Very tasty food and very nice service (Julia). She was very friendly and personable. :) There were six of us there and everyone got their food pretty quickly. It was very tasty and also filling. Definitely not too little in quantity and a tasty treat!

I was visiting Pforzheim and decided to try Palm Beach to taste the famous burger, great food and great atmosphere. But it's better not to forget anything you own, because if that happens, you may have to go to the police to get it back. After spending 100 euros at this restaurant, I forgot my AirPods. Although Apple showed me with “Find my AirPods” that they were in the kitchen and the staff knew about it. After waiting for an hour I had to call the police to solve the problem. Then the next day the police had to give me the AirPods back without the black case.

I felt completely comfortable watching football. Amelie, my waitress was very friendly and nice. A great service. Despite my team's defeat, I have very positive memories of the evening.

Palm Beach in Pforzheim – the perfect place to start a weekend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was there for breakfast on Saturday morning and all I can say is: Edward, the waitress, was the real star of the morning. Thanks to his exceptional service, I will definitely come back! The food was okay, and the prices are a little higher, but still reasonable. A real highlight to start the day: friendly service, delicious breakfast and a pleasant atmosphere. 🌞

It wasn't that bad. Breakfast on Saturday was plentiful and well prepared. The service was fantastic. Kudos to the male staff. I think Edward was his name.

Hello everyone, At the weekend I went to Palm Beach to watch football. The restaurant was full, but the service was top. The atmosphere was good and an overall successful evening.

For the prices you should actually expect more. Unfortunately, the store is not worth recommending as there are some better ones.

We met our OFC for the first time in Palm Beach. We were greeted very friendly, the drinks and food were very tasty and really nicely presented. The Palm Beach is bigger than we thought, but for watching football there are so many TVs and monitors that you could watch from anywhere. We'd love to come back

We had dinner here this evening (on the terrace outside). In fact, we have never been greeted and served so nicely by a waitress here as Julia did today. Thank you very much and definitely a reason to come back. The food (salad with Maultaschen and 1/2 chicken) was also very tasty and a lot.

We used to love coming here. Unfortunately the price-performance ratio has become very poor. Prices for food are WAY too high, especially the dessert is probably exorbitant. I just don't understand why people still come here. Why? The food is much better and cheaper elsewhere!

We have been here several times now and, as always, very satisfied. There is a lot to choose from and the staff is very attentive and friendly, especially the waitress Melo. I came to dinner unplanned with my motorcycle group. Unfortunately there was an event that day and we couldn't find a place at first. When I asked the boss, he just said “we can do it”. He then quickly created space for 8 people. I was very impressed by this because he didn't really need it that day given the crowd. When the food came relatively quickly and, above all, tasted excellent, it was a successful end to the motorcycle tour for us! This was my second time there and I will go to Palm Beach again when I get the chance!

Very good sports bar! Lots of screens available so everyone has a good view. The Höpfner beer is very tasty and the curly fries that we ordered as a snack were also very good. There is the option to play billiards, darts or at "fun for four" tables. It is a very large restaurant and has enough space. It was very well attended on Friday evening. Service was top. Only recommended

I would like to complain about my visit to the Palm Beach restaurant today. After a long day, I wanted to go out for dinner with a colleague and enjoy the evening without any problems. We were out and about before and had a Redbull with us and we didn't want to throw it away because they Cans hadn't been drunk yet and apparently this bothered the waiters so much that we had to put our drinks under the table. I wanted to drink something because I was thirsty and then a blonde waitress came and complained because I had drunk. Unfortunately we felt treated uncomfortably by the waiters as they looked at us unfriendly and we couldn't enjoy our time in a relaxed manner. I feel very uncomfortable here. As first time visitors, this was a very unpleasant experience for us and we will not visit the restaurant again in the future.

Unchanged for years, service is good, food and drink are expensive. Wasn't well attended for a Saturday evening, maybe 10-15%.

We were in Palm Beach this afternoon, the service was very fast and the food was fresh and tasty... we will come back..

Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from the entire experience. I hope that in the future more emphasis will be placed on customer service so that such experiences can be avoided.

I was surprised at the relatively high prices of the lunch menu. I expected filling portions. My husband wasn't full at all, my portion size was okay, but I didn't like my burger very much. The meat was tasteless. Fries were crispy and tasty. The service was very good. I honestly don't think I'll be back. The food was too disappointing for that.

Ich und mein Mann waren spontan im Palm Beach Essen, hätten vorher auf die Bewertungen schauen sollen denn es war eine Katastrophe. Ich hatte einen Salat für 21 Euro mit Crispy Chicken, für den Preis erwarte ich frittierte Hähnchenteile und kein zusammengepresstes Hähnchenersatz . Auf Beschwerde hin kam der Chef und war sehr unfreundlich fragte was ich für ein Hähnchen erwarte sie hätten schon 20 Jahre den Salat und er würde immer sehr gelobt werden sagte aber auch dass es fertig Patties seien. Hallo für den Preis erwarte ich frische Ware und kein Fertigprodukt. Ich kann nicht verstehen wie Gäste ihr gut verdientes Geld in diesem Lokal lassen und auch über die guten Bewertungen kann ich nur den Kopf schütteln "Leute lasst ihr euch alles andrehen" Das mit Abstand schlechteste Lokal .......

The Palm Beach isn't bad per se, but I won't be visiting it again. The last breakfast was very disappointing, but the last dinner wasn't great either. The price-performance ratio is simply not right. Paying 48 euros for a cola, a small apple juice spritzer and two cheeseburgers is steep, especially because the burger is nothing special. Sure, better than Megges or wooden spoons and also very juicy, but the taste is average. It fills you up and it's not bad, but it's just not worth 19 euros. The burger that my friend makes at home tastes worlds better. The service varies, sometimes it's quick and you get friendly service, sometimes you wait forever and aren't even asked if you want anything else.

We ate wonderfully and we received great service. Rarely have I met such a nice waiter like Angelo. We were impressed by his passion and eye for detail. The guy is bomb support him and never let him go.

Please bring your time. There isn't much going on today on a Monday, but we still had to wait a long time to order something. The cappuccino we ordered looked as shown in the picture. The saucer flooded and the sugar sticks soaked.

Ambiance isn't everything. I ordered Tortelini alla Panna and it just tasted bland. The pizza was still flaky and not crispy. I've eaten better. As an apology I was offered a scoop of ice cream, which I declined. Get your service under control - I've rarely seen anyone work so listlessly.

We were at Palm Beach to celebrate a birthday. At first everything was good and we were often asked if we needed anything or if everything was okay. When it became emptier and there was almost no one there, we ordered something again shortly before the kitchen closed and waited for our food until 10 minutes before it closed. In my opinion, far too long for a single pizza bread and no customers. In addition, the food wasn't really warm anymore. When he settled the bill, he demanded more money from all of us than our calculations showed the next day. Of course, a few euros aren't the world, but taking more money from 8 people every time is still a huge disgrace. You don't have to be surprised that you have no tips and no customers. There's no way I'm going there again just for a juice shop.

We made a reservation but when we were there we were canceled because a private party was preferred to us and they didn't cancel it for us. Perfect.

The dark-haired waiter was very rude at the Türkiye European Championship game this evening. Immediately after the final whistle (while red cards were still being handed out), he turned off the TV speakers and put on the TV screens, even though we were still drinking almost full drinks and smoking a shisha. He then said that it was now the end of the workday. I find such behavior towards guests to be completely wrong and cheeky. Everything else was fine otherwise 👍🏼

Food was quite good, but a bit too expensive. What didn't work at all was the somewhat corpulent waiter this evening. During the European Championship game between Türkiye and the Czech Republic, the waiter pulled the plug straight after the final whistle and threw us out. Afterwards, red and yellow cards were distributed, which we were no longer able to follow after the action. If you're a sports bar broadcasting a European Championship game, you can't simply turn off the power while action is still being shown in the game or after the game. That doesn't work at all! My friends and I definitely won't come here anymore.

Went here for lunch, hardly anything going on. After 40 minutes of waiting it was said that the receipt machine was broken. Unlucky. Then we drank it. Full price paid. No service!

We were there for dinner this evening, the cheeseburger had rock hard bread, we had it all returned and still had to pay half. Service staff super nice and attentive.

Let's start with the positive. The ambience is really nice, lovingly prepared and you have a lot of options for spending your lunch/evening there. From billiards to table football or slot machines, everything is there. The service is actually friendly overall, not too attentive but so be it. Basically it wouldn't be so dramatic if you consider that it's just a "sports bar". But...if you look at the prices of the food (and yes...I'm from the catering industry myself, both star and small country farm restaurants...And yes, I'd love to pay 80 euros for a good steak) You can easily make a burger for 22 euros But... what you get for this price is, to say the least, a disgrace. At 22 euros for a burger I expect taste! A certain sophistication in the production. What I can't accept when I order a chili cheese burger is that I get incredibly inferior nuggets (which I would expect given the price that they are homemade) and an absolutely inferior quality cheese sauce. What I also mentioned to one of the service staff was the answer, why did you eat then (I don't think I would have gotten other products if I had complained, so that's nonsense) And the answer: it's the products we buy Given the price, I expect to make it myself and yes, that's possible given the size. And unfortunately this is how it goes through the courts. Pasta without taste. Cream is not boiled down and pasta is poured without a nice stock. Very unloving. Unfortunately I won't be eating anything here anymore.

Disgraceful staff!👎 My husband and his friend were insulted right at the entrance by the unfriendly "bouncer". Asked pointless questions and made disrespectful comments. Meanwhile, my husband puts a cough drop in his mouth and hears an outrageous statement: "You're not allowed to bring anything from outside." You can't get into his shop like that, etc. Such behavior by staff is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. We'll never come back because disrespect is very important here.👎

I've been to Palm Beach several times because the food tastes amazing. I've eaten everything from the menu. My favorites are cheese spaetzle and tarte flambée, but everything tastes great, so a big compliment to the kitchen. Today me and my best friend were served by the lovely waitress Dina and were more than happy with her service. She was quick, courteous, very polite and very nice. Despite the many guests, she had everything under control and was able to put a smile on both of our faces. Thank you for this lovely evening. Despite there being few parking spaces, we were lucky to be able to get two of them. Of course it's not the cheapest ambience but one that's worth relaxing and eating.

There is a good atmosphere at Palm Beach, it is very nicely furnished and decorated. The food tasted very good, but the price level is a bit higher. Since we were at the Cars & Palms event, there was no parking for customers without sports cars, but you could park nearby on the street. Due to the very central location on the main street, the noise level is relatively high, but also very easy to reach.

zu teuer, aufpassen beim bezahlen. Die Preise entsprechen nicht der Liste auf der Karte. Döner essen + Getränk ist einfach günstiger als dort was zu trinken. Studenten können es vergessen.
