Kaiser Holzofen in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl

Hatten auf der Durchreise einen Falafel-Teller mit Pommes und der war wirklich durchweg lecker. Falafel wirkten selbstgemacht, Pommes waren mega. Gute Portion, guter Preis, freundliche Mitarbeiter. ☺️

Während einer Radtour eine superleckere Pizza gegessen. Sehr sauber und ausgesprochen nettes Personal. Ein echter Tipp.

Eine riesige Enttäuschung. Normalerweise zeichnet sich ein Restaurant dieser Art durch freundliches Personal aus. Der junge Mann an der Theke bediente uns jedoch in einem völlig unfreundlichen Ton. Wir bestellten drei Gerichte, von denen eines fehlte. Das Essen: Das industriell verarbeitete, panierte Hähnchenfleisch im Brötchen war kein Hamburger, sondern ein Sandwich. Es ist völlig unverständlich, warum wir es in einer Take-away-Box bekamen. Der Lachmacum Kepab Teller war charakterlos, geschmacklos, eine Farce. Selbst für Fast-Food-Verhältnisse war er enttäuschend. Und der Hinterraum stank unangenehm, als wir dort waren. Ich kann dieses Lokal absolut nicht empfehlen und wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Sehr leckeres Essen, besonders der Käse Döner vom Spieß ist als Vegetarier zu empfehlen!

Köstlicher Kebab! Ich hatte Yufka Kebab, frisch zubereitete Yufka mit leckerer Füllung. So eine Qualität bräuchten wir auch in den Niederlanden... Nach dem Essen war ich pappsatt.

Ich war heute zum ersten Mal bei KAISER HOLZOFEN und war begeistert von dem Kebap. Das Fladenbrot wird im Holzofen gebacken und mit leckerem Geflügelfleisch vom Drehspieß sowie weiteren frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und wir freuen uns auf den nächsten Besuch.

Leckeres Essen. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Die Fladenbrote werden hier selbst frisch gebacken. Und das schmeckt man auch! Die Döner sind geschätzt 20-30% größer als die in Hamburg, kosten aber genauso. Geschmacklich sind die echt sehr gut! Das Verhältnis vom Brot, Fleisch und Gemüse ist stimmig. Das einzige, was ich zu kritisieren habe ist, dass es nur Geflügel Döner gibt. Ich esse normalerweise nur Kalb. Das soll hier im Ort allerdings nicht oder nur kaum verlangt werden. Somit gibt es deshalb auch keine Abzüge von Punkten bzw Sternen. Qualität stimmt hier definitiv. Und wenn ich tatsächlich mal wieder in der Nähe sein sollte: Ich werde wieder kommen! 😋

Bester "Döner" weit und breit. Dort ist es sauber, alle Mitarbeiter sind top gepflegt, die Auslage.sieht immer supe ansprechend und frisch aus. Yufka uns Döner sind "next Level" und auch die Pizza steckt viele italienische Restaurants in die Tasche. Wie sind Stammkunden und würde niemals wechseln, auch wenn das Preisniveau etwas gehoben ist. Qualität gibt es einfach nicht zum Dumpingpreis! Danke und bis zum nächsten Besuch!

Even the burgers, the vegetarian pizza, and the cheese doner are completely convincing. Absolutely recommended – everything here is just right!

One of the best kebabs I've ever eaten. Really fresh, great bread, not too bland or overly seasoned. Maybe a little more expensive than usual, but also better. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

There was actually a stink bug in my pide, which is simply disgusting! Something like that shouldn't happen in any kitchen and shows how poor the hygiene standards are there. An absolute no-go for me. I can only advise everyone: DON'T GO THERE!

Not even worth one star. Called a racist because I got a beer from the fridge while waiting for the pizza I ordered. Only after the boss's(?) third, loud, and aggressive (!) demand – I said FRIENDLY – that I would pay (SEVERAL TIMES!) as soon as the pizza was ready did I finally get up and pay for the "shitty" two beers. The boss(?) said something to his cook(?) in a language I couldn't understand (I speak five foreign languages ​​more or less fluently!), pointed at me, and laughed, and I told him it was very rude that he was (obviously) "amused" by me. He immediately called me a racist – it's easy these days – because I expressed that this wasn't okay. I've traveled very, very, very far and am anything but racist!!! Quite the opposite, I LOVE other cultures and countries! When I went outside to eat my ordered and paid pizza, he tried to chase me and my friend off. I was actually afraid of being beaten up by him and his family. I offered to call the police and clarify whether we (my colleague and I) were allowed to sit there or not... he apparently wasn't happy with that. I finally wondered why... fear/problems with the police?! They then suddenly left. Owner: You're the racist! You're also a host in our beautiful city. Maybe you should learn to adapt a bit and behave a bit. Unlike you, I'm very well-mannered. The pizza stuck in my throat because of the outrageous insult and threat. You banned me from the premises... no problem, I don't support racists of ANY nationality! SHAME on you.

I always forget to take photos when I have such an appetizing meal in front of me! They really know what they're doing: cooking such delicious food and playing with flavors so skillfully is something not everyone can do. What's sold as pizza has little to do with pizza. A loveless flatbread with roughly chopped and still-raw vegetables, dried-out mushrooms, and cheap salami. Even a wood-fired oven can't conjure up a pizza out of that.

Can't recommend this kebab because the employees are absolutely unfriendly and want to make you pay extra for everything. I ordered a kebab pide and didn't get any sauce with it, so I should buy that as well. That doesn't work at all! In addition, the pide didn't really taste good.

Not particularly polite. The pizza is very average for a wood fired oven. The kebab sauce is a standard yogurt sauce that you can find in any mediocre kebab shop. You pay extra for everything. A kebab box with just meat costs a whopping €12. In summary, everything is far too expensive for what you get there. I miss the Medya.

The rotisserie was empty 2 hours before the store closed. We had to switch to pizzas. The pizza was solid. Long waiting time.

Yefka 8.50 so far so good. On the menu with salad or grilled vegetables. So far so good too. I would like it to be half salad and half vegetables. But that's €1.50 more for the same filling quantity. I only take it with grilled vegetables 8.50. Really unbelievable. I loved being there for years, but really developed a bad attitude. They are unfriendly and every time you ask for something extra you feel as if you are coercing them. It's no fun buying there. In this case it didn't happen either.

I got a quick snack here for myself and a business friend: a kebab box, a kebab and some fries. The dishes were not completed at the same time, but one after the other. The kebab was already ready and then the fries were thrown into the deep fryer. Unfortunately, the freshly prepared kebab cooled down again during the cooking time. The dishes were ok, fresh salad, well seasoned meat, crispy fries. But: - No friendly welcome, the service staff was unfriendly and almost unwilling to prepare anything for us. - Only the most necessary communication with me, but constantly chatting with two colleagues in a foreign language; I must have been a bit of a nuisance by coming. - Card payment was very reluctantly accepted. - A meal receipt for the tax office cannot be issued, only a payment receipt, which can only be issued after providing my email or cell phone number. is transmitted (data protection?). This payment receipt is not accepted by our accounting department or the tax office in this form (food portions/drinks must be listed individually), so now I am stuck with the entertainment costs.

Very tasty kebab made from meat, not from the usual minced meat rotisserie, poultry and veal are available. Very friendly service and very filling portions. Some pizzerias could take a slice of the pizza.

Ich esse seit dem ersten Sofra Döner in Freiburg vor fast 30 Jahren Döner und muss feststellen, dass sämtliche Döner-Geschäfte in 79346 Endingen qualitativ schlechtes Fleisch verkaufen. Auf jeden Fall ist mir dieses Mal, bereits zum zweiten Mal, um 22 Uhr hundselend und das liegt am Essen von heute. Das Fleisch hat nicht wirklich gut geschmeckt, auf jeden Fall werde ich in Zukunft lieber ein bisschen mehr Geld ausgeben, um in die gute Gastronomie wie den Schützen oder Engel zu gehen.

Die meisten Beschreibungen zu diesem Döner Imbiss kann ich nicht wirklich nachvollziehen. Die Döner/Falafel schmecken genauso wie in den meisten anderen Etablissements... keinerlei Wiedererkennungswert... langweilig. Man wird satt, mehr nicht. Die Pizza ist besser aber allenfalls mittelmäßig. Wenn man die umliegenden Italienischen Restaurants in Vergleich nimmt, schneiden diese allesamt besser und meist auch noch günstiger ab. Fazit: das Essen ist essbar, aber weit davon entfernt bei den Preisen auch noch gelobt werden zu müssen...

Man sollte sich nicht vom ersten Eindruck täuschen lassen ("wieder so eine Dönerbude wie viele andere auch") - das Essen ist deutlich besser als der Durchschnitt. Auch die Pizzen sind - Holzofen sei Dank - hervorragend.

Great, honest, clean, nice and affordable street-food restaurant with nice staff. It was my third time there (discovered them just recently), and this time I had an Endinger Burger with additional cheese. If I could have roamed it, I'd have had three or four! It's tasty and quite aboundant. Great job guys, keep it like that, it was the best burger around! I will keep coming and recommending.

Ich kenne nur einen einzigen Dönerladen, der besser ist und der ist 180 Kilometer weit entfernt. Im Kaiser Holzofen kommen die Backwaren aus dem Holzofen, die Soßen und die Patties für die Burger sind hausgemacht, es gibt Grillkäse vom Spieß und phantastische Falafel. Der Laden ist gut besucht, so dass es immer wieder zu Wartezeiten kommt, die ab und zu vom Personal unterschätzt werden.

Immer freundliches Personal und Top Döner sowie ein leckeren Käsedöner auch gibt es ne Klasse Pizza aus dem Holzofen! Seit es diesen Döner gibt, ist er mein Stammdöner in Endingen! Gerne immer wieder.
