Trattoria Francesco's in Frankfurt am Main

I would say it is the best pizza within 50km. I order here quite regularly, but have never been there. Whenever I order, all my relatives want to order with me because they know it's so delicious there. I deducted one star because the selection of possible toppings for the pizzas is really small. Unfortunately, there are no Italian classics such as a (fungi) prosciutto pizza - here I would really like to have beef or turkey ham as a topping or a prosciutto pizza on the menu. The driver is always very nice too.

We ended up here quite by chance. HIGHLY recommended. Great food, good open wines, friendly service. Very cheap for Frankfurt. Top!

What a strange place: food was great, mozzarella was juicy, but the waiter...he was sending voice messages almost all the time, I had to ask my wine twice as he might have forgotten it. Can you imagine, that they serve Nespresso coffee...? An Italian place. Authentic :(

Leckere italienische Hausmannskost ohne jeden Schnick-Schnack. Der Service war überaus freundlich und ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Bei vollem Restaurant recht laut, Kreditkarten werden nicht akzeptiert.

I can partially recommend this restaurant. The quality is OK here. I had penne with spicy tomato sauce and chicken breast. The penne was a bit overcooked. The chicken breast was excellent! The tomato sauce could have used a bit more seasoning. The service was very attentive and friendly. But then there's the price: I think €17.50 for this dish is a bit high. All in all: a pretty good restaurant!
