Ein tolles Restaurant. Die Bedienung hervorragend Nett, freundlich und immer ein nettes Wort für die Gäste. Essen alles sehr gut und reichlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Schon oft hier gegessen. Bin zwar keine Bulette nach meinem aktuellen Wohnort, aber das ist mein Kietz aus meiner Kindheit und Jugend. Super Italiener, immer sehr gut hier gespeist. Stets freundliches Personal, sehr aufmerksam und guter Laune, auch mal einen Spaß auf den Lippen und den Schalk in den Augen sowieso. Aktuell empfiehlt es sich zu reservieren. Volle Punktzahl und Empfehlung! Ergänzung 07.2021: Es empfielt sich zu reservieren, wenn es planbar ist. Spontaner Besuch wie jetzt kann Wartezeit bedeuten. Aber wie immer gut gespeist und nett bedient. 02.2022: Es gibt einfach nichts zu meckern. Qualität ist über Jahre konstant gut. Gut gegessen, nett und freundlich bedient. Nur die Gewichtsangabe beim Parmesan passte nicht so recht. ;-)) Gruß von Herrn Celentano! 07.2026: Wiederholt gut gespeist in den letzten Jahren. Ich könnte jedesmal 6 Sterne vergeben. Ein wirklich toller Ort für eine köstliche Pizza! Der Mann, der hier arbeitet, ist eine absolute Legende und sehr nett! Die Pizzen sind einfach fantastisch und der Prosecco ist hervorragend.

Einen schönen Abend mit 8 Leuten hier verbracht. Lecker Essen, Service sehr freundlich aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich wohl. Weiterempfehlen, auf jeden Fall.

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Pizza bianca mit Spargeln. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Der Espresso genau so qiw es bei einwm richtigen Italiener sein sollte. Und zum Schluss habevich nochen einen guten Grappa gekriegt. So macht das Abendessen Freude. Grazie mille. 😄

Das Il Mondo in Berlin hinterlässt im Allgemeinen einen guten Eindruck, aber nicht alles ist auf gleichbleibendem Niveau. Das Personal ist definitiv das Highlight: freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell, selbst wenn es voll ist. Das Essen ist ordentlich, aber etwas uneinheitlich; manche Gerichte sind etwas fad und weniger einprägsam als erwartet. Die Speisekarte hat Potenzial, könnte aber ausgewogener und detailreicher gestaltet sein. Die Atmosphäre ist in Ordnung, wirkt aber manchmal etwas laut und nicht so gemütlich, wie sie sein könnte. Mit ein paar Verbesserungen in der Küche und im Ambiente könnte das Restaurant leicht ein höheres Niveau erreichen. Trotzdem lohnt sich ein Besuch, vor allem wegen des hervorragenden Services.

Der Service war in Ordnung. Das Essen war sehr gut, vor allem die Pizza. Einziger Minuspunkt: Der Pizzateig war sehr dünn, wodurch die Zutaten oft herunterfielen. Wir bekamen außerdem zwei kostenlose Süßigkeiten. Es ist sauber und ordentlich und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Der Preis liegt bei etwa 20 € pro Person. Es gab keine unangenehmen Überraschungen. Es gab zwei saubere und geräumige Toiletten. Ich kann dieses Restaurant auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Das Essen war sehr gut, es gibt wechselnde Tagesgerichte. Der Service ist aufmerksam und sehr freundlich.

Preis Leistung top Bedienung sehr gut Essen der Hammer. Wir kommen aus Kaulsdorf, für gutes Essen ist der Weg nicht weit. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Pizza war lecker, allerdings etwas teuer. Wir hatten uns das Restaurant etwas ruhiger vorgestellt; es war die ganze Zeit über sehr laut, besonders bei größeren Gruppen – daran lässt sich wohl nichts ändern, nur so nebenbei.

Sehr freundlicher, aber nicht aufdringlicher Service. Auf wünsche wurde ohne Umstände eingegangen. Absolut köstliches Abendessen von besonderer Qualität. Das Ambiente unterstrich den schönen Abend - Kerze und Stoffservietten haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gehabt. Einzig dass wir etwas länger warten mussten, bis wir bezahlen konnten, ist zu bemerken. Wenn das Restaurant voll ist (Und es war trotz "mitten in der Woche" ausgebucht. Spricht auch für den Ort. Sehr gut!), sind offenbar zu wenige Servicekräfte da.

Geheimtipp.....die Tageskarte hält tolle und frische Speisevariationen parat. Ich muss wiederkommen😋

Sehr lecker, tolles Personal und eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre

Schöne Atmosphäre und netter Service. Leider war ich sehr enttäuscht von meiner Spaghetti Carbonara mit Sahne und Schinken. Ich hatte eine richtige Carbonara erwartet. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Die Atmosphäre war warm und einladend, über das restliche Essen kann ich nichts sagen. Ein Freund meinte, die Pizzen dort seien gut.

Hatten für 7 Personen reserviert und leider war zum gebuchten Termin kein Tisch frei,etliche Personen die auch reserviert hatten,standen noch vor dem Lokal und wurden "vertröstet".Leider war es schon das 2 Mal innerhalb eines Jahres das trotz Reservierung zum gebuchten Zeitpunkt kein Tisch frei war.Schlechtes Zeitmanagment.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Der Service war hervorragend, die Leute sehr herzlich und das Essen köstlich. Vielen Dank auch für die Weinempfehlungen.

Sehr leckeres Essen zu fairen Preisen (nicht billig, Qualität kostet eben ein bisschen mehr). Sehr herzliches Personal, besonders zu Kindern (Gruß an Giorgio). Seit 20 Jahren unser liebstes italienisches Restaurant.

Leider wurden wir auffallend schleppend bedient. Getränkeumsatz hätten Sie haben können, wenn die Bedienung nur gelegentlich mal gekommen wäre...

Ein Restaurant mit hervorragendem Essen. Der Empfang war außergewöhnlich, und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und professionell. Kurz gesagt, wir waren wehmütig, als wir Berlin verließen; drei Abende in diesem Restaurant haben uns mit dem Essen, dem Service und der Gastfreundschaft begeistert.

A nice and cozy restaurant with good food and very attentive service

It's always worth a visit. I've been a regular for years, not too often, but always great. The food, the staff, the entertainment. The right place for delicious food and a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

A great restaurant with delicious food, all freshly prepared.

We went there for dinner. One order was a risotto, which was really good, and the other a pizza with Parma ham. Unfortunately, the pizza was very disappointing: the dough was hard and dry, almost as if it hadn't been freshly cooked. I had to spend ages cutting into it before I could eat it. It's a real shame, because we were there on a recommendation. I can recommend the risotto, but not the pizza. The service was, unfortunately, rather uninspired. That's not what you're used to from Italian restaurants. They finished with a delicious limoncello.

The food was truly excellent, kudos to the kitchen! Unfortunately, the service has deteriorated considerably. After being seated, we had to wait 10 minutes to order an aperitif, and in the meantime, we had also chosen our main course. Our request to order wine after the aperitif was ignored. The last bite of the appetizer was still in our mouths when our plate was snatched away. We were just able to call out to the waiter that we wanted two more glasses of wine, but they didn't ask which one, so the guest quickly called out the type as well. We voluntarily declined dessert. We asked for the bill twice, and after a 20-minute wait, we paid directly at the counter... what a shame, it's not something we'll be returning to :-(

The staff is very friendly, our food was delicious, and the ambiance was pleasant. A spontaneous visit to this restaurant ended with satisfied faces and full stomachs.

We were there again today (August 15, 2025) and had a wonderful, relaxed evening with delicious food, excellent service, and fantastic grappa – always great! We've been coming here regularly for at least 20 years, everything is great, be sure to make a reservation, even during the week – many others are also impressed by the quality and great service 😋!

My regular restaurant for many years, at least 20, is a superb Italian restaurant with friendly, cheerful service. The food is always amazing, fresh, and of high quality. A large selection of wines and spirits, and excellent coffee. The atmosphere is lively, always busy, and in the summer, you can even sit on the terrace.

Unfortunately, we didn't have a chance to visit the restaurant. I politely asked over the phone if there was a table for four available, and the man simply replied rudely, "You come and pick me up or I'll call the police!" Then he hung up. We were so shocked that we wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone, and our friends and family will also no longer eat there from that day on.

We were a group of 23 people, they managed it just fine. The food was super good and everyone was full of what they got There was a small group of 4 people who got "seafood", which was made based on how many there were and could taste a little of everything, he came in and showed the fresh fish and asked if it could be something, they could do it. They got a nice dish.

Lovely outside seating, great service and exceptional pasta dish, Dello Chef. Bread and olives served with drinks. Late night hours was perfect for our situation getting in to Berlin late due to flight cancellations.

One of the best Pizza in the Berlin, only thing is when they are busy you have to little bit wait , but that pizza deserves to wait:)

Good menu with a changing weekly special. The value for money isn't as good anymore; some dishes are overpriced. Friendly and attentive staff. Cozy interior, covered outdoor area. Reservations are recommended on Fridays, weekends, and holidays.

the Best Italian restaurant I have tried in Germany for now.. very authentic, traditional dishes and tasty pizza as well as pasta. my Lasagna was amazing full of sauce. service is also very good with nice and friendly waiters. would come back again should I visit Berlin.

Can't understand all the good reviews at all....3x noodles in different variations for 3 people to pick up. All were bland, tasteless and not tasty. Totally a shame! Thought there was real Italian food here...

Ich habe für zwei Monate 3 Minuten vom Mondo entfernt gewohnt und war sehr glücklich, dieses Restaurant und das Schnitzel Wiener Art dort entdeckt zu haben. Auch wenn mein to go Schnitzel keines war und ich nochmal hin musste, um es auszutauschen, ist es so lecker, dass es ein Österreicher nicht besser zubereiten könnte. Zudem ist das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und sehr lieb. Ich arbeite selbst in der Gastronomie und schaue natürlich auf alles mit anderen/ kritischen Augen. Ihr seid ein tolles Team und euer Koch ist großartig. PS, beim nächsten Mal erwarte ich ein Prosecco aufs Haus 😂. LG. Nadine 2.5.2025

In the 2 months that I lived here at the corner of Frankfurter Allee and Rathausstraße, this restaurant was the only one that met my needs. Since I work in the catering industry myself, I naturally take a much closer look. Even though I didn't get the schnitzel I ordered over the phone today and had to go back to complain about my to-go food in order to then get my schnitzel, the shop is great. Great, lovely and professional staff, prices moderate and the Viennese style schnitzel is awesome!!! In a short time I ordered it 3 times and each time it was like eating a veal schnitzel... super thin, great fried potatoes with fried vegetables. I also ordered mushroom sauce with it, which made my dinner perfect. It's a shame that I'll be living in Weissensee again from tomorrow. I hope you're on Wolt too. PS, next time I want a Prosecco on the house 😂. LG Nadine

Difficult parking situation. Good service, but it could be better. Requests are taken into account, but everything is charged extra and sometimes very overpriced. Local has almost a unique position regionally as there are hardly any alternatives nearby. And that is being exploited. Too bad. Too far for me anyway, but it was worth a try.

Highly recommended. For lunch at Easter. The waiter's recommendation: 3 different fish dishes with asparagus. The fish was filleted at the table. It was super tasty. Services very good. Responds to special requests. Kitchen makes possible.

I had a salad for almost 16 euros that I was looking forward to. It was extremely disappointing. Not worth the money at all. Completely careless and cheaply prepared. The others were also disappointed with the food. The pizza alone was worth the money. But the service was top. That's why you don't go to a restaurant. Definitely won't be coming back

The food is very good, especially when it comes to what isn't on the menu. You have to want to treat yourself to the prices. But it was very tasty, gladly again.

There were 7 of us at il Mondo to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately the service was not very present. There was another quite larger group that clearly received preferential treatment. That didn't leave a good impression. Given the price of the dishes and drinks, as a guest you should definitely feel like you are being paid attention to and not constantly ask about the service. The food was very tasty. Some of the dishes were quite overpriced compared to their size. So next time we will go somewhere else.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday later afternoon. I took a pizza Margharita take away because they were fully booked. Service and waiter was really nice. Pizza was quickly done and was really delicious. Also nice price. I am glad I visited this restaurant. Thank you!

Ottimo ristorante con personale italiano / albanese e chef di Asiago che ci ha fatto un notevole ragù all’agnello. Ottima anche la coscia d’anatra e il medaglione di maiale: piatti tipici berlinesi con gusto italiano. Servizio cortese e ambiente confortevole. Prezzi allineati alla qualità e alla zona.

Excellent restaurant with Italian / Albanian staff and chef from Asiago who made us a remarkable lamb ragù. The duck leg and pork medallion are also excellent: typical Berlin dishes with an Italian flavour. Courteous service and comfortable environment. Prices aligned with quality and area.

We had arranged to meet for a family lunch and had a very pleasant time at Il Mondo. The food was very tasty and the service was very friendly. We were guests for the first time and could observe that many guests were greeted personally because they were regulars. That's a good sign and we'll be happy to come back.
