The food is seasoned to perfection! Everyone was extremely nice. The owner was walking around speaking to everyone and making sure we were good. She was very nice. TK was our waitress. She was very patient and kind. The ambience is really nice!

Everything about this place is amazing! From the food, to the service, to the vibe! TK was also the absolute best waitress. I will Definitely be back!

We wanted to grab a quick lunch on Saturday at around 12:30 p.m. and had very little time. After about five minutes of finding someone in the restaurant and asking if they were actually open, as no one else was there, we wanted to order something to eat and drink. We first ordered two Spezis, and when we got them and wanted to order something to eat, we were simply told that the kitchen wasn't open yet. However, it should be noted that we had obviously specifically looked through the menu and, before ordering drinks, told the waiter that we already knew what drinks we wanted and were still looking for food. The answer here would have been to tell us that we couldn't order anything to eat yet. Instead, we were brought the Spezi, which, of course, we couldn't enjoy at all and, on top of that, wasted a lot of time!!! I recommend that the restaurant/bar either communicate properly with its guests or put up a sign stating that the kitchen only opens at a certain time! This experience was very annoying!! The Spezi was very good. Regarding the owner's response: I apologize for not checking your opening hours on the menu, assuming you were open because we were able to sit down. As you can see, I rated your service 2 stars because I can't rate the other categories in such a short time and without having eaten. Unfortunately, since I have nothing else positive to say, I can't give more stars!

Sunday Brunch was an experience. The music was a great mix, and it gave great vibes. Kiara was an amazing waitress, and the food was fresh and delicious.

My fiancé and I were nervous based on the video reviews from tiktok, but so glad we came and saw for ourselves. Be advised the parking spots near the establishment are 1 hour limit. The parking garage is not. The food was good, the hookah was great and the mimosa tower is amazing. We advise for people to come visit this establishment. We will be bringing others back to visit with the hopes more people visit the establishment so they can stay open🥰🥰

My waitress Dawn was so amazing. She was very attentive, she came back several times to see if we needed anything. Being that this is my first time here at the restaurant she provided several options of their best sellers. I would definitely come back and dine again and request that Dawn be my waitress. I'm reporting as a waiter who was allegedly terrible and rude because he didn't want to change the music that plays every day in the bar and no one complains about it and doesn't want to change it except for the people who left one star because of my alleged emphasis that Serbs are not welcome, which I absolutely never said and absolutely everyone is always welcome if they're human. discussions.. People come to us from everywhere and they can all confirm that I was absolutely never rude and that I absolutely never looked at where they were from. I am quoting my words "This is a Croatian restaurant and Croatian music is playing", I do not see anything controversial in these words. Who doesn't mind music like Oliver, Giboni and the like shouldn't even come to such places... My question for individuals is that when they come to a German, Greek, Turkish restaurant, they also touch the equipment of the place and play what they like? I don't think so. If I'm rude because I didn't want to change the music, so be it, but the guests who are there can often judge my behavior and approach to work. Of course they didn't write that I said that the kitchen was open even when it was the end of working hours just to please them and get the dishes they wanted.. Of course they didn't write that they got their drinks as quickly as possible and that everything was served to them properly.. Of course they didn't write that I said "I'm sorry but I can't change the music".. I repeat once again it doesn't matter where you are from, what matters is what kind of person you are and with reviews where you write what suits you and not what was said, you show that you only want bad things which speaks volumes about you. Thank you for the bad reviews directed at me, but they really don't affect me one bit because in my 8 years of working in gastronomy here in Munich, I have never had a single guest tell me that I am rude because I absolutely never was because I had no need. And thank God I wasn't even yesterday because I said in a nice way that the music doesn't change until you decide to change it yourself.

Absolutely incredible experience at The Icon! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was sexy, and the service was top-tier. Kiara, our server, was absolutely amazing attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Raven, the bartender, was just as fantastic. Her blueberry lemon drops were next level perfectly balanced, refreshing, and dangerously good (& they were only mocktails)! For dinner, I had the lamb chops with mashed potatoes and a side of coconut rice, and let me just say every bite was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The lamb was tender and flavorful, and the coconut rice added a delicious, unique twist. We started off with the Cajun chicken wings, which were packed with flavor. All around, a 10/10 experience. I’ll definitely be back and recommending The Icon to everyone I know!

I would say even though I LOVE my African dishes and black owned businesses… I was not impressed with the entrees (lamb chops with jollof rice)& ( salmon and coconut rice). Food should be seasoned not just dressed in sauces. THE JOLLOF CHICKEN WINGS WERE GREAT THOUGH. MUSIC was also a nice vibe:) *There was an hour and half wait on getting our food so be prepared *WE ALSO WITNESSED TAMPERING WITH someone’s DRINK(finger was placed in drink from male white bartender) and someone’s PLATE as well re-arranging food without gloves after touching one’s clothes. I sat at the bar so eyes on back of house was very clear!!! Owner was extremely reluctant in giving even a 20% discount when our entrees were barely touched. She had back of house put on gloves after we left.

We dealt with a wait time of 2 HOURS for drinks and lack of communication about available. menu items. We were not served our drinks until we spoke with the manager. The owner and our server Renice were both very kind and hospitable in our situation.

Terribly unprofessional and rude waiter. We reserved a place for 6 people, when we arrived we were given 2 smaller tables, after half an hour the waiter told us that we only have one table, which we accepted. After that he told us that we have to order a bottle of drink, because it is like a reservation condition. No one mentioned this condition to us either during the reservation or when we came to the restaurant. We refused, and he literally kicked us out of the restaurant. He told us to pay for what we drank and to go, because he HAD to give our table to the regulars. I was there for the first time and NEVER again! 0 stars from me!

After we had two reserved tables and got one, the waiter also wanted to blackmail us into ordering a bottle of drink so we could stay, that's why you deserve a minus 5 rating. After we didn't agree to take a bottle of drink, he then tried to "drive" us away from our reserved table. And after that didn't work either, he just left and didn't want to serve us. So, if you want some people to treat you unkindly and unprofessionally, welcome to Icon. Minus 5 from me.

For the celebration of March 8, women's day, we experienced such inconvenience from the waiter, who tried to chase us away from the table. That same waiter didn't want to bring us the ordered drink, because we didn't want to order a bottle of drink, which was a requirement, and we weren't even told about it. Such behavior towards women, the bottom of the bottom. Unfortunately, the professionalism was lacking and I would not recommend this cafe!

I'm really sorry, I spent 130-200 euros and more here in the evening just to listen to something like that all night long 🤷🏼‍♀️ and the waiters were mostly unfriendly. I was there 3 times and never again.

Top food in a kind of cafe lounge. On weekends the bar turns into a kind of discotheque. During the day you can eat Croatian and Italian dishes here. The food was super tasty, both the pizza and especially the pasta were completely convincing. The pasta with truffles was an absolute culinary delight. The pancakes as dessert are also an absolute recommendation. Waiters are nice and chatty and overall this is a really nice little restaurant.

You can't say anything negative about ICON. Very friendly staff, great ambience and the food is on another level!!! I'm now there 2 or 3 times every week and I come all the way from Ingolstadt. So that must mean something. Keep it up!!

I think he has to make sure that his guests are satisfied and that everything is at the table correctly and on time, especially as the manager. I say I will revise the review. We say goodbye in a good mood 'We'll be happy to come back.' ICON's answer is as marked "30 minutes ago". I quote: "... Still, it didn't stop you and you apparently couldn't wait to leave such a nasty comment here. Your rating here seems to reflect your character more than our general quality." I had already published my comment when the GF asked me about it and offered us the complimentary dessert. The statement "still not held... can't wait..." is therefore misleading, my comment was already public because he had already read it. It's a nice environment and a good place to go out. For food, my recommendation is to skip the hamburger, because it's bad for my taste, and to get two different types of fries with the side dish 🤦‍♂️. The pizzas were good. Pancake with Nutella is good, but reduce the amount of it, because the sweetness hits the teeth. Only the staff is to be commended, especially the manager, because I have not seen such professionalism in a long time.

So I can't complain, but I only go to this restaurant because it's the only good thing in Munich

The pizza was ok, the ambiance was beautiful Service, unfortunately, terrible... the place was half empty, we were ignored for the first 10 minutes... a colleague from the sled kept telling the colleague who was serving us what he should do... When we wanted to pay, we waited again in a half-empty place for 10+ minutes, just for the waiter to see us, while he and his friends stood and joked... I made a reservation on April 26th for my birthday on May 3rd, 24 for 8 people. Since it turned out there would be more, I wrote an email to ask if we could still get a table. Nobody answered. I tried on the phone and an employee said he was talking to his colleague about it, but I still got no response. On May 2nd I was in the restaurant and told a waiter I would like to come the next day with a slightly larger group. On May 3rd shortly before 7:30 p.m. I was told I have a reservation and we'll be there soon. I was physically grabbed and thrown out of the restaurant and he closed the door in my face. The same one I spoke to on May 2nd. I knocked on the door and showed him reservation. We were admitted and allowed to celebrate my party, but all I could do was forget about the good atmosphere. Then my friends ordered dessert for me, which I paid for later without knowing that it was already done. Afterwards we went to a better restaurant. I would prefer to give 0 stars.

Exceptionally good food prepared with the best quality and a lot of love! Very modern, stylish and cozy. The staff is consistently committed and helpful. A truly outstanding location in Munich.
