Staying nearby this the best option of the Indian food. It was fantastic reception from the hotelier. The tandoor dishes were lovely and I kept finger licking on the Chiken Vindaloo.

Shiva is a very authentic Indian restaurant. We ate 3-4 times at this place. We had sabzi kofta, paneer kadai, dal makhani, chole and everything was amazing. We ordered custom breads like aloo paratha and lachcha parantha. The owner is very friendly and have great sense of humor. Must visit.

We ordered takeaway from the lunch menu. The food was ready at the agreed time and still nice and hot. The butter chicken and palak paneer were very tasty, and the rice was perfectly fine too. Definitely recommended for the price.

We were passing through Berlin and happened upon this Indian restaurant by chance – what a stroke of luck! The food was fantastic, authentic, and full of flavor – we've never experienced such good Indian food, even in Berlin. Our children were warmly welcomed, and even our dog was welcome. I happened to pass by one afternoon just before closing time and wanted a quick bite to eat, and was served immediately. I ate two appetizers under chestnut trees and struck up a conversation with the owner. Everything was to my complete satisfaction.

We had lunch at the Indian restaurant Shiva today – and it was simply fantastic! The food was incredibly delicious, especially the chicken – so tender it practically melted in your mouth. The dessert was also a real treat. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. You can tell that a lot of heart and dedication goes into their work. For us, everything was perfect – we're happy to give it five stars and recommend Shiva without reservation. We'll definitely be back!

Hello! Well, let me start! The service, in my opinion, was truly top-notch and 5 stars. Really nice, friendly, and attentive waiters who take care of you and often check in to see if everything is to your satisfaction or if there's anything missing, like rice! The food, in my opinion, was really, really good and really deliciously seasoned, really good and tasty Indian cuisine, and a WIDE SELECTION of dishes! To finish off, there was even an interesting but delicious Indian tea! 👌😌 The plates were preheated, and then the food was placed on a kind of heater, so it stayed nice and warm! Also, in general, you aren't given plate portions, BUT rather, different small bowls of sauce and rice, each individually, so PERFECT for sharing! 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟 ---------- (unfortunately) I can't say much about the situation or the seating inside the restaurant, but it looked difficult to get a seat inside a little later (around 6:40 PM), and it was rather cramped and warm. But you can still sit outside in a small beer garden if there are still seats available. (My situation) Personally, I thought it was absolutely fine to sit outside instead of inside. Even though the weather was bad and it was only about 18°C, they put out umbrellas for us even when it was raining and offered us seats outside, which was really nice and friendly! But that's something you'll have to decide for yourself, depending on how sensitive you are to the cold, etc. 😅 (Even if you're sitting outside, waiters often come by to check that everything's okay.) If you want to eat truly delicious Indian cuisine and dishes, value attentive, genuinely friendly, and try a fairly large selection of different Indian dishes, then this is EXACTLY the right place!

Best Indian restaurant in the area... The food is delicious, the staff is very attentive... They keep asking if you want more rice. We had a birthday party where we got a shot of schnapps on the house, a firework display, and a song... The prices were completely reasonable... Great value for money! Always happy to come back

Very tasty dishes, the pakoras are unmatched anywhere, and the staff is friendly. I know many Indian restaurants in the Munich area. They also have some vegan dishes, for example, with tofu, which is really great! Absolutely my favorite Indian restaurant. Big downside: takeaway dishes still use aluminum trays, which are very bad for the environment. Please switch to Rebowl (like a pizzeria in Penzberg) or at least use disposable paper dishes. Then I would give it 5 stars.

A mixture of Italian and Indian restaurant

I went to the restaurant for the first time and really liked the food and the service, as I am Portuguese and not fluent in German, I felt much more comfortable, because the restaurant has an employee called Laddi who speaks and understands Portuguese

Very delicious Indian food with a wide selection. And if you can't decide, there are mixed platters for one or more people. For us, it could have been a bit spicier, but it certainly suits the German palate. The waiters were very nice and courteous, attentive, and quick.
