Delicious food and relaxed staff! Top!

The dry-aged beef fillet was very good quality. Tender and grilled to perfection. It always comes with a small salad. Very good value for money. I had Béarnaise sauce to round it off, which went well with the meal. The corn-fed chicken supreme was also very good; it wasn't dry but remained juicy. It was preceded by a baguette and salted butter as a house special. A selection of aperitifs and matching wines were also served. Highly recommended.

I came to Berlin again for work, and I was very happy to visit Hummer & Ochse again Each person had bread and a bowl of salad for the appetizer. The salad was fresh and crispy, and I finished it before I knew it For the main course, I ordered the same thing as last year. I ordered lobster and crab legs as well as rib-eye steak. The ingredients were fresh and the dishes also showed the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves.

Heerlijk luxe gegeten, stevige prijzen maar zeker waard! Mooie en niet te zuinige gerechten, vlot en vriendelijke opgediend. Mooie wijn erbij, brood, boter en salade. Erg lekker!

It's the most amazing shopping experience when you can take the time to stop at Hummer & Ochse to add a cherry on top to the hustle and bustle of shopping. We decided to order a king crab salad and the beef tartare with celery puree and truffles. The super-attentive waitress kindly pointed out to us that it would be better to order the tartare as a small portion if you also wanted the main course. Of course, we didn't want to miss out on the shellfish plate for two. All I can say (write) is: great, great, great. Considering you're in a department store, this is a real amphitheater. We just loved it! Thank you Berlin, thank you KaDeWe, thank you Hummer & Ochse. And of course, a big thank you to Anne for her recommendations and her wonderful sense of humor.

Elegant seating, attentive professional service, great delicious food. Impossible made possible. It's all about steaks and seafood, especially the lobster. 🦞 I really wanted grilled fish or octopus, though, plus the seafood. I was immediately offered amy fish or octopus from the fish place. I got the octopus from Fischkutter. The king prawns, scallops, and sweet potato fries were excellent. Especially delicious was the truffle mayonnaise - never had such a light and rich at the same time! I will go back again 10p%!!!

There are great fish dishes, beef, prawns, lobster and lobsters here. Our favorite dish is the Surf&Turf with king prawns and small file steak. Both fried to perfection, accompanied by a delicious and fresh salad and two different sauces for the meat and prawns. The service staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after moving within the department, you no longer sit so generously on bar stools, but rather at a small table, usually in the aisle, where there is already a lot going on. But still gladly again.

Thank you for this extraordinary taste experience. This was my wife and I's first lobster. It's a shame you can't tip when paying by card.

Yesterday I ate lobster for the first time in my life - and it was absolutely amazing! The taste was unique, the preparation was perfect, and the meat was incredibly tender. There were also delicious sauces that perfectly rounded off the taste experience. The salad was fresh and crunchy, and the sweet potato fries were a real highlight! The service was also friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was inviting - you simply feel at home here. I can recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy something special. I'll definitely be back!

Very good food in a lively atmosphere! Spontaneously got a table for 4 people on Saturday evening. The service was extremely friendly and very committed. The meal at the table started with fresh baguette and together with the butter it was a good start! The tartare starter was also very good; However, the truffle was a bit too rich for me and therefore too present in the meat. - But that's personal taste :) Main course 200g Wagyu (English) with Alaska king crab was fried to perfection. The portion size is ideal! The truffle tagliatelle was very generous and also tasted very good! The mixed vegetables were a great addition to the sauce. The atmosphere is of course very busy on a Saturday due to the visitors to the KaDeWe around it. - You should be prepared for that. The prices are correspondingly high for the dishes, but no surprise given the (Wagyu) fillet and the seafood. Overall, a really worthwhile visit for a first-class surf & turf in a friendly atmosphere.

The food was great, the waitress was super friendly, and the wait for the food was short. Unfortunately, you can't give tips when paying by card, which is certainly very stupid for the employees - we, for example, never have cash with us.

Pedí un medio - bueno Australian Stockyard filete Wagyu por 125 € y consiguió esto en su lugar. Por ese precio, espero que el chef sepa cocinar un filete correctamente. He tenido Wagyu de este proveedor exacto antes — un productor galardonado — y era jugoso, tierno y perfectamente cocinado. Esto fue todo lo contrario. Sospecho firmemente que esto no era de la misma fuente y me siento completamente estafado. Ordered a medium-well Australian Stockyard Wagyu steak for €125 and got an almost raw steak instead. I’m not talking about medium rare—the center was literally raw. For that price, I expect the chef to know how to cook a steak properly. I’ve had Wagyu from this exact supplier before—an award-winning producer—and it was juicy, tender, and perfectly cooked. This was the complete opposite. I strongly suspect this wasn’t from the same source and feel completely scammed. Note to the waiter: I was hungry, so sending the steak back to be cooked longer wasn’t an option—it wouldn’t fix a poor-quality cut. It’s also the chef’s responsibility to cook it properly the first time so I can enjoy my meal at the same time as my dining companion. And for the record, the correct response to this situation is “I’m sorry this wasn’t medium-well”, not “You should have told me to cook it longer.” You charge high-end prices; I expect a high-end experience.

Without exaggeration – one of the best restaurants for meat lovers in Berlin! The steaks are simply perfect: grilled to perfection, juicy and full of flavor, which underlines the excellent quality of the meat. And the carpaccio? Simply incredibly good! Delicate, aromatic and with a perfect balance of subtle flavors that make it unforgettable. The atmosphere is pleasant, the service is excellent and the quality of the ingredients is noticeable in every dish. An absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to enjoy first-class meat!

La comida era buena como se esperaba. El servicio nos dejó sin palabras. Fui con amigos y pedí 2 platos compartidos de parrilla para 4 de nosotros. El precio mencionado en el menú es de 79€. Cuando llegó la factura nos cobraron 180€ por plato. Me sorprendió esto. Viajo por todo el mundo y nunca me cobraron diferente de lo que especificaba en el menú. El personal del restaurante explicó que los 79€ son por persona. Te daré una lección de experiencia de servicio al cliente ya que estoy trabajando en el mismo campo. Escribe el menú de acuerdo a cómo cobres, o al menos menciona ambos precios para que los clientes se hagan una idea. Nuestra experiencia se arruinó por completo. Estábamos molestos porque nuestros amigos locales querían tratarnos con un regalo de bienvenida y terminamos pagando lo que no esperaban. Nos fuimos con un regusto estafado.

Service: + friendly and high quality service Price: + high price for excellent quality; we paid €181 for a seafood platter, a main course of king crab, a glass of excellent Sauvignon blanc, a glass of Sekt and a bottle of water Atmosphere: ? bizarre fancy kadewe foodcourt mixed with „see and be seen“ atmosphere; the latter is not so much mine but my wife enjoyed having a look around and it might be fun once in while; at least I didn’t get disturbed by it, maybe the food was just too good; 3 stars for the atmosphere My rating system - I focus on the food first and foremost. We were stopped by the appetising scent of lobster and a staff welcomed us in and find us seats. (I saw previous Chinese comment about racism, I didn’t experience that). Order: Mixed royal seafood 🦞 Taste: Food in Germany is generally too salty for me, this too. Aside the saltiness, it’s good!! Love the buttery scent. Price: For 2 persons we paid around €160-170. And of course we weren’t full hahahaha On the menu it said €7X. The staff said it’s for two so I understood that it’s the total price but turned out it’s €7X*2 (can’t remember the exact price)
