We were treated rudely right from the start, judged solely on our appearance (cloth trousers). We had to wait ages for drinks, and it wasn't even busy. The table was incredibly dusty and dirty. They should clean instead of looking at other people's clothes. The restrooms weren't pleasant either.

We've been there several times. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, we had to wait a while at our table for our dishes to be cleared. Everything was done quickly at the other tables. The atmosphere is cozy. We had bowls, which were very tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, there were very few shrimp, even though they cost a hefty extra. We had a lovely evening there with friends.

The food was very good. The service was very attentive. The atmosphere is also good for children.

Disappointing food – unfortunately not recommended I'm rarely dissatisfied, but this visit was truly awful. Spaghetti Carbonara: practically just scrambled eggs with pasta – inedible for me. Schnitzel (butter schnitzel): prepared without care and simply tasteless. Fries: soggy and bland. Bruschetta & side salad: overloaded with balsamic vinegar, very acidic, no garlic, and completely unbalanced. Spaghetti Bolognese: at least edible, but far from good. What a shame – dining like this is no fun. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Helda provided excellent service; the food arrived quickly and was delicious – absolutely nothing to complain about. Very friendly and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I've never eaten such a bad meal for such a price! 3 mini burgers – the meat tasted strangely spoiled, the burgers were completely dry, and without any sauce they were simply disgusting. Tacos – tasted of nothing either! Completely unseasoned. In my opinion, I absolutely wouldn't recommend going out to eat there!

The atmosphere was super cozy, the music was just right, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The cocktails were creatively mixed and absolutely delicious. You can tell the passion goes into making them. Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or for celebrating.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service have declined somewhat. My spoon was dirty. I'm also not impressed with the service anymore; when I asked for a water bowl for my dog ​​(which is usually standard practice), we were given a dirty bowl.

The five of us spontaneously stopped in. The great thing is that the two little ones got a free mini pizza (and it's not even mini). We were at Palm Beach today. The menu was very well-designed. But the food, whether it was schnitzel, burgers, or spaetzle, was a disgrace. For such prices, you expect a certain level of quality and a taste experience. Unfortunately, this was absolutely not the case. The food was, unfortunately, a complete disaster.

The food was very good; there were six of us and we didn't have to wait long. The service was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere was very nice in the evenings; the background music was balanced and not too loud. All in all, highly recommended.

I've been a regular customer at Palm Beach for years and have always been very satisfied overall. Yesterday, I was able to convince my regular male group (8 people) to go there as well. We try out a lot of restaurants in Pforzheim and the surrounding area, so we have a good comparison. We made a reservation with the manager, Ruben, yesterday, and since Tuesdays aren't as busy, he reserved parking for us right in front of the restaurant. We were given a lovely spot outside with subtle music and lovely lighting. Overall, the palm trees and the music created a bit of a holiday feeling. We were greeted very warmly by Ruben and handed over to his very pleasant waitress, Malak, who patiently took our numerous orders throughout the evening. She was always friendly and never annoyed. From time to time, she came to our table to make sure everything was fine. Our various main courses arrived at the same time for everyone, and all the food was hot. We all had an appetizer, a main course, and sometimes a dessert. All orders were served flawlessly and within a reasonable timeframe. Everyone enjoyed their meal. At the end of the evening, we were treated to a Ramazotti on the house. Comparing the menu to other restaurants, we have to say that the prices are absolutely reasonable for the variety of dishes offered. Only the drinks are a bit overpriced at around €1, but the cocktails are imaginatively presented. I personally think it's great that Palm Beach offers a variety of different, sometimes unusual, dishes that aren't offered in other restaurants. Summary: It was a very successful evening for us, and all my regulars agreed that we will now be regulars at Palm Beach. Many thanks to Ruben and Malak, and of course to the bar and kitchen staff.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara. After 20 minutes, it arrived and was given a bowl of parmesan. I put the bowl of parmesan on my spaghetti and ate it with two forkfuls. I quickly noticed that it wasn't parmesan but desiccated coconut. So I sent the food back. I waited another 20 minutes for my new portion. The waitress apologized and assured me that this time the bowl contained parmesan because she had tried it herself. I put half of the parmesan in my carbonara again and unfortunately I discovered again that it was desiccated coconut. I called the waitress again and had her try the parmesan and also explained that I am allergic to coconut. She apologized. Then the manager came and apologized again and said that someone had been having fun and mixed the parmesan with the desiccated coconut. I waited another 20 minutes for the next portion, but this time the food was anything but spaghetti carbonara! It was scrambled eggs with spaghetti and a whole lot of pasta water. I gave the food to my partner, and because of my coconut allergy, I ran to the bathroom and threw up. When I was paying, they were so cheeky and charged me for the carbonara. Since I wanted to get home quickly because I was feeling so sick, I didn't argue and left! I'm never setting foot there again. They even charge me for it! RUDE!

The food was okay, but nothing special for the price. The service, unfortunately, was not great. We were ignored for ages, and things were only brought after asking three times… a shame, really, because the atmosphere is quite nice. Except for the Amazon packages at our table.

We spontaneously stopped by for breakfast last week. The service was good, the food was prepared quickly, and it was delicious. The only thing that's a little off about the ambiance, with the surrounding parking, is that it's not very appealing. They would recommend adding more greenery to the terrace, perhaps even surrounding it to better define the parking spaces/driveway.

Stay away from the place, I was there with a couple of friends and we wanted to have a nice evening but it didn't work out, we were greeted in a very unfriendly and inappropriate manner, when we asked for a table we were told no, there were no tables available even though the restaurant was completely empty except for 4-5 tables occupied, so we left and will certainly not be coming back in the future, it's not worth it, there are enough other restaurants that value and respect their guests more!

The tone of the conversation was particularly disappointing. An employee, about 1.80 m tall, bald, and dressed in black, said goodbye to us with a curt "Bye" and simply left us standing there. It's a real shame – we were looking forward to our visit, but under these circumstances, we unfortunately cannot recommend the restaurant.

We went there for lunch with our children. It was great for the kids because there's a small indoor playground. There are tables right next to it for eating. However, it's very dark inside. The food isn't cheap, but the quality is good.

After the positive reviews, I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the result was truly disappointing. The quality left a lot to be desired – a clear mistake. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast. When we ordered the breakfast bagel, we were specifically asked whether we wanted it with or without bacon. Our answer was clear and unequivocal that we preferred it without bacon. Nevertheless, the bagel came with bacon. When we subsequently asked, the staff responded very politely and understandingly. They took the plate away and returned some time later with what looked like bacon. This isn't ideal for vegetarians, as the bacon flavor transfers. The other dishes were also inadequate. The "Acai Bowl" was really runny, like a soup. It was roughly pureed, and the topping was also modest. €15.50 with oat milk is way too much for that! The avocado bread, which we also ordered, was also inadequate. The arugula was visibly and tastefully old, and the avocado cream, like the egg, was unseasoned and bland. As a breakfast lover and novice cook, I have to say that the bagels, the avocado bread, and especially the simply prepared acai bowl are well below my culinary skills. Still, I have to say the meneme was good. My little girl was also happy with the pancakes drenched in chocolate sauce. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Overall, I can say: very poor value for money; breakfast lovers won't get their money's worth here.

If you're hungry, it's better to avoid Palm Beach. It wasn't full, we had to wait half an hour until we finally got the menu after requesting it. I've never experienced that anywhere else. Unfortunately, friendliness is also out of place. The food was very tasty, but the prices weren't exactly reasonable given the service. Despite the good food, it was a deciding factor for us not to visit Palm Beach again in the future.

I've been ordering regularly from Palm Beach in Pforzheim for years now and I'm thrilled every time. Finally, I ordered a cheeseburger, which - as usual - tasted excellent. The food is always delivered fresh and hot, and the quality of the food is consistently high. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent customer service: the team is always friendly, courteous and reliable. Deliveries are made extremely quickly, which further underlines the positive overall impression. After numerous orders via Lieferando, I can say with conviction: Palm Beach is the best restaurant I have come across via the platform. Quality, service and speed are right here – every time. Absolute recommendation!

We often go here to eat and watch Bundesliga 2. Always the same friendliness for years. The quality of the food is A1 and the atmosphere is very good. From the smallest employee to the boss. Everyone pulls together. We remain regular customers.

The location is nice but not better than other sports cafes. What really surprised and annoyed me were the prices for the food. €21 for the cheapest burger with fries and coleslaw! It was good, but not good enough to justify the price. Same game with the pizza, €14.50 for a pizza salami is sporty. But it's also a sports cafe. Maybe the costs for Sky have to be financed through the food.

The mood and ambience in Palm Beach is of course extremely good. The music is as modern as the interior. In a slightly separate area on the ground floor there is a corner for children to play, next to there are billiard tables and darts. Whenever I'm here there's a lot going on, so it sometimes happens that the drinks take a long time or we have to go to the counter to ask where they are. Every generation is represented here and there was always a good atmosphere. A detour or an extended evening is always good here.

Had breakfast spontaneously today. Large selection. Something for everyone. The coffee came quickly, but the food itself took a while. Service was nice. Good ambience and not too loud, so you can have a good conversation.

The food was absolutely overpriced and not even remotely tasty. 84€ for two people is really crazy. Despite mentioning twice that I wanted the vegetarian nachos, I got the ones with minced meat. We had to ask for a second high chair 5(!) times. The children's area (which is why we chose it) was a complete disaster! Tons of toys. The whole floor is full. All the children were constantly falling over things and not a SINGLE toy wasn't broken. All the chairs wobble and the play tower collapses at any moment. The safety nets are also broken. It wasn't a relaxing, pleasant visit. Neither the food for the adults nor the play area was good. For the money you could have had a really nicer day

Unchanged for years, service attentive, food and drink are expensive! Wasn't well attended for a Saturday evening, maybe 10-15%.

We used to love going to Palm Beach, but today was disappointing. Reserved more than a week in advance for 6 people, yet no table was prepared in advance. Additional chairs were simply added to a small table. So we sat very cramped in an awkward spot in the restaurant, with a lot of space. The restaurant wasn't overcrowded and it would have been easy to put two tables together in a much more comfortable corner. The food has also changed, on our last visit in January there was a small salad with the vegan burger, but not anymore. The price of the burger was not reduced. To be honest, the friendliness of the service has also decreased. The waiter was happy to cash in, but before that he showed very little interest in our wishes. It's a shame about an evening that we were really looking forward to.

It was really tasty. Unfortunately, the burgers now have a new recipe and are no longer as tasty for us. A bit expensive but generous portions. My salad (Palmbeach Salad) was very good and varied. But all in all ok. The service was well organized. A bit unstructured (no one came for a long time after the starter even though we hadn't ordered any main courses yet) but when we asked, someone was sent to take our orders.

This place is really recommended whether for lunch or an evening with friends.

We celebrated our Christmas party here on Friday and can only report positive things. It was really a successful evening, the service was great and extremely friendly. The buffet selection was large and everyone found something to eat. Gladly again!

Well, we went for breakfast. The waitress only took 2 out of 4 orders incorrectly. After 45 minutes it became apparent that they hadn't received the rolls I ordered. Which I then ordered came as two slices of bread? The boss tried to make everything right!? However, in the morning the servants are more... Oh well! Slow?!
