Bin nur ein paar Tage in Potsdam, war jetzt hier aber schon 2x essen! Falafelteller und Makaliteller Selbstgemachte frische superleckere Falafel Salat, hummus, Brot, Gemüse Kleiner einfacher imbiss mit Sitzgelegenheiten innen und außen nette Betreiber Bin immer wieder hier!!! Nur zu empfehlen!@

Das ist schon gehobener Imbiss, super lecker.

Die Falafel waren frisch und selbst gemacht. Sehr lecker! Auch das Baba Ganoush war super. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Preise sind fair.

War heute das erste Mal dort, super nette Mitarbeiter dort sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und vorallem immer ein Lächeln positive Ausstrahlung gegenüber den Kunden. Wenn andere Kunden ( denke mal Stammgäste) den Laden betreten und die Atmosphäre wie unter Freunden sich wechselt, weiß man sofort man ist im richtigen Laden gelandet. Essen alles frisch hergestellt, super ausgewogen und für den Aufwand sind die Preise sehr sehr niedrig und human. Essen Top, abgespeichert für die Zukunft als Location.

Der Lieferservice war katastrophal. Sie haben die Bestellung bei Lieferando angenommen und als zugestellt markiert, sie aber tatsächlich storniert.

Absolut klasse! Ich habe das Glück, diese gastronomische Kostbarkeit um die Ecke zu haben. Ein paar Warteminuten nehme ich gern in Kauf, weil das Essen hier mit Liebe und Gelassenheit zubereitet wird. Unsagbar schmackhaft! 😋

Das Essen ist in Ordnung, aber nichts Besonderes. Der Service ist okay, obwohl wir etwas länger auf unser Essen warten mussten. Das Restaurant ist angenehm, könnte sich aber meiner Meinung nach deutlicher von ähnlichen Lokalen in der Gegend abheben.

Ein super netter Chef sogar Zeit für ein kleines Gespräch super höflich das Essen da durch das erste Mal da war sehr lecker. Er ist sogar direkt auf Wünsche eingegangen was man möchte. Es ist jetzt sehr zu empfehlen alle in Potsdam sind einem Besuch wirklich wert. Ich wünsche dir Besitzer, weiterhin viel Glück viel Erfolg und viele Kundschaft

Aufgrund eines Fernsehbeitrags haben wir uns schon seit Wochen auf unseren Besuch in Potsdam gefreut – und dieser Anlass war die perfekte Gelegenheit, das empfohlene libanesische Imbissrestaurant zu besuchen. Das Essen ist einfach grandios! Ich bin selbst leidenschaftlicher Koch und liebe die libanesische Küche, die ich oft und gerne in Berlin genieße. Doch die anderthalb Stunden Anfahrt von Eberswalde nach Potsdam haben sich absolut gelohnt: Mit großem Abstand habe ich hier den besten Shawarma gegessen, den ich je probieren durfte! Auch der El Amir Teller war ein wahrer Hochgenuss – frisch, aromatisch und perfekt abgestimmt. Die Qualität der Zutaten, die authentischen Aromen und die liebevolle Zubereitung spiegeln sich in jedem Bissen wider. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Besitzer des Lokals: Er ist mit Abstand einer der herzlichsten Menschen, die ich je in der Gastronomie kennenlernen durfte. Seine Gastfreundschaft, sein Lächeln und seine Leidenschaft für gutes Essen schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich sofort willkommen und wie zu Hause fühlt. Es ist spürbar, dass er nicht nur kocht, sondern seine Gäste mit echtem Herzblut bewirtet. Für uns steht fest: Bei jedem künftigen Potsdam-Besuch ist ein Abstecher hierher Pflicht!

A very good kebab in Potsdam. We found it on the map and couldn't be happier. The owners were very friendly, the food was incredible, and it was also cheap. What more could you ask for? They have some very pleasant tables outside. I highly recommend their hummus and durum wrap. If I return to Potsdam, this will be a must-try.

The schwarma tastes incredibly delicious; the meat is tender and juicy, and the spices are perfectly balanced. Simply a delight! I'd happily order it again.

Very crispy, freshly made falafel, baba ghanoush, vegetables, and hummus. Everything was truly delicious. The sauces were also delicious, although I found the red sauce quite spicy. Overall, highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ El Amir at Zeppelinstraße 27 in Potsdam is hands down the best Lebanese and Middle Eastern food we’ve had in Germany/Europa so far. The flavors are authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We were so hungry and the food looked so good that we completely forgot to take pictures before digging in – that says it all! It’s not a big-scale restaurant, but service is warm, friendly. The dishes are prepared with real care, and the portions are generous at very reasonable prices. If you’re in Potsdam and want to experience authentic Lebanese flavors, El Amir is a must-visit. A true hidden gem that we’ll definitely be coming back again if/when we visit the area.

Since I enjoy Lebanese food and El Amir has such great reviews, I've been wanting to eat here for a while. Since I'm so rarely in Potsdam West, I haven't had the chance for a while, but this week I finally made it happen with my wife. I have to say, it was really worth it. From the outside, the place might look a bit unassuming, and the outdoor seating isn't exactly cozy on the main street. On top of that, there were smokers at the table next to us, which was a bit uncomfortable, but it was okay. On the other hand, it didn't look all that uncomfortable inside, and there was hardly any smell of a takeaway. Plus, the place was pretty clean overall. The menu includes the usual dishes you'd get at a Lebanese restaurant. I had a halloumi plate, and my wife opted for shawarma. They only had chicken shawarma, which my wife, who prefers lamb, found a bit disappointing. You could have individual ingredients added to your plate for a small surcharge, which I thought was really cool, as I could try the falafel right away. The service was very, very friendly, and the food arrived quickly. And the quality ultimately didn't disappoint. The halloumi was incredibly delicious—there's really nothing to complain about. The falafel was also really good and crispy. Not the best I've had in Potsdam, but still above average. The salad was very fresh. I like pickled cucumbers, which was the case here. Tabbouleh and hummus were so delicious as side dishes that I would buy them individually someday. My wife also enjoyed the shawarma. The sauces were also a real highlight. The toum was very good, but the hot sauce was divine—finally, the spice level was just right. The price was about average. However, the portions were huge, which made the meal almost cheap overall. When you consider the quality you get, El Amir absolutely lives up to the hype. It really tastes almost as good here as it does in Berlin.

Outstanding place for a budget lunch. It’s located not so far from Potsdam central station (20-25 minutes on foot), the portion is huge and costs just slightly above 10€. Everything is super fresh and packed with flavor, the chicken plate is served with a tasty flatbread and it has a large variety of side salads / sauces (like a bit of hummus / tabbouleh / spicy sauce …), so you can try multiple dishes in one go. There are a couple of tables outside with a nice view on a big street, yet it’s not noisy at all and you can easily talk to your friends

I've always loved El Amir, but after the renovation a week ago it's gone up a notch! The atmosphere is now more modern yet cozy, and the service is, as usual, first class. The food continues to be of the highest standard – fresh, authentic and simply delicious. You can tell that the attention to detail is worked here. Thank you very much for this great experience – I will definitely come back and can only recommend it to everyone!

It was excellent, I had the El Amir plate, it was pretty full, you can have that as a starter plate for two people. The Kibbeh is a recommendation, you rarely get something so original. Master of the trade, keep it up.

Was just there for the first time and it won't be the last time. The shop is rather inconspicuous, but the food was really great. The price is perfectly reasonable (shawarma wrap €6) and very friendly service.

If you fancy authentic and extremely delicious Lebanese cuisine, you should eat here. I had the El Amir plate. There was a little bit of everything on this one. Every single component was on point. And for just €14.50 you can feed 2 people with the amount of food.

The food is super fresh and delicious. The skewer is stacked anew every day. The sauces are super tasty and homemade too. And the price is super fair. It's just not perfect for sitting. But that's manageable.

One of the best falafel in town. Super fresh. Extremely delicious. Very nice operator, you can tell that he has put a lot of heart and work into the store. If you want to open a third shop, come to Waldstadt, there are only two really bad kebabs in the area. The restaurant “zur Luise” has been empty for several months and should have enough space and has been recently renovated.

Food mediocre, thought since the movements were good that the food would also be good, but that's not the case here. I ordered a swarm plate for 13€ where very little meat was used, but a lot of meat was used. Once and never again.

We ordered for pickup today via Lieferando. Super quick and uncomplicated. El Amir plate was rich and very tasty. That's why it didn't bother us that a little thing (1 individual kibbeh) was forgotten. It was noticed some time later in the store itself, whereupon we were contacted, apologized and arranging for Lieferando to reimburse the cost of the missing part. Thumbs up for this service. Delicious!!! An absolute recommendation for Lebanese food lovers. It's not a restaurant, but there is space to sit and the staff is very nice. The El Amir plate was also enough for the two of us - everything was great! Baba ganoush, tabule, hummus and ailo to lick your fingers. And: I have NEVER eaten such juicy falafel. Delicious 🫶🏽
