In Bad Dürrheim (Kaufland). The fact that I even have to give it one star is actually absurd. 0 stars is more accurate. A snack bar doesn't serve mayonnaise at lunchtime? The saleswoman snaps rudely that she doesn't have time to pack up my leftovers; leaves me standing; After she served 4 other guests I was given 2 bags, which of course I had to fill myself for hygiene reasons. Why not directly? She was right in front of it when she “didn’t have time.” Guests walk all over the place, sometimes without face masks and without distancing themselves. Once and never again!

The Bad Dürrheim branch is definitely worth giving up. The food is out all day and just disgusting towards the evening. The staff prefers to talk to each other or use their cell phones instead of taking care of the guests. Unfriendly cooks and overwhelmed cashiers.

A thoroughly successful evening. 100 points for the speed and friendliness of the service and the same 100 points for the quality of the food. I have never been served so quickly, even though the restaurant was busy.

Friendly service at reception, the additional pillow we requested was delivered promptly. The rooms are newly renovated. There is even a refrigerator. Due to the design, the shower is a bit small if you want to find something to complain about. The breakfast buffet offers everything. Egg dishes are ordered and served quickly, there are fresh rolls from the bakery, sausages are of the best butcher quality, and very good, high-quality cheese. If something is missing, it will be replenished immediately and sufficiently. The associated restaurant offers a daily changing menu that can be ordered in advance. The core competency here is meat! Otherwise very small card. Good open wine selection! Fast and very charming service here too. A recommendation. In total
