Good, compared to Leipzig, smaller IKEA on the outskirts of Chemnitz. The parking lot is a bit small and the entrance and exit is cramped and confusing. The ikea has a good stock of furniture in stock, unfortunately this is no longer normal at the moment. The high-bay warehouse is a bit cumbersome and has poorer layout than the one in Leipzig, for example. The snack bar and the space available for eating are also rather modest and quickly overcrowded, even with small crowds. However, cleanliness and order were ensured.

The staff at click and collect is very competent and friendly

I returned an item and the points redeemed were refused to be credited by the return employee, even though it was clearly regulated that they would not be lost when returned. Absolute disgrace. 10€ value simply taken away. Maybe the staff should be trained... especially the management, as they were specifically asked and no one there knew what Ikea's points guidelines said. But exactly this point, that the loyalty points are not refunded, is clearly kept quiet and therefore it has nothing to do with the loyalty bonus. Because that way I could really reward the customer and encourage him to use these points again when making a purchase at IKEA and to bind him to IKEA again. ... Or simply disclose this by clearly describing it in the questions about loyalty points. That would be the least. This is clearly misleading.

Recommendation, which is not available in German stores, then here Ikea.

We go to Ikea often and are always satisfied. Now we have dared to plan and buy our kitchen here - and what can I say...we are more than satisfied and, above all, grateful! Everything went super smoothly! We were first given spontaneous advice and then again with an appointment. There was then a measurement appointment and then an appointment to place an order. Our advisors were very friendly and listened to us carefully, so they paid attention to the things that were important to us. The kitchen has been in place since yesterday and construction went perfectly. There was something that didn't quite work out as planned and a door wasn't included, but it wasn't all that bad. The assembly team found a great solution with us that we really like and the door will simply be delivered in a few days. Even when we asked questions, everyone always remained friendly! We wouldn't have expected this service and many kitchen studios should learn a lesson from it. We are happy and grateful and hope that this also resonates with the team. :)

The ikea house in Chemnitz has been redesigned and furnished, it has become really beautiful. A visit is worth it. Big praise to the architects and interior designers!

My favorite place... but sometimes the sales people are very irritable and stressed... but I can completely understand that. But ikea is the best furniture store... once you start, you have to go back again and again. It's nice that you exist.

I would be lucky and there wasn't much going on, I would get great advice straight away. Everything was there and I could take it with me straight away. As always, the children were well looked after and warmly welcomed. That's how we love it!

Stop Ikea, lots of good things, some not so much. Parking situation very good with and without roof on 2 floors. Bring a lot of time, like everywhere else.

There are Bobycars that can be rented at IKEA and kids can drive through the department store. There is a great games paradise, dining options and friendly staff at the goods distribution and service.

I'm very disappointed. I bought a simple wardrobe for my child, but when I was putting it together I realized that nothing really fit together. Putting together the cot was also a disaster. I will no longer buy furniture from Ikea.

I haven't been to Ikea for a while and visited the market in Chemnitz again today with a friend and our children. We found everything we were looking for and discovered great interior design ideas. The employees are friendly, but not always professional. We asked about something that the gentleman didn't think existed there...after two minutes we discovered it ourselves. We actually noticed the cleanliness, which is no longer as good as it was a few years ago: hair stuck to pillows and sofa covers, some shelves had really large dried stains, garbage and lint in the corners. We had lunch in the restaurant: the selection was great, but the food on the poster looked more appetizing than it actually did on the plate, the spinach dumplings we ordered were swimming in a thin broth. But we actually liked it! Unfortunately, the children's chairs were all very germy and the children's cutlery offered there was dirty and discolored in an unappetizing way, which we didn't want to use. We'll still be back and hope our review inspires us to change something!

Very nice and helpful sales staff. Unfortunately, the desired items were distributed quite illogically throughout the house, which necessitated an unplanned walk with a shopping cart in the opposite direction to the "normal" direction. But apart from a few slightly annoyed oncoming customers, that wasn't a problem either. By scanning and go via the app, you can save a minimal amount of time at the checkout. It would be better to actually have a separate checkout for this, so you still wait at the self-service checkouts until the other customers have scanned their purchases individually. But you should generally allow a little time at IKEA, so that's manageable too.

There's also a lot going on in the parking garage. You could take an example from the Centrum Galerie parking garage in Dresden. There are LEDs installed above the parking spaces so you can see where things are free and you don't have to wander around for long.

It's always nice to come here with the family. They know how to welcome the customer right from the parking lot. There are parking spaces for families near the entrance and charging stations for electric cars. At Ikea you can find 1000 ideas on how to furnish your home and how to manage even the most difficult spaces. There are truly solutions to every problem and for all budgets. Here you don't have to feel uncomfortable because you have a small house or spend little, there are no social classes. They make you feel at ease. Ikea is not just a furniture store, it is also a lifestyle concept. A more practical and ecological life. And above all they always think about the children. There is a restaurant, a cafeteria, lifts for disabled people or strollers. The clerks are friendly and help you solve your problems. Great work! I always enjoy coming to IKEA!

We love coming to Ikea and there are always new promotions and offers. The employees are very friendly and will help you quickly. TIP: If you can, try to come to Ikea during the week or on Saturday mornings. Otherwise it is very crowded. And if you want to have a cozy coffee, it's hard to get a seat.

Für uns das letzte! Da weiß einer nicht was der andere macht ! Wir haben bei Ikea Möbel für meinen Sohn gekauft wurde auch alles soweit geliefert bis auf eine Schranktür statt der Schranktür hatten wir eine Arbeitsplatte für die Küche! Wir haben sofort mit Ikea telefoniert da wurde uns zu gesichert das die Tür nachgeliefert wird am nächsten Tag was wurde gebracht 2 schwebetüren! Die haben wir nun doppelt darauf hin wieder mit Ikea telefoniert da wurde gesagt ende der woche kommt die neue Tür bis Samstag war keine Tür da darauf hin sind meine zwei Männer gestern zu Ikea gefahren dort wusste keiner was davon es wurde aus gemacht heute soll die neue Tür gebracht werden und die beiden Schwebetüren wieder zurück genommen werden! Vorhin klingelt es ist es DHL und bringt die Tür von letzter Woche! Man kann nur noch mit dem Kopf schütteln! Sind gespannt wie die monteure reagieren wenn sie die Tür plus der Schwebetüren wieder zurück fahren dürfen zu Ikea!

Beautiful furniture store on two floors with wide paths. The offering is varied and the prices are reasonable. The price-performance ratio in the restaurant is okay and the food tastes good. We like to come by every now and then.

I find everything relatively confusing and overcrowded... unfortunately only a handful of children can be accommodated in the children's paradise. Tip to all parents, IF POSSIBLE, leave kids at home with grandma and grandpa, otherwise you can really get everything you need there about housing needs :)

I recently moved and ordered furniture for the living room and bedroom. I specifically asked when they would deliver the furniture so that it would be ready before Christmas. The store received delivery on December 14th. made, then emailed saying it would be on the 17th. And now that the 17th will not be, choose a new delivery day, the closest was December 27th. Now we have to celebrate Christmas with the whole family, without furniture, sitting on the floor. Sad. And I paid for this delivery.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my kitchen purchase. The agreed delivery date is only a guide. If you had known something like this beforehand, you would be more likely to have the kitchen delivered. Then you don't even receive compensation, even though you have planned a week's vacation to build the kitchen. I'm incredibly disappointed. That was the last Ikea purchase
