Nice café, good breakfast. The staff were truly extremely friendly this morning on August 20, 2025; it couldn't be better! A huge plus point is that the next table offered water for dogs without asking – great!

A lovely café on Dieburg's market square with a daily changing lunch menu. A great selection of drinks and snacks. Friendly, efficient service staff included. Well worth a visit. 👍❤️👌

We enjoyed delicious beer here, the seating was very comfortable, and the decor was nice. The service was friendly and quick; we'll be back.

Today we were here again, while the market square was extremely crowded due to the live music. Tobi is simply a go-getter. He spontaneously set up a few bar tables. Additional, very friendly and competent service staff were also there, and the quality of our food was simply top-notch. Absolute professionals, and we're always impressed.

I had a salad plate with onions, but it didn't work out. It was still good, though. My wife had cooked cheese, which could have been a bit more caraway, but otherwise it was good. The service was a bit inattentive; I wish they'd asked if everything was okay or if I'd like something to drink. You have to make yourself known.

Beautifully located right on Dieburg's market square, with very friendly service. We went for breakfast and had the hearty breakfast and the avocado slice. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed. Please don't serve pre-baked rolls for breakfast, as they're almost white. And the avocado slice felt like it was served on half a baguette or roll. I could only eat it by taking the ingredients off. It tasted good, but a slice is something else ;) After some negative comments, now for something positive: the homemade lemonade – delicious and refreshing!

Bad food at lunch The ingredients could have been used to create something special. Unfortunately, they couldn't seem to get it right. Poorly seasoned, the sauce was weird, and the ground beef was pale and undercooked. What a shame!

We were a closed group of almost 60 people in the café and the beautiful winter garden. In addition to a small snack (vegetarian no problem), there was good cake and good coffee. Advice in advance and service were uncomplicated and friendly, and the quality offered was very good. Thank you very much, we would be happy to come back at any time!

Although we were told there would be a waiting time of around 20 minutes when we asked, we had to wait longer than an hour for two avocado sandwiches and two croissants. After 1 hour they said they hadn't even scheduled breakfast. So we can't rate the food because we could only see it by walking past the other tables. There was only a “sorry” from the waitress and not even an accomodation with our drinks or a counter-offer, e.g. to take croissants “on hand”. Unfortunately 3 customers lost!

As always, everything is highly recommended! Keep it up!

The Café Äffchen in Dieburg is really recommended! It's very cozy and the staff is very friendly! Since it was full, we first sat in the covered courtyard and were later asked to go into the café because there was a child there who was freezing! The table in the café was cleaned for us in no time! All I can say is customer friendly!! A note from me: if you are several people, make a reservation in advance!

Super nice café for breakfast, very nice service, atmosphere exceptionally cozy❤️, there's a great bouncy castle for the kids, you sit in the shade and can just relax. The range of food and drink is large and the price/performance is great. There are plenty of places available. Always worth a consideration 🫶🏻

In summer there is a great beer garden in the Dieburg Castle Garden and in winter there is a nice café in the Ex Café Ostheimer. Great concept and delicious food and drinks and nice and attentive staff.

Das Kaffee☕ Äffchen findet man im wunderschönen Dieburger Schlossgarten🌺🌳. Das Café ist in den Sommermonaten von 10.00 Uhr bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt vom Frühstück(z.B . Joghurtit Obst, Rührei, süsses oder herzhaftes Frühstück)über eine kleine Mittagskarte ( z.B. Bratwurst, Fleischkäse, Kochkäse, Tomatenbrot, Handkäse, Schweizer Wurstsalat) bis hin zum Abendessen(Spare Rips, Panini, Salat, Toast, Bratwurst, Fleischkäse) alles.

Bei gutem Wetter immer gut besucht. Unter großen Bäumen stehen die Tische, mit großem Abstand voneinander, auf der grünen Wiese. Wirklich schön da. Gegessen habe ich bisher nichts dort. Daher gibt es vorerst keine Sterne für das Essen.

Schöner Biergarten. Nette Bedienung. Haben nur etwas getrunken. Gibt aber eine kleine feine Speisekarte. Kommen gerne wieder. Im Schlosspark ist natürlich sehr schön.

Optimales Angebot, für das was es ist.

Ein wundervoller Ort zum Frühstücken, Mittagessen oder auch so zum längeren Verweilen. Der Biergarten ist super und ruhig gelegen. Leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Platz ist genügend und wenn es voll ist, muss man meist nur kurz warten. Nettes Personal bedient freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist lecker und die Preise sind echt fair. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Ein Ausflug wert. Gutes Essen mit hochwertigen Produkten aus der Region. Gerne wieder .... sehr zu empfehlen.

Gutes Frühstück und ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Das alles in einer gemütlichen Umgebung. Werde gerne wieder kommen.

Ich war zum Frühstück hier und es war, wie immer sehr gut.

Leckerer Kuchen mit typischer Kaffeehaus Atmosphäre im vorderen Bereich. Klein, aber sehr fein. Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Wer in Dieburg "Kaffe, Kuche'" genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.

Hatten vor zwei Wochen sonntags Kuchen gekauft - leider für die Größe überteuert und die männliche Bedienung mit Brille hatte es nicht mal nötig zu grüßen - das sind wir von Euch so nicht gewohnt……:-(

Tolle location, angenehm gerade bei Hitze. Das essen ist auch gut und die Bedienung nett.

Wir waren frühstücken Bewirtung ist sehr gut 👍 hat aber recht lange gedauert, mit den belegten Brötchen Hat aber alles lecker 😋 geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Gemütlich mit viel Platz. Leider wenige Plätze und die Bratwürste sind fein und gebrüht. Besser ein Pannini Burger essen. Preise sind der aktuellen Situation angepasst und akzeptabel. Ein Besuch sicherlich Wert.

Coole Location, sehr nettes Ambiente mit angenehmer Atmosphäre. Mittwoch, Donnerstag und Freitag gibt’s selbstgemachte Kuchen. Das Sonntagsbrunch ist sehr empfehlenswert, Reservierung ist zu empfehlen.
