Unfortunately, the opening hours are getting shorter and shorter. We were there today at 7:25 p.m. and were told that it was already closed. In midsummer, the terrace was still half full and opening hours were until 8:00 p.m. Takeaway food was also not possible. What a pity, we always enjoyed it.

🐾 There were two of us visiting with a dog – dogs are only allowed on the terrace, which was perfectly fine for us in good weather. Otherwise, we would have had to leave. 📋 The menu indicates that each change in menu items costs €1.50 – a bit unusual, but no problem for us. 🍽️ Positive: The calamari was truly excellent – ​​top-notch, perfectly prepared. We would definitely come back for that. 🥩 The lamb dish was less successful: overcooked, dry, and only lukewarm. My companion politely and discreetly informed the server of this – without causing a stir. 👨‍🍳 The reaction from the kitchen, however, was surprising: We were told we could order a new dish, but the chef (also presumably the boss) wouldn't be preparing any more grilled dishes. Unfortunately, this seemed more dismissive than hospitable to us. 🔁 After a short time, the dish was prepared again – medium rare at our request. The result was mixed: the fillet was cooked well, the two small chops were well done, and the medallion was almost raw, only slightly grilled on the outside. The taste was good, but the preparation was unfortunately not at all convincing. 🤷‍♂️ When we jokingly asked if the chef was offended, the server replied with a positive, "Yes, of course, he is offended." We found that a shame – as a guest, you don't really feel welcome in a moment like that. 💶 The fact that we were still charged in full for the barely edible piece of meat is unfortunately in keeping with the picture. Conclusion: The kitchen had potential, the service was attentive, but the way criticism was handled was disappointing. It's a shame – we were looking forward to a pleasant visit, but we went home with a bad feeling and anger in our stomachs.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant and hotel facilities were superb. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service was exceptionally friendly. It couldn't be better. We would love to come back.

We spent a wonderful long weekend there with a small group. The location, right on the Elbe River, was fantastic. Not far from Hamburg, Stade, Jork, or Buxtehude. The rooms were very clean, and the room service was very good. The breakfast was very extensive and varied, simply delicious. The food was excellent, and the price-performance ratio was very good. The service was excellent and very friendly. The manager was extremely helpful. Booking the rental bikes worked perfectly. The organization, structure, and processes in the restaurant were exceptional, even when they were fully booked. We highly recommend the hotel. We'll be back.

We had a great family celebration in the restaurant. Everything great. Great food and the service can't be beat. Always happy

I was there for dinner for a family celebration. A predetermined menu (meat platter with pork, beef and poultry) and matching side dishes of croquettes, fries and vegetables were served. Plus gravy and garlic in oil and a kind of ajvar. Everything was very harmonious and delicious! The dishes were all cooked to perfection and were quickly replenished by the service. Drinks were also brought quickly without long waiting times. Completely satisfied! Kind regards to Nadine and her team!

We celebrated our daughter's confirmation there and ate there. The food was great, the meat was cooked perfectly. The side dishes included vegetables, chips, croquettes and sauces. The garlic oil with the steak, which is always served with it (a kind of Ajva, also very tasty, is always served with it) is the perfect taste experience. The side dishes were constantly replenished and we never had to wait long for the drinks. For dessert there was ice cream with hot cherries, also very tasty. Nothing was left to be desired. Many thanks to Nadine and Vujo and the great, friendly team for the lovely evening.

We come here as hotel guests at least once a year for 2-5 days. We were never disappointed, whether with the rooms, the breakfast or the food in the restaurant. Very good portions at reasonable prices, after all I want quality on my plate. The staff and the owners are super nice, if the restaurant is full of guests it just takes a minute longer, but that speaks for the good food, otherwise no one would go there. You can't decide when it comes to breakfast... even after 4 days, the offer doesn't get boring. Always fresh juice and fruit in addition to the various bread/rolls and cold cuts/cheese on offer. You can even find muesli and dairy products, sweet spreads and of course coffee, tea, cocoa... We will definitely come back again this year as restaurant guests in the summer.

We were lucky and had a room with a direct view of the Elbe. It couldn't be better. We felt comfortable and will be back.

Food arrives about 10 minutes after ordering. Ready-made schnitzel from the deep fryer for €19. The only fresh thing was the lemon and a mini salad of onions. Never look at the Elbe again

We stayed at the Hotel Elbblick for 5 nights. The rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor and are a bit small but very clean. The food in the restaurant always tasted very good. There was a good selection of fish and meat. The food always came to the table quickly and the staff was also very friendly. The prices are within the normal range.

We were only there to eat and can't say anything about the rooms. The food was great! 😋😋😋👍👍

Absolutely great food, super nice service and very nice rooms. Lately I've unfortunately noticed that the portions have shrunk a lot. Maybe you should reconsider this concept and offer a small and a large portion, which can then also be adjusted in terms of price. In my opinion, the insert change fee that has been introduced is not effective.

The manager, the owner of the hotel and restaurant, is very rude; the food is poor and not freshly prepared. Employees are bullied by an arrogant boss.

A beautiful place to find peace and relax. If you just want to watch the ships, this is the place for you. It's also ideal for cycling. Just take a ride through the old countryside with its many fruit trees.

Four of us ate in the restaurant. First of all, we sat in a large, bright room, although the lights and heating had to be turned on when we arrived. As a guest it's not such a nice feeling. On top of that, it smelled like cold smoke. As a vegetarian you can choose from a total of four dishes. Meat is available by the side at - in my opinion - pretty steep prices. Me and my companion then ate our fill of side dishes. That's not a bad thing per se and the toast with feta that I had was also very tasty. Our friends each had a meat dish, but the quantity was very different. The schnitzel with mushroom cream sauce was a very good portion, whereas the other dish was very straightforward. For dessert we all had a warm chocolate cake, which was delicious. But I thought it was a shame that we sat there for a good hour after dinner without being served any more. We probably would have had another drink or two.

What always draws us here is the delicious fish soup and the delicious white wine Graševina!

Die Gaststätte war schon sehr voll. Trotzdem fand sich noch schnell einen Tisch für 1 0 Personen, ohne das wir reserviert hatten. Das Personal war super schnell und nett. Das Essen dauerte zwar etwas wegen der vielen Gäste, war aber super lecker und große Portionen. Sehr zu empfehlen!!!

We spent 4 wonderful days in the Elbblick!!! A great room on the 2nd floor with a great view of the Elbe, enough parking spaces in front of the door, a super friendly and very personable boss, very attentive staff throughout the house, very tasty breakfast buffet (fresh strawberries every day now in May!) and a Large bowl of 'Naschis' (small sweets lovingly called Nadine by the boss :-) Ideally located for visiting Stade and Buxtehude. We can also only recommend the restaurant.....a very good plaice with crabs, my husband ate the smelt. Both super delicious!!! I could continue writing...but go there and judge for yourself. If we drive north from Bavaria to the Altes Land, then only to the Elbe view to Nadine and her team!!! Thank you for the lovely time with you.

Beautifully located restaurant directly on the Elbe. The food is very tasty, but you shouldn't be too hungry as the portions are manageable. The service is good, the prices are just OK. Unfortunately the atmosphere in the restaurant is a bit uncomfortable as it is very loud…

I'm only reviewing the restaurant here since I wasn't a hotel guest. The food is very good, good portions, good quality and tastes great too. My tomato soup with cheese was a dream in terms of taste. The service is very attentive and courteous. The prices are in the upper price range but who is surprised, if you go shopping and want good quality you pay accordingly and that is noticeable in the restaurant.

The meat was burnt and far-dry, and the prices for it were salty. When asked if we liked it, my wife just said that the meat was a bit dry and the cevapcici was charred. The waiter smiled and said it would be on the charcoal grill.

The food is worth its price. The staff is friendly, quick and helpful.

Wir waren zum Essen im Restaurant. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Essen ist sehr schnell am Tisch gewesen. Uns hat es ausgesprochen gut geschmeckt wirklich sehr sehr lecker und frisch. Sollten wir noch einmal Urlaub hier machen kehren wir auf jeden Fall wieder ein. Nachdem wir Ostern bereits hier gewesen sind haben wir uns,jetzt im Oktober, auch wieder für das Restaurant entschieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen kommt schnell, heiß und frisch und schmeckt sehr gut. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

Wenn ich könnte, würde ich 6 Sterne geben! So willkommen und umsorgt habe ich mich noch nirgendwo gefühlt! Wir haben unser Familientreffen hier veranstaltet mit vielen Extrawünschen. Alles war kein Problem, wir wurden aufgenommen wie alte Freunde. Dazu sind die Zimmer sehr schön, das Essen hervorragend und die Lage 1a. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Danke für die schönen Tage.

wir, 2 Paare haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem tollen Hause verbracht. Da wir alle vier Freunde der jugoslawischen Küche sind waren wir bestens aufgehoben. Aber die umfangreiche Speisenkarte bietet auch Steaks, Schnitzel in verschiedenen Variationen an. Desweiteren die Nordseeüblichen Fischgerichte, sowie vegetarische Kost. Der Chef des Hauses ist gleichzeitig Küchenchef und ein Meister seines Fachs. Alles ist sehr empfehlenswert. Die Chefin und Tochter arbeiten mit im Service. Alle, auch die angestellten Mitarbeiter super nett, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Dieses Haus kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen, die Auswahl der Speisekarte ist sehr umfangreich und es ist für jeden was dabei. Wir hatten je ein Fisch- und ein Fleischgericht, beides war sehr zu empfehlen. Der Service ist hier stets präsent und doch unauffällig, was sehr angenehm war. Das Restaurant war gut besucht und doch gab es keine langen Wartezeiten auf Speisen und Getränke. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Haben hier Freunde getroffen. Zusammen gegessen und gequatscht das Essen war wie immer gut und zuviel. Der Abend wurde lang.

Ein tolles Hotel mit feinen und sauberen Zimmern, einem tollen Service. Auch das im Hotel befindliche Restaurant hat überzeugt, die Menge, die Qualität und der Service ließen keinen Anlass zur Kritik, ebenso das Frühstück. Fahrräder haben Platz in einem extra Raum und können dort auch direkt geladen werden. Es war alles top und ich komme gerne wieder.

Sehr gutes Essen und nette aufmerksame Bedienung

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und kommen sicher wieder. Ich denke wir haben unser neues Lieblingsrestaurant gefunden. Wir hatten eine Lühe Platte Für 2 Personen. Die Steaks waren butterweich, schmeckten sehr gut, auch das andere Fleisch war super, die Saucen Beilage und der Djuvic Reis passten perfekt. Das letzte Foto stammt von unserem Besuch vom 06.08.2023. Auch dort entschieden wir uns wieder für die Lühe Platte. Diese war ähnlich wie die Ende 2019 gestaltet, mit butterweichem Fleisch und den beiden Saucen serviert worden. Die Menge war perfekt für meine Frau und mich, könnte aber für manche zu viel sein. Mein Sohn bestellte sich ein Wiener Schnitzel ohne Garnitur, da er recht krüsch ist. Auch das klappte super und wurde perfekt umgesetzt. Das haben wir schon häufig anders erlebt. Er war davon ebenso begeistert wie wir. Das Filetsteak meines Vaters wurde mit einer großen gebackenen Kartoffel serviert und war perfekt auf den Punkt gebraten. Die Pfeffersauce war etwas zu wenig, das ist aber Ansichtssache. Das Ambiente ist sehr gut und Verhalten der Mitarbeiter war vorbildlich. Die Getränke waren binnen Minuten am Tisch. Das Essen selbst hat auch nur eine kurze Zeitspanne benötigt. Eine Tisch Vorbestellung ist jedoch meist nötig. Meine absolute Empfehlung...

Der versprochene leb Blick ist nicht da, da das Hotel hinter der dühne ist.

kleines Hotel an der Elbe verkehrsgünstig zwischen Stade und Hamburg gelegen. Die Zimmer im 2. Stock haben Elbblick. Unser Doppelzimmer war klein, aber für eine Nacht ausreichend. Die Lage an der Bundes-/Landstr., die auch von LKWs genutzt wird, kann die Nachtruhe bei geöffnetem Fenster beeinträchtigen.

Sehr schönes, direkt an der Elbe gelegenes familiengeführtes Hotel, Betreiber sind sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder.

Wir haben hier nur zu Abend gegessen. 5 Personen (inkl. Kind) zahlten für 5 Gerichte + Vorspeise und 6 Getränken ca 120€. Das Kind hat netterweise das Essen (Pommes mit Nuggets) früher bekommen und das war richtig gut für uns alle. Wir hatten 4mal Pannfisch- es war super lecker. Ich hatte auch Pannfisch in zwei anderen Restaurants gehabt, die waren weniger gut. Am Ende von unserem Urlaub, waren wir Erwachsene uns alle einig, dass es hier am leckersten und familienfreundlichsten war. Parkplätze sind direkt gegenüber- es waren auch Fahrradplätze da. Das Restaurant ist mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen Fazit: nur zu empfehlen!

Der Name sollte überdacht werden. Von der Restaurant Terrasse sieht man nichts weiter als den grünen Wall. Die Elbe liegt dahinter. Das Essen war schmackhaft und der Service sehr freundlich. Trotz fehlenden Blick einen Besuch wert.

Ich war mit meiner Familie über ein Wochenende zum 60. Geburtstags meines Papa im Elb Blick. Es war ein so schöner Aufenthalt, der meine bisherigen Erfahrungen in anderen Hotels in den Schatten stellt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist 1a und das Essen ein Genuss. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer schönen Auswahl an leckeren Sachen - regionale Früchte vom Bauern und was Süßes zum Abschluss dürfen da nicht fehlen. Der Kontakt mit der Inhaberin Nadine war so sympathisch, sie hatte immer ein Ohr für offene Fragen und ich fühlte mich bei ihr in den besten Händen. Sicher war das nicht unser letzter Besuch. Großes Lob an alle Beteiligten! Mein Highlight sind die beiden Miezen, die hier über das Gelände streifen - es ist wahrlich ein Familienbetrieb 🐱 Danke für die schöne Zeit und dass ihr dazu beigetragen habt, den Geburtstag von meinem Papa zu etwas ganz besonderem zu machen 💜

Es ist das beste und freundlichste Hotel, das ich kenne. Wir haben im schönsten Zimmer mit Elbblick geschlafen. Sehr schöne und vor allem auch sehr saubere Zimmer. Der Service ist 1a! Sogar auf meine Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten hat sich die Küche prima eingestellt. Endlich konnte ich mal nach Herzenslust essen außer Haus. Die Wirtin ist sehr präsent, freundlich und engagiert, sie macht das Unmögliche möglich. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt und die tolle Feier zum 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes. Wir fahren glücklich und erfüllt nach Hause.❤️🌟 Alles Gute!

Zu den Zimmern kann ich nichts sagen, da wir "Einheimische" sind. Wir gehen dort jedoch seit vielen, vielen Jahren regelmäßig Essen und uns schmeckt es immer wunderbar. Essen, Service und Ambiente sind top und nur zu empfehlen.

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Elb Blick und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bemerkenswert war der super Service der Angestellten, sowie die nette Art der Chefin und aller Mitarbeiter. Ausgesprochen gut war das Abendessen, das wir außer am Ruhetag immer dort eingenommen haben. Die letzte Bewertung können wir nicht bestätigen, unser Fisch war immer gut gegart und Matjes ist nun mal nur in Salzlake gereift. Auch dieses Gericht des Sherry-Herings war sehr lecker. Wir empfehlen das Hotel zu 100 Prozent weiter. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Ein Traum dieses Hotel, sehr freundliche Menschen (Geschäftsführung und Personal). Sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Angebot an Speisen ist sehr vielfältig und sehr gut 👍. Das Essen ist heiß, sehr gute und frische Zutaten und es ist ein Traum. Die Küche leistet einen sehr guten Job. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeder Ebene. Wir waren zu Mittagessen dort. Wir waren mit ca. 20 Personen und das mit dem Essen hat super geklappt. Natürlich hatten wir das Essen vorbestellt. Tolles Team Wir können es weiter empfehlen.

Mit kleiner Gruppe übernachtet auf Radtour. Alles bestens, Zimmer, Frühstück, Personal. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Lage Nähe Fähranleger. Die Küche ist hervorragend, unsere Fischgerichte waren super lecker. Würden wiederkommen.

Gewoon prima voor wat je van dit nivo mag verwachten. Fijne en vlotte bediening, lekker eten in royale porties en wat aanpassen was ook geen probleem. Vega opties zijn heel beperkt. Bij de buren kon niks zonder reserveren maar bij Elbblik lossen ze dat gewoon op.

Am Maifeiertag war die Bude voll. Gut, dass wir reserviert hatten. Aufgrund des Andrangs hat es etwas länger gedauert, bis das Essen serviert wurde, aber das Warten hatte sich gelohnt. Alle Gerichte kammen gleichzeitig und warm. Es schmeckte hervoragend und die Prtionen haben auch ausgereicht. Insgesamt bleibt der Besuch in sehr guter in Erinnerung.

Sehr gut um leckeren Fisch zu essen. Sitzen kann man draußen in Zelten. Drinnen wird bestellt und man bekommt alles an den Tisch gebracht. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Am Samstag 17.10.2020 hatten wir einen Tisch zum Essen abends um 18.30 Uhr reserviert. Beim Eintreffen im Restaurant war dieses total überfüllt. Uns wurde ein Tisch im Wintergarten angeboten. Auf dem Weg dorthin mussten wir an etlichen Tischen mit sitzenden Gästen vorbei ( mit Maske ). Aber das gesamte Lokal war überfüllt und nach unserer Meinung überbelegt. Wir haben gefragt ob auch ein anderer Platz im Lokal noch möglich sei. Uns wurde gesagt, das geht leider nicht. Wir sind heute total ausgebucht. Meine Frau und ich wollten uns schnellstens aus der stickigen Luft und den vielen Menschen entfernen. Wir haben das Lokal wieder verlassen. Ursprünglich wollten wir das Ordnungsamt in Staade informieren. Haben das aber dann wegen des Aufwandes gelassen. Es ist immer schwierig einen geeigneten Sachbearbeiter bei den Ämtern zu erreichen. Schon gar nicht am Wochenende. Die Ämter sind überlastet und die Restaurantbetreiber nutzen das wohl scheinbar schamlos zu ihrem Nutzen aus.

In unserem 4-tägigen Urlaub gefiel es uns beim ersten Besuch so gut, dass wir noch ein weiteres Mal das Restaurant aufsuchten. Die beiden Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und legten großen Wert auf die Einhaltung der Regeln, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Da uns das Verhalten einiger Gäste im Außenbereich nicht zusagte, nahmen wir im Landhausstil eingerichteten Innenbereich platz. Wir bestellten die Hähnchenbrust mit Champignon-Sahne-Sauce, Pommes und Gemüse, sowie den Grillteller und beim zweiten Besuch die Penne in Champignon-Sahne-Sauce und weil er so gut war, erneut den Grillteller. Die Qualität und der Geschmack aller vier Essen waren gleichleibend gut. Dazu gab es frisch gezapftes Bier. Wir werden wieder Urlaub im Alten Land machen und mit Sicherheit das Restaurant Elbblick besuchen. Vielen Dank für die Freundlichkeit und die Gemütlichkeit. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. Macht weiter so!
