Jade in Nabburg

As a sales representative, I'm regularly on the lookout for a good lunch spot. I've been to Jade about half a dozen times now, thanks to its proximity to the A93 motorway, and I've always been satisfied. The service is attentive and quick. The lunch menu offers a choice of soup or a spring roll. I've always enjoyed my meal. All in all, nothing extraordinary, but perfectly solid and good 😊

The food was good, nothing to complain about. The service was reserved, but I would certainly have drunk more if it had been more attentive. The ambiance is dated and dark. I wish there were more modern restaurants these days.

One person got food and the other had to wait forever. This is the second time this has happened and it's unacceptable. We won't come again. And the food was loud and warm. It's a shame, we often and happily came here.

If you've been here before, you know what the plate size was like before... Interesting that the plates themselves have now "shrunk," and that for dinner!!! Unbelievable! By at least a third! But the price is the same, and now, at the very latest, the value for money has completely failed! The food itself has been better! Mainly the sauce for the crabs, which are 80% soggy breading! And... there were 5 of them! What's that all about??? No thanks!

I was there today and ordered 2 pastas with breaded meat and 1 pasta with vegetables without egg or meat. Then I got home and realized that 2 pastas with breaded meat were correct, but 2 pastas with vegetables without egg and meat were incorrect. Instead, it was 2 pastas with vegetables, meat, and egg. I went back and had it replaced. When I got home, it was wrong again, this one without meat but with egg. So I called them and then it started. No, that's right, they said it wrong and blamed us. No insight and no interest in improving it. For the money they charge, they should prepare the food properly and be understanding. But no, they weren't, not one bit. I think it's a disgrace. Then the worst thing was, I ate the noodles because my wife didn't want them anymore and there were short white hairs in them. Hygiene should be maintained in the kitchen and sorry, not a hair has lost its way in the food. If the health department comes by I would be happy because it has nothing to do with hygiene, which is what it is. I will never order anything from that shop again, let alone eat anything. If you don't want hair in your food and want proper ordering and want to be treated kindly, you shouldn't order or eat from there.

Not recommended, simply rude, this staff is completely unacceptable. If you order to go, leave it. I ordered and got the wrong thing, they don't understand vegan. I said no meat, no egg. What did I get? Meat, with egg, OK. I went there and had it exchanged. It's their fault. 2. Got it without meat but with egg. I called and explained it, no, it's our fault. No insight. And then they were rude on the phone, if it were possible. 0 stars. This shop should be insightful. With these prices, it's reasonable to expect that you can get your food the way you want it. And the worst part is, my husband ate it because I don't eat it if there's egg in it. And then there was a short gray hair in the food, which is disgusting. The kitchen should be hygienic, not like this. So, in conclusion, the shop has no insight. The shop has no hygiene, at least when it comes to hairnets. Friendly, no, if a mistake occurs, they have no insight. We will never order again, that was the last time.

Not for me personally. The outdoor lighting was nice. It would have been even nicer if I had taken a broom and some mini table decorations. The food was really good. Only the waitress was having a bad day! So, there won't be a second visit for me.

The Jade China Restaurant has been in Nabburg for many years. They offer a very large selection of Chinese specialties, and everything is always freshly prepared. I've never had to wait long, and the quality is consistently good. The interior is starting to show its age, and it needs some updating. You can now also sit outside in the summer, which was long overdue. The service is always very friendly and prompt. The owner regularly visits the restaurant herself.

I was recently a guest at Jade and can only say: an absolute tip for lovers of Chinese cuisine! The decor is stylish and pleasant background music creates an authentic and relaxed atmosphere. The menu offers a huge selection of dishes. I particularly enjoyed the crispy duck and chicken-filled pancakes as starters. The portion sizes were generous and the price-performance ratio was absolutely right. The service also deserves high praise. The staff was very friendly, attentive and quick - exactly as you would expect. Conclusion: A visit to Jade is an absolute must! You can get authentic Chinese cuisine here. I'll definitely be back and recommend to anyone looking for a great restaurant with great food and service.

Catastrophe... we used to really enjoy going there! The ambience was always really nice and the staff is still very friendly today, but the food is terrible... We had chicken breast with noodles and, as a starter, the Peking soup and the spring roll. Peking soup was okay, the spring roll was good but there was no sauce... the fried noodles were very good but the meat was (I'm sorry to say) just disgusting... The glutamate in the aftertaste has such an intense, disgusting taste that the whole meal is lost... The back of the menu says that you can also order it without flavor enhancers. Unfortunately we read that too late and why don't we just do it without it?? The meat was completely gone again and we won't be going there anymore... it's a shame! The only real Chinese restaurant around here.

The service was super friendly and gave us great advice. We really didn't have to wait long. The portions are completely sufficient! Can't complain about anything - except that the parking spaces aren't that cheap and there aren't enough of them, but otherwise it's great! Happy to come back 🙂

Unfortunately, the size of the restaurant and the availability of parking spaces are disproportionate to each other. The ambience itself is nice, but a little dark. Drinks and food were served quickly, the lemonade unfortunately tasted a bit like soap with a hint of carbon dioxide and one can certainly argue about the freshness of the meat. The service was very disappointing: the drinks were empty, the food was eaten, and far too much time had passed before someone felt responsible for clearing away the food and asking for further requests. Serving a second drink was an impossible task, we waited in vain and would probably still be waiting if we hadn't gone home early. It's really a shame...

Air-conditioned restaurant. Not suitable for wheelchair users: stairs at the entrance and to the toilets. But there is a terrace that can be accessed without any problems. Service is friendly, the food is served quickly and hot.

Food was terrible! Entire food sponged in old oil. The vegetable bed was also completely in oil. Likewise, the spring rolls were completely soaked in old oil. Not recommended at all!

It was very good food, the only downside was that it was on a Friday evening when it was so busy that when we wanted to order dessert it took forever and then we couldn't order anything because our babysitter couldn't take it any longer. Otherwise it was super nice and good.

Wer sich ein Lokal wünscht, mit zwar schönem Ambiente, bescheidenem Kundenservice und eher unterdurchschnittlichem Geschmack, bei dem zusätzlich Kundenwünsche unbeherzigt bleiben und mit jedem Körnchen Reis rumgegeiert wird bei gewinnsüchtigen Preisen, der ist in dem Laden hier an der richtigen Adresse. damals gab es wenigstens noch reichlich Reis dazu, jetzt ist man als Normalverdiener heutzutage mit diesem Restaurant prekär bedient.

Das Essen wird in großen Portionen serviert und ist immer wieder ein Genuss. Die Frühlingsrolle ist die beste weit und breit. Die Ente ist gut durchgebraten und die Nudeln sind frisch zubereitet.

Ich habe das Ambiente eher so "lala" empfunden. Hier könnte man es definitiv noch "Gäste-freundlicher" gestalten. Die Aquarium Pumpen im Eingangsbereich langen lieblos auf den Aquarien, Plastikschüsseln im Inneren eben dieser. Das Essen hingegen war suuuuuper lecker. Da kann ich mich wirklich nicht beschweren. Alles wurde heiß serviert und man bekommt auf Wunsch sogar Stäbchen zum essen. Und was mir besonders gut gefallen hat ist, ohne zu fragen hat ein Herr vom Service (ich denke er ist im Service) einfach schon eine Packung zum einpacken unserer nicht aufgegessen Speisen gebracht. Ich finde toll wenn sich der Service nicht blind in eine Ecke setzt sondern seine Gäste und deren (evtl.) Wünsche erkennt. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Das Jade gibt's schon seit Jahren in Nabburg, seither hat sich kaum was verändert. Das Inventar ist in die Jahre gekommen. Der Service war sehr freundlich. Die Portionen sind sehr groß und gut, aber jetzt kein Geschmackserlebnis. Man kann hier schon Essen gehen, aber darf nicht zu viel erwarten. Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Nicht für Menschen mit körperlicher Beeinträchtigung geeignet.

Ich verstehe die ganzen positiven Rezensionen nur so mittel... Ja, die Portionen sind reichlich, aber auch reichlich lieblos zubereitet. Dafür ist es relativ teuer und das Personal ist einfach extrem unfreundlich. Ist eine Notfalllösung, wenns Abends nirgendwo anders noch was gibt, aber mehr auch nicht.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal da und es war sehr gut! Aber eine Bedingung war sehr unfreundlich und pampig! Alles andere war super!

Die Bedienungen sind aufmerksam und freundlich, die Portionen reichlich, die Preise entsprechen dem heutigen Standard- leider. Wir kommen sicherlich wieder.

Wir haben dort schon mehrfach gespeist, immer sehr gut und reichlich. Die Bedienungen sind sehr flott wir lieben die Heißplattengerichte. Das Ambiente ist etwas altbacken und die Außenfassade wirkt nicht besonders einladend. Aber das ist ja nicht ausschlaggebend für die Qualität innen.

Leider nicht mehr mit früher vergleichbar. Bedienung unterkühlt. Das Essen war gut. Im Sanitärbereich war überall Wandfarbe und das Treppengeländer zum WC hat geklebt. Unangenehm waren die Tischgespräche der Tischnachbarn, so das einem das Essen vergangen ist. Schade.

Ein chinesisches Restaurant mit einem guten Mittagsangebot zu wirklich normalen Preisen. Die bestellten Essen kommen schnell, der Service ist freundlich. Eine Empfehlung für jeden, der sich schnell mittags versorgen will.

Sehr schönes und stilvolles Ambiente! Die Speisen sind sehr schnell am Tisch, und das Personal ist immer auf Zack wenn es um Getränke etc. geht. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend!

Um es allgemein zu halten beziehe ich mich nicht auf einen bestimmten Tag sondern auf das Gesamtbild das entstanden ist. Meine Kritikpunkte sind erstens, auf Anfrage Peking Ente zu essen und dafür auch zu reservieren wie gefordert wurde meine Anfrage abgelehnt mit „Ist zu viel Arbeit“ Für was steht es dann noch in der Karte wenn man es nicht mehr machen möchte. Gut zweiter Punkt, es gab Abende da wurde keine Nachspeise mehr zubereitet und auch nach mehrmaligen vergeblichen Versuchen eine Nachspeise zu bestellen haben wir nichts bekommen und wurden auch nicht weiter beachtet. Es hieß „Heute nix gebackenes mehr“ Der bestellte und nicht gebrachte Bananensplit ist also gebacken? Sehr merkwürdig denn das war er noch nie. Andere Gäste haben eine Nachspeise in Form von einem Eis bekommen. Auch das wollte die Bedienung uns nicht anbieten. Warum auch immer. Und mein letzter Kritikpunkt ist und das finde ich sehr sehr schwach. Das Abholgeschäft hat Vorrang zum Ladengeschäft und das merkt man eindeutig. Speisen werden absichtlich für Besteller zurück gehalten und im Restaurant nicht mehr serviert. Auch hat man als Gast zunehmend das Gefühl mehr und mehr abgefertigt zu werden nach dem Motto „Schnell Essen und bezahlen“ Ich bin oft dort hin gegangen und das Essen schmeckt auch nach wie vor aber die genannten Kritikpunkte sind schon echt eine Sauerei. Versteh nicht das man heutzutage kein Geschäft mehr machen möchte.

Waren am 05.08.23 zum Mittagessen hier. Essen war sehr gut. Bedienung war sehr freundlich und kinderfreundlich.

Spontan entschieden weit nach Mittag zum Essen zu fahren. Obwohl laut Eingang nur bis 14:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte konnte man gerne noch um 14:00 reinkommen und komplett auf in Essen a la Cart bestellen. Essen top Bedienungen waren teilweise gedanklich schon in Mittagspause, aber freundlich aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Auch bei dem Verpacken unserer Reste… da jedes Gericht super viel drauf hatte. 5 Star

Sehr wenig Gemüse im Essen. 90 %Sproßen sind kein Gemüseersatz. Außerdem ist das Essen zum wiederholten Male versalzen. Koche jetzt selbst asiatisch

Sehr schlecht geworden, nach dem wegfall der Corona Regel mit Freude wieder mal zum Essen gegangen. Fazit alles wie gewohnt, aber der neue Reis der Serviert wurde war Schlichtweg nur Minderwertig und hat das Ganze Essen zum Desaster werden lassen. Als wenn man auf Plastik rum kaut nur Ekelhaft. Schade nach fast 20 Jahren wir uns ein anderes Lokal suchen müssen.

Nachdem ich ja schon eine etwas bessere Bewertung geschrieben hatte, muss ich mich jetzt revidieren. Das Essen hat sehr nachgelassen, völlig versalzen und auch nur lauwarm. Der Service ist unterirdisch, und mit Karte kann man auch ni ht bezahlen, obwohl danit geworben wird... angeblich ist das Lesegerät defekt...das war aber auch schon vor 2Monaten so... Wenn man dann nach dem Geschäftsführer verlangt, passiert nichts... Uns wird das Jade jedenfalls nicht wiedersehen...
