Wenn ich könnte würde ich 10 Sterne geben top essen Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich (besonders ein junger Mann mit hellen Haaren) würde ich immer weiterempfehlen

Mag alles dort. Qualität, Service... ich persönlich würde mir nur wünschen, wenn das Dönerfleisch um einiges weniger Fett hätte.

Hat sich in dem letzten Jahren sehr zum positiven verändert. Döner ist sehr lecker, Zubereitung ging schnell und das Team ist nett. Gerne wieder.

Heute mal nicht zum mitnehmen sondern in Ruhe im Lokal gegessen. Ich habe mir einen Döner mit Hähnchenfleisch, süsser Cocktailsosse, Zwiebel und Tomaten bestellt. Das Brot war aussen sehr knusprig und innen schön luftig und wie immer gut gefüllt. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und auch die Lieferungen nach Hause sind immer perfekt. Danke und bis zum nächsten mal.

Wer in Penzberg unterwegs ist, sollte sich aufjedenfall einen Gefallen tun und beim Mosaic vorbeischauen. Auf Empfehlung vom Chef haben wir den Alexander & die Nutella Calzone bestellt, es war sehr lecker!

Der Lieferdienst rast ohne Rücksicht auf Verluste. An Kinderwägen wird vorbeigerast, als Radfahrer mit Kinderanhänger wird man halsbrecherisch überholt.

Mega Portionen !!!, Preis-Leistung top und super leckeres Essen. Sehr freundliches und sympathisches Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die außergewöhnlich gute Hygiene, vor allem auf dem WC (meiner Meinung nach sagt die Sanitär­einrichtung alles über ein Restaurant aus). Angenehm ruhiges Ambiente durch wenig Deko, auch mit Kleinkindern absolut entspannt. Klare Empfehlung! 🥙👍

Schönes, sauberes Restaurant mit einem sehr netten Chef! Obwohl wir nur ein Pesto Brot zum mitnehmen bestellt haben wurde uns ein Tee ausgegeben. Schöne Atmosphäre und das Pesto Brot war auch sehr lecker! Gerne wieder!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ein wunderschöner Familienabend im Mosaik-Restaurant! Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie und mehreren Kindern dort – und es war einfach großartig. Das Essen war sehr lecker, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam, und der Chef war besonders gastfreundlich – er hat sich wirklich bemüht, uns jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Auch die Kinder wurden sehr herzlich behandelt und haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt, was für uns als Familie besonders wichtig ist. Ein Restaurant mit Herz, Geschmack und echter Gastfreundschaft – absolute Empfehlung!

Wir sind 10 Minuten vor Ladenschluss noch zu siebt eingelaufen und haben 6 Döner bestellt. Alle Döner wurden mit Passion gemacht und waren extrem gut! Leckere Speisen wie Lahmacun mit Salat, Döni-Teller... (auf der Speiseliste gibt es noch viel mehr: Pizzen, Falafel...) und freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Man kann drinnen wie draußen sitzen.

Delicious food and great service. The chef is very nice. Yesterday I ordered the PAN CALIFORNIA pizza, the best I've ever had. In fact, I'm eating it today too because I got it for takeout and couldn't eat it myself.

The pizza here used to be much better – generously topped, with vegetables and plenty of toppings, and truly flavorful. Today (August 30, 2025) at 7:00 PM, I ordered another family pizza and was very disappointed. The quality is poor, there's hardly any flavor, and charging €35 for such a pizza is simply unjustified. It's a shame, but I absolutely don't recommend it anymore.

Einer der wenigen lebendigen Orte in dieser trostlosen Schlafstadt... Updat 2025: bester Döner der Stadt! Das Fladenbrot ist um Welten besser und hochwertiger als das der Konkurrenz hier in Penzberg. Lange Zeit gab es nur einen Döner. Konkurrenz belebt das Geschäft und die Qualität steigt.

Wir wurden von Freunden ins Mosaic eingeladen und waren rundum begeistert: Das Essen war hervorragend, der Service ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend – wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder!

Suuuuper Essen, alles frisch, Gemüse und Salat knackig, Fleisch sehr zart und super gewürzt. Die Pizza (schwedisch) außergewöhnlich, muss man probiert haben! Cappuccino spitze. Geht da vorbei! Probiert den Alexander Teller, ganz tolle Kombination. Wir hatten Fingerfood Platte, Wikinger Pizza, Döner Box, Alexander Kebab, Nudeln (Pollo con Curry). Alles sehr sehr lecker! Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

I was absolutely thrilled with my visit to the Mosaic Restaurant. The ambiance is both stylish and cozy – perfect for a relaxing evening. The service was attentive, friendly, and very professional. I was particularly impressed by the quality of the food: fresh, creatively prepared, and of the highest quality. Each dish was a work of art, both visually and in terms of taste. A huge compliment to the entire team – from reception to the kitchen. You can see that great attention to detail is paid to the work here. I would love to come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Mosaic!

I went to Mosaik in Penzberg for the first time today. The doner kebab was delicious. The bread, in particular, was something different—I really liked it, something new. The sauce was excellent, with a really well-balanced flavor. I had the beef, which was also juicy and well-seasoned. Overall, I'm satisfied. I'd be happy to come back.

The food is okay. A nice change from the culinary disaster in Penzberg. Unfortunately, the store itself is a complete mess. Logistics definitely needs to improve. I haven't had anything delivered yet, as I'm a bit intimidated by the previous reviews :D

The staff and the chef are very friendly and accommodating. It feels very familiar, and so far every single meal we've eaten there or had delivered to our home has tasted great. We've tried a lot from the menu, but we highly recommend the Penne Pollo Picante and the Mosaic Salad. The coffee is an insider tip in Penzberg, as the quality is unbeatable for the price.

I've been to Rome, Milan, and Naples—but I've never eaten a pizza like the one at Mosaic in Penzberg! The dough: perfectly crispy and fluffy. The ingredients: fresh, high-quality, and selected with love. You can simply taste the real passion behind this. For me, this is the best pizza ever—highly recommended! 🍕✨

The prices are truly amazing. €13 for a mini burger is pretty crazy. We've ordered from there several times, and each time it tastes different.

The fresh bread alone makes a great impression! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Kamel is a passionate baker with a lot of experience. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately the kebab is not good at all. As a young Berliner, I am (unfortunately) too spoiled for really good kebab. Bread (unfortunately not real flatbread, but pressed cardboard) wasn't toasted enough, the meat wasn't grilled enough (there wasn't a queue), the sauce (herbs) didn't taste like anything and there was hardly any salad on it. Charging €9 for this is really outrageous and unjustified. I might try it again at some point and see if anything has improved. The restaurant itself, however, looks very clean and modern. The gentleman behind the counter seemed a bit listless and bored with his job. Please work on your quality!

So I've often had burger kebabs or viking boats delivered and they always taste good. However, something often goes wrong in the app if you write something like please no onions, it often goes wrong... but ordering by phone works great Staff is always very friendly too In terms of taste, it is definitely the best delivery service in Penzberg

Fast and uncomplicated delivery and value for money as good as always! The supplier advised us that next time it would be better to order via the mosaic app or by phone, as some problems had arisen with Lieferando. Please take note of everyone :-)

Unfortunately, the quality has decreased noticeably since Corona. My salad had almost no dressing on it, although I always found the garlic dressing incredibly tasty. And it wasn't the first time that I ordered something other than what I received. For example, today we ordered a Palermo pizza. Instead of minced meat, the pizza was served with salami. In another order, the fries were completely forgotten.

I have to be honest and say I don't understand the bad reviews. The employees give you very good advice and are always very courteous. The owner is always present and lends a hand! You don't see that every day either. You feel very comfortable and in good hands in the restaurant. However, you can also sit outside and enjoy your food when the weather is nice. I am very satisfied with the food and the service! My favorites are the burgers, pide and all the noodle dishes! However, everything is delicious there and the quality of the meat is excellent! The delivery goes smoothly and thanks to the Mosaic app I don't have to call. All in all, highly recommended! I'll be back!!!!

The food was excellent – ​​fresh, prepared with high-quality ingredients and tasted to the point. I was particularly impressed by the noodles! The selection of drinks also left nothing to be desired.

Really a shame!!!! Food ordered for delivery address was not accepted online after 2 phone calls it worked. Then the food came instead of Pizza Amigo, there was Pizza Amore. Tried to call several times and no one answered the phone. Of the 6 people who ate, 5 of them didn't feel well after eating. Will not order there again.

I got lunch there with my work colleagues, and by the time we got the food, half of our lunch break was already over. I got a BBQ burger and it was raw! As if it was briefly thrown on the grill on both sides and then put directly into the burger. The bacon wasn't even fried. The service was good, so the employee we ordered from was nice, but that was about it for the good things at Mosaik.

I ordered something to eat from Mosaik with my work colleagues. We didn't just wait half an hour. The employee was on his cell phone while there was a queue of 6 people waiting. The BBQ burger is inedible. The fries weren't salted and were just soggy and tasted like nothing. The meat was completely raw, I could still see the animal breathing and therefore not edible. The burger not only costs €12.50, you have to pay an extra 70 cents to even have cheese on your burger. The only edible thing was the ketchup.

Food was good and employees were really nice

I ordered a kebab plate with fries for delivery. Plate came with rice instead of fries. No big deal, mistakes happen and are forgivable if you admit mistakes and are willing to fix the mistakes (which would have been very easy in this case). However, Mosaic is unable to do this. No apology, no intention to correct the incorrect delivery or suggest a solution. Not OK, dear Mosaic team.

I ordered a kebab here, which was extremely filling, but the bread was just very soft and the kebab was massively stuffed with over-salted meat. Unfortunately it wasn't really good.

Ich Bestelle schon seit längeren dort und finde die Pizzen Mega die Burger sind auch Top. Was ich schade finde ist das es Meze und den Türkischen Eintopf nicht mehr gibt weil die waren der Hammer.

Mosaic in a new look... Thank you for the great campaign for the reopening. The taste of the kebab is excellent and the size is just right. The fried vegetables are very tasty. We'll be back.

Waited 1.5 hours for food, shortly before closing time our order was canceled without a prior call or anything similar. No one could be reached by phone.

New update: After the reopening there is a new "trick" Accept all orders, make the customer wait until business hours end, turn off the phone etc, delete all undelivered orders and so I guess, laugh at the hungry customers... Mostly good food. But occasionally something is forgotten, like the dressing in the salad or the dips. What is really annoying is the often extremely long delivery times of an average of 2 hours and occasionally 3.5 hours. Often you only get the food when the restaurant has been closed for a long time and then of course it is cold. If you ever get through by phone, you will be apologized, but it still can't be any quicker. We've been a regular customer for 4 years now, but since it's getting worse, we probably won't be ordering from them anymore.

After an hour of waiting, the order (delivery) is simply canceled. There is nothing more to say about service.

Actually 0 stars! First we wait an hour for the order and then it says: "Your order has been canceled". That was it then.

I've waited for 1.5h only to receive information that my order has been cancelled.

Pizzas and salads are very tasty. Sometimes they overdo it with the garlic oil. Please less in the future.
