I bought a kebab from you today and unfortunately it was terrible. I used to eat at your place often, but in the last year I haven't come over as often. The food was always very good and tasty, but the kebab today was a disappointment. I asked for it to be a little spicy, but the “hot” seasoning was on it in huge quantities, so much so that it wasn't spicy, just very salty. It was so salty that I couldn't eat it. The garlic sauce was not garlic sauce, just plain yogurt. In short, the taste was not like before and I was very disappointed. Unfortunately I didn't like it at all. I hope that the quality will be back to what it used to be soon.

Normally I would overlook small things, but I have now experienced a similar story on my last 3 visits and would like to share today's story: I was standing in front of the store at 10:30 a.m. (also known as opening time). The employee stormed past me and ran into the Rewe again. A few minutes later he walks past me with a sack of carrots, greets me and goes back into his shop. I thought, since it was already 10:40 a.m., that it would definitely open soon. After about 10 minutes I knocked on the blind, which was still closed. He opens and I tell him that my break isn't that long and when he would open, it's already 20 minutes after the official opening time. He said the meat wasn't ready yet. I replied that it didn't matter to me in that case because I only wanted to order vegetarian. He nods, grabs a kebab bread and puts it in the grill. I didn't think that this bread could be intended for me right away because I haven't placed an order yet. So I waited again because he continued chopping his vegetables. When he takes out the kebab bread and opens it, he asks me what's on it. I told him that I haven't ordered yet and would like 3 Dürüm and 2 Halloumi burgers. (It's now 10:55 a.m.) He replied: “We don’t have Dürüm,” and types three vegetarian kebabs into the cash register, which I hadn’t announced as a replacement. I then quickly decided on 4 halloumi burgers. So my order went to him at almost 10:56 a.m., realizing that I was the only customer up to that point. I got my 4x burgers at 11:17! Almost 45 minutes after opening and as the only customer until then... The last two times I was there it was similar. Opened too late and no Dürüm available... A little tip: If the opening time is 10:30 a.m., then you should be ready to serve customers at that time. I found that today very outrageous. I have to be honest. And it hurts me because you deliver really good quality food. But in my case with my break during work I MUST be able to rely on opening times and speed... Please take this to heart and work on better time management. I'd love to come back, but something has to change. After the first time I looked past it because everyone can be late or you didn't get a Dürüm or whatever. but for the third time in a row I've had enough.

Until about a year ago, it was a really above-average kebab with really good burgers and curly fries. In the last few months it has developed into the complete opposite, every time the meat tastes old, half is burnt and the fries are unsalted and unseasoned... a real shame. We want the old kebab man back with the good quality.

It's been oversalted several times now, stupid when it's taken away and you only find out about it later. If you say something in response, it was always a colleague. 🙄

The owner was nice just ignorant. We ordered Lamacun with kebab meat, but he made a kebab bread or something like that, after I asked him that it wasn't Lamacun he said he didn't have any more. We wanted mayo on the fries, he said we didn't need it, we had garlic sauce. If it hadn't been so late and we weren't passing through, I would have left everything behind, unfortunately we had to eat something. Attached is my Lamacun 🤣

I ordered a Dürüm kebab and the seller calmly explained to me that unfortunately there wasn't one. I ordered a kebab box for this and it was so great 👍🏻!!!! Fresh salad with 🌿, simply great!!! And he lost his calm, but he served all the customers, of course a lot of customers came at lunchtime, one ordered 6 kebabs...

Food was great and delivery was pretty quick too. Just perfect. This was the best chicken burger I have ever had.

If you just want a quick standard kebab or burger from the range, the House of Döner & Burger is quite ok. However, if you have a more specific request, e.g. Extra cheese on the burger is often ignored. I used to eat here regularly, but I don't go here anymore. For example, when I ordered fries instead of curlie fries, but then got curlie fries because they didn't want to make new fries shortly before 8 p.m., I think that was a disservice to the guest. To then say “don’t understand anything” when making a comment is subterranean. There is better quality in the area for the same price.

Ich habe inzwischen beinahe jedes Essen hier probiert und alles schmeckt einfach unfassbar ausgezeichnet. Sogar die Pommes sind frisch und knusprig nach der Lieferung. Das hat bisher kein anderes Restaurant geschafft. Das Essen ist wirklich mit Liebe und guten Zutaten zubereitet, das sieht und schmeckt man sofort. Besonders auffällig ist das extrem dicke und saftige Fleisch auf den Burger an. Während die meisten Anbieter dünne Buletten verwenden und so an der falschen Stelle sparen, wird hier jeder Cent gut investiert. Die Burger schmeck einmalig und sind mit keinem anderen Restaurant in der Gegend zu vergleichen. Ich habe jedem, der wirklich gutes Essen probieren, möchte wärmstens ans Herz legen! Der Chef scheint sich völlig allein um sein Restaurant zu kümmern und ist mit Herz und Seele dabei. Selten so einen unfassbar freundlichen Service genossen. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob sie ihre Route vergrößern könnten um auch wieder meine Region zu beliefern (über Lieferando), erwiderte er aufgeschlossen und das Kompliment dankend annehmend, dass er das selbstverständlich sehr gerne machen wird. Er benötigt nur noch ein paar Mitarbeiter, da er aktuell alleine dort ist. Mein größtes Lob an ihn und sein Essen! Es ist unglaublich schön zu sehen, mit welcher Begeisterung und Leidenschaft er seinen Imbiss pflegt!

super Burger, geschmacklich kann er sogar mit den Burgern von Arrizona und Co mithalten, Döner auch super lecker und Soße sehr gut, manchmal zu wenig im hinteren Teil des Döners. 1 Punkt Abzug gäbe es da schon sehr teuer im Vergleich zur Stadt. Dafür sind der Chef und die Mitarbeiter super freundlich und immer gut drauf ! Ich würde sagen weit und breit bester Imbiss
