Ordered schnitzel with spaetzle and cream sauce and a tomato cream soup from the daily menu. Tasteless schnitzel, spaetzle, tasteless sauce...extended if necessary! Even after adding salt several times, the spaetzle still didn't taste good! Soup only tasted like cream and was even tasteless... Daily meal €9.90 + salad €3.50 is far from a good lunch for working people

I always liked to be in the hatch. But unfortunately we were served by terrible service on Sunday. (Blonde, about 50, grim face) When it was 30 degrees, we were ignored when we arrived and not asked if we wanted something to drink. The service was generally very rude. She almost took our order after 1 hour. The side dishes were forgotten so the meat was already cold. In some cases our wishes were not taken into account. The food always tastes very good but you can understand that it just wasn't right with such poor service. I don't know this from a restaurant at all, but the lady was really bottom drawer. I tried to communicate to the lady that we didn't feel well looked after, but she didn't care. The birthday wasn't so nice anymore because the lady ruined our evening. Maybe you should talk to your colleague.

Typische Vereinsgaststätte. Riesiger Außenbereich. Einfache Ausstattung, keine Deko. Bedienungen freundlich. Essen: Salat war nur etwas Dressing aufgekleckst. Käse wirkte wie geschmolzenes Plastik, die Sauce sah nach angerührt aus. Fleisch war OK, nicht trocken. Toiletten im hinteren Bereich. Für Damen 3 Kabinen. Kein Tageslicht/Fenster. Ein Seifenbehälter war leer, in einer Toilette das Klopapier auch.

Typical club restaurant. Huge outdoor area. Simple furnishings, no decoration. Service friendly. Food: Salad only had some dressing splattered on it. Cheese looked like melted plastic, the sauce looked like it had been mixed. Meat was OK, not dry. Toilets in the back. For ladies 3 cabins. No natural light/windows. A soap container was empty, as was the toilet paper in a toilet.

Great restaurant to sit inside and outside. The food was ok and the service was very friendly, but it has to be said that something went wrong with the drinks! We often had to wait 30-45 minutes for our drinks and even kept asking. Info: We celebrated a wedding there and there were also normal guests present, I'm assuming that the normal service is better ;) But at a wedding it basically has to go better, so that's just one point for the service sry. But I would be happy to recommend the restaurant✌️

My first visit to the hatch. There are enough places available. The lunch menu is very minimalistic, but you can also have the large menu. The prices are good. The quality of the meals is what you would expect in a sports restaurant. The salad was decent but unfortunately not homemade, as were the rest of the dishes. Unfortunately it's more of a ready meal. The staff wasn't particularly warm or unfriendly, it was okay. There are enough parking spaces within walking distance.

The first visit to “Im Schlupf” was very interesting. The restaurant simply wasn't on my list until now. But today it was time. The food is okay overall. For the price, I think you can't go wrong there, especially for lunch. The taste is what you would expect in a sports restaurant. Neither particularly good nor particularly bad. It's somewhere in the middle. Basically, I can recommend the restaurant if you just want to eat something. The service around it was neither particularly warm nor unfriendly. You just do your job. You could definitely do a little more here to give the guests a good feeling.

I'd love to go on a bike tour again

A restaurant that guarantees very good food at a reasonable price. The price for one person varies between 20-30€. An extra portion of salad or fries is also offered with the food you order.

The food is good, not outstanding, but perfectly fine. The portions are also large. What doesn't work here is the service. We actually sat for 3 hours and had zero chance of ordering another drink.

Well, it's nothing special, you can do it yourself at home and make it better. The meat was a bit dry but there was enough sauce on the plate to make you think you were eating soup. Less is more. I'm not a cook, but my tip is to cover the meat completely with seasoned STARCH and then grill it. Meat always stays juicy. The service was so-so and overwhelmed, maybe hire 1-2 more people!? We wanted to take the rest with us to pack up, asked the waitress and she came with the empty boxes, put them on the table and said, "We don't have time for that, you have to do that (no you and no please)". With a bill of over €270, that's miserable. Don't want to know what happens if you only order a drink and a salad. It seemed to me like it had been processed in a slaughterhouse. Not a nice feeling.

Wir waren schon zweimal da Beim ersten Mal Schnitzel und cordonbleu Beim nächsten mal Kalbsschnitzel wir mussten feststellen da ist irgend ein gewürz dabei wo bei Schnitzel da nicht hingehört Da ist nicht nur Salz und Pfeffer Das könnte man verbessern Das Essen hier ist eigentlich gut Kalbsschnitzel schön dünn Schnitzel alles top Bis auf das bisschen gewürzt welches da nicht hingehört wir konnten noch nicht herausfinden um welches gewürzt sich da handelt (Oregano Thymian)

First visitor in the hatch. The restaurant is located in a cul-de-sac and is quietly located. We were lucky and got a place outside. The restaurant was then fully booked, which is a good sign. The service is fast, friendly and attentive. The food was convincing, good portions. Overall, the price-performance ratio is right here. The outside area could be a little nicer.

Price-performance as far as the food is concerned, absolutely TOP!!! If the service was anywhere near as good as the food, then there is potential for one of the best restaurants in all of Pforzheim. The ladies who served us felt like they had no time at all, were very unfriendly, were barely there, asked for drinks, and didn't even say "good evening" or "hello". When later orders for drinks were asked, they immediately ran away again even though the order hadn't even been finished yet. So if you don't have the time or don't feel like it, sorry, then please do another job!!! Sure, everyone has a bad day sometimes, or has guests who ruin their mood, but you can't let that out on the next guests. And the store was, if at all, 50% full. It was a birthday there, and maybe 3 more tables were full. The guys who serve there did everything to ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Absolutely nothing to complain about, very friendly, accommodating and above all respectful. Class!!! Unfortunately, the service only gets 1 star because the ladies managed to transfer their mood into this rating.

We've been there several times and the food has always been delicious. Very large portions and enough selection. Location also looks good and there is more than enough parking space. We'll be back soon.

Food is always good and still affordable

Unfortunately we were served very unfriendly. Right at the beginning we were hardly given any time to choose our drinks (not everyone was even sitting at the table so we were asked very rudely what we wanted to drink). It then continued when we got our side dishes for the main courses. When I asked whether I would also get a mixed salad (I wasn't sure), the only answer I got was "I don't know what you ordered..). Another drink order was simply ignored and we left Then just leave the table. The portions were really big and the food itself was very tasty. The price/performance ratio is also really very good. Unfortunately, the bad service ruined the entire visit.

OK. The food is awesome. Absolute hammer. But the girls who serve are the real feast for the eyes. Great food, absolutely professional service, AWESOME! GO. THERE . THERE.

A very pleasant, bright place. We immediately felt at home. Everything was clean, the temperature in this large room was nice and warm, the service was very attentive, courteous, friendly and always ready to listen and the food was great. Salad, sauces, meat, everything to the point. We found the price to be reasonable, but not too cheap. Thoroughly recommended. It's worth reserving a table.

Several fine and inexpensive daily specials, sun terrace in summer! A la carte still affordable, different quality - cream sauce needs improvement!

We wanted to stop for lunch on a long drive and decided to stop here. Super tasty, value for money for lunch was unbeatable and despite the house being full, the service was good and relaxed.

Auf unserem Weg von Köln nach Sonthofen hier einen Stop eingelegt um etwas zu essen. Was soll ich sagen…. mit so einem tollen Essen hatten wir absolut nicht gerechnet, vorallem wurde bei uns auf besondere Wünsche beim Essen eingegangen und Hunde waren ebenfalls Willkommen. Wir werden zukünftig das Restaurant immer als Zwischenstopp mit einplanen! Lieben Gruß und vielen Dank

Sehr leckeres Essen. Wir haben schon öfter dort bestellt, und wurden nie enttäuscht. Es ist sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und die Portionen sind üppig.

Essen war sehr lecker und auch qualitativ sehr gut. Portionen reichlich. Service top.Super freundlich und aufmerksam. Man kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Nettes Restaurant. Service freundlich. Das Essen war reichlich aber leider etwas zu trocken und nicht den Preisen gerecht. Wir hatten den Barbecue Burger und das Jäger Schnitzel. Das Schnitzel war viel zu durch und sehr trocken. Das Fleisch vom Burger leider auch. Beim Burger wäre es sinnvoll den Gast zu fragen, wie man sein Fleisch haben möchte, was bei uns nicht der Fall war. Die Bratkartoffeln die zusätzlich 1.50€ kosten sollten dann auch Bratkartoffeln sein und nicht gedünstet Kartoffeln, die leicht in der Pfanne Farbe bekommen haben.

Kommen definitiv wieder hierher und genießen das Essen. So, heute da gewesen und Menü 5 bestellt, Burger mit Pommes, war nach dem super guten Burger dermaßen voll, Respekt, toller Preis und tolles Essen.

Das Essen war sehr gut und lecker. Auch die Portionsgrösse war ausreichend. Auch die Zeit von der Bestellung bis daß das Essen kam war super kurz. Ich gehe wieder hin.

Die Renovierung ist gelungen..modernes Design..sehr ansprechend

Preiserhöhung enorm. MwSt Senkung mitgenommen 2 Jahre lang und 12 % plus in die Tasche und jetzt diese Erhöhung....vor nicht allzu langer Zeit hat der Mittagstisch noch 3€ weniger gekostet. Ist doch eh nur convinience food. Kann ich gleich TK Kost daheim essen. Sorry
