The exterior cleaning was not very successful. The vehicle was washed gently, but that didn't bother the dirt. Especially stubborn dirt wasn't removed, the pillars remained dirty, and even the surfaces weren't completely clean. Lotus wash isn't exactly a sign of quality. When you subsequently complain, you're told that you should wash the vehicle more often. The second pass, which was reluctantly granted, still didn't completely remove the dirt. This is not how I imagine car cleaning in a car wash should be.

Yesterday, after partying, we were looking for something to eat on Schaafenstrasse. I ordered a salami pizza. It was really delicious! Plenty of cheese on it and a really filling size! We'll definitely go there again if we're looking for something to eat at night :p We weren't disappointed. The gentleman who served us was especially nice! We'd gladly go again.

I've been eating here for 2 years and it tastes great

Dear Burger King Team, On May 19, I ordered a portion of chili cheese nuggets from your branch. Unfortunately, the quality of the nuggets was completely inadequate: They were cold, hard, and clearly not fresh. To ensure that this wasn't a one-off, we tried two – both in the same inedible state. We then complained. Unfortunately, the response from your staff was also unsatisfactory: Although we received a new portion, it was precisely counted, without any kind of consideration. Furthermore, it was indirectly suggested that we had only faked the complaint in order to receive more food. This insinuation is not only rude, but also inappropriate and disappointing. We expect not only impeccable food from a company like Burger King, but also respectful treatment of paying customers. I request a statement and appropriate compensation for this experience. Otherwise, I will seriously reconsider my trust in your brand and products.

Delicious burgers. Great fries. Nice and crispy. The price is absolutely reasonable. Meals with drinks are available. The service is very young and very friendly.
