Itoshii Sushi & Asian in Wiesbaden

We order from Itoshii regularly, and the food is always delicious. Unfortunately, delivery times can be quite long, but if you keep this in mind and plan for it when ordering, everything is great. We'll continue to order happily.

I think they do laundry here. I sometimes pass by and it doesn't look appealing. I've never ordered from there. The drivers and cars are constantly changing. The opening hours on the door are incorrect. Sometimes the shutters are still closed three hours after opening.

Last but not least, food is delivered over an hour late after agreement and then we are blamed

Ordered online. Only after an hour did I get a call saying it would take another hour. The man on the phone was disrespectful; I tried to tell him something, but he just ignored me. NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN

I ordered from itoshii last night and am once again absolutely thrilled. The delivery was amazingly fast, even beating the stated time. I would especially like to emphasize that the food arrived wonderfully warm and fresh – unfortunately, that's not always the case with delivery services. Everything tasted perfect: The ingredients seemed to be of very high quality, and the preparation was simply delicious. I really enjoyed the food and can highly recommend itoshii to anyone in Wiesbaden. Many thanks to the team for this great experience! We will definitely order again.

Simply the worst experience ever. Last time, I looked away from a spoiled piece of tuna, only to come back this time and be treated less than humanly, my time and plans wasted because I ordered through To Good To Go instead of Lieferando? The app comes with risk, but canceling 8 minutes before pickup, when the customer is already there, is simply antisocial. Blame the app all you want, but that kind of work ethic is preparing your food with your bare hands.

Ordered food. Only AFTER ordering and paying did we find out it would take up to 70 minutes. Sushi was OK. The chicken fried rice was terrible. Vegetables: no carrot strips, no bean sprouts, no onions, no broccoli. Just a few broad beans. The whole thing was way too sweet and sticky. Disgusting. Why would someone put so much sugar in fried rice? I couldn't eat the rest. The chef should learn how to make fried rice from other Chinese restaurants. I'd rather go to one of the other Chinese restaurants in Wiesbaden; they're better.

1 star is even too much. Waited an hour and a half and the food from Äpelallee all you can eat tastes even better, really godless. Conclusion: delivery and eat TRASH!

The food had a lasting effect - but not in a positive way. The taste was somewhere between cardboard and regret, but the true strength of this menu (fried rice with three pieces of chicken, watery & far too thin peanut sauce) only revealed itself hours later: a sprint to the toilet that would make even Olympians jealous. So if you are looking for a reliable gastrointestinal cleanse, you will find it here. For everyone else: it's better to avoid it. In the truest sense. Every euro is too good to spend here - unless you voluntarily pay for a free colonic irrigation with side effects. Unfortunately never again 🤢

I wish I had given it 0 stars! I ordered through Uber Eats and, despite repeatedly asking about the order status, I wasn't informed. Instead, I tried calling, but the number I provided wasn't available. The order was canceled through Uber Eats, so I really need to tell them (the restaurant) that if they don't want to drive, they'll change their mind! It's so annoying to wait an hour and a half for your food and then get something like this. So, based on my experience, I can say, under no circumstances should you order from Itoshii!!!

Unfortunately an absolute disappointment. We had to wait a long time for our food, only to be served by far the worst Asian food we've ever had. The sushi looked and smelled rotten. We didn't dare eat it. The kimchi was limp and didn't seem fresh either. The rice dish with crispy chicken and peanut sauce was a failure: the sauce was far too runny, there were hardly any vegetables in it and the taste was completely unseasoned. The edamame seemed raw and the spring rolls tasted like cardboard. In the end we had to throw almost everything away because it was hardly edible or edible. Paying €80 for this meal was really annoying. We will definitely never order here again, absolutely impossible!

Delivery service – It used to be great, but unfortunately, it's completely gone now! I feel like it's a rip-off; especially in the hot meals, there's hardly any vegetables, etc. The team always tries to quickly replace incorrectly delivered items and resolve the issue, but the price-performance ratio has changed dramatically.

Ordered for the first time today. I had to hunt for the vegetables in the vegetarian red Thai curry. I found a slice of mushroom, a piece of red bell pepper, endless pieces of ginger, and a bit of spring onion – served in a completely over-salted coconut sauce garnished with a generous amount of MSG. I have a terrible stomach ache. Yes, it's true, I avoid MSG wherever I can and am therefore sensitive to it, but sorry, I don't expect it in a simple Thai curry. I'm amazed at these many positive reviews.

Attention: The restaurant deletes/reports negative posts, even if they are factually and truthfully formulated. Unbeknownst to me, I was served meat here, even though I clearly ordered a vegan dish. Something like this is generally annoying enough, but it also poses a danger for people with allergies.

The food and service was very good. We can only recommend it and will order food more often in the future😋😋

Delivery takes far too long! We waited almost 2 hours. The duck is limp and the sushi is average… The curry isn't a highlight either

So I have to say the taste was okay. I ordered and there was no soy sauce and I personally thought that was a shame. Sushi without soy sauce is not possible.

We ordered beef ramen, gyoza and yakitori skewers in October 2023. I have no idea what beef ramen is supposed to be, but ramen looks different to me. Pak choy was completely missing, but there were some squishy zucchini. Minus points! Gyoza were ok, but nothing earth-shattering. The yakitori skewers were dry, tough and there was hardly any sauce. It appeared that the skewers were not freshly prepared. All around a failure. As of October 24, 2024 The operator had my original review blocked via Google. Keyword: slander. The only thing I can do now is take the legal route so that my review can be published again. Apparently the operator wants to get rid of negative reviews. Maybe the operator should rather deal with the objective criticism and do it better!

Shushi doesn't taste like anything, delivery is a disaster, it took 3 hours

The food is super tasty but it gets less and less every time. Hardly any sauce and hardly any vegetables. The meat is also becoming less.

I can only advise against it. Ordered sushi for over 20 euros and had it delivered without refrigeration when the outside temperature was over 30 degrees. Sushi with raw fish arrived WARM. Of course I didn't eat it! In addition, they refuse to refund the money. Really catastrophic!

Ordered there online a week ago. After more than 2.5 hours the food hadn't arrived, so we called the store directly. There we were told that the food had actually already been delivered. Since we still didn't receive anything, we were asked for a replacement or a refund. Unfortunately we have not received these yet.

We ordered through the website and waited almost 3 hours for delivery. Finally we had to call and were told that the food had apparently been delivered a long time ago. It never arrived. We were confirmed on the phone that we would get the money back (PayPal), but that hasn't happened yet. Very unreliable

I don't recommend this "restaurant" xd I paid for it and maybe 2 pieces of meat were quite ok, the rest were dry to a crisp 🤢

An unacceptable and such a long delivery time does not justify the price of this sushi at all. In addition, the poor quality of the fish causes a bad stomach ache. You will definitely not be able to order there again in the future.

Truly disappointed in this restaurant. We just ordered over Liferando and the food was undercooked. The crispy chicken was so undone that we were not able to eat it, the ramen had no taste, not even a bit of salt. The fried egg noddles lacked egg and well…the fried egg rice barely had some rice. It’s a no. I hope I won’t get sick after trying the chicken.

We ordered the sushi online, once it didn't come at all and once it didn't come until after 2.5 hours, even though according to the app it was supposed to come after an hour. You couldn't reach anyone by phone or app!

I've really never experienced anything like that. I waited 3 hours for the food and then drove to the store in person because none of my 19 calls were answered. But food was “already on the way” and there wasn’t even a sorry or sorry. Never again!

The food is really great. The portions are decent and the quality is good. Unfortunately, delivery times of almost two hours are not possible without prior notice. What I don't really like is that everything that was ordered is put in one package. This means that raw fish comes into contact with cooked fish and hot sauce also comes into contact with non-spicy parts.

The food tastes good but almost every time there was a mistake when ordering. We ordered for 100+€ and an order was FORGOTTEN. We called hundreds of times and no one answered. A cheek and a juice shop! I expect a call back tomorrow!

Phew. So the duck was cold, marinade tasted strange. Didn't eat the duck (as shown in the picture). Rice was dry and stale. The sauce comes from a can and there were virtually no vegetables. Order for 17€. Quality of ready meals. Maybe ate half of it.

I ordered yesterday for over €60. Unfortunately, almost nothing was right. The miso soup, which was specially made with seaweed, didn't have a single piece of seaweed and was made with ?fried? Tofu. Accordingly, it didn't taste like miso soup but rather like a kind of beef broth. The chicken skewers with peanut sauce were in 3 drops of peanut sauce, which was so liquid that none of it stuck to the chicken and you just had pure, dry chicken. The tuna in my sushi tasted like a spread and the tamago nigiri had shrimp on it for whatever reason.

It's just a disgrace on the part of the store. Ordered at 9:00 p.m. and the order was confirmed with a delivery time of 70 minutes. No delivery until 11:30 p.m. Never again with such terrible service. To top it off, the store didn't want to refund the food that was paid for via Paypal and never delivered. You are also welcome to file a criminal complaint for fraud. Stay away from this store.

I ordered via Lieferando at 8:30pm, now it's 10pm, nothing arrived. I called 3 times but nobody answered. (and never sent the money back!!!!!)

Used to order from this place literally every single day during COVID. I've given this business thousands and thousands for fish. Yet the only time I've ever had an issue with an order after years, the person who answers the phone is rude and hangs up more than once, twice or three times. Driver sees me hanging out the window waving him down to get the rest of my order, obviously this guy is blind and shouldn't be driving. This place used to be one of the literal best places in town. Won't be ordering from here again.

Steht nicht auf der Webseite aber sie liefern momentan nur. Wir haben ewig gewartet und erst nach ca. 30 Minuten sagte man uns dass sie nur liefern.

Wir hatten über Lieferando bestellt. Aufgrund des sehr hohen Mindestbestellwertes hatten wir zuvor davon Abstand genommen, jetzt hatten wir aber genug zum bestellen und wollten es ausprobieren. Die angegebene Lieferzeit wurde eingehalten, der Teil des Essens, welcher warm sein sollte, war es auch. Das Sushi war sehr lecker, wir hatten vom allem etwas, egal, ob Thunfisch, Hähnchen, Lachs oder Garnelen, alles war gut. Die Auswahl an sich ist auch sehr groß, der Preis aber auch teilweise nicht günstig. Die einzelnen Stücke waren aber auch recht groß. Wir hatten dazu noch asiatische Nudeln mit Hähnchen. Diese waren in Ordnung, fielen aber im Vergleich zum sushi etwas ab. Die Vorspeisen (Gyoza und Edamame) schmeckten auch lecker. Insgesamt können wir nichts negatives sagen. Aufgrund des sehr gutem Sushi und keinen Problemen mit Lieferzeit und Wärme war unser Erlebnis super, daher 5 Sterne. Bestellen werden wir dennoch nicht so häufig, da der Mindestbestellwert zu hoch ist. Da wäre ein übe Reduktion natürlich gut.

Die Lieferung erfolgte innerhalb von 60 Minuten, was akzeptabel ist. Leider war das Essen jedoch schon kalt. Die Yakitori-Spieße mit Erdnusssauce waren gut gewürzt und lecker, aber kalt und etwas trocken. Die gebratenen Nudeln mit Rind hatten nichts zu bemängeln, außer der Temperatur. Die Ente war leider sehr matschig und triefte vor fett; vielleicht sollte es beim nächsten Mal separat verpackt werden, um den Kontakt mit den fettigen Nudeln zu vermeiden. Die Ramensuppe war sehr lecker, das Gemüse frisch, und das Rindfleisch zart. Insgesamt war das Essen in Ordnung und könnte sicherlich besser sein, wenn es die richtige Temperatur hätte. Es könnte durchaus ein nächstes Mal geben, da die Preise sehr ansprechend günstig sind.

Gutes Essen aber furchtbar wenn es um die Auslieferung geht furchtbar. Wir haben ein paar Mal dort bestellt und die Bestellungen kamen jedes Mal eine Stunde, einmal sogar einmal zwei Stunden später an als es Uber Eats angezeigt hat. Diesmal wurde auch eine Sache die wir bestellt hatten komplett vergessen bei der Lieferung und wir wollten nicht nochmal eine Ewigkeit warten bis der Artikel auch noch ankommt. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen

Wir mussten Mittags 2h auf unsere Lieferung warten, das Sushi schmeckte nicht mehr frisch, die "spezial Boxen" sind vergleichsweise teuer und die Dame am Telefon und der Fahrer waren null motiviert.

Das Essen hätte an sich super lecker sein können, war aber leider sowohl bei meinem Gericht als auch bei dem meiner Freundin total versalzen und man konnte es nicht mehr genießen. Da wir es aber bestellt hatten, haben wir nun keine Möglichkeit mehr gehabt es zurückzugeben. Schade hätte mehr erwartet.

Wir hatten Sushi und Ente nach Haus bestellt. Das Essen wurde schnell geliefert und war noch schön heiß. Das Sushi war super frisch und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Saucen waren gut verpackt und auch die Samosas waren super. Immer wieder gerne ☺️.

Wenn man Knusprige Ente bestellt mit Süßsauersoße, bekommt man eine Sojasoßenmischung geliefert. Bei anfrage ob ich aus Kulanz was anderes dafür bekommen kann, wurde mir sofort nein gesagt. 30€ in den Wind geschossen weil ich sojasoße übertrieben hasse. Bin bisschen genervt gerade. Blöd ausgeschrieben das ganze. Sehr enttäuschend.

Lieferung ging relativ schnell, zwar nicht in der angegebenen Zeit, dennoch flott. Fahrer war abgehetzt, aber freundlich! Essen ansich ganz OK. Was mir aber nicht gefallen hat, ist dass Sie zwar Misosuppe mit Seetang etc anbieten - aber geliefert wurde eine Suppe mit Lachs Stückchen und irgendwelchen Gemüse. Und ich hatte mich so auf die Miso gefreut. Preislich OK.

Große, frische und geschmackvolle Gerichte! Lieferung erfolgte schnell und Essen war noch angenehm warm. Preise sind für die großen Portionen mehr als angemessen.

Wir haben hier schon mehrfach Sushi bestellt, und es war jedes Mal sehr gut. Lieferzeiten sind vergleichsweise lange wenn man eine größere Platte bestellt, aber darauf kann man sich ja einstellen, zumal die Qualität dann auch super ist.

Essen weggeschmissen (über uber eats bestellt) , suppen ganz gut, normales essen nicht zu empfehlen, süß sauer soße schmeckt wie wasser mit ein wenig soße gemischt, konsistenz ist auch wässrig

Die warme Hauptspeise schmeckt gut, das Sushi war sagenhaft. Die Bestellung über die Seite funktionierte auch problemlos. Nur die Lieferzeit stimmt überhaupt nicht. Es wird immer circa eine Stunde angeben… manchmal dauert es 30 Minuten und dann wieder 1,5 Stunden. Positiv zu erwähnen - bei der letzten Bestellung war nicht alles dabei und eigentlich war das so der Punkt, wo ich mir dachte, dass ich hier nicht mehr bestellen werde. Plötzlich klingelte es wieder und die fehlende Portion Sushi wurde mir übergeben und dazu noch eine makibox als Entschuldigung! Das kam bei mir richtig gut an.

Wir haben schon öfter bestellt. Mehrmals wurde was vergessen, die selben Gerichte sind jedes Mal anders. Manchmal ist das Curry flüssig, manchmal dicker. Das gebratene Hähnchen war letztes Mal in Stücken und ohne Panade. Die Möhren waren nur roh und nicht weich gekocht. Mal ist Sesam drauf, mal nicht. Die Erdnusssoße war das eine mal wie pure Erdnussbutter mit Stücken und das andere mal flüssig. Langsam nervt es ein bisschen. Heute wurde wieder was vergessen. Wir bestellen nur noch hier, weil es nicht wirklich bessere Asiaten in Wiesbaden gibt.

Ich habe schon hier schon zweimal Sushi bestellt und bin beides Mal sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Sushi schmeckt frisch und es gibt auch viele verschiedene Sorten zum Auswählen. Die Lieferzeit wurde mit einer Stunde angegeben und das Essen kam sogar eine Viertelstunde früher. Sehr guter Service, ich bestelle hier wieder 🍣

Bestellt über die Itoshii App, die Lieferung hat wie angegeben 70 Minuten gedauert. Klar ist ja nicht nur eine Pizza die belegt und in den Ofen kommt. Sushi war wieder suuuuper lecker und der Lieferant freundlich. Einzige Anmerkung für die App, vielleicht noch weitere Alternativen als Zahlart anbieten wie nur Paypal und Cash. Die nächste Bestellung kommt aber trotzdem .
