The Bolognese was way too spicy, the carbonara tasted like nothing, and everything was generally sticky and dry. The pizza was mediocre to bad. The stand-up food was at least edible, but it wasn't particularly tasty. A real shame!

A rating of zero stars would be appropriate. Our order, placed at 6:20 p.m. for delivery at 6:55 p.m., was not processed by 7:30 p.m. despite repeated attempts to contact the store by phone. At 7:55 p.m., we discovered a significant rush and that our order had not been prepared. The explanation given was a lack of capacity ("no five hands"). Temporarily deactivating the delivery option or informing customers about longer wait times would have been sensible measures. Ultimately, I was given the choice between waiting an hour or contacting Lieferando customer service.

The food was really good. The decor was nice, if a bit smoky at times. However, we waited two hours for the food. And then it only came piece by piece. Many things were missing or wrong. It's a shame, otherwise the food was great. The main course for €9 was smaller than a normal child's portion.

I had a 40cm Hawaiian pizza with double cheese and mushrooms and a bottle of Fritz Cola for just under 15 euros. Super delicious. Thin crust, crispy baked, not dripping with grease, and well-topped. My friend had a 30cm tonno and a medium water for just over 10 euros. Very nice staff! Always smiling and friendly. Simple decor, but spotlessly clean. At the back of the store, there's a huge play area for the little ones, with a small plastic fence 😉 Keep up the good work 👍🏻

The pizza dough is delicious, quality is consistent. I go there almost once a week. In addition to pizza and fries, there are great and delicious Arabic dishes and salads. Everything is freshly prepared. The boss is almost always there 7 days a week, the people are all very nice. The children's area is great and creates some peace for parents.

I've tried various pizzas here in different sizes, and they've all been delicious. The crust is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside—just as it should be. The base is the perfect thickness and not overly heavy. The crust is impressive—really tasty and not too dry. The staff is nice and friendly, as they should be. An all-around solid pizzeria!

I can highly recommend this store. We ordered burgers and pizza to try. Burger was excellent 9/10. The pizza 🍕 was 8/10 very solid. There is a play area for children, which is really great! I'd be happy to go there again!

My answer to the feedback: The campaign was 3 weeks ago. Ask your colleague whether he really didn't do it. I actually enjoyed being your customer.

There is a really great children's corner!

For parents: the perfect place to take a vacation from everyday life. The games corner for the children is well thought out and has space for many children of different ages. This way you can eat in a relaxed manner. The pizza tastes okay. But not particularly outstanding in taste for a pizzeria. The dough and the food in general are regularly revised and there is room for improvement. But as a mother of a two-year-old child, I always like to go there because I feel like I've been on vacation. The people there are very, very friendly and the atmosphere is nice. The prices are totally ok too! So an absolute recommendation for people with children who need a change of scenery and are hungry.

Food was very cold and didn't taste like anything. We ordered shawarma and got shishtaowk instead, which didn't even taste good and was very cold and the flaffel plate, the flaffel were very hard and the haloumi tasted like oil, never again with you. Thanks.

My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I visited the restaurant on Monday and ordered a pizza. The service was fine at first, but the problem started when paying. When I asked for a bill, the owner was visibly annoyed, which was completely incomprehensible. It took an unusually long time to print the bill and in the meantime I noticed the owner and the person next to him speaking in a different language, obviously making fun of me. This behavior was disrespectful, rude and extremely inappropriate. Additionally, no one showed any interest in clarifying the situation or apologizing, which shows the lack of professionalism in this restaurant. If you value good service and respectful treatment, I would strongly advise against visiting this restaurant.

Super nice owner, play area for the kids, kids menu with surprises and a very good selection of vegan and non-vegan pizzas, burgers, pasta dishes, etc. We will definitely come back and will especially recommend it to families with children!

We have been to Il Primo several times to get pizza and are very satisfied. The price/performance is great and the pizzas taste excellent. The Arabic dishes are also recommended; the falafel is freshly prepared by hand. The fries are great.

I recently went to the pizzeria and am very satisfied! The food was super tasty and arrived nice and warm. I had pre-ordered before the end of the day and everything was ready when I arrived. The service was also extremely friendly. Everything went quickly and smoothly - I can only recommend it!

Delivery was relatively quick. Pizza was nice and big but there was hardly any toppings so they really saved money so I could have ordered a margherita

We came across it by chance and were looking for a pizzeria that delivers to our holiday apartment. And after just under 45 minutes we had a super delicious pizza on our dining table. I would definitely recommend it. Unfortunately there are only a few stars for the ambience because I can't judge it.

It used to be good when the 40cm pizzas still cost €6. Even when they cost €6.50, then €7.50, then €8.50. However, since the price has since risen to around €11-13, I avoid this place as the pizza absolutely doesn't live up to the price.

Mega delicious pizza in Plagwitz. We just wanted to have a quick pizza and then stumbled across Il Primo and were very pleasantly surprised. The pizzas are well topped, the dough is tasty and the prices are fair. The staff was very nice and you can pay by card! 👍 Gladly again!

Pizza 30 cm from €8.50-€9.50, great price and taste very good. Numerous pasta dishes, burger variations with or without side dishes and vegetarian/vegan dishes. For the kids there is a kids pack with fries, chicken nuggets, a drink and toys. You can order from home, pick it up yourself or simply eat on site. Self-service is completely fine here. Sufficient space and a play area for the little ones, great. Toilet is also available.

Inedible This was by far the worst thing I have ever eaten! We ordered 3 dishes (shish, fried vegetable plate and fatteh). Everything didn't taste like it was originally. The vegetables were old, the fat was old, there was no seasoning. 40 euros for the bin. Very annoying and completely unfair to the customers. 🤮

Delicious!! We had two pizzas. Diavola 30 cm vegan and Diavola 40 cm normal. Dough perfect. Sauce and ingredients also very tasty. Family is very nice and caring. It was our first visit, but definitely not the last!!! Finally there was homemade baklava. A dream!!

We were there for the first time. The pizzas were super tasty, the dough was nice and thin and the edges were fluffy. Price-performance is also great. It's rare to find such prices for the taste and size of the pizzas. At €25 for 2 large pizzas and 2 drinks you really can't complain. The atmosphere is also pleasant and clean, we would love to come back :).

Unfassbar leckere Pizza, quasi jede auch als vegane Variante. Frisch, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und netter Service.

Ich bestelle sehr gern bei El Primo, zum einen weil die Pizzen wirklich sehr lecker sind und weil der Service immer freundlich und zuvorkommend ist. Kann ich wärmstens empfehlen :)

Die Pizzen sind gut, aber die Calzone hat uns enttäuscht, weil es mehrere sind... ohne Füllung... 😔😮‍💨
