It was always delicious, though not exactly cheap. Compared to other grill houses in the area, it's definitely on the higher end. The skewers are grilled over an open flame, which is something special and makes for a truly aromatic experience!

Fantastic. The love for the ingredients, the cleanliness, and above all, the friendliness. I've traveled to many Arab countries, but almost nowhere have I enjoyed food as much as here. The fantastic aroma of meat grilled over charcoal is simply divine. Keep it up! I highly recommend it.

It's actually a great doner kebab, but the amount of toppings unfortunately varies. Today it was a bit meager for €7. I'll still come back, though, because I really enjoy their doner kebabs.

If you want a really good meal, this is the place to go. The staff are all incredibly friendly and you always feel very welcome. And the food, especially the grilled items, is unbelievably delicious. I can truly recommend this place to everyone.

I remembered it better. A kebab with plenty of salad, but not much meat. Basically, nothing served there has any flavor of its own. Bonus points for the fact that I paid €12 for a kebab and a drink last night, and the salesperson grinned at his colleagues because I hadn't noticed. I don't know what that says about the place itself, but I'll definitely never come back.

I've never experienced anything like this before. We were given cold food. It wasn't freshly prepared either; it tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. We didn't even get a glass to drink when we asked for it, just a cheap plastic cup. And we spent €30 on it. Truly awful.

I've been going there almost weekly for over 3 years now and have been to many other kebab shops. Nevertheless, it is always a brilliant taste explosion on the palate. The employees are very nice and implement special requests very well. We now know each other so well that we no longer need to order. I can only recommend this store with all my heart.

One problem that the city center definitely doesn't have is a shortage of kebab shops. Some of the kebab stalls here are right next to each other - such as the Istanbul Grillhaus, which is right next to the Burger & Kebap. In contrast to Burger & Kebap, there are no burgers here, but in addition to the classic kebab dishes, there is a larger selection of pizza and pasta. But there is also no shortage of kebab dishes and there is even a small charcoal grill. The menu sometimes seems a bit overloaded and, funnily enough, a fairly large number of dishes were simply crossed out, as if the staff themselves had noticed that they had overreached themselves. It's quite cozy inside and surprisingly doesn't smell like rancid fat like you usually get in such snack bars. That's a plus for the ambience. The service was also very nice. Cool: there is homemade Ayran. I actually don't like Ayran that much, but I wanted to try it and found it delicious. I had a mixed vegetarian plate, my wife had lahmachun with meat and together we shared a portion of fries. Everything was okay in terms of price, but the quantity was definitely too small. Normally the portions are a bit too big for me, but this was borderline. The Lahmachun was quite thin and easily 1/3 less filled than I usually find it. The fries were what you get in a small portion at most snack bars and my vegetarian plate was pretty sparse. Overall there was a lot of salad on it and at least a falafel or a few more fries would have been fair at €11. However, we were very satisfied with the quality. According to my wife, the meat was very good and had just the right degree of browning. The salad was fresh and delicious. I had a lot of parsley on it, which isn't my thing, but that's a matter of taste. The falafel was very good and definitely better than the dry, flat things that are often found in kebab shops. The rice that was supposed to be on the vegetarian plate was more like Ebly wheat, but it tasted good. The halloumi were really great - really tender and delicious! The fries were also quite good - pleasantly lightly salted. Overall, it's rather thin and crispy (which I prefer personally, but that's also a matter of taste) without being hard or dry. Overall, the sauces tasted good. There were only three pieces (herbs, garlic, spicy) but they were all delicious. Only the hot sauce wasn't hot at all - not even spicy. In terms of quality, the Istanbul Grillhaus is definitely a decent shop. It's a bit of a shame that the portions are so small. With 20-25% more portion size, I would have almost nothing to complain about here.

When the shop opened in Corona it was 5 out of 5. Great chicken, real meat kebab, pizza and real grill with a great selection. Now the store is really bad. Minced meat rotisserie no more kebab. Many things are seasoned carelessly and the prices are opaque. On the board the price is simply not correct and you pay more. Everything that was good in the store is gone. Sry but we'll never come back every time the store was worse than before.

We were in Potsdam as tourists. The mixed grill had everything in it. Prices are average, taste is good. We liked the doner kebab the most.

I'm just shocked. We ordered kebab with rice. They made it for us with french fries. I asked for a change and the man took the potatoes from our plate with his bare hands and threw them in the pan for other customers. I don't advise you to risk your health. Unhygienic conditions. Doner kebab is quite ok, fresh ingredients and the baguette bread for the kebab is great. Unfortunately, you charge extra for a lot of things, which I find strange with kebabs (max. 3 sauces or herbs; goat cheese costs extra). Portions aren't that big either. But it tastes good and the location is nice.

I enjoyed eating with you, but the current quality of meat is standard. I don't have to pay €8 for a mini Dürüm. Previously (2023) the quality was still great. Today rather below average. A pity!

After a horrible trip to the library, this kebab saved my week. The herb sauce is phenomenal and a must try. This kebab should not be avoided when staying in Potsdam.

Dear Diary Today I was out with my gang and strolled through the Sanccoci. We were very hungry and thought we would take a look here. A clear recommendation is the infamous Adana Baguette. The lighting needs some improvement as it is already flooded with LEDs Otherwise everything was great. I'll be back, no question I would recommend it to my mother-in-law. See you next time

I don't understand the good score. It is nowhere near what it should be. It's the weakest Kebab I've eaten at. In addition, the boys are put on cheap jokes. They don't serve your food at the table, but you should somehow know when it's ready and pick it up even if you're with the table on the next level.

Unfortunately the kebab didn't convince me. It was filled very poorly. Vegetables and sauce were simply far too few. This makes it quite dry overall, which is even more tragic when combined with falafel. In addition, the store is very hectic and the entire ordering and payment process is stressful. Maybe I just came at a bad moment. In any case, I can't recommend the kebab, it's a shame.
