Deliveries were often incomplete and far too late. When a subsequent delivery is requested, the delivery is promised but then not delivered. Service is terribly subpar. Then dear Mcces!

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered food from them online and it took 2 hours to arrive. One is picking the phone also. After waiting 2 hours, the order was completely wrong. I ordered Paneer curry and Naan and instead of that they sent Lamm Biryani. What if the food was ordered by a vegetarian customer. Please don't order anything from them online. Horrendous experience!!!

Dish as basic has kadhai paneer was disappointing. Not to mention that there was nothing garlicky about those garlic naans. Update: The staff of this restaurant personally called me on my phone and told me to remove this review from Google Maps as I had ordered the food via Lieferando and did not visit the restaurant to leave a review here. What a great way to violate a customer’s privacy. I have now reduced my review from 2 stars to 1.

So the food itself was quite ok. But the service shocked me. Our visit with the family was thanks to a Groupon voucher. First of all, unfortunately nothing was prepared. My sister was there half an hour before arrival and asked if we could come in at 5 p.m. as planned. When we came in with the entire family (15 people) they first looked and did nothing and then they started carrying the tables around. Then the menu was given and another half hour later it was announced in very weak and quiet German that we have a different special menu because it is a special meal thanks to the Groupon voucher. But then say it from the start. During the course of the evening, the food was served incorrectly and the drink orders were often forgotten or delivered incorrectly. In the end we were also served by the delivery drivers but unfortunately we were completely dressed in street clothes, which in itself isn't that bad but it did ruin the ambience. Everyone still had button headphones in their ears, so you always had the feeling of not being wanted. The food was very tasty and there was no problem with that. Overall the service was just crap So be careful

We ordered there yesterday but the food was very watery and the chicken wasn't cooked properly. I gave Lieferando a bad review, the delivery was great but my Lieferando review has been trying to bribe me since this morning and I've been bribed 4 times now called and was asked whether I could take back my rating in return for a meal, which doesn't work with Lieferando, which I've explained many times, but they still keep harassing me

I honestly don’t understand how this restaurant has received good ratings. I ordered the Shahi Paneer, and the paneer itself tasted completely artificial. It was so bad that I had to vomit after eating it. Aside from the lack taste, consuming such artificial paneer raises serious health concerns. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who values quality or health.

I had the chicken curry and naan at Indian City Restaurant, and it was amazing! The flavors were authentic, and the spices were perfectly balanced. The naan was fresh and complemented the curry beautifully. Highly recommend this place for a genuine Indian food experience!😋 Sehr lecker!

FC Spandau clubhouse until mid-2017, good Yugoslavian cuisine, cold beer and friendly landlady. - After the change of tenant there is now Italian cuisine and less rustic and personal service. Obviously, the loss of regular customers now has to be compensated for by reducing the price of pizza and pasta.

The business obviously exists through the delivery service. The restaurant was therefore guest-free for hours on a Sunday (!). The service is unprofessional and no German is spoken, which makes communication difficult. However, the dishes are excellent: for example, the lamb dishes with mango are fruity and aromatic!!! The dining room is ugly decorated with plastic foil and overall has no atmosphere whatsoever. There is no table setting, which is unusual for Indian restaurants here. Because the delivery service is handled through the dining room, there is constant unrest. The musical background is terrible. The prices are cheap. However, they are not prepared for hospitality here, which is very unfortunate in the old town of Spandau. From a gastronomic point of view, the business is a loss!

We recently dined at Indian City during our trip to Berlin and had a fantastic experience! We used a GroupOn Wowcher deal, and it was an excellent value. As vegetarians, we were delighted to find plenty of options on the menu, and both the Paneer Jalfrezi and Malai Kofta were absolutely delicious! The dishes had a perfect balance of spices, making for a flavorful and satisfying meal. The service was also top-notch—quick and efficient. We especially appreciated that they accommodated my wife’s request for chapati without any hassle. Horrible food. Felt like vomiting after 30min. Everything is bland, nothing Indian about the food. The toilet in the Keller was full of moulding smell. Had to hold my breath until I exited from the cellar. Salad was sweet. Who on earth puts sweet to Salad. Overall worst experience.

Ordering is already interesting. You can't get that far with German, but with the card it'll work! The drinks are really tasty too! For a long drink at €5.50 they are really hearty. The cocktails are really good too. The spicy lamb is really spicy too! So really recommended. The seating in the restaurant is very comfortable. Very suitable for simply relaxing! ❤️

After we ordered once through Liferando and were very satisfied with the speed, friendliness and the delicious food, we tried the food on site at the Roti Restaurant. The atmosphere was pleasant with Indian music, very attentive waiters and the best thing was the super delicious food. Price performance ratio highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

We were here for the first time today and were pleasantly surprised. The ambience could still be improved, but first and foremost you want to eat well here... And you can definitely do that here. The service is also completely fine. Definitely not the last time here.

So I've always ordered from you and it always tasted very good, but unfortunately not this time. The lamb Madras sauce was very watery, neither spicy and hardly seasoned. Meat less than usual. Maybe it's all because I redeemed my €8 voucher, but THEN you should leave it alone with this voucher campaign. What do you get from the voucher if it reduces the quality and reduces the portions? I'm really very disappointed this time, I know that much better from you.

The food was super tasty. No problem, if you can't eat the full meal, it will be packed up and you can take it home with you without any problem. Also noteworthy is an exceptionally nice and friendly waiter!! This was a nice place to spend the evening with friends and family and enjoy indian food.

The first visit to Roti. There was bathura, paneer with a delicious cream sauce and nuts and a yogi tea. The food was perfect. I like it that way and no other way! The service was friendly and there were enough seats. I'd be happy to come back here if it's convenient. In my opinion, highly recommended and not too expensive!

The delivery took over one hour instead of 20–45 minutes, butter chicken and bread arrived cold. Butter chicken tasted like 90% cream with a hint of spices. The chicken was tasteless and had a consistency that I have difficulties describing. I eat indian food every week and am really disappointed here. It was the first time ever that I haven't finished a meal from an indian restaurant... We feel sick after half of it...

The service is probably the biggest problem... Of the 3 courses I ordered, 2 were served incorrectly because "the kitchen must have understood something else". The operation is constantly on the cell phone and does the bare minimum. The food isn't bad though, especially the chicken and lamb. Overall not recommended.

Go to the phone very late you have to call 100 times. Food ordered for an hour, although 40 minutes stood and the driver chills in the shop after the hour after the hour and then starts. So absolutely not recommended!

Mango Chutney schmeckt nicht, Paneer nur kurz in die Sauce geschmissen, Sauce auch nicht besonders gut, Wartezeit unfassbar lang und arschkalt im Restaurant. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.

Korrupter laden. - Hier behauptet er, ich hätte mein Geld zurück bekommen was nicht stimmt. Ich habe den vollen Preis bezahlt.

Das essen von Mir Chicken Tikka Masala war leider für Mich ungenießbar. Die Soße war sehr geschmackslos und der Hühnerfleisch war klassisch vermutlich in Natron eingelegt, um das Fleisch Zart und weich zu machen. Aber da hat jeden geschmack gefehlt. Da kenne Ich leider anderen Indischen oder Pakistanische Restaurant die frisch das Fleisch und die Gemüse verarbeiten. Das Hühnerfleisch könnte älteren Herrschaften hervorragend ohne Gebiss essen. Von meiner Freundin das vegetarische Essen war ganz okay. Ausreichend Gemüße, etwas geschmacksvoller als bei Mir. Ich würde Vorschlagen, mehr Gewürze zu verwenden und weniger Natron.

Trotz kurz vor Ladenschluss sehr nett empfangen worden. Das Essen war sehr gut und auch schnell am Tisch. Alles uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen....nur beim Ambiente müsste noch einiges gemacht werden, aber auch da kann man ein Auge zudrücken, da das Restaurant erst in diesem Jahr eröffnet wurde und zuvor eine Kneipe dort ansässig war. Mit Blick auf die Zukunft sollte hier aber noch nachgebessert werden.

Das kann nicht war sein! Um 14:15 habe ich mein Essen Bestellt um 16:30 habe ich immer noch keine Lieferung erhalten.

Schade, wir wollten letzte Woche Montag das Restaurant testen, doch leider standen wir 10 Minuten nach 12 Uhr immer noch vor verschlossenen Türen, obwohl angeblich 12-16 uhr geöffnet ist. Innen war niemand zu sehen. Zum Glück schläft die Konkurrenz nicht.

Sehr lecker und preisgünstige Mittagsmenüs. Ich hatte Lamm Curry mit Suppe für 8,90€ und es war total lecker. Die Currysuppe hat mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt 👍🏼
