Il Centro in Bad Reichenhall

We were here for the first time today, and definitely not the last time. We were warmly welcomed, even though we didn't have a reservation, we were offered a place. The service was very nice and accommodating. The food was very tasty. I baked the 261. And there was the right amount of noodles and sauce. My husband's spaghetti was also very tasty. Thank you for the delicious food. See you soon

We were here about 5 months ago, now we want to order again. A few impressions from experience. The food was perfect 10/10, the service (very friendly comments from the kitchen too, you feel very welcome :)) should get more praise! Furthermore, a very nice lady served us, a newcomer as we suspect, blonde, about 20, very charming. Unfortunately, she was clearly stressed and none of her colleagues helped her, instead one of her colleagues yelled at her, that's not possible at all. Newcomers often try the hardest! The pizza came very quickly (of course always depending on the rush of visitors) The boss said goodbye in person, very nice experience all in all:)

Excellent food and staff. The phone was glowing red and we found that a bit distracting. The place inside is a bit cold and does not have the Italian atmosphere that we are familiar with. Terrace looks cozier. The plus point is that you can get pizzas of different sizes. Acoustics are not optimal, but otherwise a great pizzeria.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my family. The first impression was okay, it was very clean and the staff greeted you straight away when you came in, which I personally found very pleasant. Of course, you immediately noticed when you sat for a few minutes that it was very warm. That's why you shouldn't go in immediately with the thickest sweater. Now of course we come to the most important ones. We really ordered across the board. There were six of us in total and we ordered dishes ranging from vegetarian to meat. Both starters and desserts were there too. We really have to say the quality of the food exceeded our expectations. But the best thing was really, and this has to be emphasized, the pizzas and the ice cream that made you feel like you were on holiday in Italy again. So if you come to Bad Reichenhall and really want to have a bit of an Italian feeling, then this is exactly the right place. The space, the family atmosphere and the quality food in this combination simply deserve five stars, if not more. We'll definitely be back...

After repeated problems with delivery, there is a review today, mainly because of the cheeky comments from the background... from a gentleman, maybe the boss? We called at 4:51 p.m. to ask whether delivery could be promised by 6 p.m. at the latest. When we promised that it wouldn't be a problem, we ordered. The timing was so important because my husband had to leave. He made that clear during the phone call. It's 6 p.m. (which is the absolute END of the agreed time frame at 6 p.m. at the latest!!!) and there is no delivery. We're still waiting... but nothing happens. When I called at 6:17 p.m., I was passed on to a very, very friendly young lady by a lady who obviously didn't want to deal with my inquiry. I really want to emphasize that. She was very nice, the problem was clear to her and she apologized profusely. When you asked, you were told that the delivery had already been sent out. When I commented that this was of no use to me because I now had one too many pizzas, she (after consulting with the gentleman in question) offered to cancel the order. She explained to him that a delivery had been promised for the reasons mentioned. He then complained in the background that a big order came in afterwards and that's why everything was postponed and what he should change now. So that's how it is: here, only those who spend more money are served!?!? and not who ordered first?!? But I didn't want a cancellation but I still wanted my pizza and I said so. I said that I didn't understand paying in full for the second pizza in order to warm it up the next day (which doesn't work at all with the pizza I ordered because it had Parma ham and rocket!!!) The friendly lady passed it on and on The off-screen gentleman made the snide comment: Whatever she eats, she has to pay for it, that's it! Yes, that's real customer service! You'd rather throw food away than give it to the customer (at least a little cheaper) whose schedule you've ruined through false promises and poor organization and who now spends the rest of the day without eating because they no longer have the opportunity to get any to organize. And the real punchline comes at the end: I received my pizza at 6:37 p.m.!!!! The nice driver wasn't even informed about the matter by his colleagues, but they let him get into trouble with the customer... (by the way, his order form had 6 p.m. written all over it). All in all, not a good performance and perhaps also a reason why all the shortcomings in many other reviews on different portals are always explained by a "lack of staff". Read it... it's interesting! As I already mentioned, this was the straw that broke the camel's back... we never complained, even though we have experienced a lot with Il Centro in the last two years: delivery time of over 2.5 hours for 2 pizzas , sour tortellini and rancid panna cotta, both of which were just for the trash, the completely wrong food and, even today, the spicy insolence from the background. It's a shame... but apparently two-person households that don't pay the big bill every time are not valued as regular customers. But never mind... there is top-class competition in Piding! Then we just stay there and enjoy great food with amazing service. Ciao Il Centro!!!!

One of the better pizzas I've eaten, I'm also a chef myself and I have to say that the quality is really top. The service always tries to take care of everyone and is also very friendly to everyone. The ambience is very nice but unfortunately not quite my taste. But all in all one of the best pizzas 😊😉

Hello dear people, if you are in Bad Reichenhall and you really want a mega pizza...then go to Il Centro❤️ I'm very picky and critical when it comes to pizzas......but this pizza incredibly good. That coupled with the incredibly likeable, agile, mega-friendly service Jessi, wow, I hope the boss really appreciates this piece of gold. Thank you and a big thank you to the whole team, you are definitely among the top 3 best pizzerias in Germany. I give a very rare 5 stars❤️

Ordered two pizzas, both arrived after over 40 minutes even though the restaurant was hardly full... Poorly topped (few and uneven), one pizza was hot and the other was cold. The service was inattentive and unmotivated, we sat in front of empty glasses the whole time even though we would have liked to drink something more. You can really save money in the store, absolutely not recommended.

Went here at the pizzeria a few days ago to pick up two pizzas. They were really tasty, so we decided to go to the pizzeria for dinner to try another dish. My girlfriend had the same pizza again, which unfortunately wasn't as good as the previous day. I had bruschetta as a starter, which was super tasty, would have earned 5 ⭐️ stars. For the main course I ordered the salad with turkey strips. When my friend had already eaten 3/4 of her pizza and I still hadn't had my salad, I asked. Unfortunately it seems to have been forgotten. The salad came quite quickly. Unfortunately I can't recommend this... The turkey strips were fried way too much; some of them tasted burnt. It wasn't that nicely presented either. That could definitely be better. In general, we had the feeling that we were often ignored. When it started to rain, we had to organize a place under the umbrella ourselves because unfortunately no one was interested in that either... I think there weren't enough staff for too many people & maybe you shouldn't clutter up the terrace so much, then things would go better... But here the focus is probably only on income. Can't recommend the pizzeria (except for picking up pizza).

Very friendly staff and very tasty pizza and spaghetti (with lots of parmesan, which I was able to sprinkle generously on top). A little later there was ice cream on hand. The chocolate ice cream was super chocolaty and delicious.

Today we were guests at Il Centro. The two ladies on lunch duty (3 p.m.) were just lovely and really very hospitable and accommodating. Due to a small... Even a wish on the house if there was a mistake. The pizzas were very good and tasty. Bruschetta was good but I would have liked another or two basil leaves. The feta and olive salad was very simple.

Joa, das Essen war lecker, die Getränke auch…hätte man sie denn auch mal bekommen. Ich war mit meiner Familie da und das Erlebnis bleibt im Kopf und das nicht auf die gute Weise. Abgesehen davon, dass wir sehr sporadisch bedient wurden (es war im Restaurant relativ leer) stellten sich mehrere Probleme: Zu unserem Wasser für drei gab es nur 2 Gläser, was dann auch mal auffiel, und auf die Versicherung es käme sofort ein Glas nach , kam dann erstmal gefühlte 10 Minuten gar nichts. Abgesehen davon bestellten wir ein Risotto und zwei Pizzen. Alles lecker, aber mein Risotto war 15 Minuten früher als die Pizzen da. Dementsprechend war ich schon fertig mit dem Essen, als dann auch der Rest essen konnte. Abschließen lässt sich also sagen; iss alleine, du wirst es sowieso tun.

Wir waren zu dritt. Es waren nicht Mal die Hälfte der Tische besetzt. Trotzdem kriegte man es nicht hin, dass man uns drei Wassergläser brachte. Selbst als es auffiel, dass eins zu wenig gebracht worden war, dauerte es noch ewig, bis Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. Aber damit nicht genug: zuerst kam das Risotto. Die beiden Pizzen allerdings erst als das Risotto schon restlos verputzt war. Entschuldigt hat sich dafür niemand. So was geht einfach nicht.

Had a spontaneous meal with 5 people. All service staff were very nice and attentive. All of our special requests were met with a smile. The food was super tasty and beautifully prepared.

Ja, es war viel los, die Bedienung komplett überfordert, jedoch bemüht. Thunfischsalat kam auf warmem Teller, ohne Besteck und Brot. Bedienung diskutiert vor uns wer zuständig sei, das geht gar nicht. Keine Möglichkeit ein Baby zu wickeln, auf die Frage ob man das schnell im leeren! Gastraum machen könne, wurde dies vom Wirt selbst untersagt. Im Gastgarten sind Gäste, deren Hunde auf den gepolsterten Sitzkissen sitzen und direkt am Tisch gefüttert werden, dies stellt offensichtlich kein Problem dar! Ein absolutes NoGo. Rechnung war auch falsch, 40 Euro zuviel verrechnet. Erst nach Aufforderung des Beleges wurde diese korrigiert. Platzkaiser aufgrund der tollen Lage , Kinder unerwünscht!. Das wars dann, ihr seht uns nie mehr wieder!

Unreliable - nothing has changed in several years. This has nothing to do with “a little piece of Italy in Reichenhall”. Italy does not mean indifference, disregarding the guest, using the Mediterranean way of life as an explanation for negligence... sorry. We have had a picture for several years and it has not changed. Be happy about the exposed space on the market, otherwise the problems would be even bigger.

The three of us ate very well here at reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and attentive. There was nothing to complain about.

We were looking for something to eat after the thermal baths at half past ten in the evening and we were kindly assigned a table even so late. Staff super accommodating, food super delicious. Top! Would do it again!

It's nice to sit in front of the restaurant in the sun with a great view of the market square, town hall and the mountains. The ladies in service are very nice and we were able to fortify ourselves with cappuccino, Aperol and wheat. The drinks were good, the cappuccino was a bit too thin, but OK and the price corresponds to the location. Very nice and we will be back.

Schön sitzt man hier vor dem Lokal in der Sonne mit einem tollen Blick auf den Marktplatz, Rathaus und die Berge. Die Damen im Service sind sehr nett und wir konnten uns bei Cappuccino, Aperol und Weizen stärken. Die Getränke gut, der Cappuccino etwas zu dünn geraten, aber OK und der Preis entspricht der Lage. Sehr schön und wir kommen wieder.

Was the only Italian we found that opened before 5:30 p.m. Often not a good sign, but they were pleasantly surprised. My wife's salad was large and fresh. The pizza was really good. (I've eaten much worse pizzas in Venice, Rome and Florence.) Service was quick, friendly and competent. Keep it up!

Pizza very expensive and extremely greasy, didn't taste good at all for this expensive price! ...They set the prices however they want... Four weeks ago I paid 10 euros for two bottles of cola, a week ago I paid 4.50, before that I called and asked how much a bottle would cost and it was 4.20 euros... How is anyone supposed to know their way around!? Service very unfriendly Not recommendable! There are significantly better pizzas for less money and where the prices don't fluctuate depending on your mood! Pizza had almost no toppings but the main thing was to add 1-2 euros per desired ingredient but the topping was missing at the end. This is really funny and incomprehensible. & then a response like that from the restaurant, I think says a lot!

Pizza was very tasty, but the service was a bit strange. We had the menu for 5 seconds and then the waitress came straight away and wanted to take drinks AND food. We needed some more and after that it took her almost 10 minutes to come again

I have been a regular guest at Il Centro for a long time and am now giving my review here: First of all the ambience and location is very nice, nice and high quality look including aquarium. Located right in the center of Bad Reichenhall and easy to reach by car, bus or on foot. The food was good every time and the service was also good and friendly. You can't complain about the waiting time here either. In terms of price, the restaurant is always good, even in the normal range. for what you get. I'm happy to be a guest at II Centro again.

There were two of us eating. Arrived at 12:00 and got a free table, at 12:30 the waiter came and brought the thing that the table was reserved... At 12:45 the waiter came back and said that we had to get up because it was carnival outside and there was a lot going on and he I want a lot of guests to be able to come in, everyone wants to earn money but not in this way... He then offered me some table at the back... it was the first time in my life that I was kicked out of the table... I'm never coming back!!!

Maybe you can crown your stay with a hearty, delicious dessert, like in my case a tiramisu, which is truly unrivaled far and wide??? The guest should always be “king” in a good restaurant. This is definitely the case at “Il centro”, because special requests are also taken into account, everything is very uncomplicated and extremely friendly. If you like to enjoy something at very reasonable prices, you've come to the right place.

Klein aber fein😊 sehr schön gemacht und das Essen, war einfach nur lecker und toll. Und ein Tipp für Eltern mit Kleinkindern 🤪 nutzt das Aquarium aus die Kinder sind abgelenkt und ihr könnt in Ruhe essen. 😊🤣😉 Ich empfehle den Laden von Herzen ❤️ weiter. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch bei euch.
