Order delivery took a relatively long time. Then received 1 wrong menu, which was not ordered. When the 🍔 was replaced, the cheese was missing and the bacon that was specially ordered. There were maybe 10-12 guests. That should be manageable. Sorry but really experienced it.

I visited the store because of the TikTok hype, but unfortunately the experience was a disappointment across the board. The taste of the burger was a disaster - dry, bland and anything but fresh. The fries were served cold and carelessly. Really annoying! In addition, the drinks were served directly in the bottle without a glass because the employee “didn’t have time” to bring us glasses even though there were only 4 customers sitting there. I have rarely encountered such unprofessional service. A look into the kitchen was the absolute lowest point: it looked as if there were children or very young teenagers working there. Not only is this questionable, but it really spoiled my appetite. Overall, the visit was a big disappointment. Hype may attract guests, but without quality, taste and service you won't convince anyone in the long term. Unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.
