Nice Asian buffet restaurant. The staff is friendly, the food tastes good and the selection is large.

Nice decor, very large selection of food and drinks. There is even an ice cream machine available for dessert. Food counters are well placed so that you never really get in the way if you want to grab something to eat. Very friendly staff.

We were here for the first time today and we really loved it. The entrance area is very elegantly designed as is the rest of the interior. We were warmly welcomed and had free choice of seating. Most importantly: the food! We had a buffet, which costs a whopping 23.90 on Sunday lunch, but includes all drinks and coffee. There is also a show kitchen and you can watch directly how the food is prepared. Which also happened very quickly and tasted very good. The beef was tender and not at all fibrous. There is a large selection of sushi, but I didn't try it. Which is because I don't eat any. Otherwise there is the normal Chinese buffet from fried noodles to mussels gratinated with cheese, salad and a large selection of cakes and desserts. pudding, tiramisu, etc. You can just take drinks. Normal soft drinks and a huge selection of juices. Both in bottles and containers in which the slushies are usually made. I can really recommend this restaurant with a clear conscience. I can't yet comment on what it looks like at lunchtime, but it wasn't the last time we were there. Update 01/14/20 I recently had dinner here again. This time for lunch. Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated. The duck was tough and I couldn't eat it, the sesame balls were tough and inedible. I know, Chinese eat ribs... Still, they shouldn't be so fibrous and tough. Unfortunately there was a lot of fried food that was swimming in fat. My stomach didn't feel good for two days after this meal. Very unfortunate. We definitely won't go there again. Unfortunately, the Chinese restaurant at Obi has closed forever due to new competition. Very unfortunate. There was a limited selection there, but the food was still very good. New update April 2025. Furniture should be replaced or renewed slowly. Some of it looks very ugly. Food has improved.

We went there and ate a la carte, not the buffet. The service was a bit taciturn, probably due to the fact that the buffet is mostly self-service. The dishes we ordered were good in quality and taste. But it could have been a little warmer. Overall, you get a solid meal that doesn't blow your mind. The menu is extensive but not overloaded, the buffet seems rich and lavish. The ambience is a mix of traditional and modern Asian styles and tasteful. However, the restaurant is quite large, which is reflected in the loud noise level.

The noodles are too greasy and bland. The fried rice didn't taste particularly good either. The restaurant is far too expensive for bad food.

We were there on Saturday evening. Half an hour after opening there was so much going on that the queues at the buffet were very long. There were no more glasses either. Conclusion: All in all, a mediocre performance, but the price was also in the right category. I will no longer visit this store because of the many guests (which speaks for the store).

Attractively priced. Drinks are included. High quality coffee. All of the facilities at the restaurant are of high quality. The food is very good. We drive almost an hour just to eat at this restaurant.

Good Asia. Dishes of solid quality (buffet) Lots of choice but also many convenience products. Furnishings in part of the meadow are a bit battered, especially the upholstery. I think the €29 for buffet and soft drinks including coffee is fair. The staff attentively cleared tables for thieves.

Although it is very large and can be busy, it doesn't have that "indoor feel" like some other large Asian restaurants. The food at the buffet and freshly prepared is always very good and, above all, fresh! Everything will be filled up quickly! Waiting again... and then both plates (1x meat 1x fish) tasted the same 😶 a burnt taste. So the conclusion: too expensive for €59. That was the last time!! Ah, one more thing: toilets worked but the toilet brush could also be replaced! Ugh‼️

Price-performance fits. The staff is also quick on the move. You should only avoid the restaurant on weekends. Unfortunately completely overcrowded. Noise level like in a swimming pool. Unattended children jumping around and screaming are a massive nuisance. Parents confuse this with a daycare center. We only go there on weekdays. Then you have peace of mind.

We used to love going there… Unfortunately I have to say, for the price you pay, the food is really not that good. At the dessert buffet there were chocolate puddings that were already pretty dried out. In the evening it is impossible to eat your food in peace because the parents don't pay any attention to their children and they disturb other visitors enormously. The children actually have a play area, but instead of playing there, all the children run around the entire buffet without shoes and bump into the visitors so that they cannot carry their food to their table. Unfortunately, the restaurant owner has to make a clear statement and warn these parents if there is a serious disturbance of the peace... because normal visits are no longer possible on Saturdays, I wasn't allowed to eat a bite in peace.

The biggest Chinese/Asian I've been to so far. Restaurant and toilets are very clean. Modern rooms and a small children's playroom invite you to relax with the whole family. The buffet is actually very large and the selection is good. Everyone will find what they are looking for. The included drinks, juices, coffee machine, ice cream machine, chocolate fountain and more leave nothing to be desired in terms of variety. However, I think the taste of the Chinese could be improved (e.g. tough beef). But what do you expect from such a huge restaurant? Personally, I think the price is too high (Saturday lunch buffet).

Solid takeaway food – second visit to follow. We recently ordered takeaway from the newly opened Chinese restaurant in Kaufbeuren. Unfortunately, since the restaurant was closing, we only had this option. The food was okay, nothing extraordinary but solid. The staff were friendly but you could tell they were waiting for us to quickly pack up and leave, which was understandable given the late hour. Due to the circumstances, we would definitely like to give the restaurant a second chance to get to know what it offers better. It's not an exceptional Asian restaurant, more of a solid buffet restaurant. We will definitely stop by again and evaluate the overall picture. Thanks!

Inferior food with an outdated all-you-can-eat concept. If you've ever been to a general Asian all you can eat place, then you know exactly what you're getting. Lower mediocrity in abundance. At least it's cheap and drinks are included.

I went to this restaurant with my family on a Saturday, we sat down and after a very rude waitress came to tell us that it was the last time I was there and I didn't pay even though it was the first time was that I was there and then he tells us that we have to pay double fee because we didn't pay last time, I said no because it's the first time we are there. How can we pay for what we didn't do? She then told us to pay in advance so she could be sure we would leave without paying.
