After a leisurely convertible ride, we drove there for dinner. The location is fantastic. Ideal for a stroll before or after dinner. It's a truly quiet spot, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, it would be advisable to make a reservation in advance. The staff is on the ball but could be a bit friendlier. The food comes out quite quickly. It's freshly prepared and delicious. They offer bread and good olive oil beforehand. Definitely a good tip for a pleasant outing.

The Hubertushütte is located in the forest, so you have to know where it is. The dining room is very cozy, and the terrace is a lovely place to sit outside. They serve German cuisine, and the food is delicious. The people are very friendly. It's always a great place, especially in summer.

Ideal for celebrations, professional and great service throughout the evening

Friendly service and very good food. The beef fillet was tender as butter, but the asparagus in the vegetables was unfortunately bitter. The asparagus with the schnitzel was very good and also tender. The zander and the king prawns as well as the rice and the emperor scotch and carrot vegetables were cooked to perfection. Unfortunately the saffron sauce had a little too little taste, I asked for an extra portion of sauce, there was very little saucier on the plate. It would be nice to add an extra portion of sauce. The game salad was very appealing and tasty, but the pickled salmon side dish was barely visible under the salad. Since the dressing has a sweet note, the flavor of the salmon was unfortunately lost. The crème brûle had a great caramel crust and tasted very good too. Small note, if you have a reservation for 16 people, it would be an advantage if the service staff agreed on how many would be working on the table at the same time. It seemed a bit intrusive if you were repeatedly asked for drinks by 5 different staff within a few minutes. An agreement between the service staff would therefore be recommended. In my opinion, a very nice restaurant in a wonderful landscape, located in the middle of the forest with highly recommended cuisine.

Great restaurant! There are many too few of this kind....super great food, the best carpaccio I've ever had (venison), delicious game goulash, great wines...still reasonable prices. A great location and very nice staff. One of our favorite restaurants in Wiesbaden.

We had reserved for Easter Sunday for 8 people. When we arrived it was really full and we were warmly welcomed. Our table was in the next room and we didn't like that so much. When we asked if we could be in the main room, the boss was brought in. She took care of it immediately and seated everything for us very professionally. The team was just super friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, cod in a potato crust was to die for. What we found extremely tasty was the Hugo. What we noticed is that the young lady, we assume she was the boss, didn't write anything down and remembered everything. Admirable….

A little hidden in the forest but still worth a visit. Service was super friendly & accommodating! The food was served quickly. We enjoyed both the starters and the main courses very much. The menu is clear and there are also a few options for vegetarians. The grape juice spritzer could have used a little more carbonation, but otherwise everything tasted wonderful. The price was a bit higher but the portions were very large!

We ate there with 4 people at Easter. Can only be recommended. The service was absolutely friendly and accommodating, the food was very tasty and served on pre-heated plates, which is quite rare these days. Upon request and registration, we were also able to bring our dog with us without any problem. Great. It was our first time there, but definitely not the last time.

Our absolute favorite restaurant for years! This doesn't just have to do with the fact that the kitchen cooks very tasty dishes, but above all the absolutely friendly service can't be beat! Here guests (even those with 4 paws) are served warmly and charmingly. A big compliment and thank you to the team including the kitchen staff. From around May there will be a full 5 stars for the ambience, because the outdoor area is a summer dream! But the Hubertushütte is our restaurant of choice regardless of the weather, because Sanny, Sascha and the entire team spread their own sunshine!

Unfortunately, a very unpleasant experience today. Table was reserved for 7:00 p.m. We called at 6pm to say it would be a little later and the reservation was moved to 7:30pm and confirmed (!) Unfortunately, when we arrived on time (!) there was no table available. Had to stand in the entrance for half an hour and wait for the table! No apology, no small drink on the house at the bar, instead cheeky and impudent comments from (Sunny?) that they couldn't keep a table free for 30 minutes, now we just had to wait. Dear team, there is another way. If you announce that it will be later, you are welcome to cancel, then you would have gone somewhere else. It may also happen that you have to wait a while. But leaving the guests standing in the entrance for 30 minutes as ordered and not picking them up is not possible at all. Extremely annoying. Overall, the food was OK, the service at the table was also good, but due to the very unfriendly and rude treatment by S., only two points. It's a shame, we've really enjoyed coming so far.

We were there for our Christmas party. We had a buffet with 4 main courses, a salad with salmon for starters and a dessert variation. The salad with salmon was very tasty. And when some vegetarian colleagues asked, they had no problem getting the starter without the salmon. The buffet was awesome. Although everything was a bit cramped, there were 65 of us there and there were two other relatively large Christmas parties, but everything was within reason and complaining about a lot of people in the restaurant at Christmas time is, in my opinion, nonsensical!! Back to food. We had roast beef which was super tender and beautifully pink. Pike perch fillet, which I haven't tried personally but I know from colleagues that it was very tasty. Duck leg and breast, nice and crispy and delicious. Venison goulash, tender and delicious. And spinach dumplings, which I haven't tried either but, like the pike-perch, I've only heard the best. Plus spaetzle, vegetables, red cabbage, dumplings and various sauces. Everything was hot and delicious. The desserts were also very tasty and filling. The waiting time was absolutely fine, especially considering the two other celebrations on site. The service also did a great job. Someone came by regularly to bring drinks, clear plates or take orders. All in all, we had a very pleasant and problem-free Christmas party. Thank you for that.

Yesterday we were in the Hubertushütte, thank you very much in advance, dear Sanny, dear Sale and of course your team. We have been visiting you for many years and are always amazed at how you manage it with perfection and warmth, even when the restaurant is full except for all the tables. For us you are the soul of the Hubertushütte!!!! We are very sad that you are leaving the Hubertushütte and shocked when we found out under what circumstances this happened. We will no longer visit the Hubertushütte without you. We really hope that we hear something new from you in Wiesbaden. We hereby give 5 stars to Sanny&Sale and the team.

We celebrated our employee party with 130 people in the Hubertushütte and it was a complete success! The location impresses with its cozy and inviting atmosphere, in which everyone immediately felt at home. We were particularly enthusiastic about the grill buffet: it was varied, fresh and simply incredibly tasty. Our employees were completely satisfied – there really was something for everyone! A big thank you also goes to the Hubertushütte team, who accompanied us throughout the evening with first-class service. Friendly, attentive and always on hand - we couldn't have wished for anything better. All in all a perfect evening. We've been enjoying eating there for a long time. We recently celebrated our wedding there. We, but also all the guests, were thrilled by the very friendly and attentive service, the ambience and the very tasty food. We had a wonderful celebration there that we will never forget.

Incredibly beautiful location. You can sit beautifully on the terrace and enjoy the delicious food. Try the spinach dumpling in sage butter, a culinary delight.

One of my favorite restaurants in Wiesbaden. Always at the same level for decades. Home-style cuisine, top steaks, Viennese schnitzel, lamb fillet and seasonal dishes. The location in the middle of the forest, including the terrace in summer, is extraordinary. The operator and staff are super nice.

We had a wonderful evening for two in the Hubertushütte in Wiesbaden. From the start we felt very welcome as the service was extremely friendly and attentive. Our meal was absolutely delicious - the dishes were served hot and at an impressive speed. We were really impressed by the quality and taste of the food. In addition, the restaurant was spotlessly clean, which further reinforced the positive overall impression. The cozy atmosphere of the Hubertushütte invited us to linger and made our evening particularly pleasant. We can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful mountain hut with hearty food and a beautiful view

Just great. A bit remote but easy to find. The food is very good. Portions are generous, so you should be hungry. Great selection of dishes. Vegetarian dishes are also offered. In the attached picture you can see spaghetti with vegetables and parmesan. In the middle of the pictures there is potato-crusted cod with buttered potatoes and green sauce. And in the picture on the right there was a Hubertus schnitzel with spaetzle. Everyone was very happy and well fed. The restaurant has a large outdoor area and plenty of space in the restaurant, but you should still make a reservation. Price-performance is right. There are enough free parking spaces. Conclusion 👍 highly recommended!

The location is unique for Wiesbaden and the surrounding area. At the edge of the forest, with a view over the Goldsteintal. The food is very good and tasty. Unfortunately quite expensive. The restaurant is nicely decorated. You can start many beautiful walks there.

Rustic restaurant with a corresponding ambience, outside Wiesbaden, difficult to reach by public transport. The taste of the food is okay, no revelation, sometimes the waiting times are a bit longer. Employees are friendly and accommodating. Price performance ratio is okay. Good starting or ending point for hiking or cycling tours.

Absolutely worth a visit. The food is unique, one of the best meals of my life. The service was impeccable, everything was taken care of. We were there in a very large group and everything was managed excellently. Prices feel like they're in the upper midfield, but it's totally worth it.

If there were six points on Google, I would give it six. The Hubertushütte has been my favorite in Wiesbaden for over 20 years. The food is always consistently excellent, the service is hard to beat and you are always warmly welcomed as a guest. I can fully recommend the Hubertushütte. Since the restaurant is always very busy, we recommend making a reservation in advance. Stefan Beyler

We have been to the Hubertushütte several times with guests and as a larger group. In November we made reservations for a birthday invitation for mid-January for 16 people and received a confirmation. 2 weeks before the reservation was canceled because they accepted a closed group. In such a short period of time, at a time when many of the restaurants in question are still on holiday, this causes us great embarrassment. Despite all your understanding of economic thinking, this is not good style.

As always, a great experience, great atmosphere and courteous service. We always enjoy coming. Patrick

The goose dinner in the Hubertushütte was really excellent, a very good selection of wines and the quality of the food was very high. Furthermore, very good service and overall it was really a very, very nice evening.

We have always enjoyed going to the Hubertushütte and were very satisfied with the food and the service. Unfortunately, we have now had the experience that the prices that you can find on your own homepage via the extra “monthly ticket” item are completely out of date. The deviations sometimes amount to €10 per menu. When we asked, we were told by the owner that he had no influence on this. You can always take a look at the map display on site before your visit. Since the response to our complaint was not very hospitable, we will no longer visit or recommend the Hubertushütte.

Immer wieder gerne, schon seit Jahren ein zweites Familienstammlokal 😄. Gäste dort entspannte Wanderer und Spaziergänger, oft ordentlich Kids dabei (gute Action 🤟). Geht hin und genießt das Essen und die Zeit dort.

Ein charmantes Restaurant, das für gemütliche kulinarische Ausflüge mit der Familie wie geschaffen ist.

Topp location, sinnvoll nur mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen, wenn man keine Lust auf einen langen Spaziergang hat ;-) Tolles Essen in schönem Ambiente. Nur das Kassieren bei vollem Haus überfordert anscheinend den Service.

Wir durften im September unsere Hochzeit in der Hubertushütte feiern. Und wir würden für jede Feier immer wieder her kommen. Das unglaublich gute Essen, das liebe Personal und die gute Betreuung durch Herr Ruppert. Wir hatten zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, uns um irgendetwas Gedanken machen zu müssen, das zuvorkommende Personal hatte alles im Blick und ist auf uns zugekommen, so das man sich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt hat. Unsere Ideen und Wünsche wurden stets berücksichtigt bzw möglich gemacht. Wir möchten uns bedanken für diesen tollen Tag und den super Einsatz vom Team der Hubertushütte!

Nette schnelle Bedienung Schöne Atmosphäre Sehr lecker Essen

Also so etwas wie heute ist mir schon lange nicht mehr passiert! Ein wirklich schönes Ambiente mit traumhafter Aussicht auf eine Wiese. Ein Service der seines gleichen wirklich sucht, von den Kellnern sowie der Chefin. Und dann kommen wir zum Essen. Die Gerichte sind alle sehr rund abgeschmeckt und weisen eine Top Qualität auf für einen wirklich mehr als Fairen Preis. Was den Abend dann noch abgerundet hat war die Creme Brulee. Zum Schluss möchte ich nur noch hinzufügen: Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Einen tollen Abend mit Freunden verbracht. Sehr gutes Essen zu fairen Preisen. Wenn man mal etwas besser Essen gehen möchte, eine Top Empfehlung. Chefin sehr kompetent und freundlich. Ambiente nur 4 Sterne, Tendenz eher drei. Schlechte Akustik, es war doch sehr laut und ein bisschen zu frisch.

Das Restaurant hat eine malerische Waldlage und ist excellent geführt! Die Speisekarte bietet eine große Auswahl von verschiedensten Gerichten, die lecker zubereitet sind. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem ist dieses Lokal sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir haben in der Hubertushütte unsere Traumhochzeit gefeiert und es hat von vorne bis hinten alles perfekt gepasst. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort für eine freie Trauung mit anschließendem Empfang und der Feier vorstellen können. Die Abstimmungen und Treffen bzgl. der Planung mit Herrn Ruppert waren sehr angenehm und unkompliziert und wir wurden bestens und professionell bei der Umsetzung unterstützt. Das Serviceteam war überaus freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und sehr aufmerksam, sodass kein Glas lange leer blieb und kein leerer Teller lange stand. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und am (Grill-)Buffet hat es an nichts gemangelt. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön für den unvergesslichen Tag an Herrn Ruppert und das Team der Hubertushütte.

Wir waren wegen einem Hochzeitsessen dort. Der besprochene Getränkeempfang zu beginn fand nicht statt, absolut kein Service da gewesen. Häppchen wurden nur hingetellt. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Sowohl Hauptgang als auch die verschiedenen Desserts. Die Vorspeise, der Salat war etwas enttäuschend, da er zum Großteil nur aus dünnen Salatblättern und deren langen Blattstielen bestand. Dennoch lecker. Der Service war schlecht! Es wurden für das Hochzeitsessen mit 31 Personen, nur 2 Servicekräfte eingesetzt. Zudem wurde mehr als klar, dass diese zuvor nicht richtig vom Chef eingewiesen wurden. Die vielen im Vorfeld abgesprochenen Dinge waren dem Service nicht bekannt. Trotzdem haben die 2 Servicekräfte ihr bestes versucht und haben gut mit der Trauzeugin kommuniziert. Etwa 30 Minuten bevor das ala cart Geschäft öffnete kam eine Dame die sich als Servicechefin betitelte und zog die 2 Servicekräfte von uns ab um die restlichen Tische einzudecken. Ab da fehlte dann der Service für mindestens 30 Minuten komplett. Ab 17 Uhr ließ der Service dann komplett nach, da die 2 auch noch die anderen Gäste bedienen mussten. Es wird klar, es wurden viel zu wenig Servicekräfte für diesen Anlass und Tag eingeplant und das geht definitiv nicht bei einer Hochzeitsfeier! Mehrmals mussten wir nach der Aufnahme von Getränken bitten, zum Hauptgang wurde nicht nochmal nach Getränken gefragt oder überhaupt drauf geachtet das jeder was zu trinken hatte. Der schlechte bzw der fast nicht vorhandene Service hat das Hochzeitsessen mit einem bitteren Nachgeschmack enden lassen. Traurig das "Jemandem" ein so besonderer Tag für zwei Menschen scheinbar so egal schien. Deshalb werden einige Gäste diese Lokalität nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Auto abgestellt. Ohne Reservierung nach einem Tisch gefragt. Innen war der Gastraum leer und dort bekamen wir einen Tisch. Wegen der Temperatur war dies auch in unserem Sinn. Die Karte mit Essen und Getränken war etwas unstrukturiert. Dann wurden wir gebeten unser Fahrzeug umzupacken da gleich ein Bus käme!!!Unser Essen Riesengarnelen( 3 kleine mit Schwanz)mit Tagliatelle und Tomaten. 26,80€ . Kabeljau, Bratkartoffel,Salat und grüne Soße 30€. Etwas überteuert. Geschmack gut. Kein Reinigungstuch oder Wasser für meine Finger nach den „Riesengarnelen“. Bedienungspersonal überfordert und unaufmerksam. Bezahlung verlangt. Danach das Bargeld , wegen wenig Interesse als Gast dem Personal versucht zu übergeben. Unser Kellner bat um Weitergabe an seine Kollegin, die zwar es entgegen nahm,aber hinter mir her lief und darum bat wie die Rechnung aussieht!!!!!!! Also ich sage nur in Restaurants in denen „Busse“ absteigen , muss ich nicht gehen.
