Waren das erste Mal im stern-stüb'l und mit Sicherheit nicht zum letzten Mal. Wir haben in einem tollen Ambiente mit freundlichen wirt sehr gut gegessen. Die Preise sind moderat, das Angebot einfach super. Ist weiterempfehlenswert. Tina und Uwe

Wir sind zu viert nur über eine Nacht im Hotel Ascot-Brostol untergebracht und haben Online diese Gaststätte mit den tollen Rezensionen gefunden und glatt aufgesucht. Was sollen wir schreiben, außer wir wurden herzlich aufgenommen sehr freundlich bedient und über die tollen Fotos an der Wand historisch informiert. Alle in der Gaststätte leben für den Gast, damit er sich richtig zu Hause fühlt. Das Essen, die Getränke wurden mit Herzblut angepriesen und die Teller waren leer geräumt. Eine tolle Lokation welche tatsächlich von außen nicht so wahr genommen wird. Ist ein Erlebnis und somit ein oder mehr Besuche empfehlenswert. Wir sind stark beeindruckt und werden uns dies merken ... Dankeschön ...

Bester Wirt mit Freude am Werk. 🫡

Wir haben online bestellt über Lieferando. Das Essen kam nach 2 Stunden, weil der Lieferfahrer offenbar erst informiert wird, wenn eine Bestellung ankommt. Das Essen war wohl schon lange vor der Abholung zubereitet, deshalb wollen und können wir nichts über die Qualität aussagen, außer dass es für warm gehaltenes Essen zu teuer war. Das Restaurant ist wahrscheinlich so großartig wie alle berichten. Die Kooperation mit Lieferando ist dagegen eine unglaubliche Katastrophe.

Wir waren heute nach Möbelschau hungrig auf der Suche nach einem leckeren Restaurant, das Stern-Stüb'l hat unsere Erwartungen dahingehend vollstens erfüllt. Die Portionen wirklich sehr üppig wir fahren satt und zufrieden bei. Der Gastwirt mitsamt drolliger, vierbeiniger Hundenase sind herzalllerliebst. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder wenn wir in der Nähe sind !😊

Ich bin ja ein Schnitzelesser... 😃 und auf dem Weg wieder ins Rheinland, sagte mir,, Google,, 🤣 halt mal im,, Stern - Stüb'l''an, da gibt es die Besten 🥩. Ja etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn mann diese Siedlung nicht gut kennt und das Restaurant im Erdgeschoß eines Miethauses ist....., aber der Knaller ist und war der Service. Sowas empathisches und aufmerksames. Seine Augen strahlten eine Herzlichkeit aus. Und die zweite Servicekraft kam gleich hinterher und begrüßte uns mit einem Blick 👁️... Bitte streichel mich, das ist erlaubt😃 ... ja es ist Emma ein süße Hundedame 🐕. Die Schnitzel wurden frisch von Hand geklopft und in einer Pfanne gebraten. Sehr lecker 😋 Am 🍻 war nichts auszusetzen. Einfach toll. Das Essen ist super, es ist alles selbst gemacht und die Schnitzel waren perfekt gebraten und nicht zu durch. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Auf Wunsch wurde sogar Himbeerdressing frisch zubereitet.

Tatsächlich 1988 das letzte Mal im "Sternstüb'l" gewesen. Durch einen MAZ - Artikel und Freunde animiert, waren wir gestern da, die durchweg positiven Rezensionen gegenzuchecken. Und es hat sich gelohnt. Lecker, schnell und mit angemessenem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, ein leutseliger Chef und aufmerksames, launiges Personal haben uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt beschert. Von einer verqualmten Sportlerkneipe zu einem nicht vermuteten Kleinod verwandelt, das hätten wir kaum hier erwartet. Eine gute Mischung an bodenständiger Hausmannskost, gepaart mit einem preiswerten "Mittagsangebot", das mit bekannten Gerichten wie "Spirellis mit Tomatensoße und Jägerschnitzel" durchaus Erinnerungen wach hält. Es ist schade, dass in vielen Wohngebieten solche Angebote fehlen, eine willkommene Abwechslung zu Döner oder Asiaimbiss. Wir drücken dem rührigen Betreiber die Daumen. Der nächste Besuch ist schon gebucht.

Es war gestern kein besonders schöner Tag: nebelig trüb nass kalt und eisiger Wind! Aber ich hatte mir schon lange vorgenommen, das Restaurant „Stern Stüble“ in Potsdam zu besuchen ! Also machte ich mich auf den Weg, denn von meinem Wohnort ist Potsdam schnell mit der Linie 1 der S-Bahn zu erreichen. Allerdings muss ich in Wannsee in die Linie 7 umsteigen, aber dass ist nur eine Sache von 2-3 Minuten! Man kann ab Wannsee die Tram 92 nehmen, fährt bis Gauß-Straße und bis zum Restaurant sind es dann nur wenige Schritte! Das Restaurant gibt es seit 1978 und steht steht für eine gute deutsche Hausmannskost! Es liegt in einer historischen Umgebung, denn hier ließ der preußische König Friedlich-Wilhelm I von 1730-1732 das „Jagdschloss Stern“ errichten! Es war im holländischem Stil als einfaches Bürgerhaus errichtet! Und Gastronomie hat hier schon historische Bedeutung, der Kastellan ( so nannte man früher die Verwalter von Häusern und Immobilien) erhielt schon 1732 die königliche Schankerlaubnis für das Kastellan-Haus! Aber nun genug der Historie, nun in die Gegenwart zum Stern Stüble! Erst war ich etwas irritiert, denn an dem Hochhaus leuchtete unübersehbar für Schriftzug des Restaurants, aber es war kein Eingang zu sehen??? Aber es ist ganz einfach, man geht ein paar Schritte nach links, und da sieht man schon das große weiße Zelt, dass die große Außenterrasse überspannt und gleich gegenüber ist die Eingangstür ! Man wird von einer freundlichen jungen Dame empfangen Die Speisekarte ist schnell gebracht und die Getränke-Wünsche in Auftrag gegeben! Zeit dich umzusehen: Das Restaurant hat im Eingangsbereich eine kleine Bar, mit 4 Barhockern, und es stehen dort 2 moderne Spielautomaten allerdings nur für Erwachsene!!! Es gibt drei kleinere Gasträume mit jeweils 14 Sitzplätzen, Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie es in einer traditionellen Gaststätte üblich ist! Ich hatte mich für das Menü „Schnitzel mit Kroketten und Champignons-Soße und kleiner Salatbeilage“ entschieden ! Da kein großer Andrang herrschte, kam das Essen bereits nach 15 Minuten! Das Schnitzel war von guter Qualität, die Kroketten waren kross und die Champignons~Soße geschmacklich ok! Was meine Freude am Essen aber trübte, was die Tatsache, dass die Soße fast über das ganze Schnitzel verteilt war!!! Und dies hatte zur Folge, dass die Panade feucht war, und ich nur an den Rändern feststellen konnte, ob sie gut soufflierte? Das gleich war ok, und schmackhaft! Es ist ein Fehler den ich ich vielen deutschen Gaststätten erfahren habe, dass die Beilagen dem Schnitzel angehäuft werden😩 Ich habe der freundlichen Servicekraft einen entsprechenden Hinweis für die Küche gegeben! Aber es ist auch meine Erfahrung, dass sich viele Gäste an dieser der Präsentation des Menüs nicht stören! Na ja, wir sind hier ja auch nicht in einem Gourmet-Restaurant! Ich hatte vor, bei dieser Gelegenheit noch das „Stern-Center“ zu besuchen, und die freundliche je Mitarbeiterin gab mir eine gute Wegbeschreibung, so dass ich nach ungefähr 25 Minuten Spaziergang mein Ziel sicher erreicht habe 👍

Aus Bremen angekommen, großen Hunger gehabt und direkt eingekehrt. Satt und zufrieden ins Hotel gefahren.

Wir haben heute erstmalig das Lokal entdeckt und besucht. Dabei waren wir angenehm überrascht von einer angenehmen Freundlichkeit, gutem (deutschen) Essen sowie einfachem und angenehmem Ambiente. Gut, es in der Nähe zu wissen. Bis bald!

Heute unseren Jahrestag dort verbracht und dazu das erste Mal dort gewesen. Super netter Empfang der Hündin und dem Inhaber. Tolle Gespräche im wunderschönen Ambiente. Das Essen war sehr lecker und satt machend 😉 Es ist eine Empfehlung wert und weiter besuche sind geplant!

Sind am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag auf der Fahrt spontan vorbeigekommen. Wurden super freundlich empfangen und haben auch noch glücklicherweise eine Weihnachtsgans bekommen. Es war rundum eine sehr gelungene Zeit. Lecker Essen und wahnsinnig freundlich. Man fühlte sich angekommen.

And what can I say? 6 stars for the food: Jerry recommended a few unusual dishes to us, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. 6 stars for the service: You can tell when someone enjoys their job. Jerry was at every table and took a moment for each guest. He knows how to entertain. 6 stars for the ambiance: Unobtrusive, yet grandly decorated. Be it the pavilion with its fairy lights and chic beer benches, the leather chairs and stools, the personal regulars' table, the pictures, the swinging doors, or the 102-inch TV. We were invited to an 85th birthday party today. And I have to say, it was a thoroughly successful afternoon and evening. The chef was very approachable and always on the ball. The schnitzel was OK, but the side dish (fried potatoes in this case) was unfortunately too small for the price. The sauce was tasty, but quite thin; it could have benefited from a bit more cream. The side salad was okay. Compared to my last visit before the coronavirus pandemic, it was unfortunately a downgrade.

The perfect stop for a warm day. Walked over from Stern Center area mostly to see if the reviews are true. 10/10 will definitely be back. The bar tender was friendly and helpful, the beer cold, the food fantastic, and the prices fair. Ordered a currywurst with fries, honestly the best one I‘ve had since landing in Germany. They take card and have the added bonus of the sweetest dog you‘ll ever meet.

Four of us spontaneously came here on January 9th, 2025. From the atmosphere to the boss, everything is just right. It's wonderful to see that there is still "home cooking" and that the feeling of pub and restaurant can be wonderfully combined. Small, fine, personable, friendly, and inviting. There is also an extra program when "Emma" is there :) Kind regards to the dog :)

Fantastic, very friendly host, great food, large portions, varied selection, prices absolutely ok, rarely eaten so well and in a nice atmosphere, again at any time. There is also an outdoor area, which will certainly be put to good use in the summer. But everything inside is also beautifully decorated with local pictures and objects.

We were here for St. Martin's goose dinner. The food used to be better with the other owner. We won't go here again. 🤷🏼‍♀️
