Itzehoer Pizza Express in Itzehoe

Ordered a burger, got leftovers. Instead of a burger patty (vegetarian), between the unappetizing slices of bread there were three soggy country potatoes and a mix of vegetable scraps that were completely unsuitable (for the burger), which must have been scraped together from another dish. There is no other way I can explain this subterranean appearance of my dinner. Is this served to tourists because we were just passing customers? In any case it was for the bin. Too bad. Never again.

Croque was okay, nothing special except that you could choose whole grain, which I find very, very strong. Pizza rolls were slightly hard but you could eat them. In the end it wasn't very good and it wasn't very bad either! I tried it once and it eliminated the hunger. I think with 3 stars I'm being honest without exaggerating or understating it. The delivery was also on time, very good!

Pasta bake was great, quick and cheap! Gladly again.

I recently ordered, it was always our favorite... Well, the food was bad, even the food that came afterwards... We were supposed to be refunded half of the purchase price, which didn't happen today! My husband spent a long time on the phone with the store the next day. Unfortunately, just empty words. It's a shame... So I don't see the point of giving this store another chance at some point!

I just ate the worst kebab plate of my life, the meat was totally disgusting, the sauce was rancid. I ordered a kebab bag and got a plate.

Ordered 2 burgers and 2 fries there for the first time last night, despite the stated delivery time of 30-45 minutes, we waited almost 1.5 hours. Food was only lukewarm and looked very bland. Two mini patties were simply slapped onto an xxl burger One of the burgers arrived wrong On the phone when I complained, the employee was very unfriendly and said it couldn't be right. His employees in the kitchen said they had done it right. After discussions, he was ready to replace the burger, which took another 60 minutes. I then asked him to come pick up his burger and give me my money back because I didn't want to wait another 60 minutes for my food. I specifically took a photo of both burgers next to each other so that my husband could eat his so that he wouldn't be accused of switching things up. After the phone call, I trust them with everything A driver then came and actually only took 15 minutes. To top it off he said with a grin bon appetit as he picked up the burger again. Given the poor quality of the food, you should at least do your best when dealing with customers and hope they close the shop soon. Never never never again!!!!

I had to wait 45 minutes for my fries to be ready and I was in the store

Yesterday I ordered 2 pizzas (ham and Hawaiian) and two pastas (Alforno and Bolognese). Delivery was quick, the pizza wasn't good and the pasta tasted like it had been stolen straight out of a homeless person's mouth and refined with dog waste. Thanks for gornix

The family orders pizza, which is just disgusting even after drinking, it doesn't taste like anything. The pizza isn't cooked properly and they probably had the dough "still lying somewhere." Never again... I briefly thought I would eat something from Kevin's

Gyros was a disaster... the meat was so hard that you had to cut it with the Motorflex. Not recommendable.

Ordered food. Butter chicken came without sauce (just meat & onions) Naan came very dry without garlic. Was the last time.

Rarely have I had such a poorly topped pizza, I ordered 3 family pizzas, one of which even had the wrong topping... Dry and expensive, that's all I can say about the pizza. The delivery person was so unbelievably unfriendly and attacked me when the amount of the tip wasn't enough... Incredibly ungrateful... My friends and I will never order from there again, nor will we recommend the shop to others.

Party pizza poorly topped. Prices of the coverings are not identical to those on the website. Delivery driver extremely unfriendly and barely able to speak German. Eggs on the salad obviously spoiled!!! Will not order there again. 40 euros for the trash can.

I ordered online at 5 p.m., at 6:30 p.m., unfortunately the pizza didn't arrive until 7:10 p.m., of course the pizza was already cold and tasted so rubbery like it came from the microwave, it's a shame I was so looking forward to it and it's a shame about that Money. Not again for now

Ordered online but was canceled because they thought it was a fake order. Food was picked up and they didn't want to give us the discounts for self-collection. Then the fries were not packed even though I had paid for them. I won't be ordering any more for now.

Ordered via the website. Waiting time was stated as 50 minutes, we waited over 1.5 hours. Wrong food was delivered, pizza was sticky and cold as were the fries. We will definitely never order here again. I can't recommend any. Shame about the money

Recently ordered here, from an Itzehoer institution. Party pizza is really big, it's a good way to feed children for their birthday. There is a special menu for Indian dishes. You can also eat there, but it's a bit busy at times. Otherwise there are also snack classics, which are okay, but I would order them somewhere else.

Bestellung aufgegeben und uns schon informiert, das mit ca. 60 bis 75 Minuten Wartezeit gerechnet werden muss. Nach 90 min angerufen und gefragt wann das Essen kommt -> Fahrer fährt in 15 min los. Nix. Nach 120 min haben wir dann storniert. Es war unsere erste Bestellung und unsere letzte Bestellung. Zum Essen können wir somit gar nicht sagen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Ich hatte kürzlich eine Bestellung bei diesem Pizza Lieferanten aufgegeben und wurde rundum beeindruckt. Die Pizza war köstlich - der Teig perfekt knusprig und der Belag reichhaltig. Die Lieferung war blitzschnell und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Alles in allem stimmt hier das Gesamtpaket aus Geschmack, Tempo und Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Jedzenie bardzo dobre ale trochę ubogo składników (kurczaka itp.)

Super erfahrung gemacht, da es hier viele verschiedene Gerichte und Variationen gibt. Die indische Küche hat uns vollkommen überzeugt! Gerne wieder.

Ambiente kann ich nichts zu sagen da heute das erste mal bestellt zum liefern. Seit langem mal wieder ne richtig gute Pizza. Pizza Inferno mit extra Brokkoli.Ein Traum.Ärger mich das ich statt Large nur Medium gewählt hab. Gerne wieder. War sogar noch richtig heiß von Itzehoe nach Rethwisch bei Lägerdorf.

Die Pizza ist geschmacklich sehr gut und hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen.

Essen ist immer Gut egal ob Bolognese,Pizza, Burger alles schmeckt richtig gut. Lieferung sind nicht ganz das was sie versprechen aber essen kommt immer Heiß an :)

Hab dort seit Ewigkeiten mal wieder etwas bestellt. Natürlich ist das immer ne subjektive Sache mit dem Geschmack. Für meinen war die Pizza zwar gut belegt, aber der Boden war schon sehr pappig und geschmacksneutral. Ein Croque darf meiner Meinung nach gerne knuspriges Brot haben, aber auch hier war leider nichts zu machen. Kann man also machen, muss man aber nicht. Schade eigentlich...

Perfektes indisches Essen mit Lamm...superlecker. Total zart und würzig. IMMER wieder!

So leckere Pizza habe ich ewig nicht gegessen. Endlich mal Teig, der weich und fluffig ist und der Geschmack wird nicht mit literweise Tomatensauce versaut. Die Pommes ,obwohl geliefert super knusprig und der Asia Dip superlecker.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Esse hier am liebsten! 5/5 Sterne verdient

Se lo recomendamos a todos los españoles que vayan por allí. Tuvimos buena atención y colaboración con el poco inglés que sabemos. Buena cantidad y a buen precio. Los macarrones tienen buena pinta y están deliciosos.

Ich habe gerade essen bestellt . Es war nichts so wie ich das haben wollte . Ich habe al forno bestellt das war leider eine Suppe . Ich denn Anweisungen stand bitte nicht klingeln da der Hund sonst bellt und das muss auf einen Sonntag nicht sein . Was passiert ? Er klingelt ! Obwohl das sogar auf der Rechnung steht . Die Holzpforte wurde an der Straße auf gelassen wir haben Hunde auf dem Hof laufen . Wenn die auf die Straße gelaufen wären hätten wir euch verklagt . MFG Hohenlockstedt 😡

Sehr freundlich, schöne Atmosphäre im Geschäft. Habe die Pizza Scampi bestellt, die reichlich belegt war. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. :-)

Schnelle Lieferung, gutes Essen nettes Personal nur wie so oft ist das bestellen am Telefon leider oft sehr unhöflich geht der ältere Herr Ran und ist kaum verständlich. Eher unpassend für einen Telefon Services ansonsten absolut zu empfehlen.
