Schickes Restaurant mit passablem Essen. 6x wurden wir bedient, 6x von jemand anderen. Lustlos falsches Essen serviert bekommen.

Insgesamt ein schöner Besuch, jedoch hat uns ein Herr, der bedient hat trotz vieler freier Plätze erstmal warten lassen, er müsse schauen, ob was frei wäre und kam ewig nicht wieder. Zwei Frauen, die dort gearbeitet haben waren viel kooperativer und höflicher...ich solle mir einfach einen Platz aussuchen. Ein Wassernapf für den Hund wurde auch noch gebracht und sogar ein zweites Mal gefüllt. Der alkoholfreie Cocktail (Coconut Kiss) hat längere Zeit benötigt bis er fertig war doch das lange Warten hatte sich gelohnt: Mega lecker!!!

Coole Sportsbar und Restaurant, Tradition in Pforzheim.

Wir waren am 26.06.26 im Rahmen der Hochzeitsfeier unseres Sohnes in dieser Lokalität und sind immer noch begeistert. Noch nie ein so bemühtes, freundliches Personal inklusiv dem ebensolchen Chef getroffen wie hier. Die Ideen, wie man diese Affenhitze erträglicher gestalten konnte, waren super und wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut und verwöhnt. Das Essen stand in nix nach....super Qualität, abwechslungsreich und sehr reichlich. Ambiente war liebevoll gestaltet und passte zum Stil des Brautpaares und dem Motto sehr gut. Ein Pünktchen Abzug gibt es für die uns zu laute, manches Gespräch schädigende Dauerbeschallung. Aber wahrscheinlich hat das mit dem Alter zu tun. Ihr seid super, macht weiter so !!

Das Essen war gut, allerdings verging fast eine Stunde bis wir unsere zwei Salate essen konnten. Zuerst kam nur ein Gericht und das zweite dann solange nicht, dass ein aufmerksamer Kellner sogar von sich aus zu uns kam und in der Küche nachgefragt hat. Bis jemand auf uns aufmerksam wurde, weil wir die Rechnung wollten, verging später auch überdurchschnittlich viel Zeit. Sehr nette Bedienungen, aber die Organisation/Geschwindigkeit eher schlecht, und es war nicht übermäßig viel los. Die tote Fliege im Salat war dann das i-Tüpfelchen...

Nette Location mit leckerem Essen und coolen Cocktails, allerdings eher hochpreisig und am Wochenende sehr voll.

Das Restaurant war sehr gut aufgebaut. Das Essen hat ebenfalls super geschmeckt aber der Service war nicht ganz perfekt, da man oft warten musste.

Wir waren bei dem Event Fights under Palms. Mega Event, super gut organisiert, essen super, Servicekräfte mega!

Wundervolle, mediterrane Terrasse, sehr geschmackvoll mit Palmen und Sonnenschirmen. Hervorragende Auswahl an Speisen, ich liebe die Salatauswahl besonders. Frische Zutaten und klasse Salatsoßenauswahl. Liebe und aufmerksame Kellner. Ein perfekter Ort um nach Feierabend, oder zum Wochenende einen gemütlichen Abend zu verbringen. Das Palm Beach bietet auch am Wochenende Frühstück an. Auch hier eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wenn es um das Bestellen geht, geht es RatzFatz. Bis wir zahlen konnten/ durften vergingen gute 15-20 min. Zig mal ist die Bedienung am Tisch vorbeigelaufen. Erst wurden "Gäste" bedient die mit ihren geleasten AMG's, M BMW's oder PORSCHE vor der Bude geparkt haben. Auf der Art "hast du nix, bist du nix".

Im Ambiente fühlt man sich kurz entführt in ein Urlaub, die Palemen auf der Terrasse spenden Schatten und machen Urlaubsstimmung. Die Kellner waren sehr nett und zuvor kommend.

Glaube wenn man gesund essen will ist dies nicht die Anlaufstelle Nummer 1. Der Bürger dort schmeckt gut allerdings sind die Preise dort höher als in anderen Restaurants.

Bestes Platz zum Spielen, essen und mehr!

Eis würde ich hier nicht empfehlen. Kellnerin nicht authentisch. Eher ein Schauplatz.

Wir hatten einen Tisch auf der Terrasse. Als es anfing zu regnen, war es überhaupt kein Problem nach drinnen umzuziehen. Guter Service, leckeres Essen und Getränke. Immer wieder gerne.

Das Essen war Top und jeden Euro wert . Wir hatten 3 unterschiedliche Burger mit Pommes und 1 großen gemischten Salat mit Joghurtdressing. Das Personal war super freundlich und die Cappuccino auch echt lecker . Ganz klare Empfehlung 👍

Wir saßen heute im Außenbereich und wurden vom Personal ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass die Heizstrahler eingeschaltet werden. Auf Basis dieser Zusicherung sind wir geblieben und haben Essen und Getränke bestellt. Nach über 2 Stunden stellte sich heraus, dass die Heizstrahler nicht funktionieren – ohne dass wir rechtzeitig informiert wurden. Wir saßen die ganze Zeit in der Kälte unter einem noch feuchten Schirm. Schade, denn das Erlebnis hätte mit etwas mehr Ehrlichkeit und Kundenorientierung ganz anders verlaufen können.

Habe nach einem Lokal gesucht das Fussball Bundesliga überträgt und bin zum Glück auf das Palm Beach gestoßen. Konnte Super Fussball schauen. Glaub an die 10 TVs gibt's dort. Klasse gezapftes Bier und das Essen Schnitzel mit Pommes Salat und einer hervorragender Pfefferrahmsoße war top und der Preis echt günstig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und nett. Wenn ich wieder mal in Pforzheim bin ganz klar komm ich wieder ins Palm Beach.

Leckeres Frühstück, allerdings nicht gerade günstig.

Platz Mangel Erst zeigt man uns ein Platz zum sitzen danach wurde gesagt das der Platz schon vergeben ist. Die Damen waren so freundlich und sagten wir können zusammen sitzen dann kommt der möchte gern Security und sagt es geht nicht warummm ??? Wegen der Bezahlung und was ist wenn jeder seine eigene Rechnung bezahlt so was unverschämt und unfreundlich habe ich noch nie gesehen….

Gutes Essen und mann hat von jedem Platz eine gute Sicht auf mindestens ein Fernseher. Und der Service ist gut.

Vor Jahren war das Palm absolut der Place to be. War jetzt mal wieder da und über das Frühstücksangebot erschrocken. Ich hatte das „Avocadobrot“… siehe Bild. Ich dachte, man könne damit nicht viel falsch machen! Habe noch nie so ein armseliges Avocadobrot für 13/14€ gesehen. Es war absolut nicht gewürzt, wirklich null. Zwei dünne Scheiben Tomaten und fertig! Leute wer soll davon den Gedanken eines schönen Frühstücks haben? Absolut negativ. Auch das Toast…. Okay, das war so larifari okayyy, aber diese Zusammensetzung mit der Schlagsahne… Jungs… was ist aus euch geworden? Wir werden dem Palm keinen weiteren Besuch mehr abstatten . 2x Latte und die beiden Teller für fast 38€! Enttäuschend.

Das Essen warlecker und die Portionen sind groß. Auch auf Sonderwünsche würde positiv eingegangen. Service war sehr gut und schnell. Kommen gerne wieder.

Einige der wenigen guten Bars in Pforzheim. Geeignet für Dates und Abende mit Freunden. Gutes essen, freundlicher Service. Billiard leider lange Wartezeiten, dafür werden alle möglichen Sportereignisse übertragen.

Ich war vor kurzem im Palm Beach in Pforzheim und insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Cocktails – sie waren wirklich sehr gut gemischt, geschmacklich top und schön präsentiert. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Kellnerin Melisa. Sie war äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam und hat ihren Job wirklich hervorragend gemacht. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie mit Freude arbeitet und sich gut um die Gäste kümmert. Dank des guten Services und der leckeren Drinks komme ich gerne wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten verschiedene Burger. Sehr lecker! Restaurant war voll. Die bedienung war nett aber halt durch die vielen Gäste etwas überfordert. Das Restaurant ist nett eingerichtet. Das nette Ambient wird jedoch mit zunehmend lauter werdender Musik über den Abend leider schlechter für Unterhaltungen.

Noch nie so einen geschmacklosen Burger gegessen. Wenn ich dehydrieren wollt, kommt hier her. Bedienung mit Dutt war Seeehr unsympathisch. Nie wieder!

Billiard mitm Kind, Fussball und leckeres Essen. Top

Die Terasse macht im Sommer echt was her. Innen hat sich aber leider seit Jahren nichts getan. Eigentlich nett eingerichtet wirkt es doch veraltet und aus der Zeit gekommen. Zudem sind die Tische teilweise echt ein Drama. Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 7 Personen dort und hatten einen Tisch für 4 an den ein kleiner Tisch beigestellt wurde. Dieser war wesentlich niedriger und ein ganz anderes Modell. Entsprechend lieblos hats auch ausgesehen und sich angefühlt. Gerade weil auch das Restaurant noch fast leer war. Da hätte man sicher eine schönere Lösung finden können/müssen. Essen ist gut. Service sehr nett. Ne Runde Billard nach dem Essen lohnt sich ebenfalls immer.

Ich war da letztens mit meinem Mann und meinen Kindern dort und die Spielecke ist schön gestaltet, meine Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude. Mir ist besonders ein Mitarbeiter von Ihnen aufgefallen der sehr freundlich zu mir und meinem Mann war, ich glaube er war Italiener und er hatte locken, haben zwar nicht viel gesprochen, aber er scheint ein sehr lieber junger Mann zu sein :)) Ich würde immer wieder dort mit meiner Familie hingehen. Die Spielecke für die Kinder ist ein echter Mehrwert, es ist insgesamt groß, die Toiletten sauber und das Ambiente so wie man es von einer Bar erwartet. Allerdings sind die Preise absolut unverschämt. Ich habe für diese Mini Portion Pommes 8€ gezahlt. Das ist mehr als dreist, zu allem Übel kommt noch dazu, dass die Pommes geschmeckt haben wie zweimal frittiert. Immerhin ist Ketchup und Mayo umsonst. Ich werde wieder kommen aber definitiv nichts mehr essen, die Preise sind einfach überzogen.

War insgesamt sehr gut. Essen war geschmacklich gut und die Getränke waren sehr genießbar. Bedienung war zügig. Angenehme Atmosphäre, gute Parkmöglichkeit. Gibt auch einen süßen kleinen insideSpielplatz für Kinder mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten. Dieser sollte aber aufjedenfall instand gesetzt werden daher auch nur 4*.

We ate here on December 27th. It was really delicious, and even though it was quite busy, we were able to have a good conversation, and the service was fantastic! Everyone was very attentive and friendly. I do have one small complaint, though: you should have more Kaiserschmarrn without raisins!!! 😁 The chocolate cake was also amazing! 👍👍👍

We were there yesterday, just the two of us. The service and atmosphere were really great, and we enjoyed the burger. However, the carbonara wasn't really carbonara; perhaps you could revise it or remove it from the menu. Sorry.

All in all, it was fine. The food was delicious, and the service was very friendly. Although it was very noisy, this didn't spoil the good atmosphere.

We've been going to Palm Beach for quite some time now to eat and watch football ⚽️. Making a reservation in advance is a good idea. The welcome at the door is always very friendly and warm ❤️👌, and the staff does a fantastic job too. The food is always delicious and plentiful, arrives piping hot, and is always top quality!!! That's very important to us. I'm happy to pay a few euros more for it. The atmosphere is perfect for a sports bar. 😃 Cheers, Fränky 🤠

For a place that claims to be upscale, only allows certain car brands to park in the main lot, all in a super-chic way. The saying "all show and no substance" perfectly describes this place. The restrooms are awful. Parking lot toilets are in better condition. And if you can catch a glimpse of the kitchen's cleanliness, well, speechless. The bar/counter hasn't seen a proper cleaning in ages. When you've worked as a manager in a large nightclub that was meticulous about these things, you develop a certain eye; you see the dirt everywhere. Just walk through the place with your eyes open next time you visit. All that glitters is not gold. P.S. Instead of focusing on car brands, they should prioritize hygiene throughout the entire establishment, and the restrooms need a complete overhaul (they're simply disgusting).

Expensive + poor parking situation

The food is very good, and the prices are reasonable. The service is quick and friendly. There's outdoor seating, and the many parasols provide ample shade. Update Nov. 2025: The prices are no longer reasonable.

Charging almost €6 for a Coke is already outrageous, and then charging €4.50 for a small Coke is downright cheeky.

The price-performance ratio is completely off. €23 for this burger... that's way too expensive. In general, the food is extremely overpriced for what you get. The service was okay, but the atmosphere is definitely outdated.

We were treated rudely right from the start, judged solely on our appearance (cloth trousers). We had to wait ages for drinks, and it wasn't even busy. The table was incredibly dusty and dirty. They should clean instead of looking at other people's clothes. The restrooms weren't pleasant either.

We've been there several times. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, we had to wait a while at our table for our dishes to be cleared. Everything was done quickly at the other tables. The atmosphere is cozy. We had bowls, which were very tasty and fresh. Unfortunately, there were very few shrimp, even though they cost a hefty extra. We had a lovely evening there with friends.

Disappointing food – unfortunately not recommended I'm rarely dissatisfied, but this visit was truly awful. Spaghetti Carbonara: practically just scrambled eggs with pasta – inedible for me. Schnitzel (butter schnitzel): prepared without care and simply tasteless. Fries: soggy and bland. Bruschetta & side salad: overloaded with balsamic vinegar, very acidic, no garlic, and completely unbalanced. Spaghetti Bolognese: at least edible, but far from good. What a shame – dining like this is no fun. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately, I've never eaten such a bad meal for such a price! 3 mini burgers – the meat tasted strangely spoiled, the burgers were completely dry, and without any sauce they were simply disgusting. Tacos – tasted of nothing either! Completely unseasoned. In my opinion, I absolutely wouldn't recommend going out to eat there!

The atmosphere was super cozy, the music was just right, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The cocktails were creatively mixed and absolutely delicious. You can tell the passion goes into making them. Perfect for a relaxed evening with friends or for celebrating.

Friday lunch, good service, friendly staff

The five of us spontaneously stopped in. The great thing is that the two little ones got a free mini pizza (and it's not even mini). They provided children's art supplies without asking, and we were also seated near the play area. The steak, the bowl, and the schnitzel were all good. The pizzas were too. We'll be back

Unfortunately, the cleanliness and service have declined somewhat. My spoon was dirty. I'm also not impressed with the service anymore; when I asked for a water bowl for my dog ​​(which is usually standard practice), we were given a dirty bowl.

We were at Palm Beach today. The menu was very well-designed. But the food, whether it was schnitzel, burgers, or spaetzle, was a disgrace. For such prices, you expect a certain level of quality and a taste experience. Unfortunately, this was absolutely not the case. The food was, unfortunately, a complete disaster.

The food was very good; there were six of us and we didn't have to wait long. The service was very polite, friendly, and accommodating. The atmosphere was very nice in the evenings; the background music was balanced and not too loud. All in all, highly recommended.

We were there yesterday. We enjoyed the food, although it was prepared rather than freshly cooked. That explains the one-star deduction, but that's perfectly fine for a sports bar. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Each area is separate, so you feel at home. I highly recommend it.

I've been a regular customer at Palm Beach for years and have always been very satisfied overall. Yesterday, I was able to convince my regular male group (8 people) to go there as well. We try out a lot of restaurants in Pforzheim and the surrounding area, so we have a good comparison. We made a reservation with the manager, Ruben, yesterday, and since Tuesdays aren't as busy, he reserved parking for us right in front of the restaurant. We were given a lovely spot outside with subtle music and lovely lighting. Overall, the palm trees and the music created a bit of a holiday feeling. We were greeted very warmly by Ruben and handed over to his very pleasant waitress, Malak, who patiently took our numerous orders throughout the evening. She was always friendly and never annoyed. From time to time, she came to our table to make sure everything was fine. Our various main courses arrived at the same time for everyone, and all the food was hot. We all had an appetizer, a main course, and sometimes a dessert. All orders were served flawlessly and within a reasonable timeframe. Everyone enjoyed their meal. At the end of the evening, we were treated to a Ramazotti on the house. Comparing the menu to other restaurants, we have to say that the prices are absolutely reasonable for the variety of dishes offered. Only the drinks are a bit overpriced at around €1, but the cocktails are imaginatively presented. I personally think it's great that Palm Beach offers a variety of different, sometimes unusual, dishes that aren't offered in other restaurants. Summary: It was a very successful evening for us, and all my regulars agreed that we will now be regulars at Palm Beach. Many thanks to Ruben and Malak, and of course to the bar and kitchen staff.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara. After 20 minutes, it arrived and was given a bowl of parmesan. I put the bowl of parmesan on my spaghetti and ate it with two forkfuls. I quickly noticed that it wasn't parmesan but desiccated coconut. So I sent the food back. I waited another 20 minutes for my new portion. The waitress apologized and assured me that this time the bowl contained parmesan because she had tried it herself. I put half of the parmesan in my carbonara again and unfortunately I discovered again that it was desiccated coconut. I called the waitress again and had her try the parmesan and also explained that I am allergic to coconut. She apologized. Then the manager came and apologized again and said that someone had been having fun and mixed the parmesan with the desiccated coconut. I waited another 20 minutes for the next portion, but this time the food was anything but spaghetti carbonara! It was scrambled eggs with spaghetti and a whole lot of pasta water. I gave the food to my partner, and because of my coconut allergy, I ran to the bathroom and threw up. When I was paying, they were so cheeky and charged me for the carbonara. Since I wanted to get home quickly because I was feeling so sick, I didn't argue and left! I'm never setting foot there again. They even charge me for it! RUDE!

The food was okay, but nothing special for the price. The service, unfortunately, was not great. We were ignored for ages, and things were only brought after asking three times… a shame, really, because the atmosphere is quite nice. Except for the Amazon packages at our table.

Great play area for toddlers with ball pit, slide and all kinds of toys

A fantastic sports bar. There are plenty of screens and good food. All in all, the place to be to watch football (and other sports) in Pforzheim.

Quite expensive: Considering 2 chocolate soufflés and 3 drinks = €46 Well, I don't think the prices are reasonable. Quite expensive...

You can go there but you don't have to.

We spontaneously stopped by for breakfast last week. The service was good, the food was prepared quickly, and it was delicious. The only thing that's a little off about the ambiance, with the surrounding parking, is that it's not very appealing. They would recommend adding more greenery to the terrace, perhaps even surrounding it to better define the parking spaces/driveway.

Not even a proper "goodbye, have a nice day." 11 years ago, this place was really nice and a place I loved. Stay away from the place, I was there with a couple of friends and we wanted to have a nice evening but it didn't work out, we were greeted in a very unfriendly and inappropriate manner, when we asked for a table we were told no, there were no tables available even though the restaurant was completely empty except for 4-5 tables occupied, so we left and will certainly not be coming back in the future, it's not worth it, there are enough other restaurants that value and respect their guests more!

Extremely unfriendly – ​​we left immediately! As soon as we arrived at Palm Beach Pforzheim with our family – not even a minute there! – we were immediately rudely and loudly shouted at. The employee told us to "stay put" – in a completely disrespectful tone. Even though we immediately took a step back, he continued to be aggressive and repeatedly asked us loudly and annoyed how many people we were. We clearly stated the number several times, but he was apparently so overwhelmed or inattentive that he didn't understand – and he became increasingly louder and more rude. The whole thing was so unpleasant and disrespectful that we decided to leave immediately. Being treated like this as paying guests who had just arrived is unacceptable. I have never experienced anything like this in my life – absolutely no customer service at eye level. Never again!
