We went on a Tuesday and it was busy and had the doors open to the outdoor patio, which was lovely on a hot day. Would recommend.

The beer garden and the restaurant are really nice, the service was absolutely attentive and fast, but I couldn't put down the food and had to go back because it was too greasy and made my stomach upset. I had a meat planter with side dishes. But I also have to say that I've had a very good meal there, so this review is only based on this one time.

Good beer, good food, good service.

Good for groups or a quick dinner. Excellent beer from the in-house brewery. The food is of a solid standard, nothing fancy but most of it tastes good. The restaurant is usually very full, so it is advisable to make a reservation. At peak times it can get quite loud and the waiting times are sometimes longer, but it's manageable Frame. The central location with a beautiful beer garden is practical.

Wir waren zu viert am Sonntag Mittag dort zum Essen. Es war nicht unser erster Besuch und wir haben voller Begeisterung unsere Begleiter auf eine leckere Schweinshaxe eingeladen. Leider waren die drei Haxen, die gefühlt ca. 5 Minuten nach der Bestellung an den Tisch gebracht wurden, vermutlich vom Vortag, leicht verbrannt und total trocken. Im nachhinein hätten wir sie zurückgehen lassen sollen statt uns jetzt zu ärgern. Der Kartoffelsalat, Knödel und Schweinebraten waren gut. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und die Preise ortsüblich.

Went to Joesepp's Brauhaus for the first time today. Very nice, friendly service and the food was also very tasty. We had cheese pätzle with salad - super tasty, not dry and not too greasy, roast pork, absolutely delicious crust and very well prepared meat including dumplings and Wiener schnitzel, great penade. We can definitely recommend it and we will be happy to come back when we are in Memmingen again.

The food and service were really great, we didn't have to wait long for food or drinks. The ambience invites you to stop by often. You should always reserve space (it worked great online) because it is always busy :).

Typical Bavarian food and also international food, even if you arrive late the kitchen still serves up delicious food.

I had the cheese spaetzle with cordon bleu – and what can I say: an absolute hit! The spaetzle was wonderful (mountain cheese) and perfectly seasoned. The Cordon Bleu was nice and crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside and had a great filling. Portion was generous, just right after a long day. Add to that the rustic atmosphere and friendly service – I’ll definitely be back!

Delicious beer at a local brewery! We came in by chance - we saw tanks of beer in the windows and decided to go in. We didn’t regret it, it’s cozy, atmospheric, and the local beer exceeded all our expectations (especially Joesepp’s Weiße and Dunkel Weiße)

Great ambience indoors and a large, cozy beer garden. Menu a little experience, Swabian and Bavarian selection. Portions absolutely fair for the ravenous hunger 😉 and delicious. Warm food throughout, ideal for taking a short drive off the motorway, stopping in and eating properly. Parking space at the house. Absolute recommendation

Typical German brewery, although I haven't been to many. Nice and very lively atmosphere for the middle of the week. The beer... different, very well served. A lot of variety of dishes without missing the typical classics of the area. Sausages, knuckle, soups, etc. Service attended by young but very attentive people. Very spacious so it is very comfortable.

Two of us ate without dessert (because we literally couldn't fit anymore) for €50 for both of us. The food is really very good, nothing to complain about. Price that I imagine are the ones here. They fill you with a tank of beer which is scary, but since the food is abundant, it's fine ☺️. The service, well, also what one expects... In Mallorca you go out of your way for them and in Germany they look down on you.

Very tasty dishes, we had the knuckle and Joesepp's trio. The dark beer sauce in particular was a poem! Rounded off by friendly and fast service and a great brewery atmosphere - we have nothing to complain about (and we are Swabians ;))!

Large selection of different dishes. From Bavarian delicacies to pizza (brewer's flatbread), vegetarians are not left out either. The service is friendly and quick. We'd love to come back.

The food was delicious, but the staff was rude. WITHOUT asking, the tip was entered into the EC card machine. When I asked what that was about, the waiter threw the tip in cash on the table and left without a word. Really very disrespectful and unfortunate

I had a rump steak...desired it was almost done....unfortunately very bloody...so my fries ended up covered in blood...I guess I wasn't very lucky and there was a tendon in it...the only thing that helped was spitting it out It was very crowded and therefore very loud...I didn't like it but that's a matter of taste

The food was great, but we have never received such unfriendly service. The lady with reddish brown hair was generally “not in the mood”. It wasn't just at our table like that. The mutual looks said EVERYTHING. Never experienced anything so disgraceful in service. It's a shame, because that's a reason not to go there anymore, even though, as I said, the food was great!

Waren an einem Sonntag dort. Zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Hausmannskost, Burger und Pizza ist alles zu empfehlen. Lange mussten wir nicht warten, bis das Essen gebracht wurde. Kommen gerne wieder wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

It seems like the most delicious Schweinhaxen restaurant in Memmingen haha. The salad was delicious, and the staff were very friendly!! We went without a reservation and sat at the bar, but if you want to go, reservations are required (there were a lot of people). If you come to Memmingen, I definitely recommend stopping by!

The economy is beautifully decorated! Since I don't drink alcohol right now, I can't comment on the beer. The fries were perfect and even had salt on them. At the Brauhaus Burger I somehow felt like I was missing the Bergkas. So he was ok! The staff nice and friendly. Food came quickly too. Would try it again

Chicken breast with vegetables and spaetzle was ok. Chicken breast is cut in the middle. Unfortunately served too dry. Not enough meat for me personally. Great amount of spaetzle and vegetables. Vegetables still crunchy. Cream sauce with it wasn't my thing. Second person had the beef roast with cheese pätzle. Everything was perfect there. Quantity and taste perfect. Prices overall okay. When we arrived there were breadcrumbs etc. on the table. Not wiped. We had to do it ourselves. Very unfortunate. I fluctuate between 3 and 4 stars. Because improvements are easy to implement, 4 stars. Will come again.

La comida excelente pero la camarera es una impresentable, al parecer no lo gustaba hablar en inglés porque no sabíamos alemán, por accidente se cayó una copa de vino y se rompió, esperamos a que viniese la camarera para explicarle y prácticamente nos insultó alegando que no la habíamos llamado , poniendo cara de enfadado por tener que recoger el el vino y copa rota , no ofreció un reemplazo porque lo pagaría igual , total que me quedé sin vino y con la mala cara . PODRÍA HABER SIDO MÁS AMABLE

Attracted by the good reviews, we stopped at Joesepp's Brauhaus on the way back from Switzerland. The cabbage donuts were barely there, the salad garnish was even good. But the wild garlic sausages with potato and radish salad were bad. The potato salad was ready-made, the bratwursts had only been seen on a pan or grill from a greater distance, were topped with a few snippets of wild garlic and tasted somehow sour.

Delicious Bavarian food with excellent value for money. The food and drinks were delivered very quickly after ordering. We only had to wait about 15 minutes until the food was on the table. The atmosphere is rustic but very modern. The atmosphere was relaxed despite the restaurant being very full. The service was very well organized and relaxed.

Sunday 07/30/23 - 3:00 p.m. Pork cordon bleu €19.90! No problem if the portion is right. I have been in the catering industry for 30 years and am good at estimating portions. Total weight with side dish maximum 250g cooking weight. A ridiculous portion. It tasted good.

28 minutes before 00:00 (end of opening time) I asked politely and with a smile "whether you can have a quick beer," when the waiter and waitress replied with a stiff expression, "we'll do the billing." 3 tables were still occupied by groups of guests. And the waiter already has his beer glass in his hand. ... My next visit, I'll order a feast and have everything returned at least twice. 😆 Enjoy it!

The service was excellent, our waiter was a very nice guy and very friendly, grateful for his treatment, the food arrived very quickly to the table that we were surprised, and a luxurious flavor, his knuckle and the baked pork, accompanied with the sauce of black beer is 10/10, the dishes are quite filling and the flavor, nothing to say, even so we ordered dessert to share, an apple pie that my god, a delight, not much more to say, I was delighted and I will surely come back to my senses next coming to the city ☺️

Highly recommended. Traveling on the A7 and looking for good food, we found a place here where we will definitely eat more often. Great dishes on the menu. My HaxnTopf was great and there was freshly brewed beer on tap. Happy!

Very disappointed with the food & table reservation!!! Topic 1 - The rump steak ordered as "medium" should have "approx. 250 gr" according to the menu... A max. 180 g piece of meat was served with approx. .What happened?...Did the meat run out & the chef was on vacation???...The plate then went back and only came back after about 15 minutes when my partner had finished his plate was, that's called "eating out together"... At €26.90 you can ask for a reasonable steak of almost 250 grams with the desired degree of doneness!!! Topic 2 - I made a special reservation for a special occasion and accordingly asked for a nice, quiet table for 2...What did we get?...A table for 2 right on the corner between the main hallway where everyone comes in and the hallway to the kitchen! !!...So pretty much the worst table!...And no, the place wasn't full (only about 60%) and there were plenty of nicer tables that weren't reserved, so the question of incompetence arises or it doesn't matter whether the guest feels comfortable, especially if you make a reservation (for a weekday) with your wishes several days in advance. Just for your information, I eat here regularly (personally & for business) and am happy to pay a little more for good food, but what you have delivered here doesn't work at all... Not even an apology for the raw mini steak... Maybe do it It also makes sense to respond to the customers' wishes instead of ignoring them, it could be someone who leaves around €5,000 a year!

Im großen und ganzen war alles top ein bisschen enttäuscht war ich da auf online Wunsch auf einen eckplatz sowie nochmals vor Ort nachgefragt wurde ob ein eckplatz frei wäre gab es keine Antwort... Zudem fand ich bisschen schade dass es keine Geburtstag features gab... Aber sonst war alles perfekt werden gerne wiederkommen Ps:der eckplatz wäre eigentlich gedacht da mein Vater der Geburtstag hatte keine anderen Menschen hinter sich haben kann da er sonst paranoid wird was dieses mal nicht geklappt hat hoffentlich aber beim nächsten mal

Joesepp's Brauhaus impressed us right from the entrance. The brewery tanks look fantastic, and the beer itself is great. There’s a wide variety of food options to choose from, and the service is excellent. A great experience overall!
