5 stars – an extraordinary experience! We had the pleasure of visiting Isoletta as part of our company Christmas party (DB) and I am absolutely thrilled! The quality of the food is second to none - every dish is prepared with so much love and passion that you can feel it with every bite. From the starter to the dessert, everything was a taste experience in a class of its own. I would particularly like to highlight the owner, Ali, who made the evening very special with his warm and courteous manner. You immediately feel welcome, like you are with good friends, and the service is first class. The atmosphere in the restaurant is simply beautiful – stylish, cozy and perfect for any occasion. Whether a romantic dinner for two or an evening with friends or, as in my case, a planned Christmas party dinner/evening - the Isoletta offers the perfect setting. Thank you, Ali, for this unique experience! I will definitely be back and can only warmly recommend Isoletta to everyone. Absolutely deserved 5 stars!

Delicious food and great service!

Recently I had dinner and the food was really tasty especially the pinsa and pasta were great the service was quick the staff was friendly and helpful the atmosphere was relaxed a good place to have something to eat and drink the prices were also much more reasonable than expected.

Perfect locations in the main square of Frankfurt. Very kind staff and fast service. The shop is beautiful with a relaxed style. Be sure to get the truffle pasta, which they cook in front of you.

I arrived at this place just as it opened at 12:00 on a weekday. The inside of the store was very stylish and very clean. Also, the toilet was very clean and well kept. The male staff member who helped me was very friendly and cheerful, and I enjoyed eating there! ! As for the food, the pizza dough was very chewy and delicious. Also, the pasta was very spicy and suited me very well.

Great food and service. After three months travelling we have had some good pizza but this was absolutely the best! Excellent service from our head waiter, who found us a table without a reservation on a busy night. If I'm in Frankfurt again I will definitely be back!

Very nice atmosphere at the Paulskirche. When we are in Frankfurt I really enjoy going here. For me the Pinsa pizza is one of the best, light and digestible. The salad is very freshly prepared. Dessert is great tiramisu and panna cotta is a must for those with a sweet tooth. Next time I definitely have to try the homemade pasta in different variations. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant was really bad and the waiter was very rude. As soon as he entered, he didn't have a friendly demeanor at all and didn't even ask if everything was okay. Also, we didn't tip him when paying because of his bad behavior. Then he didn't even say goodbye to us and left without a word. The food was not tasty at all!

I am a customer who recently dined at your restaurant. At that time, we ordered three dishes and according to the bill, we had to pay 35.10 euros. However, I was charged 54 euros without receiving any receipt at the time of payment. When I realized there was a problem immediately after payment and visited the store in person to raise the issue of the difference, the store owner said he would check and contact me via WhatsApp or email. However, no communication was received. This situation is not a simple mistake, but is inevitably felt as an act of disregard for the customer. I am especially angry at being treated unfairly as a foreigner, and this is a situation that can be perceived as discriminatory. This experience with your store has been very disappointing, and if the issue is not resolved immediately, we will be detailing this experience on Google Reviews and other platforms. Nice atmosphere, Christmas hustle and bustle outside and peace and quiet inside with delicious food. Food is high quality and tastes good, but spaghetti bolognese could have been a little more. Service is helpful.

Italian restaurant in the center. The staff very nice and attentive. Great pizzas. The strawberry pasta is very good, especially the parmesan with truffle. The pistachio sauce is also very good. Good decoration and clean. One drawback is that the tables and some seats are somewhat uncomfortable.

If you read here - unfortunately too late - that this store has an unprofessional, arrogant, arrogant and rude boss... then you can believe it. We were now able to see for ourselves. We were also cheated on the bill. All supposedly typographical errors, of course. Instead of an apology, all we got was eye rolling and excuses. Then they became abusive quite quickly. A pretty poor way of dealing with customers just to make a few extra euros. It's stupid if you get caught.

As the other reviewers say...the service is terrible. The boss in particular (that's what he calls himself) is extremely rude and has very strange views. Example: If you want to order a starter, you have to name a main course at the same time so as not to hinder the process. Then sometimes higher prices on the bill than on the card. And when you point this out to him, he rolls his eyes.

Very bad restaurant the waiter was very rude and the same waiter imposed a tip on our bill and when we asked him why he did it, he replied that that's just how it is in Germany, that everyone pays, which is not true at all ..... basically, the tip is left as much as the customer wants without it being your induced or forced, when I saw this on the bill I didn't want to pay the extra 5.3 euros, but I still had to confirm that that's the way it is and that absolutely everyone pays it ..... I don't recommend visiting this bar and don't let someone impose a tip on you, as this is extremely rude to the customer.... I will also submit reports to various inspectorates myself!!!!

The quality of food was acceptable, but what pissed me off was the redness of the staff after I mentioned that I didn't want to pay tips. He said OK next time we won't give you a table, and in Germany, paying tips is necessary! First thing first, tip is optional, if your behaviour will change based on the tips, then I would rather prefer not to pay it. Because your service is not extraordinary.

Been for the first time, heard very good things about it, 3 stars for the reason a raw pinsa, put back in the oven, then made again, so one ate and the other had to wait, then brought to an empty table, the expensive pinsa and nothing special particular, waiters quite lazy, one took out his toothpick Then they don't issue a receipt, Not satisfied.

I ordered a margherita pizza, a salad with avocado and sesame, and lasagna, and each dish is more delicious than the last. I recommend it to you. It is delicious 👌🏻😋 The sweetest thing is the character of the employee (Shiro Ciro), who is once awesome, has a kind heart, and has a sweet soul 🌺👏🏻

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has declined significantly. The carbonara sauce was watery and even settled at the bottom. The ham was burnt and partly bitter. The mozzarella was tasteless. The pinsa was tasty. The prices also seem to have risen. The waitress tried to be nice.

It was my first time in FFM and this place is just awesome! Beautiful and very clean restaurant, very friendly service and staff. I can also recommend the recommendation of the day (tagliatelle with lemon cream sauce and shrimp) to everyone!

Service was good but food quality could be better, just not what we expected as per described on the menu. The Pizza with ham barely had any Ham just a thin layer and mint tea was more like hot water with just a few leaves. I could have ordered water for less than the amount.

Yesterday, my friends and I (a group of five) went to your restaurant. One of us wanted to get a burger from the place next door, while the rest of us planned to order pizza. However, the server was extremely rude, even throwing the menu at us. Additionally, the food was low quality and the ingredients were not fresh.

I was here with a friend and she asked if there was spinach. And really arrogantly he replied with, do we look like we sell canned products? With an unfriendly tone. We immediately got up and left afterwards.

Their lasagna is delicious, don't miss it. I tried the pizza and the margherita was not special at all. The service is a bit slow and the prices are average.

I ate salmon pasta and shrimp pasta. It was super delicious. The prices were reasonable and the service was very friendly and good. Special thanks to Alihan. Great service, quality restaurant.💯

Stayed at Isoletta about 3 weeks ago. We would finally like to thank you for the attentive service and the great food. We'll definitely come back!

Value for money is far from over, as soon as we finished our food we were asked to get up as others were waiting while we hadn't finished our drinks. I wouldn't suggest it.

Appalling service. Made a reservation, my friend arrived 5 min before me and the host was inquiring him where was the other person while pointing the finger at him. After I arrived, we were not served for 20 minutes despite flagging down the waiter several times. Spare your nerves and go somewhere else.

I have been a guest here several times and have to say that the food and service are extremely good. Price-performance ratio is perfect here. Here you can get an Aperol Spritz for €7.5, while in surrounding restaurants it costs €9.5. In addition, the food is very tasty. Magda is my favorite waitress. She always puts a lot of effort into giving advice. The toilets and the restaurant area are always clean.

We have never experienced such a rude person from a waiter. We looked for a table that wasn't reserved. The extremely rude waiter then loudly expelled us from the terrace area because we had entered the area from the back (not marked) and only wanted to order drinks. There would be no such thing with him. Drinks only with main course. I don't believe it. Just read in the reviews that the service is constantly rated negatively and this behavior seems to be standard. One star is still too many.

The food was very tasty, the staff was friendly, but they simply charged a 10% tip when paying. The bill only came after payment. We were with a group so we actually got caught a bit on speed. A long explanation afterwards that the boss had to do it this way and a free ice cream for 3 children as compensation, but we still left with a bitter aftertaste...

Impudence! This is by far the smallest pizza I've ever gotten for just under €16! That's unbelievable! The taste is okay but not a highlight either! What an impudence! The pizza is bigger in every snack bar. At least for this price! So be honest! This is really an absurdity! Impudence!

Restaurant where you can eat a good pinsa

One of the tastiest pizzas I've had. Delicious crispy crust, well topped and handy with the included pizza cutter. Service was friendly.

I've been to other Isoletta's several times and always enjoyed it, so I decided to try this store with friends. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the service from a man with a moon and star tattoo on his neck. The shop was completely empty but our request to sit inside was refused. We were only offered one table option, which was in the middle of the patio outside, even though only 3 tables outside were occupied and all other tables were free. When we asked to sit on the side because so many tables were unoccupied, he replied that ALL were reserved and didn't let us finish. With an extremely unfriendly attitude he said we can sit or walk. We decided to go to another restaurant as there are many good Italian restaurants nearby with friendly service.
