The service is abysmally bad. After the main course, you have to make yourself heard to be allowed to order anything else. The main course was good, and therefore 2* for the meal. Unfortunately, the dessert was already dried out around the edges. That's unacceptable!! The ambiance is far too showy and has nothing authentic about it. Waiting 20 minutes and asking twice to pay is also unacceptable. The waiter tried to dictate the order in which I would have my drinks. That's unacceptable!!! The price charged is completely inadequate.

I'm disappointed:🤯😳 At first glance it looks stylish and cozy but the food is of poor quality and is mostly prepared by people who don't come from the catering industry at all, i.e. hired guns who have actually trained as chefs and are actually very good at their craft, they're just administrative. As far as the service and barista staff are concerned, I can only shake my head. Hardly anyone has any idea about the job, they've picked up a few things here and there, don't even know the technical terms, let alone technical terms, and here too there are only one or maximum three who are trained Refa, but are under the yoke of the aggressive so-called bar manager who thinks it's his territory/his place!🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🙈 I'm disappointed that many people suffer from mental illness and also take medication and still consume alcohol and other stimulants. I really don't want to explain what goes on in the kitchen, including the sink. Some employees start drinking alcohol in the morning, even while they're working. This makes them very inflexible. In any case, my conclusion is more than disappointing, and I recommend booking! 🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️🙈😳🤯👎👎👎

Today we were waiting at the entrance ( even though other waitresses had already said we could wait there) as it was cold outside, not blocking anyone or causing any disruption. A male waiter approached us rudely told us to stay out. He could’ve just asked politely. Very disappointing!!!
