Ich habe Erdnussnudeln, Chili-Nudeln, eingelegte Gurken und Hähnchen bestellt. Kann ich alles nur empfehlen, der Geschmack war unglaublich! 10/10

Ich bin begeistert von der hohen Qualität des gesamten Restaurants. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Was man aus einem kleinen Salat aus frischsten Zutaten und einem umwerfenden Dressing als Vorspeise machen kann, ist erstaunlich! Die Portionen sind großzügig und wirklich schmackhaft. Der Ober ist zugewandt und charmant. Was will man mehr? Wir werden auf jeden Fall öfter dort zu Gast sein.

Hier kann man schön essen! Das Essen hat gut geschmekt, war aber möglicherweisse ein bisschen zu salzig. Als wir hier assen, waren wir aber leider die einzigen Gäste. Deswegen hat es sich ein bisschen leer angefühlt.

Die Nudeln mit Erdnusssauce waren sehr lecker. Die eingelegten Gurken als Vorspeise ebenfalls. Ich fand die Portionen auch ziemlich groß. Leider nur Barzahlung.

Ich habe das allererste Mal handgezogene Nudeln gegessen und ich fand es sooo lecker. Die Nudeln waren richtig schön dick und chewy und mit den toppings zusammen einfach super lecker:))

Essen war einwandfrei und lecker, Service war sehr freundlich. Nur Barzahlung ist merkwürdig. Das lässt mich manchmal zweifeln.

Um dem deutschen Geschmack gerecht zu werden, wurden die Nudeln mit einem öligen Rand serviert, und ich war nach dem Essen sehr durstig. Die Nudeln waren zu dick und breit, um sie gut essen zu können, und die Soße spritzte schon nach dem ersten Bissen überall hin. Das Chiliöl auf dem Tisch war überhaupt nicht scharf. Ich habe 14 Euro bezahlt und musste trotzdem noch Trinkgeld geben. Es war wirklich ein enttäuschendes Essen. Ich hoffe, dass diejenigen, die die chinesische Küche wirklich verstehen, das nachvollziehen können und dass dies mindestens eine Person davon abhält, hier zu essen!

Extrem scharf; kann Magen-Darm-Beschwerden verursachen.

Ich habe Dan-Dan-Nudeln und scharfes Hähnchen nach Sichuan-Art bestellt. Die Dan-Dan-Nudeln waren laut Beschreibung „chinesisch scharf“ viel zu scharf! Sie waren schärfer als die doppelte Menge der Hähnchensoße! Vorsicht! Das scharfe Hähnchen nach Sichuan-Art war köstlich, das Fleisch perfekt entbeint und schmeckte hervorragend. Das einzige Problem war die falsche Beschriftung der Gerichte – müssten Dan-Dan-Nudeln zum Beispiel nicht eigentlich alkalische Nudeln mit Hackfleischsoße sein? Und wer serviert schon scharfes Hähnchen nach Sichuan-Art mit Sesamsoße?

Ich hatte schon von diesem Restaurant gehört und wurde nicht enttäuscht. Ich entschied mich für Tofu Pak Choi und die berühmten hausgemachten Nudeln. Das Essen hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt, und der Preis ist absolut angemessen. Einziger Nachteil: Man kann nur bar bezahlen. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und die Einrichtung ansprechend. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden und kann das Restaurant uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Das Essen war lecker,unglaublich zartes Fleisch, perfekt gewürzt und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Im Jahre Palast gibt es eine kleine Karte mit wirklich leckeren Gerichten zu empfehlen sind die Hand gezogene Nudeln mit Erdnusssauce und Rinderhackfleisch. Ein Punkt würde ich jedoch von der Bewertung abziehen, da die Kochgerüche sich sehr stark im im Restaurant verteilen und die Kleidung nach dem Besuch danach riecht. Zusätzlich sollte man wissen, dass nur bar bezahlt werden kann. 🙁

Das Essen war fantastisch! Die Aromen waren so einzigartig und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, um etwas anderes von der Speisekarte zu probieren. Absolut empfehlenswert! Einziger kleiner Nachteil: Man kann nur bar bezahlen.

war ganz lecker, aber nicht die besten handgezogenen Nudeln die ich hatte. Die Erdnusssauce war etwas fad.

Es war okay. Ich bin mir nicht ganz sicher, ob die Nudeln wirklich selbstgemacht waren, da sie etwas hart schmeckten. Die Soßenmenge war ausreichend, aber sie war sehr salzig. Für meinen Geschmack war auch viel zu viel Gurke darauf, die Hälfte des Tellers war damit bedeckt, was nicht so gut zu den warmen Nudeln passte.

Sehr gutes und leckeres Essen und auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Man sitzt aber leider nicht ganz so gemütlich. Leider nur Barzahlung möglich, aber die Preise sind sehr gut.

Top laden, essen kam schnell und war super lecker

Die handgezogenen Nudeln („selbstgemacht?“) waren leider an vielen Stellen zu dick und insgesamt zu weich bzw. zu durch. Im Vergleich zu London, wo ich wirklich hervorragende handgezogene Nudeln in Live-Zubereitung erlebt habe, konnten diese hier leider nicht mithalten. Fazit: 👎 Das Hackfleisch war geschmacklich sehr streng. Die Röstaromen wirkten zu konzentriert und fast verbrannt, mit Nuancen von überwürztem Maggi und einer leicht dumpfen Note. Das dazu gereichte Gemüse wurde eiskalt serviert, was eine zusätzliche geschmackliche Dissonanz erzeugte und das Gericht insgesamt wenig überzeugend machte. Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Das Edel-Fachingen wurde eiskalt serviert – no comment. Das Ambiente ist eher schlicht, ohne besondere Atmosphäre oder Einladung zum Verweilen. Auch der Service bleibt funktional: – mehr nicht.

Die Brühe ist in Ordnung, aber die Nudeln sind enttäuschend. Der mehlige Geschmack der Teigtaschen, die aus altem Weizenmehl hergestellt werden, ist sehr stark. Das Fleisch wird separat gewürzt, daher ist der Geschmack nicht schlecht, aber die Konsistenz ist etwas trocken. Ich dachte, das sei in den meisten Nudelrestaurants so, aber könnte das Fleisch nicht zarter sein? Es unterscheidet sich nicht von den anderen chinesischen Nudelrestaurants, die in Berlin wie Pilze aus dem Boden schießen, aber die Lage in der Kantstraße macht es etwas teuer.

Das Essen kam schnell, war sehr lecker und vor allem äußerst appetitlich angerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr leckere und scharfe handgezogene Nudeln. Das Fleisch fiel von Knochen. Ich fand es geschmacklich toll (man muss es scharf mögen wenn man scharf bestellt). Service freundlichen und schnell. Läd leider nicht zum länger sitzen ein. Eher essen und weiterziehen, was aber auch okay ist.

Fantastic food, far from ordinary. Fast service, even without a reservation on Saturday. Friendly and attentive staff who asked for feedback. A small but carefully selected and varied menu that tasted amazing. The pulled noodles are simply divine.

We accidentally stumbled across this new restaurant and got pulled in by the offer of fresh noodles. We were not disappointed. My husband got chilli leek oil noodles with beef rib and I got the peanut sauce with mince meat. My husband said his was absolutely delicious. Mine was also very delicious but was a bit cold due to the fresh cucumber and carrot on top, which is to be expected once you mix them together. The kitchen is open so we watched our food be freshly prepared and go from the pan to the plate and to our table. We went on a mid week day and it was calm and service was very fast. Waiter was very nice and helped us choosing what to eat. On the more pricey side but worth it! We got 10% off as it was their lunch offer. Also cash only (slightly annoying) but if you come prepared is ok.

This is just way too salty, everything with the black spring water, which is so salty. We ordered two pasta dishes and an appetizer, which cost €43, without drinks. It's quite expensive, but unfortunately the taste didn't live up to the price 😂 so I wouldn't recommend it.

The meat was cold and a bit tough – I wouldn't order it again because I prefer warm meat. The main course (N4 with E4) was excellent! I would definitely order it again! The noodles are freshly made. The meat – tender and perfectly flavored. By the way, there's a 10% discount at lunchtime. Cash only.

Unfortunately, the homemade noodles were too thick in many places and undercooked in places. The noodles with the ground beef were otherwise very flavorful. The noodles in the noodle soup were also too thick and undercooked. The broth was unfortunately very weak. Somewhat disappointing, as the quality should be the same every day. Both dishes were taken away, so direct feedback on site wasn't possible.

Bland, overpriced, overcooked, and stingy. We were seated in front of the door despite the restaurant being quiet. The prawn dumplings were bland and tasted only of the burnt bottom. Dan Dan noodles with minced beef was also under-seasoned, though the noodles themselves have a great texture. The tofu soup was similar: good texture in the noodles, no flavour. I paid extra for a fried egg on the Dan Dan and it was very overcooked. The meals are not large portions and have few ingredients, so there’s not even good value to be had. Final insult? Paying 3.50 for a 250ml bottle of Heineken the only beer option. In Germany?!). Total price (two mains, two drinks, one entree) was €47 euros. Overall, good noodles let down in every way in a restaurant on a busy intersection. There are better options all around you.

The meathead is eating here again! The food here was MEEEEEGAAAAA LÄKKAH! Fortunately, I can also report something not so great. The chairs were harder than expected. I had the Dan Dan meal. I discussed with the waiter whether I could leave out the beef, as I wanted chicken. He kindly and helpfully informed me that it was possible, but I would have to pay an extra €4.50. I thought about it for a moment and then went for the ground beef. The homemade noodles, the ground beef, the vegetables, and the peanut sauce were one of the best DAN DAN dishes I've ever eaten. Everything went together wonderfully and was a real treat. Even the server was super friendly, polite, and helpful. Unfortunately, the food wasn't spectacular and definitely fell short of our expectations. For the price, we wouldn't eat it again. The noodle soup tasted a bit bland, and the chili oil noodles were OK.

Unfortunately, my last visit was disappointing—especially compared to previous experiences. This was my fifth visit in recent years, but I have to honestly say: the quality has declined. The portion of pasta seemed smaller than usual, or perhaps the pasta was shorter—the flavor wasn't as convincing as before. The meat, which was usually pleasantly tender and juicy, was rather soft and dry this time. For the current pricing, which I've always considered to be on the high side, I'm now missing a commensurate counterpart in terms of quality. The ambience is rather simple, with light colors, but lacks any special atmosphere or invitation to linger. The service is also lacking in importance: It's functional—a menu is handed over, order is taken, food is served, and payment is made at the end. There's no significant communication, which isn't necessarily a negative, but it doesn't convey a sense of connection or special hospitality either. Conclusion: It's a shame, because this restaurant was once a reliable recommendation for good food. Today, I would only recommend it to a limited extent – ​​at least for guests who are looking for good value for money.

We ordered Hong Shao noodle soup with braised beef and Dan Dan noodle with peanut. I really enjoyed the texture of the noodles and I can say it was one of the best. But other than that, the soup didn’t have much flavor, the beef was quite dry. The Dan Dan noodles was delicious but also not that special. I am happy I tried but I next time I will try other places instead.

It’s the next best place for chilli oil noodles. It’s so flavourful and had the best flavourful chilli oil in Berlin so far. They are flexible. They give fat/thin hand pulled noodles depending on your preference . We ordered the beef one which was really good. And vegan one- literally had only oil and soy sprouts in it. Also feel the normal add ones like tofu or chicken or whatver should be part of the menu/meal itself instead of being as a add on- so expensive it becomes for a meal- who wants to pay almost 20-25 euro for a meal that small? We also ordered dumplings it was too small (6pieces), wasn’t filling- wasn’t really feeling the moneys worth! The staff is friendly and the vibes are great. And taste is really good.

The Hong Shao beef noodle soup was a 10/10. Slightly spicy, but not too much, perfect consistency of the hand-pulled noodles, tender meat, vegetables cooked until al dente and very tasty broth! The attentive waiter and the short waiting time after ordering rounded the whole thing off really well, 10/10!
