The restaurant is very nice and one of my favorites in Frankfurt. The service is excellent, everything is clean, and the lighting is romantic. We had two starters, pasta for the main course, and several drinks – we were really satisfied!

I ate there with my girlfriend; the pasta was amazing and the seating was very comfortable. Plus, the staff was incredibly polite. Highly recommended, especially for special occasions!

We had a wonderful evening at Vetro Vero! It was delicious and the service was excellent :) Both inside and outside, you can sit in a wonderful atmosphere. Dogs are also welcome, and a bowl of water was immediately provided. I spent a long time looking for a restaurant for a special occasion, and I was not disappointed. At the end, they even gave me a liqueur on the house to toast. I'd love to go back! 10/10

This is the best authentic Italian restaurant in Frankfurt, with top quality and value for money.

My first turbot, and it was cooked to perfection... A straightforward menu that suggests freshness. Thank you for this lovely lunch.

Three of us ate here, and everything was excellent! Starting with the reception—even though we were 15 minutes late (we called while we were on the road), we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The menu is concise, but there's something for every taste. The service was extremely good and very attentive. We felt very comfortable. Great atmosphere, including tasteful decor!

Where should I begin? I went there for my birthday because the reviews were good. We ordered a starter for two people which was good, but we had to wait 30 minutes for the starter. And instead of asking if we were ready so we could get the main course, the main course never arrived. After another 40 minutes, we asked where the main course was and the waiter said that if your partner doesn't leave the cutlery on the plate, it means he's still eating. I then said who's eating an hour and 10 minutes for a starter and that we could have asked if we were finished. Then all he said was that he's been working in the industry for 20 years and knows better. Later, my partner, who only speaks French, went to pay the bill, so he trusted that the bill was correct. As we left, I looked at the bill and saw that the waiter had taken a 10% tip, just under €17, without asking. Aside from the fact that we would have tipped anyway, but it's not mandatory in Germany, I find it a RUDE and outrageous. It's not as if the food was already overpriced, and we waited almost two hours for our food, but then to give yourself a 10% tip is extremely cheeky. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it. Especially since the main course was awful. We had fish and meat once, and perhaps pasta would have been better.

An all-around wonderful experience! Since the change in management, many things have noticeably changed for the better – and you can see it in every detail. The service was not only attentive, but warm and genuinely helpful. Every request was met with a smile and the best service, as if it were a matter of course. The food? An absolute delight – perfectly cooked, lovingly presented. You feel welcome, almost like you're with friends. To top it all off, we even got a limoncello on the house – charmingly served. A voucher book led us to this wonderful restaurant. What a magnificent discovery. The ambience itself is elegant and inviting without seeming excessive. Given the open friendliness of the employees, you immediately feel welcome as if you were with friends. This hospitable and warm atmosphere makes you immediately relax and feel good. The quality of the food and drinks is in no way inferior. There aren't many Italian restaurants that deliver on this level. Of course, this has its price, but in the Vetro Vero it is absolutely fair given the high quality on all levels. Grace!!!

The food tasted very good, but was quite expensive for the small portion and unspectacularly prepared. Unfortunately the service really spoiled the evening. Our waiter was unfriendly, uncommunicative and seemed annoyed and bored. What was particularly annoying was that we were pressured to eat our starter more quickly because the kitchen would be closing soon and the waiter still had to order our main course. Absolutely inappropriate in an upscale restaurant. It's a shame, because the location had potential for an all-round perfect evening!

A true taste experience! The truffle pasta with burrata at Vetro Vero was simply sensational. The pasta was perfectly al dente, the truffle flavors were wonderfully intense but not overwhelming, and the creamy burrata rounded off the dish harmoniously. Every bite was pure indulgence – a perfect balance of elegance and comfort. Added to this was the attentive service and the stylish ambience of the restaurant, which made the evening even more special. An absolute must for truffle lovers and gourmets! I'll definitely come back.

I've never had such a small portion of pasta in a restaurant. For around 30 euros I expect more than 2 ribbon noodles and 2 small pieces of beef fillet. I'm not even close to being full yet. The pasta was averagely good, but definitely not recommended due to the portion size. Completely overpriced!

Visited because of the many good reviews. Only later did we realize that reviews were created periodically. Ultimately it's all a matter of taste; But we didn't like it. There are so many authentic ristorantes in Frankfurt that offer high-quality Italian cuisine at much more moderate prices. But they obviously invest more in their kitchen than in internet agencies and press contacts.

Unfortunately our visit to Vetro Vero was not what we had hoped. I ordered the pasta with Gamberi, but it didn't taste good at all - the sauce was far too sour. My companion left the entire plate because the taste was really disappointing. Unfortunately, the waiter didn't respond or ask if something was wrong, even though it was obvious that the food hadn't been touched. We definitely expected more for a restaurant with such good reviews. It's a shame it wasn't addressed - it leaves a bad impression.

Exalent food and good ambition the service was franidly

We were really excited to go there… The ambience is very nice and perfect for any kind of dinner date, it is very modern and elegantly decorated. However, it remained a mystery to us how the service could be so bad and so careless, truly unbelievable. We had to wait forever for everything, from ordering drinks to food, the service was unfortunately catastrophic. We were brought the wrong food and discussed with us that it was our mistake that one of the waiters gave us a veal chop instead of a rack of lamb. There were three of us and one of us actually had to wait 45 minutes for her food; we were charged for the bruschetta that was brought to her as a supposed apology. I would like to emphasize at this point that the capacity utilization in the restaurant was very manageable and it could not be justified by the fact that the waiters were working incorrectly due to overwork. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit at all because the service could have upgraded the whole thing. The food is not bad but unfortunately not exceptional either. To sum it up: Unfortunately, we were disappointed and didn't leave there with a good feeling, which is a real shame.

Simply a great evening! The ambience in Vero Vetro is simply breathtaking - upscale furnishings, stylish decoration, simply a wonderful flair. The prices are high, but the food is worth every penny! We had tortellini and pappardelle with beef tips - both dishes were simply outstanding and full of flavor. The starter, a wild herb salad with perfect vinaigrette and aromatic mushrooms, was the ideal start to an all-round successful evening. The service was equally excellent, attentive and friendly, just as you would expect in this price range. Conclusion: an all-round fantastic experience that I can recommend to everyone!

Expensive and bad food: Olive paste as a greeting from the kitchen, just sour, with white bread cut into cubes!??? Horrible As a main course, prawns on vegetables for 38 euros!!!! Served unpeeled on 80 percent pepper vegetables. I had to ask the waiter that the shrimp be served at least partially peeled. Unusual for a supposedly dignified restaurant. 1 glass of wine 0.1 12 euros!!! A total of 2 people paid 120 euros for bad food. Absolutely not recommended.
