Great shop with a good atmosphere. Jenny in particular is incredibly committed and does everything she can to bring good gastronomy to the guests.

Questions about the menu were answered in detail and with visible joy, and great recommendations were made that were perfectly tailored to my preferences. Inspire's menu was a true discovery and a reflection of the restaurant's name: inspiring, creative and eclectic. What I particularly liked is the combination of international influences and innovative, modern interpretations of traditional dishes. The selection is varied and offers something for every taste, regardless of whether you are a meat lover, vegetarian or vegan. I found the fusion cuisine, which combines different culinary influences, particularly interesting. It was the first time today and we have to say it was very, very tasty and very clean. The atmosphere was also pleasant and we felt really comfortable. We will come again and again.

We celebrated our engagement at Inspire Restaurant and it was just perfect! The restaurant offers a large capacity, which is why we were given a closed hall for our celebration - which was ideal for our guests. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made planning and executing our event much easier. The food was excellent and the decoration was beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. Unfortunately it's no longer like the old Maxims, now there are waitresses who don't speak German and don't know what they have on the menu. Then 3 drinks arrive even though only 2 were ordered, of course we didn't have to pay for the excess. The food tasted like frozen food, €20.90 for a frozen schnitzel is a bit steep in my opinion. The baked potato wasn't cooked properly, at least the boss could speak some German. All the ownership changes ruined the restaurant.

Nice location and facility Unfortunately it was the only thing that worked We wanted a relaxing evening, unfortunately that wasn't possible The waiter doesn't care about guests smoking while taking our order As for the food, it wasn't appropriate for the price - the starter and main course came together. The salt shakers are both broken and we had several grams of salt on our food and it was no longer edible. We discussed it but the waiter wasn't really interested Last but not least, unfortunately he wasn't able to write the bill separately and discussed with us that this wasn't possible. We just asked him to get a separate bill but he refused to split the bill for 30 minutes because it is supposedly it wouldn't be possible. I'm really disappointed. The only thing that was really good was the music that evening. There was apparently a new DJ and he could easily be there more often. We're dissatisfied and won't be able to use the service for dinner at least once again. It's a shame from the store you can do so much Another complaint would be that the toilets are absolutely dirty, there is hair in the sink and there is no paper in the toilet or there is toilet paper rubbish on the floor and this shortly after a shop opens which brings bad reviews

The ambience is ok. Today we ordered a cappuccino with oat milk for salsa evening. Luckily I noticed that there was a green sticky mass floating in the cappuccino... I pointed this out to service. Nobody apologized for it.

Rating of the Friday evening salsa party in Mannheim: I really appreciate that there are regular salsa parties in Mannheim again and I am grateful for them. The entry price of €10 for DJs and co. is reasonable. However, the drinks prices are absolutely exorbitant. It seems as if the organizers have little sense of how to attract guests. I will never eat here. A simple water for €7.20 and the additional service charge for tips are unacceptable, especially since you have to get the drinks yourself. It's very disappointing because I'm afraid the store won't last long like this.

Review concerns the location during party operations: Drink prices are far too high, even though you have to get them yourself at the bar. To demand a service fee on top of the already increased price of drinks is simply outrageous. It's a shame, because that's how you make yourself unpopular in the Mannheim party scene...

A beautiful restaurant and event location! I was there for the first time last week because someone from the salsa scene recommended that I go to the dance party and workshop there on Fridays. I was excited! The rooms are bright and friendly, the walls are artistically painted, and the music was great. I had a lot of fun that evening and danced so much! I will definitely come again! Nice and committed employees. On Thursday there are different pastas for students for €1, €3, €5 each. I ate pasta arrabiata for €3 and it tasted really good and couldn't be beat for the price. The portion is also larger than in the cafeteria. It's definitely worth a visit.

Nice location, if there are only a few guests the beer garden is too big and puts a damper on the mood. Drinks, food and service OK.

Update 21.08.23: Und schon wieder neue Betreiber... Scheinbar schon wieder neue Betreiber (?), aber die gleichen Probleme wie vor der monatelangen Schliessung. Gleiche, hochpreisige Mischmasch Karte immer noch ohne kulinarisches Konzept, kuriose Öffnungszeiten, ungepflegter Außen- und Eingangsbereich. Auch bei den "Events": Jazzmusik, Studentenpartys, DJ's, Türkische Musik, irischer Rock - kein Konzept erkennbar. Die Restaurantleitung gibt einem keinen Grund hier einzukehren.

War ganz in Ordnung. Das Essen hat geschmeckt. Allerdings war es doch Recht teuer. Also Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht 100%ig! Das Ambiente ist allerdings sehr schön.

Das Ambiente ist schön. Leider war das Essen sehr schlecht. Von 3 Nudelgerichten war nur 1 da. Und die Rinderstreifen auf der Ofenkartoffel waren vertrocknet und viel zu wenig. Leider sehr schade was aus diesem Restaurant geworden ist. Waren vor 15 Jahren bestimmt 2 mal die Woche dort essen.

Essen sehr gut und Service top. Die Innenräume sind sehr schön gestaltet. Den Biergarten müsste man neu gestalten. Für den Biergarten, bei diesen heißen Temperaturen, wäre eine kleine extra Karte toll z.b. verschiedene Salate. Bulgur oder Wurstsalat usw. Ansonsten macht ihr es sehr 👍. Kommen gerne wieder.

Waren am Samstag das erste mal dort und vollauf begeistert. Der Service war super wurden sehr nett empfangen und Bedient👌 Das Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll und modern, genau unser Geschmack. Und das Essen war auch sehr Lecker. Wc's sind sauber. Alles in einem können wir dieses Restaurant mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden mit Sicherheit öfter kommen.👍

Großes Restaurant mit vielen Plätzen und einem schönen Freisitz. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll ausgewählt. Das Essen schmeckt sehr gut. Die Karte und damit die Auswahl ist nicht riesig. Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Toiletten sind sauber.

Das Inspire Restaurant überzeugt nicht nur mit seiner eleganten Atmosphäre und dem aufmerksamen Personal, sondern auch mit der Qualität seiner Speisen. Das Schnitzel und das Steak waren sehr gut zubereitet und zeugten von einer hervorragenden Kochkunst. Die frischen Zutaten trugen dazu bei, dass sowohl das Schnitzel als auch das Steak perfekt im Geschmack waren. Das Inspire Restaurant hat auch gezeigt, dass es bei der Einhaltung von Hygienestandards sehr ernst ist und dass seine Gäste sich sicher fühlen können. Ein echt gemütliches Ambiente und große Auswahl an (auch deutschen) Gerichten. Das Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Mit der Reichhaltigkeit des Essen mussten wir echt kämpfen und es war sehr schmackhaft (Ofenkartoffeln bzw. Wiener Schnitzel).

Angebot an Speisen und Getränke gut. Das Ambiente ist sehr schön. Sauberkeit absolut gegeben. Leider 1 Stern weniger da keinerlei Gäste kamen und wir alleine in dem doch großen Restaurant waren. Werden aber trotzdem wieder kommen.

Today, my first time having dinner with my family in this chic “ Restaurant Inspire ”. The ambiance was great, the food is delicious and fresh, the servers were so kind and helpful…. The prices and the quality are unbeatable… I recommend the place to everyone (alone, couples or family) … you will be for sure satisfied…🍝🙏❤️

Wir waren als Gruppe hier. Eine längere Dauer von Bestellung zu Essensausgabe ist also verständlich. Die Tagliatelle mit Rinderfiletspitzen waren allerdings enttäuschend. Das Rinderfilet war vertrocknet, Kirschtomaten habe ich insgesamt zwei gezählt im ganzen Teller, Weißwein in der Soße (der Teller war trocken am Boden) war nicht zu erahnen. Für 17,90€ eine kleine und qualitativ enttäuschende Portion. Service sonst bemüht und das Ambiente ganz nett.

Wir haben hier einen Tisch für unser Jahrestag reserviert. Sowohl die Bedeckung des Tisches al auch die gesamte Atmosphäre hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Restaurant wurde frisch renoviert und man fühlt sich dort gut aufgehoben. Die Bedienung ist übersympathisch und freundlich. Die Preise sind angemessen, und das Essen war bei uns sehr edel serviert. Wir haben sogar eingefrorene Schockoladenherzen von der Küche bekommen. Daumen hoch und vielen Dank dafür. Für diesen Abend haben die Leute starke 5 Sternen verdient.

Restaurant mit nettem Ambiente und liebevoller Einrichtung. Der Kellner war sehr zuvorkommend und die veganen Optionen der Speisekarte wussten zu gefallen. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir sogar Cocktails, obwohl diese nicht in der Karte waren.
