A great restaurant thanks to the incredibly nice, friendly and accommodating team.

We shared a sushi platter and were not disappointed. The platter was well presented and the sushi was excellent. Courteous service. The restaurant is well decorated with green walls.

A beautiful restaurant. Although the restaurant was busy, it was very cozy!!! The waiters were super nice and friendly!!! The menu was mega. It was very difficult for me to decide. A super friendly waiter calmly went through the memory card with me. He then recommended something to me and I ordered it. THE FOOD WAS JUST WONDERFUL!!!! A pleasure. There is REALLY something for everyone. There were 5 of us in total and we were all completely satisfied. Definitely again!!!!!

Modern atmosphere, but still very comfortable. In addition, very attentive service and very good cuisine. We were in this restaurant for the first time and we loved it. Highly recommended!!! Update: I was a guest for the day with two work colleagues. They were thrilled and will come back. This time we tried the sushi platter for 3 people. A dream for the eye and the palate. Today we ate at JA AN with 6 people. The service was friendly and quick. Everyone got their main course only after the shared starter and at the same time, as it should be. Very good. The sushi was fresh and very tasty, the duck dishes were also very tasty. Lemonade also recommended. The portions were large. The food was worth every penny. Clear recommendation.

Unfortunately, it's a deal-breaker when, despite a comment, I keep getting spicy side dishes that get absorbed into the sushi, which is then just rubbish for me. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to order here in the future. As tasty as the sushi may be that doesn't burn my face off, it's not for me. Then delete the option to add comments to the order.

Our favorite restaurant at the moment. Super tasty dishes, friendly staff! Sometimes another drink could be offered a little earlier, so a star deduction for service 😉

The food is unique and also a pleasure to look at. A table must be booked in advance. The service is first class and questions are always answered. The rooms are cleverly designed. I would love to come back.

The positive first: - Nice ambience - Food tastes good - Large portions of food Why only 3 out of 5? - some cold food - Questions about whether everything is okay is asked, but an honest answer is not desired We were 6 people. For several of them the food was cold. It was polite to ask if everything was OK. When people commented that the food was unfortunately cold, they replied that they should simply pour hot sauce over it. With an answer like that, you don't have to pretend that you care whether everything is okay. Then it's best not to ask at all.

I like being there regularly. Menu very clear and organized. Food is nicely presented. Short waiting times thanks to the short menu. Very satisfied with the taste. The ambience is modern and very pleasant. Not a typical Asian restaurant. I like hot sushi. But that looks so delicious that I could bring myself to order it.

Delicious taste! Sushi as a starter is very tasty and plentiful. Main courses were also really tasty and the portions were sufficient. The atmosphere is modern. Unfortunately, over the duration of the visit it became more and more stuffy and the music got louder. The dessert could be more varied. Ice cream, bananas and sesame balls were already available at the Chinese restaurant at the end of the 90s... We would love to come back.

A good place to go for sushi lovers once you've found the entrance! There is no clue here. Unfortunately, the soup (clearly too thin) and the lassi (very small) were not value for money. The ambience is nothing extraordinary and the jazz cocktail music in the background doesn't fit here. The service was extremely friendly.

Small restaurant in the heart of Jork. The restaurant is cozy and furnished in a typical style. You just sit outside on the market square. Could make it more comfortable. The service is great, the food is ok. Personally, I expected more based on the many very good experiences of other guests. But I will definitely come back.

The food is super delicious without a doubt. I had a mango lassi and pasta with duck, I can only recommend it. However, new menus would be good, leafing through a half-tattered menu is a shame.

Wow, what an experience. Super nice organized service. Good outside area. A really great meal. This gets 9 out of 10 points. The spring rolls were crispy and very tasty. The vegetables with rice and crispy duck are a poem. The sesame balls as dessert are indescribable. Thank you for this experience.

We like to eat a lot of Pho Chay and this was really tasty and authentic. I just picked them up quickly, but the service was very nice and accommodating. 12.9 is ok in terms of price.

Nice restaurant with a nice outdoor area. If you want to eat there in the evening - even during the week - you should reserve a table to be on the safe side. The food is delicious and, despite the first impression, completely sufficient. If you like homemade lemonade, you should try one here.

We discovered the restaurant by chance and the five of us (3E, 2K) went there for lunch. Due to the currently active wasps, with whom we didn't want to share our food, we ate inside - a great decision, because the interior is also modern, clean and chic. The service was great and really on point, changing seats was no problem. The drinks were there straight away and the mango lassi was a delight. The food arrived surprisingly quickly: summer rolls with chicken, dumplings, sushi, twice baked duck with vegetables and rice, chicken with vegetables and rice (duck and chicken as a lunch menu). We can't find the right words to describe how incredibly delicious it all was... aromatic, well seasoned, crunchy vegetables... Sanitary facilities are extremely clean and also stylish. We paid a total of 85 euros with a tip, so food and drinks for 5 people - totally ok. If we lived nearby, we would definitely be regulars there.

The sushi was really delicious and fresh. We ordered a mixed sushi platter meant for two people, but it was actually enough for three of us. Although the price was a bit on the expensive side, the quality of the food made it worthwhile. Overall, it was a wonderful meal, and I'd definitely recommend this place for sushi lovers.

Nice little restaurant, stopped spontaneously in the evening and received great service, the food was just great and the portions were decent, we paid around 75 euros for two main courses, a children's meal, a starter and drinks. The price-performance is mega. I can definitely recommend it if we are in the area again we will definitely come back

Good Asian cuisine. After we were very impressed with the dishes on offer, we also had to convince ourselves of the quality of the sushi the following day. The dishes are tasty and the portions are generous. The selection of sushi, although not necessarily traditional, is also highly recommended.

We are from the south of Germany and are visiting someone. He guided us here and I have to say it was the best decision of the evening. The tuna steak was awesome. By far the best Vietnamese/Asian restaurant in the Stade area The menu is very cleverly put together Starters and main courses go very well together “Flying noodles” is definitely a highlight on the menu - in terms of taste and visuals Prices are still too cheap :)

Asian cuisine is really a matter of taste. I enjoyed it, but the portions could have been a little bigger. The homemade drinks are a taste experience and everything is prepared perfectly. Here it really means that the eyes eat with you. I really like the atmosphere, it's cozy, everything is clean, as you would expect.

Reservierung 3 Tage vorher per Telefon; bei Ankunft im Restaurant wurde uns gesagt, dass wir nicht reserviert haben. Daraufhin keinerlei Bemühungen, uns trotz Ausbuchung noch einen Platz zu ermöglichen.

Innen hübscher Laden. Guter Ruf, aber Erwartungen nicht ganz getroffen: Tempura (warm) wird mit kaltem Sushi in eine Box gequetscht. Was warm soll ist kalt, was kalt soll ist lauwarm. Etwas eng zusammengestellt. Sah nicht schön aus. Die Vorfreude war gedämpft. Was dann trotzdem gut war: der Geschmack und die Menge an Fisch in den Rollen. Ich würde hier zumindest erwarten, dass das Tempura von Maki etc getrennt verpackt wird. Und nicht alles so zusammengequetscht wird. Reine Quantität - da hatte ich schon mehr fürs Geld. Qualität allerdings gut.

Das Restaurant Ja-an in Jork ist einfach fantastisch! Von der gemütlichen Atmosphäre bis zum exquisiten Service ist alles perfekt. Das Essen ist einfach himmlisch und die Kamasutra Platte ist definitiv ein Highlight! Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist großartig und die Qualität ist hervorragend. Ich kann dieses Restaurant nur wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch!
