Delivery took 3x the estimated time, driver was rude, and I've microwaved better schnitzel than this.

Food was awesome. Always is. I've always ordered delivery from here so this was my first in person visit. Service was great, beer 🍺 was cold. The outdoor Biergarten was perfect and my short time inside I observed a very neat and tidy restaurant.

What's the point of having the greatest ambience if the food is no good? So it's not a tragedy that the ambience isn't great, the pizza was great. Price/performance too. So maybe not for every occasion, but great.

This evening we had dinner with 8 people based on a Groupon voucher. Our expectations weren't the greatest; At first it was an inconspicuous club restaurant. We were taught otherwise. The food was served after a normally expected waiting time and was extremely tasty, especially given the excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended is the perfectly prepared rump steak served with delicious fried potatoes. The Rheinhöhe restaurant was definitely worth a visit.

Simply a great steak - to the point... with delicious onions, great fries and for dessert a super tasty homemade tiramisu. Nice and attentive staff! Unreservedly recommended!

I’ve been ordering pizza from this place for a while now, and it’s hands-down the best delivery service I’ve ever used. The pizza always arrives hot, fresh, and on time sometimes even earlier than expected! The flavors are incredible, with the balance of crispy crust, generous toppings, and delicious sauce. It feels like dining in a high-quality pizzeria from the comfort of my home. What really sets them apart is how much they appreciate their loyal customers.

Unfortunately lost some customers yesterday. In the summer we brought a lot of customers to the restaurant. The chef is great! Not to mention the service staff. Ordered again by phone yesterday after a long time. When the pizza came, 3 were wrong. Called there and that's when things started to get funny. The customer is king is written quite small here. It was our own fault because we had an old map. Then, after a long discussion, 3 new pizzas were delivered to us but we were warned several times not to touch or eat the wrong pizzas. The driver also took the pizzas back with him. These small expenses that arose as a result could have simply been omitted out of customer friendliness. Especially since we were then told twice by the bike that he had already given us a new card?!?! And that it's all our fault. We ordered home there once a long, long time ago and otherwise we were always there. It's a shame that the fault is being blamed on the customer...

We discovered this place by chance and it quickly became our favourite restaurant during our stay. We ate here every night and that says it all! The food is delicious, with a varied menu that caters for all tastes. What really sets it apart is the staff: friendly, attentive and always up for a chat. Without a doubt the best place to eat in the area. Highly recommended!

We chose this restaurant for a larger family celebration. There were very nice and goal-oriented discussions with the staff in advance, so we were able to put together a reduced-sized menu in advance and discuss special requests, which were implemented to our satisfaction. The food was delivered promptly at the agreed time, it was very tasty and absolutely worth the price. All of our guests were thrilled. We'd love to come back - not just to celebrate.

We were there because we got a voucher for a meal for 4 people. Our expectations weren't that high. Unfortunately, the pictures on the internet are not that nice. We were amazed at how beautiful the beer garden was. It's really nicely done. There is room for improvement but you feel surprisingly comfortable. We all had the rump steak to eat. Great recommendation! One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. The fried potatoes were also really tasty. We didn't expect that! The condition was also super friendly. Q

I recently had the pleasure of eating at the Reinhöhe restaurant and I can only report positive things. The schnitzel and pizza I ordered were simply delicious. The schnitzel was perfectly fried and crispy, while the pizza was topped with fresh ingredients and a wonderful dough. I was absolutely amazed by the quality and taste of the food. Another plus point is the prices. They are very affordable, which gave me the opportunity to enjoy an amazing meal without breaking my budget. The price-performance ratio is really unbeatable. The service was also first class. The waiters were extremely friendly and accommodating. They always tried to make sure we didn't lack anything. Your kindness made my visit even more pleasant. Apart from that I would like to mention the beautiful terrace. She is really a highlight. The atmosphere there is very pleasant and it was lovely to enjoy the food outside. All in all, my visit to the Reinhöhe restaurant was a complete success. The food was first class, the prices were fair and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

Very tasty food. You have to bring time. In return you get really tasty and freshly prepared food. Definitely go, it's best to reserve in advance.

We went there with a Groupon voucher to eat the rump steak. When ordering, we were told that Groupon had made a mistake and that the herb butter or onions were not included, meaning that an additional charge would have to be paid for this. We found it outrageous. Either have Groupon change it or don't charge the guest anything extra. Little things like that leave an unnecessary bitter aftertaste, which is a shame because the food was quite good.

We were here the week before last with a voucher from Groupon. The rump steak was delicious, but we found it incredibly sobering that the herb butter was charged extra, even though it was clearly included in the deal. Risking unhappy guests because of a few cents isn't particularly smart. The waiter was friendly, but didn't seem particularly motivated.

Online order was canceled after 20 minutes for no reason. Very bad if you are already there and want to pick it up. Then it was claimed that the kitchen had not canceled and they would like to see the cancellation. After seeing the cancellation, nothing more was said about it. Very bad service!!

So that's a decent delivery service!!! Food arrives very quickly and tastes very, very tasty!! Highly recommended, I have now ordered there for the second time and will not order anywhere else!!!

We were there with 4 people via Groupon. It is a sports club restaurant. The ambience is rather simple and rather loud due to many club guests. The service was rather mixed during our visit, although the restaurant was not overcrowded. In total, we waited 1.5 to 2 hours for our food from the time we arrived, and about an hour from the time we ordered. We all had rump steak with fried potatoes or salad. The rump steak and the fried potatoes were very good, the salad was rather boring and had a boring dressing. All in all, I unfortunately have to say, I wouldn't eat there again. Waiting time too long, too loud for me personally, uncomfortable atmosphere and prices are usually too high for what is offered.

We enjoy being guests here on a regular basis. For our taste, the pizza is the best in Wiesbaden, and the beer is generously tapped. The service is always friendly and the atmosphere is what you would expect from a club restaurant.

The food is very good, especially the pizzas and the various schnitzels. But the other dishes are also recommended depending on your taste. The outside area is very nice with a garden, but the inside is poor. Just like a clubhouse. You have to like it. Delivery works very well. Very friendly service and suppliers.

Ordered delivery and really enjoyed it. The schnitzel was fresh and crispy. The rosemary potatoes were well prepared and tasty. The photo shows a half serving. Everything was packed nicely. The delivery person was prompt and courteous. Overall a pleasant experience. Will order again.

Hat keinen Besonderen Flair, aber von einem Vereinslovkal ist auch nicht zu erwarten. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet dagegen ausgezeichnet auch wenn man etwas länger warten musste, die Bedienung belästigt einen nicht ständig aber ist trotzdem aufmerksamm , sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Preise sind in Ordnung. Wir würden gerne wieder hingehen.

Have visited this restaurant several times and it never disappoints. I love the spicy rice, veg and chicken/pork dish. My husband loves the schnitzel. They also serve very nice pizza. We normally dine inside but there is outside dining if you wish. Both areas are pleasant and comfortable. Service is welcoming and friendly, the food delicious. I highly recommend this hardworking family-run restaurant.

Wir haben uns das Essen bereits schon oftmals liefern lassen, abgeholt und speisten im Restaurant. Zur Lieferung: Tatsächlich ist die Lieferung ihr größer Schwachpunkt. Leider wurden wir schon oftmals vergessen und-/ oder haben lange warten müssen. Doch zu bestellen hören wir da niemals auf, denn trotz der Lappalien bei der Lieferung ist das Essen einfach ein kulinarisches Meisterwerk. Zur Innenausstattung: Es ist unscheinbar und einfach, dennoch eine gemütliche Atmosphäre, wobei man tatsächlich mehr rausholen könnte.

Heute bei euch bestellt und muss sagen immer wieder gerne wieder, die Pizzen waren echt mega 👍

Die Gaststätte ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, die Tische, Stühle und Theke sind dieselben, die auch Anfang der 2000er bereits in dieser Gaststätte standen. Der Service war milde gesagt eine Katastrophe. Zunächst mussten wir 15-20 Minuten darauf warten, dass unsere Bestellung aufgenommen wird. Anschließend wiederum 20 Minuten auf unsere 2 Getränke (Die Bedienung musste ja erstmal an Handy spielen). Die Wartezeit für das Essen war mit etwa 45-50 Minuten zwar etwas lang, aber noch vertretbar. Hierzu ist zu sagen, dass wir die Einzigen waren die Essen bestellt haben, die anderen Gäste waren bereits versorgt. Unsere offensichtlich leeren Gläser wurden ignoriert, die Bedienung hat lieber an seinem Handy gespielt und war absolut desinteressiert. Auch die andern Gäste riefen immer durch die Gaststätte, damit diese dann trotzdem 15-20 Minuten auf ihre Getränke warten mussten, da die Bedienung noch nicht fertig am Handy war. Das Fleisch war qualitativ sehr gut. Allerdings wurden wir nicht nach dem Garpunkt des Steaks gefragt, was aus meiner Sicht impliziert, dass das Steak Medium serviert wird. Das Steak war jedoch Medium well - well done. Die Soße für das Schnitzel ist aus der Packung, was man bei dem Preis vielleicht noch verschmerzen kann. Auch nach dem Essen wurden wir weiterhin ignoriert. Wir mussten selbstständig zur Theke gehen zum Bezahlen, da die Bedienung immer noch mit dem Handy beschäftigt war. Abschließend ist zu sagen, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für das Essen ist sehr gut. Die Bedienung eine Vollkatastrophe. Jeder von uns hatte 1 Getränk und ein Hauptgericht und da die Bedienung nicht den Eindruck machte Interesse daran zu haben, dass wir weitere Getränke oder gar einen Nachtisch bestellen, entschieden wird das Restaurant zu verlassen. Aufgrund der Bedienung werden wir dort definitiv nicht mehr Essen gehen, da kann ich auch zu McDonalds gehen, da wird man besser bedient. Insgesamt wurde das doch leckere Essen (bis auf die Tütensoße und den Garpunkt) vollständig durch den Grotten schlechten Service überschattet.

Essen war nicht schlecht. Aber der Geschmack der Sosse, war Tütenverdächtig!

Gute Lokalität mit super Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis! Sicherlich kein Sternerestaurant, aber genau das, was man sucht, wenn man ein schnelles, leckeres Schnitzel essen möchte. Tiramisu war auch super lecker. Lieferant hat wohl kleinen Umweg genommen.. aber dafür könnt Ihr ja nichts. Bestelle sicherlich wieder bei Euch!
