Went to Ikea yesterday and looked online for a sofa the night before. It was supposed to be the Ektorp for €378, then the hammer, now costs €449. When asked, the answer was that we have increased the prices from today 😬 I think the increase is crazy.

Found everything or found more than we were looking for :). Great meal. Shop & Go is also great.

It's a shame that IKEA doesn't have to open until 8 p.m.

Standard IKEA like almost all houses. Clean and tidy at the beginning and when there are more customers on site, some corners are no longer tidy and sorted.

Of the IKEA furniture stores we visit, the one in Dänischburg is one of the best-stocked. Like everywhere else, the staff is too short, but if you have a question, it will be answered nicely.

Everything is very spacious...well suited for just wanting to take a look. Nice large cafeteria, food good for the price/performance ratio...with the Ikea Card ☕ full 👍.

We wanted to return goods today. After we had drawn a waiting number with the letter K and waited for what felt like an eternity because only 2 of 4 counters were occupied and essentially only one employee was taking care of the customers, we realized that customers kept giving us the waiting number X were preferred. In order to get such an express number, we had to prepare our return on the Ikea site. We had to do that out of necessity so as not to wait any longer pointlessly. So we pushed our way forward... which was very unfair to the other customers. The now 5 employees didn't respond to our displeasure (with only one lady continuing to serve and the others chatting) and other customers were consistently ignored. You can only shake your head at that. Customer service looks different

We ordered small items for home delivery. Paid. On the day of delivery we waited but the tracking reported that the delivery had failed. Instead, our purchases were delivered to a DHL pickup point on the other side of town. We don't have a car, we don't have the strength, we don't have time to pick her up from there. Such delivery constitutes deception and fraud on the part of IKEA. If a store promises home delivery, home delivery must be made. If we had known beforehand that it would work like this, we would have picked up the order from the store ourselves. It is more convenient even if there is a far away pickup point. This is a bad delivery service.

A very nice branch, very tidy and enough toilets.

Yesterday we had an extremely nice consultation in the treasure trove. Unfortunately, the bed we originally wanted to buy couldn't be found on the shelves. The young man then drew our attention to the treasure trove and showed us exactly the bed. We have rarely had such friendly and competent advice from Ikea. No longer the Ikea. You have to look for staff across 4 departments. There are then 5 employees in one place. Restaurant terribly bad. I have nothing against vegetarian or vegan But just now? Other Ikea stores have by far more selection and better quality.

IKEA offers a solid selection of furniture and home decor at affordable prices. The variety in the range is good, but the quality of the products is often average and not always long-lasting. Assembling the furniture can be time-consuming and sometimes complicated, although the instructions are usually clear. The stores are large but sometimes confusing, which can make shopping stressful. Customer service is friendly, but could respond more quickly in some places. Overall, a decent option, but with room for improvement.

Today, October 2nd, 2024, I had the following experience at the snack bar. 1) Prices for a hot dog increased by 100% at some point. That's just how it is. 2) Screens introduced that didn't make ordering faster or more convenient. The waiting time is simply tripled 3) Then when I pick it up I am told that my product is no longer available. unlucky 4) Money back? None. Information from the young lady “We can’t, hehe” Thanks Ikea for nothing. It will be a very long time before I ever come back to you. Buyer experience from hell. Digitalization vs digitalization are terms that are probably still unclear to you.

The store appears to be extremely poorly managed by IKEA standards and overall and has cost us a lot of time and effort and also caused us trouble. Apparently there are hardly any employees who are able to put together the required packages for furniture. Parts were missing from deliveries to us. Others were defective. With ours We were given false information after multiple contacts with “service” on site and on the phone. When new delivery attempts were made, incorrect parts were again delivered. Internally, reference was made to "specialist departments", but they were then unable to help. The last brilliant achievement was that the middle bar of a bed frame was forgotten. You only notice this when you're setting it up, as the packages don't say which parts are included. The parts were put together again in the Ikea warehouse and handed over to us incorrectly. Summary: We paid 150 euros for a delivery, which we then had to rework several times and always drove many kilometers to do so. We waited a total of more than a day for parts that ended up being wrong. There was little willingness to really help us. This immediately created a new problem for us. In the end, the furniture is nice, but the rest is simply subterranean.

Too bad. Ikea is not what it used to be and the service is very poor. I had to go to Ikea twice without success because of a defective power adapter. The first time I was told I had to bring the exact name. The second time I was supposed to present proof of purchase, but all orders are stored online (!) - the same employee pointed this out to me (?). I was then referred to the online service. The chat didn't work. I entered my request twice and after half an hour of wasted time I gave up. I then found on the Internet that other customers had exactly the same problem (the power adapter for the height-adjustable desk "Bekant" was broken and had to be replaced). If anything, I will only buy decorations and maybe kitchen items at Ikea. The employees there used to be friendlier to customers. I bought the power supply from Amazon for 21...

Just an Ikea, you go there and you don't need anything but you come out with 100,000 little things 😅

Like every Ikea, huge. The only thing that bothers me. The employees advertise with their T-shirts how friendly you are and that you should start the day with a “Hej” and you won't be able to tear your teeth apart. Not everyone there is like that. We also received a lot of help, but you can just say hello when you walk past...

Shopping okay, food could be better

The store is full, customers are waiting in an endless queue in front of the cash register. There are up to 3 employees standing around at the EC cash registers and no second cash register is opened. Long waiting times at the cash register are intentionally created. There is plenty of staff, but no further cash register is being opened.

Top articles, lots of interesting offers, lots of inspiration. It's fun and going out to eat is also possible.

The whole range is a bit confusing. We wanted a perforated panel for the kitchen. At the top of the exhibition it said €14.99. A little later there were boxes at the top saying that size 80 was available for €17.99 and size 60 was available for €12.99. Unfortunately there were only size 80 everywhere and no consultant was available or in sight. We go down with the thought that they are still there downstairs. Downstairs we were told that kitchen items are only upstairs and the 60s boxes are hidden behind the 80s. So we ran the huge tour again. This is not a service
