Hey, we were first-timers and we'll be back :-) You rarely find this kind of value for money! The fried potatoes were fantastic, the sauerfleisch (pork meat) and schnitzel were excellent. Even our tired and stuttering little daughter was encouraged to eat and laugh with snacks and good humor by a wonderful waitress, who was very empathetic and child-friendly. A spilled Fanta was replaced free of charge, and the children were given a free cactus ice cream to identify the cactus... MEGA 😀 Just under €100.00 for 6 people, a steal. A quaint restaurant with a menu offering good German cuisine. During our spontaneous visit, the place was packed, but we were still offered a seat at the counter, which we gladly accepted. Good, friendly, and convivial service. The menu offers a sufficient variety of dishes. The food was very good. We would gladly come back and can only recommend Kaktus.

The food is okay, but the staff are rude. They gossip loudly about the guests, and the customer is definitely not king here. Once, never again.

The food was okay, but otherwise the worst experience we've ever had! We were seated by a huge window, which let the sun shine through. It was unbearable. After politely asking if we could move, we were loudly and rudely shouted at: "Nope, everything's taken!" As the waitress left, she continued to rant and rave about us to other guests. Then the next waitress came over to us and continued: "We didn't order the sundae." I didn't know what to say; I've NEVER experienced such rudeness! As we left, the manager came out of the kitchen and loudly shouted: "If you don't like it, leave next time." What we had to experience here was an absolute disaster! Regards to the staff, who left with the comment that a €20 blind would have done the trick. PS: You work in the service industry! They also say that the customer is king! If this is too much for you, just remain respectful and polite or change jobs!!!

Hi, We were out and about and wanted something to eat. Friends had tipped us off about the great food here. We received a friendly welcome. We arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon and were almost alone. Drinks and food were served quickly and with a friendly service. The food was good and good value for money. We'll be back.

Highly recommended, home-cooked meals, whether large or small, there's something for every taste. The service is very friendly and prompt.

Found it by chance on a Google search and tried it out while on vacation. It looks inconspicuous from the outside, but that is definitely made up for by the delicious and inexpensive food. Soljanka and schnitzel with seasoned meat are definitely recommended and the croquettes were also very good. Plus nice and friendly service.

Home cooking, nice service, nice service. A visit is definitely worth it. You should reserve seats in advance, it is always well attended. If the weather is nice, there are also outdoor spaces.

The cactus is mandatory on business trips to Schwerin. Super nice service and the chef also stops by :-) They have the best farmer's breakfast I've ever eaten. And I've tried many.

Sehr uriges Kneipenrestaurant mit einfachen aber sehr leckeren Gerichten. Hat sich seinen Charme bewahrt. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam und das Essen kam rasch und heiß auf den Tisch.

Ich habe den Partyservice mit verschiedenen Fleischsorten und Gemüse für eine Geburtstagfeier für 15 Leute bestellt und es war sehr köstlich! Alle Gäste waren sehr zufrieden:)

Also der Service und das Essen sind sehr gut . Man kann direkt vor der Tür kostenlos parken und kann im Sommer sogar draußen sitzen. Habe sogar ein ,,Nachweis"/Beleg erhalten,das ich dort gegessen habe. Vielleicht weil ich gleich danach gefragt habe und nicht erst Tage später. Ansonsten sind überall Hinweise im Parkbereich und sogar an der Eingangstür vom Bistro angebracht. Kann das Bistro und den Partyservice nur empfehlen.
