What a strange place: food was great, mozzarella was juicy, but the waiter...he was sending voice messages almost all the time, I had to ask my wine twice as he might have forgotten it. Can you imagine, that they serve Nespresso coffee...? An Italian place. Authentic :(

The waiter closes the half of the outside area and refuse the guests order. You can't drink outside only eat.

Have a lot variety of pinsa in their menu, huge portion, decent taste. Nice environment and Boss was very friendly too!

We (4 adults and a child) wanted to try this restaurant out and after standing around like counterfeit money for a few minutes waiting to be shown a seat, we were greeted by an annoyed waiter who we were obviously in the way of, who said, "You're welcome?" Since the child wanted fries, we asked if they served them. He looked at us disparagingly, said no, and disrespectfully referred us to the burger place next door. We only asked for the child, so there was no reason to treat us so rudely. I will obviously never consider visiting this place again. I'm not surprised by all the negative reviews regarding the friendliness and service. I can confirm that 100%.

I rarely write negative reviews, but what my friends and I experienced in this restaurant today was hard to beat in terms of audacity, disrespect and unprofessionalism. The food was served incorrectly and instead of admitting the mistake, the blame was loudly placed on us. Accusing the customer of sloppily taking the plates and simply leaving is completely unprofessional! Mistakes can happen, but how they are handled says everything about a restaurant. There was no trace of friendliness: no “hello”, no “goodbye”, no “please” or “thank you” – instead we were served with a consistently annoyed facial expression. What was particularly disappointing was that it was my friend's birthday, which was obvious - but not even a simple "Happy Birthday" came from the staff. I like to eat out often, but I have never experienced such unbelievable unfriendliness and such bad food! For the money we got a tiny portion - oversalted, burnt - and in the end all we were left with was a strong feeling of nausea. This restaurant isn't even worth one star for me!

Nice italian restaurant in a very central location, very close to the Christmas Market. We did not have a reservation but we manage to get one of the few empty tables. The atmosphere is quiet and it has a nice decoration. The food was good, in particular the past with pistachio sauce. The service was quick and efficient.

We had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. When we wanted to sit at a table that seemed to have just become available, we were refused several times - for no understandable reason. Particularly irritating: A couple who actually wanted to leave decided, out of solidarity, to stay to see if there was actually a reservation for the table. That wasn't the case - they sat there for another half hour without anyone coming. In total, two tables of four remained free for over an hour and a half, which makes the reasoning behind reservations questionable. Unfortunately, we had the impression that our status as foreign guests played a role, which is why we felt discriminated against. Very disappointing and not recommended!

I made a reservation at 6 p.m. and had to wait 20 minutes despite a moderate number of visitors. I came expecting it, but was unfortunately disappointed by the service.

Loved the atmosphere and the service. The lasagna was offered on special and was delicious. The pasta was fresh and the sauce was one of the best I’ve had. The cheese baked over top may have been a few seconds over, but this was a great meal overall.

An all around great experience! Alihan was incredibly friendly, attentive and made the visit special. The atmosphere was pleasant and authentic – you felt like you were on vacation. The pinsa was a delight: crispy, airy and topped with fresh ingredients. Pair it with a perfect espresso – and don't miss out on the heavenly tiramisu! We'll definitely be back!

We found this shop by chance and even got a seat without a reservation. I love fresh pinsa, and that's exactly what I got in absolute perfection as a calzone with fresh ingredients inside. The pasta with pistachios was of the same quality. Gladly again, maybe with friends in a few days.

We ordered THE Lasagna and tagliatelle with seafood and lemon sauce. I tried the lasagna before and already knew that it’s amazing. I didn’t expect the lemon sauce would make the seafood pasta extra delicious. Definitely worth trying! The only star I deducted is for the space they reserved for us. It was in a small area which only 2-3 tables can fit. Even the waitress was having a hard time to get our orders and serving them.

Pinsa was very tastful and the spaghetti bolognese was one of the best. Yes I love the classics but there were brought with knowledge of the products. If we had been badly dressed or unfriendly. But that wasn't the case. Total impudence. His last sentence: “That’s just Frankfurt.” Insult to the city. No more.

I arrived at this place just as it opened at 12:00 on a weekday. The inside of the store was very stylish and very clean. Also, the toilet was very clean and well kept. The male staff member who helped me was very friendly and cheerful, and I enjoyed eating there! ! As for the food, the pizza dough was very chewy and delicious. Also, the pasta was very spicy and suited me very well.

Very nice atmosphere at the Paulskirche. When we are in Frankfurt I really enjoy going here. For me the Pinsa pizza is one of the best, light and digestible. The salad is very freshly prepared. Dessert is great tiramisu and panna cotta is a must for those with a sweet tooth. Next time I definitely have to try the homemade pasta in different variations. We'll definitely be back.

The restaurant was really bad and the waiter was very rude. As soon as he entered, he didn't have a friendly demeanor at all and didn't even ask if everything was okay. Also, we didn't tip him when paying because of his bad behavior. Then he didn't even say goodbye to us and left without a word. The food was not tasty at all!

However, I was charged 54 euros without receiving any receipt at the time of payment. When I realized there was a problem immediately after payment and visited the store in person to raise the issue of the difference, the store owner said he would check and contact me via WhatsApp or email. However, no communication was received. This situation is not a simple mistake, but is inevitably felt as an act of disregard for the customer. Nice appearance and atmosphere. Very centrally located. I chose spaghetti carbonara. The bacon was a bit gummy.

If you read here - unfortunately too late - that this store has an unprofessional, arrogant, arrogant and rude boss... then you can believe it. We were now able to see for ourselves. We were also cheated on the bill. All supposedly typographical errors, of course. Instead of an apology, all we got was eye rolling and excuses. Then they became abusive quite quickly. A pretty poor way of dealing with customers just to make a few extra euros. It's stupid if you get caught.

As the other reviewers say...the service is terrible. The boss in particular (that's what he calls himself) is extremely rude and has very strange views. Example: If you want to order a starter, you have to name a main course at the same time so as not to hinder the process. Then sometimes higher prices on the bill than on the card. And when you point this out to him, he rolls his eyes.

Very bad restaurant the waiter was very rude and the same waiter imposed a tip on our bill and when we asked him why he did it, he replied that that's just how it is in Germany, that everyone pays, which is not true at all ..... basically, the tip is left as much as the customer wants without it being your induced or forced, when I saw this on the bill I didn't want to pay the extra 5.3 euros, but I still had to confirm that that's the way it is and that absolutely everyone pays it ..... I don't recommend visiting this bar and don't let someone impose a tip on you, as this is extremely rude to the customer.... I will also submit reports to various inspectorates myself!!!!

The quality of food was acceptable, but what pissed me off was the redness of the staff after I mentioned that I didn't want to pay tips. He said OK next time we won't give you a table, and in Germany, paying tips is necessary! First thing first, tip is optional, if your behaviour will change based on the tips, then I would rather prefer not to pay it. Because your service is not extraordinary.
