂

Nicely located at the harbor. There were still outdoor areas. The tables for two in the aisle are very small, so not very comfortable and someone is always walking there. Sitting/conversing quietly and comfortably is difficult. Many potential guests, as walk-in customers (Dampf Rundum), were sent away. We counted 7 couples during our stay, i.e. 14 people. Everything was reserved. You were only allowed to take a seat if you left by the reserved time. You felt a little uncomfortable and made sure you were finished and could make room for the next people. Therefore deduction in the ambience grade. Delicious food: Homemade burger with rosemary potatoes and a beef fillet "alla Alban"... Salad, as you can see, really very fresh. Drinks came quickly. Very attentive service and boss. See you next time!

Good pizza, but the service is impersonal and gives the impression that the table should roll quickly. Good thing we had a male waiter with short hair, because the other waiter had his long blonde hair in several plates she served.

Very nice restaurant and great location. The staff were friendly and professional. They serve excellent pizzas, but unfortunately, the pasta dishes are completely subpar. The pasta was overcooked and the accompaniments were not proportionate to the amount of pasta. Unfortunately, this lowers the rating.

We sought refuge here in 13°C and rain and ordered Irish coffee and grog, both of which tasted below average. We can't comment on the food.

We treated ourselves to a fish roll XXL to go during our Flensburg vacation. The service was so-so. Relatively unfriendly and you have to wait outside the door for your food. The bun itself was mega mega delicious!!! Absolutely recommended in terms of taste.

As always, it was super relaxed and cozy and of course delicious. You feel a bit at home and they always go out of their way to make the food and drinks something special :)

We were there today. The reviews and the menu prompted us to visit the Kanalschuppen. There were three of us with a dog. When we asked for a corresponding table, we were given 2 tables for two. So far so good. We ordered pasta once, a matjes roll once and I ordered a burger. My grandson liked the noodles. The herring roll was a pita bread with some lettuce, 1/2 herring and some onion. The herring fillet was cut into pieces and spread on the bread. For €11.50 it's borderline worth it. My burger also consisted of pita bread with some lettuce, tomato, onion and some burger sauce. The meat patty corresponded to the stated size of 200 g, but it was completely fried and therefore tough and dry. Because I was really hungry, I ate everything. However, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant in good conscience, sorry.

Went there for the first time today. Food was average, pasta tonno was ok, pizza salami unfortunately cold. Service is nice. Ambience is nice outside, acceptable inside. We wouldn't come back again.

Friendly staff, good food nets table neighbors

We have been coming to Flensburg in April/May and September for several years. In the Alban sewer shed, the daily lunch break is an integral part of our visits. Great service, friendly people, delicious food and of course fresh Flens on tap. We'll be back soon! Many thanks to Alban and his team….

The food was ok, but not outstanding for us. The service was a bit forgetful/confused - but still didn't make a note of anything. 🤷‍♀️ This made the waiting time a little longer. The ambience is great, right on the Flensburg harbor tip on the water. Thanks to glass walls, you can easily sit outside even in strong winds.

Absolutely no go. The boss should learn manners. If there were negative points to be awarded, it would be -5. I asked several times what I did. No answer.

Went on a nice bike ride and sat outside in the sewer shed for the first time and ate delicious pizza. The staff was super nice and the view of Flensburg harbor was beautiful!

The pizza was tasty, the cheese was perhaps not the best choice but still tasty. The dough and the sauce were very good. The restaurant itself has a very pleasant atmosphere.

Visited the sewer shed for the first time today and was immediately thrilled. Super friendly staff who implemented our wishes 100% with charm. The food was on the table quickly, even with a larger group, even though we all had different dishes. Ingenious and above all first-class food. I would say one of the best restaurants in Flensburg! 🤤♥️

03/13/24 Addendum: another wonderful evening. The pizza was presented better last year, but the staff was just as nice. In March 23: The slightly different restaurant. Very friendly service and good food. At least when it comes to pizzas. I've never had pizza this good north of the Alps. Very special: the asparagus pizza, a good idea.

Service and food were good; The dishes need some improvement in detail. Otherwise: gladly again! The new beer “Strand Lager” is drinkable and delicious.
