I have tried many sushi shops but I have to say that Ischiban tastes the best.

Great experience and the food is fresh

Everything was well organized, no waiting and very tasty. Were there on a Saturday, so the volume was a bit high, but still bearable

The food is okay, but the taste differs greatly from the usual high-quality places. I have never experienced ramen or tako yaki prepared so unpleasantly. Actually a highlight, here more of a deterrent. The service is incredibly quick and empty plates on the table are always gone in less than 2 minutes. The atmosphere is fine. It wasn't too loud or too quiet, but we also got a more "quiet" corner.

The food is great, the staff could be friendlier. Still 5 stars

The all-you-can-eat concept with ordering via tablet and serving to the table is perfectly implemented. The food tastes excellent. The ambience has a big city flair, a little more comfort wouldn't hurt.

Yesterday I ordered a box to take away for €29.90 and ate it with my brother. Since last night we both have extreme food poisoning. No sign of improvement so far. Distance from the store. I never had anything like that. The service and the ambience are of no use if you end up not enjoying the food.

The price is very expensive for "all you can eat" or buffet, but the taste and the individual rounds of orders make up for it. Drinks cost extra. You have to do it once...

Ate in this restaurant for the first time. Clear selection without sensory overload - made cool with the tablets. I don't have to say much about the food, A1. Very tasty 👍🙂 It was pleasant to dine there in the morning as it wasn't crowded.

I have often ordered online and am very satisfied. The suppliers are nice and fast. I was also there several times and everything was perfect. It's also easy to take with you.

After about 1h10m they tried to take the iPad away from me and made it clear that it was time to go, the restaurant was overcrowded and a lot of new guests were already standing at the door and waiting. I've never experienced anything like that before, I think it's really time to go.

WITH LUCK YOU WILL BE TOLD THE PRICE FOR CHILDREN. I've eaten at Ichiban twice within nine months. During the first visit it was explained to me that my child had to pay the children's price because he had just turned 12. I had this information ready on the second visit. The gentleman explained very loudly that I would now have to pay the full price for my child because it was not the birthday, i.e. the date, that counted, but the year. The customers around were able to follow the conversation very well, which also made me uncomfortable! It took me a few minutes and several questions to understand before I agreed to the ordering process and thus also the increased price. The food came quite quickly and tasted good. The number of courses justifies the price and makes you want the variety of delicious dishes, BUT I can hardly imagine that a person can fully enjoy them... On the contrary: one of the friendly waitresses said that most of them not create. After I initially paid the gentleman, the friendly and very approachable waiter, who I knew from August, came and questioned the price for my 12 year old child. He made sure that the gentleman came back and defiantly handed me the overpaid money and muttered something incomprehensible to himself. This behavior and approach of the gentleman is an absolute NO-GO! In this restaurant you apparently have to be lucky to experience and take advantage of the benefits. Because the child price counts until one day before the 13th birthday! Unfortunately, there were a few waitresses on both visits who weren't really attentive - had little to no eye contact and seemed rather bored.

We couldn't understand the last negative reviews during our visit today. The service was quick and very accommodating and the food was fresh and tasty. Gladly again.

Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy it because I was ignored. No greeting. I stood there for a while and the employees looked at me and didn't serve me. Maybe it was the band shirt or my violin and backpack. Maybe I didn't look rich enough to afford it. I have never experienced anything like it.

Delicious. One of the best restaurants in Münster. Feel free to add tempura tofu to your menu. Is my favorite dish. I would be very happy about it 🥰

Been here again for a long time, probably for the last time! The quality of the sushi has deteriorated dramatically and is in no way up to the good standard you would expect from Ichiban. The menu has shrunk to a minimum and tuna is only available at lunchtime as maki or as a paid side order. Visually the dishes are a disaster and the taste is rather average. Some of the sushi felt like it wasn't fresh. Only the naturally freshly fried dishes were delicious. On top of all this, the staff is extremely unfriendly. No smile, no kind word. We didn't feel welcome and we don't need that again. A pity!

Unfortunately the food cannot be compared to a year ago! The quality left a lot to be desired and the service was unfriendly! The restaurant is currently no longer on my list for eating sushi etc. There are friendlier and higher quality options! It's a shame, I remembered it being so delicious!

Unsatisfactory service and quality of food We came to Ichiban Sushi Restaurant Münster to celebrate a birthday and were extremely disappointed. Firstly, the rolls we ordered came with the wrong ingredients. One of the rolls was supposed to have a crab stick in it, but instead we were served avocado. Furthermore, the avocado was spoiled and completely inedible. Secondly, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff was rude and ignored us, which was particularly unpleasant since we are underage. We felt like we were being treated disrespectfully and condescendingly. This was an unpleasant experience and I cannot recommend this restaurant. We expected more from a restaurant with such a reputation.

We were asked whether we wanted to partake in the open buffet or a la carte, so I don't understand why some say it's a rip-off. The price is great for 2 people €43 for fresh, healthy, delicious food. Ordered so many times, always happy again! Never too late, great value for money, always delicious. Today: 1 x fried mushrooms, 1 x rice, 1 x gyoza & 2 x chicken skewers. Including delivery fee 19€. For me that's 2 meals, if I'm not hungry it's even enough for breakfast. Desirable in the long term for delivery: a reusable deposit system.

First of all, the food is okay, although a bit too expensive for the quality. Some things weren't fried properly, so they were a bit soft or raw. The problem: We ordered all you can eat and stuck to the time that was on the tablet. That was almost at the same time as the store closed anyway. An employee (not one of the waiters, maybe someone from the kitchen) came and suddenly shouted at us to stop, the kitchen was closing and we should just order one last round of desserts. Just by the way, the time on the tablet was still running, but that's no problem, we've already started ordering desserts anyway. But why do you shout at customers who leave almost 300 euros as if they were animals? Please never send this man to customers again. The other waiters were so sweet and sweet, but this guy ruined everything. If you get yelled at out of nowhere, you won't feel like giving a tip anymore. I'm never going there again. And as I read here, we are not the only ones this has happened to.

All you can eat restaurant in Münster. This type of order has to suit you. Without our daughter we wouldn't have been there. But food is good.

😡FRAUD and DECEPTION!!! UNFRIENDLY! It's totally fine that you only have a time limit of 2 hours, but the staff did NOT tell us at the beginning that we had a 2 hour limit, but instead suddenly said while eating that we only have 5 minutes left and we have to GET OUT straight away !!!!! We had even ordered cocktails three times at that moment and we had to drink almost all of the cocktails very quickly or throw them away!! So if we had known we only had 2 hours we wouldn't have chosen to eat here!! Because we were there to celebrate our birthday! We wanted to eat slowly and drink something longer. Why does the restaurant tell you that you only have 2 hours after you have already ordered something and eaten something???? This is a FRAUD!!!! we really had to get out and were heavily forced to pay quickly and get out. All of this suddenly happened in 5 minutes!!!! Really such an unfriendly shop. Dessert? Of course we weren't allowed to order either.

Online ordering doesn't work. You will be brushed off unfriendly over the phone. Ishiban apparently has too many customers now.

We were there with my parents and celebrated my wife's birthday there. We ordered “all you can eat”. You can order food directly from the tray and don't even have to get up. This meant we were able to chat wonderfully and had a really lovely evening.

Really nice restaurant. It's a good place to eat with friends and family. I personally recommend the All-you-Can-Eat as it is the best value for money. If you order the items individually it's a bit too expensive in my opinion, but definitely doable. I think ordering on the iPad is great because you don't always have to wait so long for the staff to take your order. Definitely a clear recommendation from me to eat there. Enjoy it!

Super delicious food and a great atmosphere in the restaurant. The selection of sushi is very good and it tastes good. The concept with the tablet is great. It is important that you make a reservation. Unfortunately, on weekends you sit close to the other guests, which is the only thing that could be improved.

We have been visiting Ichiban in Münster regularly every month for months now. It has now become a lovely family tradition. The quality of the food and the service are consistently excellent, which is why we like to come back again and again.

Nice and modern shop. We like the buffet concept with ordering via tablet. The food was also very tasty and was delivered quickly. The only complaint was the edamame, which was too hard and overall I was missing something that wasn't fried or low-fat on the menu.

The food was very tasty but the internet says it stays up until 11 p.m. but we were told at 10:10 p.m. that we shouldn't order any more food, which disappointed us a bit

So I think €33 for dinner plus drinks is really steep. Then I think the selection has unfortunately really gotten worse. There was once more choice. Unfortunately the price is not justified.

Unfortunately, we were told last time that we could occupy the table for 2 hours because there was another reservation after that. As long-time customers, we found this to be unprofessional and unprofessional. A waiter works there in the evenings who never says thank you for tips. An older employee wanted to see my reservation email right at the entrance. Friendliness is not very important there.

In terms of price, Ichiban has gone up a notch again (at All You Can Eat), but I experience a loss in quality... grilled salmon portions too dry, miso soup without taste. Unfortunately, everything was more valuable and visually more appealing there. The service is quite quick...annoyingly sometimes even with unordered food. It would be a shame if it developed into the umpteenth Asian temple with mass processing.

Ordering via the website has not been working for a long time. Instead, you will be referred over the phone to Lieferando, where it is more expensive. Probably better for tax evasion.

Good, but not the best shop in Münster. Sushi is upscale, other dishes on the all-you-can-eat tablet are too.

Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we didn't have a clean table! After 35 minutes we were able to order. After 10 minutes our maki rolls were there! But our meat (grilled chicken and duck) were completely forgotten! After another half hour we asked and 10 minutes later we got it! All in all; the next Japanese will be someone else!!

Some dishes were missing, crispy duck was lukewarm...almost cold. Table is limited to 2 hours, the tablet for ordering will be turned off promptly. Staff is friendly despite complaints. But I think they're too full now, what a shame!

An evening of all-you-can-eat has become expensive at €32+ just for food. But if you order the right things, like filet, you can enjoy a cozy experience with delicious food.

Well, I've had two long nights! I'm really disappointed!! After I made sushi there, I suddenly had a stomach ache and a fat problem! In the hospital I pooped out a 50cm tapeworm! It was very painful. (I then sold the tapeworm and ate half of it)

The service attitude is very good and the food quality is also good. Most of the Japanese soups I've had in other Japanese restaurants are very salty, but the Japanese soup here is very delicious. The question set during lunch time only costs 19.9 euros, and a drink only costs more than 20 yuan. It’s cheap and delicious!

Der junge Mann der uns bedient hat, wollte schon eine halbe Stunde bevor das Restaurant schließt kassieren und hat uns während wir noch am essen waren aufgefordert zu zahlen .... Das Essen war früher definitiv besser Vorallem kann man dies nicht genießen wenn es permanent nach Abwasser riecht Eigentlich waren wir oft dort aber für den Preis gehen wir lieber woanders hin

Das Sushi war sehr schmackhaft und frisch, ansprechend präsentiert. Aber: die Bedienung mit den rötlich gefärbten längeren Haaren hat uns keines Blickes während des Besuches gewürdigt, geschweige denn mit uns geredet. Habe so etwas in der Form noch nicht erlebt. Sehr herab lassend.

Ein Sushi Restaurant bei dem man auf dem Tablet sich selbst das Essen bestellen kann. Leider wechselte diesmal die Qualität des Essens während des Abends stark. Wenn ich das gleiche Gericht zweimal hintereinander bestelle und das erste Mal schmeckt es super und das zweite Mal nicht mehr, weil es ganz anders zubereitet wurde ist das schade aber auch verständlich bei der Menge an Gerichten die dort am Abend raus gehen. Zum Ambiente: Das Restaurant ist ein großer Raum, so hat man zwar einen tollen Überblick wer alles anwesend ist, aber Gemütlichkeit möchte sich dabei nicht so richtig bei mir einstellen.

Sushi ist Mega lecker und das Essen ist 2 Minuten nach der Bestellung auf dem Tisch. Einrichtung ist auch sehr modern.

Ichiban ist einfach immer ein Besuch wert das Essen ist einfach lecker und der Service ist auch immer sehr sehr nett . Haben vorher angerufen das wir mit Kinderwagen kommen und die haben uns extra in eine ruhige Ecke gesetzt. Einfach top der Laden nur zu empfehlen

The food is excellent! The service was not very friendly. They suddenly told us that we had to go because it had been two hours and that's the time allocated for the all-you-can-eat menu. It would have been ok if they had told us at the beginning, but we had no idea and we were rushed out. At least they let us finish our desserts.

Service bzgl. Wein unpassend. Keine Kenntnis. Als ein falscher Wein gebracht wurde, keine angemessene Korrektur. Kein guter Service. Schade!
