Ipek Yufka in Berlin

Unfortunately some burek was too dry and some was too oily

Super yufka, it's a great luck to find such yufka in Berlin 🍀

I called about 2 hours ago saying I was going to a long distance and ordered 3 kilos of yufka. I specifically asked them to put a few extra sheets of paper between the sheets. I used to buy it from here every time I came to Berlin. This time, when I bought it, they literally sold it for 1 sheet of paper for every kilo and tied the bag like that. When I got home, I literally regretted trusting them. Some of the yufka were stuck together. I don't think I'll buy it from the same place again. Two sheets of paper would ruin you. !!!

€1.50 per piece of yufka. Unfortunately, it was too thin. It tore while I was preparing the börek! 🥺

If it had a good taste, I wouldn't complain, but unfortunately... We ate pancakes with minced meat and potatoes. The one with potatoes was relatively better, but the one with minced meat…

Their phyllo dough is the best thing that happened to us in Berlin. We also loved the spinach pancake. However, believe me, we couldn't eat their minced meat products. A taste similar to Adana kebab, very heavy, with very different spices used. We will choose potatoes and spinach again.

Sweet Turkish bakery with homemade specialties. We especially recommend the frozen manti for home!

Besteck nicht sauber. 2 mal Besteck gewechselt. Der Umgang mit dem Kunden ist auch eine Katastrophe. Das Essen an sich lecker. Nochmal würde ich da aber nicht essen.

Wahnsinnig leckere und frische Börek! Ein kleiner Familienbetrieb mit einer kleinen und feinen Auswahl, gebacken wird täglich direkt in der eigenen Backstube. Das schmeckt man, so etwas ist sonst schwer zu finden. Zudem sind die Inhaber extrem freundlich und herzlich, so dass ich allein schon deshalb immer gern vorbeischaue. Ein paar kleine gemütliche Tische drinen und Sonnenplätze draußen. Zum Mitnehmen oder vor Ort essen. Absoluter Geheimtipp in Neukoelln (noch).

Super Qualität und sehr faire Preise, äußerst freundliche Leute. Unbedingt ausprobieren. Außerdem: hier gibts auch feinste frischgemachte Manti (türkische Nudel-spezialität) - schwimmend in einem See aus Joghurt und verfeinert mit etwas scharfem tomatig/paprikeskem Öl. Sehr gut mit einem Glas Tee auf den paar Stühlen vor dem Laden zu genießen. Nicht teuer, und die sehr freundliche Besitzerin hätte mehr Besucher für die eher neue Bäckerei verdient...
