Interesting place. Inside and yet outside. Pleasantly cool even in warm temperatures. The food was excellent.

Nice shop & great atmosphere. The food is good, but I wouldn't recommend the pizza. Could also end up being a frozen pizza. Drinks don't taste like anything - they're 1/10 of a mix. But service is top.

The two of us were there for dinner. It was great. The service was very good. I had a burger from the Pfifferlings menu. My wife had a pizza. Everything was very delicious. The sanitary facilities were very clean. We'd love to come back. An absolute recommendation near the train station. Thanks for the nice time

Great dishes, lovingly prepared. Friendly, attentive staff. Cozy courtyard. The guest rooms inside are also very well designed.

A fantastic location. We actually only wanted to stay for lunch and it ended up being several hours. The ambience is simply beautiful and harmonious. The food and drinks were all very tasty. We liked it so much that we came back for a cocktail at night. We will be back!

Resso's is and remains a 1 in Hanover....sensationally great ambience, friendly staff and fast but above all delicious food. A must-have is all I can say again and again :-)

Good and quick food and a nice atmosphere

One star is still too many. The decor is the only nice thing there. The best thing to do is go in, take photos and walk straight back out. Service is not available. Our cocktail tasted bad and even though we gave it back we still had to pay for the cocktail. Just go there for photos.

Ambience very nice, but loud. Service was good but not exceptional. We were there with 8 people. I had asparagus with chicken breast. Hollandaise was out of the bag. Chicken was so over salted. Panna cotta was okay. For the money 33.50 main course and 15 dessert I expect a lot more. That was average. Not more. Some of my companions then developed bad diarrhea and some of them couldn't work the next day. I spent the night on the toilet myself. Conclusion: never again

We were there on a Monday, so there wasn't much going on. Nevertheless, some wrong and stale drinks were brought. The wine was warm. The truffle pasta only tasted like cream, had no seasoning and the truffle didn't look very fresh, so only one star for the food. The steak dishes were probably satisfactory. Despite the great atmosphere in the courtyard, I won't come again, P/L is wrong.

Very tasty, super nice top food

Had chicken breast with Mediterranean vegetables. The dish was tasty and well seasoned with roasted flavors. I deducted 1 star for the following 2 points: When I paid, I was not offered a receipt or a hospitality receipt by the service. I think €32.00 for chicken with vegetables is slightly overpriced.

Great food and very attentive staff. Ambiance is actually great too. I just don't like the very high ceilings because it gets very loud. But that is a matter of personal preference. Overall, definitely recommended!! I will come back.

Beautiful environment, the coffee is good and the service is friendly.. the prices are good..

The ambience is really nice, but the price/performance ratio is not good at all. Overpriced and not even quality. The antipasti plate, for example, for €20 is almost a disgrace. More grapes than antipasti. I can't recommend it. However, the waiter ripped it out. Kind and courteous.

The Ressos used to be very good. It has now become a hub for teenagers. The prices are outrageous for the ambience. I paid €8.50 for a shot. Unfortunately, in my opinion, it has deteriorated a lot. Prices for drinks and food are not justified! Inflation or not, the prices charged there are just outrageous for extremely poor service and ambience. We waited 45 minutes for our food and you wait forever for a waiter to take the order. If you don't actively call for one, you can sit there for hours. I definitely won't be a guest there again!

Unfortunately the price/performance ratio for the food doesn't match at all. A pity!

Price performance not quite in proportion

ABSOLUTE DISASTER!!! The food was terrible and the service was absolutely absurd and unfriendly! Especially the gentleman with the glasses who calls himself the “manager” needs to be replaced urgently. Do yourself a favor and DON’T eat there!

The food was really good. Unfortunately, the apparent store manager (apparently) argued with my companion in Arabic and was no longer willing to talk to me afterwards. To this day I still don't understand what was going on...

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. The ambience, especially the atrium in the entrance area, is really nice. There are absolute 5 ⭐️ for this! However, the service was not very attentive. We had the feeling that we would be processed as quickly as possible. The bread before the meal was forgotten. It felt like 2 minutes before the main courses. I am always very critical when the food comes so quickly after ordering. We only had to wait 15 minutes for the food from the time we ordered. Is such a fresh preparation possible? 🤔 We had pasta 🍝 twice and pizza 🍕 once! The pasta was ok, the pizza was more like a frozen pizza. That was very disappointing. In my opinion, the drinks prices are relatively expensive. But at least the drinks were quite carbonated ;-)! We won't eat here anymore...

A very nice place to eat and drink in the city center

The store itself is fine as a bar. Unfortunately, it is not possible to communicate outside after 10 p.m. on Saturdays. Louder than in a club. And when you ask if it would be possible to turn down the music, you are told that it doesn't matter whether you speak to the boss or not, as it is always like that on Saturdays. :(

Everything is great but everything also has its price

We were at this bar/restaurant on a Saturday evening. First we sat outside. But then we decided to go in. The drinks were ok. The menu is fine. The atmosphere is new, as you would expect from the city walls. For me it was hell inside. I have hay fever and asthma cough. Even though it was a non-smoking area, it was very smoky. Like a real fog in the room. Everything moved over from the smoking area. Everything about us smelled strongly of cigarettes afterwards. A pity. The Ressos is also not for the more mature generation from the mid-30s onwards. The people here are not mixed. The audience here is very clear. Not bad. Everyone has to find their place. It wasn't for us. We know all the shops on the city wall. There are better ones. Also from the audience.

I think this has the best pizza in Hanover. The last time I was here was three years ago and I remember the restaurant. We weren't disappointed this time either and would love to come back.

Now here for the umpteenth time and it's simply a spectacle... They try to make you feel like you're sitting in an upscale restaurant. The ambience and prices also embody this. However, that's all. The food is absolutely nothing special and the service is very arrogant and sometimes unfriendly, and also very inappropriately dressed. The waitresses walk around in transparent leggings/tights… Absolutely inappropriate!!! Apparently this is part of the corporate concept at this chain. There is definitely more appearance than reality here.

It's a very nice place, it would be better to make a reservation and go.

Were there with the whole family on Christmas Day. Service and food were quite good, but the loudspeaker was right next to our table and the music was extremely loud. We asked if the music could be turned down just a little. “Impossible” was the answer.

Pleasant restaurant with friendly service and delicious food. Everyone really enjoyed the pizzas and salads. The beef carpaccio is clearly not recommended.

Sehr schöne Atmosphäre, nette Mitarbeiter und leckeres Essen. Waren schon öfters dort und kommen gerne immer wieder,

Vorab das positive: Das Essen ist wirklich gut gewesen! Wir waren zur Weihnachtsfeier mit 18 Personen dort und wurden unwissentlich in den Raucherbereich gesetzt. Wir haben das als sehr, sehr unangenehm empfunden. Außerdem wurde ab 21:00 Uhr die Musik (DJ) dermaßen laut, dass eine Unterhaltung nicht möglich war. Über diesen Zustand wurde nicht vorab informiert!!! Die Kellner waren aufmerksam, die Kellnerinnen unmotiviert und zu den Speisen/Getränken konnten sie keinerlei Auskünfte geben. Alles in allem war es trotz des sehr gutem Essen, ein Reinfall.

2 mal haben wir bereits das Resso's Restaurant in Hannover besucht und es war jedes mal ein Gaumenschmaus. Wir sind große Liebhaber von Trüffel und Trüffelgerichten und da punktet das Resso's unglaublich stark. Die Trüffelpasta ist vorzüglich sogar der Trüffel wurde frisch über die Pasta gehobelt. Auch die Pizza mit Trüffel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pizzateig sehr dünn und großartig vom Genuss. Der Service im Ressos ist freundlich, man wird schnell bedient und im generellen sehr gut. Das Ambiente im Außenbereich und im Innenbereich lädt zum verweilen ein.

Das Essen ist in der Tat sehr geschmakvoll und die Preise sind mehr als vernünftig. Die Location und das Ambiente ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Sowohl zum Mittag, als auch zum schönen essen gehen ist diese eine Top Location. Vielen Dank ich komme gerne wieder.

Gehe fast jedes Wochenende hin .Ist schön und nette Kellner und Kellnerinen .

Die junge blonde Bedienung schien leider arrogant und abweisend, was das Gesamterlebnis in diesem Restaurant beeinträchtigte. Ihr Mangel an Freundlichkeit, fehlendes Lächeln und die Vermeidung von Augenkontakt trugen dazu bei, dass man sich als Gast unwillkommen fühlte. Ebenso schien das männliche Personal vereinzelt einen grimmigen und aggressiven Eindruck zu vermitteln. Bei einem Restaurant dieser Preisklasse darf man mehr erwarten.

Im Grunde genommen ist das Restaurant gut. Nur für die Preise darf man auch ein bisschen mehr erwarten. Der Service ist wirklich nur Standard. Die Getränke zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Portionen beim Essen für das Geld etwas zu klein. Es ist wie gesagt auf keinen Fall schlecht, aber Preis Leistung ist woanders besser.

Es war mein letzter Besuch bei Resso‘s. - Wenn man mit dem Getränk überhaupt nicht zufrieden ist…kann man es leider nicht zurückgehen lassen. Ich bin seit 2016 (ehemals Hugo’s) ein treuer Gast gewesen. Ob Geburtstage, Junggesellenabschied oder After-Work…wir bekamen immer einen Tisch und der Service war (mit wenigen Ausnahmen) top. Die letzten beide Male war es eine Katastrophe 😞 Ich habe einen Long-Drink erhalten…leider absolut ungenießbar. Ich habe zum ersten Mal ganz freundlich gefragt ob man es zurück gehen lassen kann. Die Antwort lautete: „Ich frage meinen Vorgesetzten“ Der Vorgesetzte verneinte meine Bitte. Ich habe bezahlt und wir sind gegangen. Warum fragen die Angestellten überhaupt ob „alles ok?“ ist?

Die eine Kellnerin konnte unsere Bestellung nicht richtig aufnehmen und war sehr unfreundlich. Demnach bekam ich ein anderes Gericht als ich bestellt hatte, da ist sie gleich ausgerastet, fing an mich zu dutzen und musste von einer anderen Kellnerin weggezogen werden. Hab dann als Entschuldigung einen Salat bekommen. Hätte mein Freund nicht schon sein Essen gehabt wären wir gegangen. Jeder macht mal Fehler klar, aber dann mir die Schuld zugeben, nein danke. Nach kurzem warten hab ich auch mein bestelltes Essen bekommen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön, aber das mit der Bedienung war teilweise sehr unschön. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen.

Ein wunderschönes, tolles, edles Restaurant mit ganz tollen Getränken sehr höflich aufmerksam und schnell, was die Getränke angeht. Das Essen war auch sehr lecker. Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder. Ich bedanke mich für diesen schönen Tag

100% recommended! This place is NICE! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly and dedicated (especially Ahmad, such a pleasant person)!! And the food is really good too! We had pizza, pasta and some grilled chicken everything tasted amazing The beverages are also well made and refreshing. P.S: the proportions are quite big, if you aren't starving you might wanna share
