A very inconspicuous gastro from the outside, but it scores with good, creative and diverse cuisine... and is beautifully furnished inside... even with a small beer garden behind the restaurant... The house specialty is steaks that are prepared in the 800 degree grill ...and I can say: it was top...from the quality of the meat to the perfect level of cooking, and with most of the dishes you always have the choice between different side dishes to combine...everything was also perfectly seasoned... There was no need to add seasoning anywhere...in addition to the steaks, there are a variety of delicious-sounding foods on the menu that you should try soon...the service was very friendly...attentive and quick.. .the prices are reasonable for what is on offer...this is all rounded off by a small but exclusive selection of special beers...thus a very clear recommendation if you want something special and good...

We have been regular guests at Ingo's Flamerie for more than a year. From steak to schnitzel, pan dishes and reevkooche, everything is always perfect. We always look forward to the good food. The service is always great too.

Went there for lunch today with 4 people. The food was simply delicious. We had two grilled plates, one schnitzel dish, and one sliced ​​dish with green asparagus and champions. Everything is super good. Can just be recommended!! 👍

Simply great, something for everyone, whether with meat or meatless. Great taste and very large portions. The first, but definitely not the last time! Definitely completely satisfied eaters for the tenth time now. And the potato pancake with fresh vegetables, gratinated with mountain cheese, is a real culinary highlight. With a side salad for just 14 euros! Today I enjoyed the sheep's cheese as a starter, then the salad with tuna, very tasty!

We have now visited Ingo's Flammerie several times and can only say hats off. No matter whether steak schnitzel Gambas, 1A quality, very tasty food and very friendly service. However, we would recommend doing more advertising for the Flammerie, because unfortunately there aren't that many guests. We always enjoy coming here to eat. Absolutely great.

Unfortunately I have to say that my meal that evening was nothing special. It tasted slightly burnt and was partly burnt, unfortunately. I found the portions to be too small. We won't go there anymore.

Great! Delicious and Large Portions for a fair German Price. Service was excellent, sweet and helpful girl, who was very busy. There is always a table available, but due to staffing levels, it is nice if Ingo knows whether there will be many or fewer guests.

Cozy restaurant with a familiar, Mediterranean atmosphere that still delivers what it promises after all the Corona disaster. Very good, tasty food and a variety of delicious dishes. I especially found the steak dishes very good and to the point. Friendly operation and service. What I really like is the sociable outdoor area in summer (terrace/beer garden) that is offered. This restaurant is a better fry shop. Ordered steak, fried potatoes with onions and bacon. Fried potatoes are fried small potato pieces, I would have to look for onions and bacon. Steak can also be served so carelessly on a plate. From the 800 degree oven directly onto the plate like, here you have it.

Haven't been here for a long time, the last time was in Hastenrath. Price/performance, quality has not decreased at all, simply very tasty and very cozy! The service was also very friendly. Big portion. As always, Ingo was also very friendly and will now visit the Flammerie more often.

Ich war schon öfters in diesem Lokal. Egal was ich probiert habe, es war immer super lecker mit richtig frischen Zutaten. Das schmeckt man sofort, egal ob Fleisch , Gemüse oder Salat 👍 Immer wieder gerne .

Wir waren dort zu 6. essen und wir waren alle sehr zufrieden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😊👍

Von A bis Z alles 6 von 5 möglichen Sternen. Egal ob Ambiente, Personal oder Essen, selbst die Majo war ein Genuss. Und erst die Menge bei den günstigen Preisen. Alles, alles einfach Lobenswert. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall öfter. Danke.

Lasst euch nicht vom äußeren erscheinungsbild täuschen!!Finde,es ist ein Geheimtipp. Klasse Auswahl an ausgefallenen Gerichten. Tolle schmackhafte Saucen. Fleischqualität ist top. Junges aufmerksames Personal. Wir waren echt zufrieden!! Kann man nur weiter empfehlen. Macht weiter so 👍👍👍

Update: Die Flammerie befindet sich mittlerweile in Birgden kurz vor dem Bahnübergang der Selfkantbahn. Dort hat der Inhaber einen neue Lokation bezogen und arbeitet mit etwas überarbeiteter Karte weiter. Nach wie vor ein Eldorado für Schnitzelfans, Steakliebhaber und Gambasvergötterer. Die Pfännchengerichte sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es gibt eine kleine Außenterasse, die bei steigenden Temperaturen bald sicher wieder genutzt werden kann. Für die gebotene Qualität müsste dort eigentlich mehr los sein. Ich hoffe die Bewertung hat hier Einfluss, da ich es dem Team von Herzen gönne Erfolg zu haben... Die Flammerie liegt ganz am Ortsein- oder Ausgang von Hastenrath, wie man es nimmt. Eine schöne Außenterrasse mit Schatten spendenden Bäumen empfängt den Besucher. Der Innenbereich ist nicht riesig, aber schön eingerichtet. Freundliches Personal bringt Getränke und Speisen und war sehr aufmerksam bei unserem Besuch. Die Karte umfasst mehrere Seiten mit Salaten, Vorspeisen und Fleischgerichten, eine Seite Fisch ist ebenfalls dabei. Viele Schnitzelvarianten bilden den Hauptteil. Wir waren zu Viert und mussten nicht lange warten. Salatvorspeise lecker angemacht, dann verschiedene Schnitzel mit selbst gemachten Saucen. Hier auch jenseits dessen, was man üblicherweise in Restaurants bekommt. Zutaten reichen von Sauce Bernaise, Zwiebeln, Paprika über Chili und grünem Pfeffer. Dazu unterschiedliche Beilagen wählbar (Limetten, Reis, Pommes, Bratkartoffeln). Preise sehr moderat, auch bei den Getränken. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Flammerie uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Sehr gute Steaks und Garnelen.

Sehr leckeres Essen. Ich würde mir nur wünschen wenn man ein Schnitzel mit Bernaise Soße und Pfifferlingen bestellt, das man nicht nur 4 Pfifferlinge unter dem Schnitzel findet sondern mehr. Auch ein zusätzliches Schälchen mit Soße wäre toll ansonsten sind die Kroketten dazu sehr trocken. Ansonsten TOP👍

Zum ersten mal hier. Sehr gut gegessen, leckere Suppe, sehr guten Schnitzel mit Salat und Bratkartoffeln. Hier kommen wir gerne zurück !!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Klar, das Aushängeschild des Restaurants sind Fleischgerichte, aber auch wer kein Fleisch essen möchte, geht nicht hungrig nach Hause. Es gibt fünf vegetarische Hauptgerichte, von denen drei vegan sind und man merkt, dass der Koch sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht hat, denn Pommes mit Ketchup sind hier allenfalls Beilage. Das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker, die Portionen großzügig und dafür, dass alle Tische besetzt waren, war die Wartezeit wirklich gering. Die Bedienung war freundlich und hat sogar gefragt, ob der Vorspeisensalat zum veganen Geschnetzelten auch vegan sein soll. Für das, was man hier bekommt, sind die Preise absolut in Ordnung!

Waren zum zweiten Mal da und sind erneut mega zufrieden gewesen. Gutes Essen, reichlich Auswahl zu vernünftigen Preisen und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Werden bestimmt noch öfters dorthin gehen, macht bitte genauso weiter. 🙋
