Juhl's in Feldberger Seenlandschaft

Wir hatten uns sehr auf frischen Fisch und gemütlichen Biergarten gefreut – leider war unser Besuch eine große Enttäuschung. Unser Vorspeisensalat wurde komplett vergessen. Nachdem bereits das Hauptgericht serviert worden war, wurde bewusst weggeschaut und niemand fühlte sich zuständig. Das Schnitzel war extrem dünn, teilweise unter 4 mm. Der gewünschte Beilagenwechsel von Bratkartoffeln zu Pommes wurde ignoriert. Die Bratkartoffeln waren weder knusprig noch geschmacklich überzeugend waren, das Öl alt. Die Rechnung: Uns wurde ein Aperol berechnet, den wir weder bestellt noch erhalten hatten. Die Hilfskellner sprechen kaum Deutsch. Am Ende hatten wir leider das Gefühl, dass man sich in einem Touristenort nicht besonders um Qualität und guten Service bemühen muss, weil ohnehin ständig neue Gäste kommen. Für uns war es definitiv der erste und letzte Besuch.

Das Schnitzel kam mit Bratkartoffeln statt Pommes, der Beilagensalat beim Fisch fehlte ganz, Reklamation war nicht möglich da man unser Handzeichen geflissentlich übersah. Statt dessen stand ein Getränk zu viel auf der Rechnung. Beim abräumen wieder reklamiert, wurde nur mit "ach so" beantwortet. Beim kassieren hat die Dame sich dann korrekt entschuldigt. Aber da war für uns das Erlebnis leider durch. Geschmacklich eher enttäuschend, alles etwas fettig und einheitlich nach Fritteuse.

Heute wieder mal eingekehrt und wieder lecker gegessen. Kalte Rote Beete Suppe und geräucherte Forelle mit Folienkartoffeln 😋

Ein zuvorkommender Service, meist freie Plätze, zur Not auch mal drinnen. Wir waren im Urlaub 3x hier und waren immer zufrieden. Das Essen kam sehr schnell und war gut. Danke für die leckeren Momente.

Auch bei Regenwetter ein netter Empfang, super Imbiss, lecker Fischbrötchen, gutes Fassbier, Preise top.

Der heutige Besuch war entgegen unserer Erwartungen leider enttäuschend. Es begann mit dem Tisch (in der Gaststube), worauf sich frische Spuren von Gläsern befanden: der Tisch war nicht gereinigt. Die Getränke wurden mitten auf dem Tisch zur Selbstverteilung aufgestellt. Die Bratkartoffeln, welche mit der Matjesplatte und einem Rahmschnitzel gereicht wurden, schmeckten wie aus einer Warmhalteplatte, matschig und lauwarm. Die Matjes waren, ebenso wir die Schnitzel und die Pommes, nicht mehr als mittelmäßig. Zu Beginn unseres Besuches machten wir auf eine Leckage/Überschwemmung in der Herrentoilette aufmerksam - diese war auch nach über einer Stunde noch ebenso vorhanden. Der oft gelobte Service hatte heute scheinbar einen freien Tag.

Haben hier sehr gut gegessen, Zanderfilet mit Salat und Bratkartoffeln, Schnitzel mit Pilzen, Salat und Pommes. Dazu Bier, Weißwein und zum Nachtisch 2 leckere Eisbecher mit frischen Erdbeeren und Sahne.🤩😋Einfach köstlich. ( Übrigens: selbstgemachtes Eis. ) Sehr nettes Personal, allerdings ich glaube kein gelerntes Servicepersonal. Aber uns hat es nicht gestört. Gemütliche, alte Einrichtung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Kommen gerne wieder.👍

Wir waren gestern in der Gaststätte essen und waren mehr als enttäuscht. Das Essen hat uns die ganze Nacht schwer im Magen gelegen. Der Fisch war leider fettig und im Öl ertränkt. Der Salat war lieblos, garniert. Das beste bei den Service, die Kleine Eiskugel für zwei Euro ist mehr Als unverschämt. Schade, dass dieser Gaststätte könnte man viel mehr machen.

Es ist eine schöne Gaststätte mit leckerem Essen und netter Bedienung. Der Fisch insbesondere die geräucherte Forelle und der Matijes sind zu empfehlen.

Super freundlicher Service, tolles, frisches Essen, tolles Ambiente im Juhl's.... Das selbstgemachte Eis ist der Hammer. Die Schnitzel und Salate absolut spitze. Sehr zu empfehlen. Der Ort Carwitz hat zu dem einen wunderbaren Charme. Die Umgebung holt runter vom Alltag.

Ein Stern ist noch zu wenig. Mehrere Anfragen per Kontaktformular und E-Mail über Monate blieben unbeantwortet, auf wiederholte telefonische Nachfrage reagierte die Inhaberin Frau Juhl ignorant und arrogant mit dem Hinweis, doch bei der Touristinformation nachzufragen und legte auf. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Zum Glück, dass es andere sehr freundliche Gastgeber gibt. Eine vielversprechende Website ist eben nicht alles. Bei Familie Juhl scheint der Kunde lästiges Beiwerk zu sein. Katastrophe und kein Aushängeschild für den Ort und die Gegend!

The man who sells herring in a bun should stop using his disgusting marinade from a large bucket. Such mush doesn't belong on a fish sandwich.

We were totally thrilled by the great service that is missing elsewhere. You won't be sent away when all the places are occupied, but you will be given a time when you can come back. The atmosphere is familiar and loving. All dishes are absolutely delicious.

Highly recommended at any time, requests will be accommodated as far as possible. Staff very friendly and the food came very quickly, was great and hot for both. It must be great there in the summer. We were there at Easter, the weather was bad, but we liked the service even better. Come again.

The food and service were great as always. Carwitz is a great place, the ambience inside and outside is great and very appropriate, a visit is always worthwhile. It's a shame that we live so far away, we would like to stop at "Juhl" much more often. All the best.

Juhl's has the best fried potatoes! Paired with fish or a hamburger schnitzel...a must every year during our vacation. The homemade ice cream is also a dream.

Schnitzel was awesome! Finally a hearty meal for really not a lot of money. If the food tastes good, you can sit comfortably and the service is great despite there being a few guests, then I'm happy to pay. We'll definitely be back.

Delicious dinner with the Juhl family. Small but so atmospheric. If you are in the area it is highly recommended. Schnitzel good and the spareribs were delicious too. Service very hospitable and friendly. Even the regular guests are very nice.

It's very nice to sit here, in a good atmosphere. The service is also very friendly, but unfortunately some of the food here is not freshly cooked, but instead serves frozen food. This definitely applies to the potato pancakes, for which we paid over 13 euros per portion. Absolutely out of the question.

The food was prepared somewhat carelessly, i.e. the fried potatoes were not crispy and the vendace were very small. I wasn't full. The service was a little snooty. The ambience was very nice.

Unfortunately that was nothing...warm beer, tasteless spare ribs and the trout fillet from the wholesaler. No dry wine in the house?! Then we wanted to chat for a while.

For us the best place to eat in Carwitz. Boss very customer-oriented, staff friendly and above all: a lot of competence in the kitchen! Home-smoked trout, served delicately as a fillet, homemade pierogies and many other specialties are served in the large outdoor dining area. There is also delicious ice cream made in-house (my favorite: the cherry!). Good selection of wines and digestives as well as refreshing summer drinks such as Lillet Wild Berry or a sea buckthorn spritz.

Nice atmosphere and the food is very good. The portions are sufficient and the price/performance ratio is right. The organization in the cellar team is a bit chaotic. You are asked 3x whether something has already been ordered. Quite unusual, no card payment, the instructions at the entrance and at the end of the menu are easily overlooked, no information is given by the staff.

We wanted to eat cake. The waitress didn't know what was available, the second lady offered 2 types. We then went to the other café across the street and there were a good 10 varieties and everything was fresh. We didn't test Juhls as a restaurant

I had eel in jelly with fried potatoes, the eel tasted very musty and the jelly was very sour, there was also something in it that was very tasty. Hours later the taste still hadn't gone away, what a shame. There was no question as to why you didn't eat.

There were six of us traveling by canoe and we hardly had any cash left. When we arrived there was a sign outside saying “no card payment possible”. When asked, the (very nice!!) service was quick to find a solution. We were then allowed to transfer the bill. In addition, a table was set up for us at the snack bar next door so that we could watch football. Quote from the waitress: “But get the drinks over there. They're cheaper there." When we sent one of us in to pay and wanted to tip a little over 10% because of the outstanding service, we were told we should use the money to get a beer at the snack bar. I have never experienced so much kindness and helpfulness. Anyone in Carwitz should definitely stop by.

If I could give 6 stars I would. The schnitzel was very tasty, like mom made. The salad with delicious dressing. The fries were crispy and well seasoned, the beer was well tapped. Fast and very nice service.

Absolutely top-notch cake...of course there was also coffee....there are also scoops of ice cream, ice cream sundaes 🍨 and soft ice cream...price performance is right...definitely recommended...keep it up.

pre-prepared foods, convenience food, Finished products that cost a lot of money and don't taste good. Whether it's a bed of lettuce (of course from the bulk pack with the cheapest, tasteless tomatoes and ready-made balsamic sauce) with fried ready-made halloumi of the cheapest quality or, optionally, fried frozen pierogies (similarly bad), everything here costs 17 euros and doesn't taste good. The pierogies come with sweet chili dip from the 25l canister bah! Fried potatoes don't work without bacon, of course they come ready-made from the Metro bag. The only thing is that it's nice to sit in, the drinks are reasonably priced, and the waitresses are mostly nice, even though they're very insistent that you order something to eat. I can hardly recommend the store, I would never serve something like that to my guests. No point to complain about, delicious food, cozy surroundings, everyone is always friendly. The chefs prepare the food beautifully, and I think the prices are quite reasonable, not too cheap, but not too expensive either. I'm in rehab in Feldberg and have eaten here several times with others from there during the 7 weeks of MV. We all really enjoy coming here, my personal highlight is the homemade cake... It's bomb. In second place the ice cream, & then also the warm dishes, I don't really like eating warm things, but here... 🍾😊👍 delicious, there's no other way to describe it. A very big compliment. On the way home we were spontaneously hungry. So we went to Juhl's. Although we live in the region, we had never been here before...but we had heard a lot of good things. We received a very friendly welcome and immediately felt at home due to the super cozy atmosphere. A waiter was with us quickly and even brought our daughter something to paint at the table. The memory card contains a wide variety of dishes, from hearty to vegetarian to unusual. The food came quickly and was something for everyone. Great look, great smell and great taste. The prices are reasonable. We really really liked it. We will come back.

Gemütlich und schönen Restaurant wo man lecker Essen kann mit natürlich ne Vorspeise und etwas süßlichen zum Nachtisch. Bier oder Wein gibts auch genügend zu wählen. Empfehlenswert ist es rechtzeitig zi reservieren da es im Sommer sehr beschäftigt ist. Heute 2022-11-09 einen geräucherte Forelle mit Puffer und Salat gegessen hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Zum Nachtisch gab es ein Kaiserschmarrn war lecker aber hab schon besseres gegessen. Trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert hier Essen zu gehen.

Sehr leckeres Essen! Wir hatten Kaiserschmarrn und Kürbissuppe. Von der Kürbissuppe haben wir direkt noch 2 Gläser mitgenommen weil sie so lecker war :-). Nette Bedienung und gemütliches Sitzen draußen.

Wir kommen immer mehrmals, wenn wir hier im Urlaub sind, im Grunde seit Bestehen 1984. Der Imbiss im Sommer ist eine tolle Ergänzung, wenn man mit dem Rad oder zu Fuß auf der Durchreise ist. Die Pommes und die Fischbrötchen hier sind weltklasse! Leider sind die Preise nun hier auch ganz schön angestiegen (Bier von 2022 auf 2023 25%). Da wäre es wünschenswert, wenn zB. die Kugel Eis nicht nur eine kleine Kugel ist, sondern man etwas großzügiger wäre, wie andernorts.

Schließe mich meiner Vorgängerin an ...und wenn Marco kocht, leckt ihr euch alle Finger. und nach 5 Jahren hat sich an der Qualität der Speisen nichts geändert. Leider war ein Koch ein bisschen verliebt in Balsamico :>)

Gemütlich, urig und lecker. Mir gefällt die große und bunte Auswahl auf der Karte. Die Portionen könnten ein wenig größer sein ohne die Beilagen aufzufüllen. Ansonsten passt hier alles. Das Personal ist sehr nett und bemüht ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir kommen jedes Jahr und auch zukünftig gern wieder.

Seit vielen vielen Jahren kommen wir immer wieder gerne hierher. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Speisen, eine immer freundliche und flinke Bedienung und egal, ob man drinnen oder draußen einen Platz ergattert, es ist einfach urgemütlich hier.

Wir hatten die Saiblinge aus dem See und das Nackenkotelett mit Waldpilzsoße (letzteres wurde individuell abweichend von der Karte kombiniert), beides mit Salat und Bratkartoffeln. Beide Essen haben wirklich perfekt geschmeckt! Besten Dank an die Küche und auch an den super netten Kellner!

Das ganze Ambiente war enorm schön. Man möchte ewig sitzen und die Umgebung genießen. Allerdings haben die Wespen extrem gestört. Wir konnten das Nest sehen, weil wir direkt daneben saßen. Das hat sehr gestört, erst Recht wenn man Allergiker dabei hat. Der Service war sehr sehr freundlich. ABER! der Kellner hat kaum deutsch gesprochen und wir mussten auf Englisch bestellen. Das Essen war der Wahnsinn. Portion perfekt von der Größe und sehr lecker.

Sehr schöne Anlage,der Fisch war frisch geräuchert und sehr lecker. Von den Pirogen war ich enttäuscht, viel zu viel Salat, dafür war das Eis sehr lecker.

Nachdem wir in einem anderen Lokal "frech" weg geschickt wurden, kehrten wir hier ein! Und siehe da, trotz Regen, bekamen wir, nach freundlichem Empfang, die Speisekarte und eine Tagesempfehlung! Das Essen war lecker und als Nachtisch gönnten wir uns dann ein lecker Softeis.

Super Essen...leider aber der Service durch 2 Mädels dieses Jahr nicht so toll da Sie nicht blickig sind und kein Deutsch verstehen. Uns wurden die Karten einfach nach der Getränkebestellung weggenommen. Um das Essen zu bestellen bin ich dann rein gegangen zur Chefin. Sonst aber wie immer toll

Sehr gutes Essen, geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut, toller Fisch, leckeres Dressing, die Teller an sich waren auch total ästhetisch angerichtet. Das Personal empfand ich als sehr sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Absolute Empfehlung!

Das Essen war sehr gut und wunderschön angerichtet. Barsch und Piroggen waren sehr schmackhaft. Auch das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. 4, statt 5 Sterne gibt es, weil das Ambiente draußen doch ziemlich unbequem und lieblos anmutet. Selbst die Armlehne des 2. Stuhls gab nach, wenn man sich darauf abstützte.
