We ordered two cheeseburger meals. The burgers were alright, but nothing special, especially since the bun was pulled from a huge bag of pre-made buns. The fries tasted good, but the portion size was an absolute joke (a maximum of 20 fries), especially considering the steep price of €7. So, unfortunately, it was a complete waste of money.

The burgers were really yummy, fresh, and full of flavor, and the spicy chili fries were just as good. You can truly taste how fresh the ingredients are, which makes a big difference. We stumbled upon this place by chance and it was a real stroke of luck... the service was quick, flexible and incredibly friendly, the food is absolutely delicious, the burgers are huge, tasty and freshly prepared, the fries are hot and crispy, and the mega cookie for dessert is an absolute hit. The food was good, the service not so much. The burger was very tasty, the fries were very good, and the chicken nuggets were also very good. The bowl had a very heavy sauce, which ruined its lightness. I ordered and picked up the food, which was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes and then had to wait another 10 minutes. I paid for my food and took it with me, but I almost didn't get the bowl. The cook ran after me, saying I had paid for and taken the wrong order. When I got home, I unpacked the food—my burger was missing, and I had the wrong fries and nuggets. If the service were better, I would definitely order again.

Burger was good, not so flavorful / juicy as I like, there was pickled onions, a good idea but it had to be cut thinner, so not to overpower the taste. The Fries were super crispy and among the best I ate in Germany!

We happened to be at Mercedes in Wiesloch, and while driving past, I saw the place, which looked very promising from the outside. The place is also very well decorated inside. We ordered the burgers, and they were amazing. I haven't had such good burgers in a long time. I can recommend it to everyone. We'll definitely be back. The team is fantastic and friendly.

Rustic, yet charming, clean, and modern. Good selection and, above all, very tasty! In addition to the beef, we also had a veggie burger, and we can honestly say that it had one of the best patties we've ever had. The fries were really good, too.

Every bite was delectable and perfectly balanced. The prices are absolutely justified—the value for money is 100% spot on. The young team is super friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. The music was awful, but that's purely a matter of taste and hardly matters with such fantastic food. Anyone who loves street food should definitely try Juicy's Finest—a culinary highlight!

Unfortunately, there's not much space and it's hot inside. The food was absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the side dishes are easily enough for two. The staff is friendly.

We ordered a chicken burger with fries (set menu) and asked for Cheddar sauce (delicious!) and 12 BBQ chicken strips with fries and truffle sauce... and we couldn't finish it! (And we're big eaters). We were very surprised by the quality and quantity, and it was beautifully presented. The burger didn't fall apart, and the freshly made fries were super crispy and delicious. That and two drinks came to €44. It was empty because the place is small, but it has a terrace outside. Several people did come in to order takeout, though. I saw on the door that they accept VISA, Mastercard, etc. And the guys there were both very friendly! It's 100% recommended!

Update: So, the store opens at 4:30 p.m. I called at 4:31 p.m., someone answered the phone briefly, and then hung up right away. I then tried by phone for 15 minutes, but no one answered. So I drove there. The employee was sitting outside smoking. We said hello and went into the store to order. The cigarettes were continued in peace, and after 2 minutes, we were asked what we wanted to order. We then sat down and waited. The phone rang 3-4 times. The person went to the phone and hung up! It wasn't until the female server arrived shortly before 5 p.m. that phone orders started to arrive. When placing our orders, we were asked several times whether we wanted a menu, which we repeatedly denied. After about 20 minutes, our food was placed in front of us to take away, and we could have simply left without paying. No one asked for payment. However, we are honest citizens and pay for our food. However, the order was taken incorrectly because, as I mentioned, we ordered individual burgers and not meals. A burger was billed as a meal, so what should I have ordered? Not impressed with the chef or their sales skills.

I placed a large order and only ate the burger the next day. I discovered that it was completely raw inside – an absolute no-go, especially with ground beef. I immediately tried to contact the restaurant, but the owner didn't get back to me despite my request for a callback. Their handling of complaints is disappointing. When ordering multiple dishes – as in my case – it can happen that part of the order isn't eaten immediately but is properly refrigerated and consumed the next day. This is quite common with thoroughly cooked food, including ground beef, and perfectly acceptable according to standard food hygiene practices. The prerequisite, of course, is that the product was cooked sufficiently. However, if a burger is delivered so raw that it's no longer suitable for consumption the next day, it raises questions about the preparation rather than the customer's behavior. Such statements suggest a lack of expertise rather than professional restaurant training. I was there for the first time yesterday after a visit to the admissions office. Very nice staff/boss and after about 8 minutes the hamburger menu was in front of me. Visually absolutely great and also very tasty in terms of taste. Due to the very dominant burger sauce that overshadowed the individual tastes of the fresh ingredients, it wasn't quite as it could be. But still very tasty and I would like to come back.

Since then I've been super excited. Yes, but juicys did a great job yesterday. Order was only delivered after 2.5 hours, after paying I noticed that a burger was missing. I still paid because it was promised that it would be delivered immediately. The citizen never came. Unfortunately they lost a customer. Absolute disgrace!

I ordered the Tuesdays double cheeseburger deal, and they were made perfectly, I would highly recommend this place to eat in or out. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great burger of good quality. Both the chicken and vegan burgers are very good. Unfortunately, the small shop smells extremely fatty and the music is sometimes unbearably loud. But since it's the best burger I've eaten in the area, I'll accept it if necessary ;)

We were just about to go there for dinner. There's a sign on the door saying "Open Tuesdays from 12 noon." Unfortunately, the doors were closed.

To put it briefly: The food is super delicious - 5 stars for that! Strictly speaking, the food WAS super delicious the last time we managed to get it. The customer service and the organization of the business are a disaster. Our last four attempts to get food have failed miserably: Once we tried to order by phone in the evening, but unfortunately, they were too busy to accept any more orders. Once we went there during our lunch break, and the website said they were open - there was a notice on the door saying they weren't opening at lunch. And the last two times, the same scenario (according to the information on the website, they were open), except that they didn't even leave a message on the door. Sorry, but no matter how good the food is, that's outrageous; that's not how you treat customers! It's really not too much to ask for the website to keep the information on whether the shop is open up to date. Letting customers find out for themselves instead is simply not acceptable! We've had enough and will not make any further advances!

The food was delivered cold after 1.5 hours. It showed 35 minutes. After 1 hour, we called and were told the driver was already on his way. This took 30 minutes. At that price, it's a disgrace to deliver cold food. Never again!

It's true, good food can be found where nice people do something with joy. The fries are incredibly crispy and the burger with crunchy, fresh ingredients was fantastic. Always worth the short detour from the motorway if you're craving street food. And it's hard to believe - even the toilet deserves praise.

I had a vegan burger with a mushroom and lentil patty 👍🏻 Good combination and rare to find (I wouldn't want to eat replica meat). I also got really tasty fries (I think they were the best I've ever had). Good selection of drinks. The boss and employees were both friendly and very accommodating. I liked the ambience, snack bar but cool. There is some seating inside and it was very pleasant on the terrace. I was able to park opposite.

Nice little burger joint that's a little out of the way. The food is delicious and of high quality, but the price is borderline high for my taste.

They simply have the best burgers I've ever eaten. The fries are also great. I've never had such good burgers delivered. The prices are quite high, but the quality is also good. The meat was cooked perfectly every time and the portions are so large that you feel really full. All ingredients seem very fresh. On Christmas Eve the food was brought to us in under 20 minutes.

The burgers taste really good. I've tried almost every burger. Everyone is super cool. The newly created burgers every month also taste great. I particularly liked the sandwich with crispy chicken. Keep it up and keep up the quality, I give it five stars plus.

The Korean BBQ Chicken was very tasty and so was the Sinaloa Burger. Everything is very freshly prepared and the quality of the meat is very high, and there is no long wait either. Gladly again.

Although I actually decided against writing a review the first time, I have to write one now... •Bun: fluffy, but still pleasantly toasty and caramelized on the outside! •Ingredients: very fresh and excellent quality! •Sauces: most likely homemade and incredibly spicy, but on point - not too much! •Patty: very tasty, well fried. Good texture, but could be slightly juicier - that would be the only thing that could be improved. •Sides: incredible fries! •Portion size: very good! What really stands out is the composition of the individual dishes. Everything is finely coordinated here. The play with flavors, different textures and the quantities of the individual ingredients are precisely chosen. The burger was juicy but not wet, despite the 12 minute drive home. Absolutely top class without being exaggerated or intentionally luxurious/chic. Honest, down-to-earth burgers, but high-quality ingredients and flavor compositions! Conclusion: The burger was simply amazing! When I look at the whole package, it's probably the best burger I've ever eaten. Why didn't I want to write a review at first? Because it's best to remain an insider tip so that the amazing quality you deliver doesn't suffer. But that's very selfish and you don't deserve it. That's why unfortunately I didn't take any photos. But I can only advise everyone the following: take a close look at the juicy burgers and see for yourself. I wish you maximum success and growth until infinity, but please maintain your quality! 🙏🤩

The food alone was great. I liked the Mississippi & Brooklyn burgers. I had a friend bring me a bicycle who was in the district nearby anyway. "My boyfriend and I accidentally swapped our identical phones because Google Maps asked me what it was like." He described to me that the store seemed a bit small when you walked in. (As if it couldn't have been built or designed differently... But I don't really care. The main thing is that the chefs do a good job with the burger preparation with conviction. And yes, that did it too. ) That's why I'm waiting for people to be able to sit outside again when the weather is nice and when it's not too cold. About the service... The cashier was the only friendly person towards my friend who brought me the food. I can not say more. The main thing is that the food was good.😎

That was by far the best burger with guacamole, cheddar, super tasty onions & a tomato preparation to die for & the best rustic fries I've ever eaten! Ordering process very good! On-time & friendly delivery! Sustainable packaging! The only thing that could have been the food was a little hotter...but heating it briefly in the oven didn't detract from the taste. You can tell that the best food is used here and that it is prepared with love! I'll probably become a regular orderer when the craving for burgers arises & I'm already looking forward to the entire menu, which I'll definitely try! I've had food delivered from Juicy's a few times so far, so I can't comment on the ambience. But the food always comes quickly and is really tasty and high quality!

Burgers repeatedly arrived where components were missing or requests were not addressed. Portions will always remain smaller prices. Complaints are only responded to with lack of enthusiasm. What good is a voucher that I have to collect if the delivery is defective? After this review, I was contacted by the operator without being asked. Attention, data protection is being violated here.

The monthly burger January 24 is really delicious. Unfortunately the sweet potato fries were fried for too long. And the exhaust air in the room leaves a lot to be desired, after a short time your eyes burn. The price is a bit more expensive, but still acceptable
