We were in Palm Beach this afternoon, the service was very fast and the food was fresh and tasty... we will come back..

Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, which detracted from the entire experience. I hope that in the future more emphasis will be placed on customer service so that such experiences can be avoided.

Very friendly service, I got my milk with cocoa exactly as requested instead of sugar and honey.

I was surprised at the relatively high prices of the lunch menu. I expected filling portions. My husband wasn't full at all, my portion size was okay, but I didn't like my burger very much. The meat was tasteless. Fries were crispy and tasty. The service was very good. I honestly don't think I'll be back. The food was too disappointing for that.

The Palm Beach isn't bad per se, but I won't be visiting it again. The last breakfast was very disappointing, but the last dinner wasn't great either. The price-performance ratio is simply not right. Paying 48 euros for a cola, a small apple juice spritzer and two cheeseburgers is steep, especially because the burger is nothing special. Sure, better than Megges or wooden spoons and also very juicy, but the taste is average. It fills you up and it's not bad, but it's just not worth 19 euros. The burger that my friend makes at home tastes worlds better. The service varies, sometimes it's quick and you get friendly service, sometimes you wait forever and aren't even asked if you want anything else.

We ate wonderfully and we received great service. Rarely have I met such a nice waiter like Angelo. We were impressed by his passion and eye for detail. The guy is bomb support him and never let him go.

Unfortunately, very poor and unfriendly service and very expensive, not recommended!

When you have to ask for service after waiting forever and then the cards are carelessly thrown on the table... We then left without ordering. I don't do such a "service" to myself. Definitely not again

Please bring your time. There isn't much going on today on a Monday, but we still had to wait a long time to order something. The cappuccino we ordered looked as shown in the picture. The saucer flooded and the sugar sticks soaked.

Ambiance isn't everything. I ordered Tortelini alla Panna and it just tasted bland. The pizza was still flaky and not crispy. I've eaten better. As an apology I was offered a scoop of ice cream, which I declined. Get your service under control - I've rarely seen anyone work so listlessly.

Top food, top price. BUT the service is totally unfriendly, disrespectful, doesn't respond to customer requests (says it's not possible) but so far it's always worked for other operators! We were called in advance and asked in an extremely rude manner whether all of us (15 people) were actually coming and that we had until xy to say how many people were coming. Overall, the waiting time was almost an hour, but it has to be mentioned that there were a lot of graduating classes there. I waited almost an hour for my drink and then something completely different than what I ordered came. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good either. Now, the day later, I'm struggling with gastrointestinal problems.

We were at Palm Beach to celebrate a birthday. At first everything was good and we were often asked if we needed anything or if everything was okay. When it became emptier and there was almost no one there, we ordered something again shortly before the kitchen closed and waited for our food until 10 minutes before it closed. In my opinion, far too long for a single pizza bread and no customers. In addition, the food wasn't really warm anymore. When he settled the bill, he demanded more money from all of us than our calculations showed the next day. Of course, a few euros aren't the world, but taking more money from 8 people every time is still a huge disgrace. You don't have to be surprised that you have no tips and no customers. There's no way I'm going there again just for a juice shop.

Personally, I really like the salads. They are wonderful and taste great!!

We made a reservation but when we were there we were canceled because a private party was preferred to us and they didn't cancel it for us. Perfect.

Absolute cheekiness, after we made a reservation in advance, our reservation was simply canceled for us when we arrived because it was decided to host a company party without informing us beforehand. Can't recommend the store at all, super unfriendly staff

Food was quite good, but a bit too expensive. What didn't work at all was the somewhat corpulent waiter this evening. During the European Championship game between Türkiye and the Czech Republic, the waiter pulled the plug straight after the final whistle and threw us out. Afterwards, red and yellow cards were distributed, which we were no longer able to follow after the action. If you're a sports bar broadcasting a European Championship game, you can't simply turn off the power while action is still being shown in the game or after the game. That doesn't work at all! My friends and I definitely won't come here anymore.

The dark-haired waiter was very rude at the Türkiye European Championship game this evening. Immediately after the final whistle (while red cards were still being handed out), he turned off the TV speakers and put on the TV screens, even though we were still drinking almost full drinks and smoking a shisha. He then said that it was now the end of the workday. I find such behavior towards guests to be completely wrong and cheeky. Everything else was fine otherwise 👍🏼

We were there for dinner this evening, the cheeseburger had rock hard bread, we had it all returned and still had to pay half. Service staff super nice and attentive.

Went here for lunch, hardly anything going on. After 40 minutes of waiting it was said that the receipt machine was broken. Unlucky. Then we drank it. Full price paid. No service!

Let's start with the positive. The ambience is really nice, lovingly prepared and you have a lot of options for spending your lunch/evening there. From billiards to table football or slot machines, everything is there. The service is actually friendly overall, not too attentive but so be it. Basically it wouldn't be so dramatic if you consider that it's just a "sports bar". But...if you look at the prices of the food (and yes...I'm from the catering industry myself, both star and small country farm restaurants...And yes, I'd love to pay 80 euros for a good steak) You can easily make a burger for 22 euros But... what you get for this price is, to say the least, a disgrace. At 22 euros for a burger I expect taste! A certain sophistication in the production. What I can't accept when I order a chili cheese burger is that I get incredibly inferior nuggets (which I would expect given the price that they are homemade) and an absolutely inferior quality cheese sauce. What I also mentioned to one of the service staff was the answer, why did you eat then (I don't think I would have gotten other products if I had complained, so that's nonsense) And the answer: it's the products we buy Given the price, I expect to make it myself and yes, that's possible given the size. And unfortunately this is how it goes through the courts. Pasta without taste. Cream is not boiled down and pasta is poured without a nice stock. Very unloving. Unfortunately I won't be eating anything here anymore.

Unfortunately the service has been extremely poor. We used to enjoy coming here, but now we hardly get any service anymore. Disgraceful staff!👎 My husband and his friend were insulted right at the entrance by the unfriendly "bouncer". Asked pointless questions and made disrespectful comments. Meanwhile, my husband puts a cough drop in his mouth and hears an outrageous statement: "You're not allowed to bring anything from outside." You can't get into his shop like that, etc. Such behavior by staff is completely unacceptable and should not be tolerated. We'll never come back because disrespect is very important here.👎

I've been to Palm Beach several times because the food tastes amazing. I've eaten everything from the menu. My favorites are cheese spaetzle and tarte flambée, but everything tastes great, so a big compliment to the kitchen. Today me and my best friend were served by the lovely waitress Dina and were more than happy with her service. She was quick, courteous, very polite and very nice. Despite the many guests, she had everything under control and was able to put a smile on both of our faces. Thank you for this lovely evening. Despite there being few parking spaces, we were lucky to be able to get two of them. Of course it's not the cheapest ambience but one that's worth relaxing and eating.

There is a good atmosphere at Palm Beach, it is very nicely furnished and decorated. The food tasted very good, but the price level is a bit higher. Since we were at the Cars & Palms event, there was no parking for customers without sports cars, but you could park nearby on the street. Due to the very central location on the main street, the noise level is relatively high, but also very easy to reach.

zu teuer, aufpassen beim bezahlen. Die Preise entsprechen nicht der Liste auf der Karte. Döner essen + Getränk ist einfach günstiger als dort was zu trinken. Studenten können es vergessen.

The food is great and I simply say that they have the best burgers in Pforzheim. I like to play pool here, meet up with friends or go on dates

We spontaneously went there to have lunch. The service was quick and very nice. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced. BUT the drinks and side dishes are way too expensive in my opinion. It is my opinion that I would like to point out. Why too expensive? A beer when visiting 5.20 1/2 liters i.e. 10.40 euros per liter. Now Fanta 0.5l equals 5.00 euros i.e. 10.00 per liter. My wife had a Coke Light 3.30 for 0.2l i.e. 16.50 euros per liter for Coke? Guys, that's just too expensive. We continued with a portion of fries for 6.50 euros or sweet potatoes for 8.50 euros. We paid over 70 euros for lunch for 4 of them, 2 children. Parking spaces are available. I'm sure that all products have increased in price, but it's too expensive for us as a family. Thank you

Publikum vom Alter wirklich gemischt. Essen sehr lecker und man konnte sich gut unterhalten (Geräuschpegel). Wir werden wiederkommen und dann bei schönem Wetter im Freien sitzen.

If you arrive 1 hour before the restaurant closes, be patient, as they will ignore you. Lots of people in uniform, but no one sees you.

I had a pizza. By far the worst pizza I've ever eaten!!! The bottom was hard and was definitely not yeast dough. I left over half of it standing. The prices are simply outrageous. An elderflower daft spritzer: €6.50 the pizza: €19.00 I definitely won't go there again.

Actually, we were happy for once! But… I thought now I have to leave a review of all of us. We've been going to you for years. Be it ordering from home or ending the day/evening with family or friends at your location or celebrating birthdays etc... and we often come to brunch too! Back then we stopped going for a short while because the kitchen was just bad. When it was said that the staff in the kitchen had been changed, we went back and were actually pleasantly surprised, so we were happy to go there again. Sometimes we just go there for a drink with friends or sometimes both... The cocktails are disappointing... You smell extremely like alcohol, but you hardly notice the alcohol... but you smell as if you had drunk 10 glasses of cocktail. Now about the food... I usually only eat the same thing... XXL currywurst 😂. There used to be at least some lettuce on it, but now the price has increased and the salad with it is gone and then the curry powder is now just too much, so you inhale the whole thing and have to cough 😂. Last time my mother and my son ordered a schnitzel...the schnitzels were easy for us last time...I tried them myself😭...the breading rubbed/scratched on the tongue and the taste couldn't be described as schnitzel 😭. Now I'll say something about the waitresses... Today the girl with the black hair served us for the third time and is always unfriendly and this time it really hurt me that each of us gave her so many tips. She seems very arrogant and annoyed. As if we were “nerving” them… A short and forced “bon appetit” and that was it. Your presence was very disturbing 🤦🏽‍♀️. In general, I think the staff is simply rude and doesn't like to hang out when the boss isn't in the house. Reservierung hat super geklappt, auch kurzfristig, nette Bedienung, super Essen, große Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Wir wollten noch Billard spielen und der nette Herr, der uns bedient hat, hat uns auf die Warteliste gesetzt. Als ein Tisch frei wurde, konnten wir problemlos „umziehen“.

I recently visited this location and was extremely impressed! The location is excellent, the music was great and the highlight of my visit was definitely Jamal, the best waiter I've ever met. His service was first class and he truly made our evening unforgettable. I can't wait to come back!

Sports bar atmosphere, now a bit old. Lots of places inside and in summer lots of seats outside too. There is a lunch menu with various dishes such as pizza, salad, etc. I chose a salad with vegetarian Maultaschen, the dressing can be chosen, and there is freshly baked bread. All in all unspectacular and solid, the service was ok. priced ok too.

I don't know what the employees think they are, but their behavior towards customers is sometimes a joke. Apart from that, the very expensive food is absolutely worth it! It tastes like it has been warmed up and it probably is.

What I find worst is the arrogance of the waitresses. Pretty and friendly are not the same thing. You should place more quality on a nice smile when selecting personnel. The guest gets a lot more out of it and is certainly willing to give a tip. I don't feel comfortable there at the moment. A pity!

I can only agree with some of the reviews. You will be checked out when you enter. Staff mostly unfriendly and extremely arrogant. I would like to clearly exclude the female workforce here. This was very friendly. Friends are preferred by male staff. Drinks overpriced. Once and never again!!

Food is good, a bit expensive but the portions are good. The beer tastes like beer. I gambled away all my money at the slot machine and billiards, but I was allowed to play in the children's corner for 5 minutes to relax myself. Wir sind zu zweit nach oben auf die Empore zugewiesen worden. Es war direkt bei den Lautsprechern, wir konnten uns kaum unterhalten. Es war ziemlich laut. Dann das ständige auftreffen von Billardkugeln 🎱 … sollte eigentlich nach langer Zeit ein schöner Abend werden…..
