Hotel VierJahreszeiten in Iserlohn

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das gesamte Haus machte einen äußerst gepflegten Eindruck, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch das Personal in den meisten Bereichen war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider steht diesem insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck der Service im Restaurant gegenüber. Während die Qualität der Speisen und das Ambiente überzeugten, ließ der Umgang mit den Gästen deutlich zu wünschen übrig. Besonders die beiden älteren Mitarbeiterinnen, die abends im Restaurant eingesetzt waren, hinterließen einen wenig professionellen Eindruck. Am ersten Abend war eine der beiden noch freundlich, die andere jedoch bereits recht reserviert und wenig zugewandt. Am zweiten Abend hatten wir dann das Gefühl, regelrecht ignoriert zu werden. Der Service wirkte deutlich weniger aufmerksam als am Vortag. Zudem fiel auf, dass wir im Vergleich zum ersten Abend nur noch deutlich kleinere Portionen von Brot und Butter erhielten, ohne dass dies erklärt wurde. Die weitere Betreuung erfolgte überwiegend durch Auszubildende, die ihre Aufgaben zwar bemüht erledigten, jedoch offenbar ohne ausreichende Unterstützung der erfahrenen Mitarbeiterinnen arbeiten mussten. Zusätzlich kam es bei den Restaurantrechnungen mehrfach zu Fehlern. Am ersten Abend wurde uns zunächst eine Rechnung für das gesamte Essen ausgestellt, obwohl die Verpflegung bereits in unserem gebuchten Arrangement enthalten war. Am folgenden Abend wurde das Wasser doppelt berechnet. Nachdem wir auf den Fehler hingewiesen hatten, wurde dieser zwar korrigiert, eine Entschuldigung blieb jedoch aus. Stattdessen erhielten wir lediglich die Auskunft, dass die betreffende Mitarbeiterin dafür nicht verantwortlich gewesen sei beziehungsweise nichts davon gewusst habe. Erst beim dritten Versuch wurde schließlich eine korrekte Rechnung ausgestellt. Fehler können selbstverständlich überall passieren. Dass es jedoch wiederholt zu fehlerhaften Abrechnungen kam und dabei weder eine erkennbare Entschuldigung noch ein besonders serviceorientierter Umgang erfolgte, hat den ansonsten sehr positiven Gesamteindruck leider spürbar beeinträchtigt. Schade ist vor allem, dass gerade der Restaurantservice nicht dem hohen Standard des übrigen Hotels entspricht. Das Hotel selbst können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen – Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Freundlichkeit in allen anderen Bereichen waren hervorragend. Umso mehr fällt der Kontrast zum Restaurantservice auf, bei dem aus unserer Sicht deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf besteht.

Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll. Von Anfang haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Schon bei telefonischer Nachfrage war ein einladender verständnisvoller Eindruck. Und diese Herzlichkeit zog sich wie ein roter Faden durch unseren kurzen Entspannungsurlaub. Ein sehr aufmerksames, bemühtes, freundliches Team, das alles dafür gibt, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Obwohl wir ein Arrangements über travelcircus gebucht hatten, wurden wir mit ebenso viel Aufmerksamkeit und Respekt behsndelt wie andere Gäste, die fast das doppelte bezahlt haben. Hervorzuheben ist auch das reichhaltig, ausgewogener Frühstück( auch Produkte für Veganer!) mit sehr ausgewählten, erlesenen Produkten und das Gourmet Dinner, was mit viel Liebe zum Detail par minute für jeden einzelnen Gast gezaubert wurde. Bei Unstimmigkeiten wird sofort eingelenkt, so dass man auch das Gefühl bekommt, Ernst genommen zu werden. Die Wellnessangebote lassen keine Wünsche offen...einfach relaxen und wohlfühlen. Die Liebe zum Detail spiegelt sich auch in der Auswahl des Interetieurs wieder. Die Farben, Deko,das Mobiliar wirken warm und einladend, besonders das Element "Holz" spielt auch eine sehr große Rolle dabei. Und last but not least...die idyllische Lage...das Hotel ist umgeben von Natur pur und als Schmankerl der Seilersee...perfekt zum Spazieren, Wandern oder Sitzen und den Vögeln lauschen. Wo wir auch zu einem eventuellen Kritikpunkt kommen, der uns aber keineswegs gestört hat. Neben dem Gezwitscher der Vögel kann man schon die angrenzende Umgehungsstraße bzw. Autobahn wahrnehmen. Positiv daran ist aber wiederum die gute Erreichbarkeit des Hotels sei es mit Bahn und Bus oder mit dem Auto. ...also Fazit ...wir kommen definitiv wieder, werden bzw. haben es schon weiterempfohlen und fühlen uns jetzt pudelwohl und tiefenentspannt.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel, es hat eine gute Lage, ansprechend gestaltet und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Wellness Anlage ist sehr schön und großzügig gestaltet. Das Restaurant sehr nett, guter Service und leckere Speisen und Getränke. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.👍

Wir waren am Samstag zum Frühstücken hier. Die Atmosphäre im Fetten Förster war wie immer sehr angenehm und das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Ständig wurde alles wieder nachgelegt, die Qualität war sehr gut und das Angebot sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Der Kaffee war auch schön heiß und lecker… Wir kommen mit der ganzen Familie wieder um einen schönen, gemütlichen Vormittag mit einem tollen Frühstück gemeinsam bei Ihnen zu verbringen.

Tolle Lage direkt am Seilersee. Ich war vor ca. 1,5 Jahren für ein zweitägiges Meeting dort. Die Bäder sind bereits neu und machen einen sehr guten Eindruck, der Rest der Zimmer wirkte allerdings eher schlicht und erinnerte mich eher an eine Jugendherberge. Auch der Konferenzraum ist in die Jahre gekommen und sollte aus meiner Sicht zeitnah renoviert werden. Positiv: Abendessen und Service waren top, und auch an der Bar war es gemütlich mit gutem, aufmerksamem Service. Wenn die Zimmer und die Tagungsbereiche modernisiert sind, ist das Hotel aus meiner Sicht rundum eine sehr starke Adresse.

Schon beim Betreten des Hauses spürt man die angenehme, stilvolle Atmosphäre und die Liebe zum Detail. Das gesamte Team war vom ersten Moment an überaus freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Zimmer war modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und makellos sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den hohen Schlafkomfort sowie die ruhige Lage, die für absolute Entspannung sorgt. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist hervorragend gepflegt und lädt zum Abschalten ein. Insgesamt überzeugt das Hotel durch Qualität, Serviceorientierung und ein harmonisches Ambiente. Ein Hotel, welches vom Interieur, Service und Küche seines Gleichen sucht ! Wir waren zuletzt am 25ten Dezember 2025 vor Ort und durften das Weihnachtsmenü abends genießen! Es war perfekt ! Die zusätzliche Weinbegleitung ergänzte das kulinarische Highlight und auch hier werden sensationelle Weine zu einem wirklich sehr guten Preis angeboten! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Besuch und bedanken uns beim Team für den großartigen Service! Einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr wünschen wir!

Wir haben ein tree Economy Zimmer gebucht und sind damit super zufrieden, das Zimmer ist sauber, geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch der Spa Bereich ist sauber, modern und einladend. Über den Service jedoch sind wir enttäuscht. Wir haben ein Arrangement gebucht in dem ein Begrüssungsgetränk und zum Abend ein 3-Gang Menü inklusive ist. Man hat uns beim Check in den Gutschein für den Drink nicht ausgehändigt und uns auch nicht über die Vorgehensweise für das Dinner informiert. Den Gutschein für das Getränk haben wir erst auf Anfrage erhalten und bei der Ankunft im Restaurant war man mit uns (2 Personen) zunächst überfordert. Es wurde erst die falsche Speisekarte ausgehändigt. Dann waren 4 Getränke die wir gewünscht hätten gar nicht vorhanden. Leider hat es auch etwa eine Stunde gedauert bis wir den Hauptgang erhalten haben. Das Essen war aber lecker. Auch beim Abrechnen war die Bedienung unsicher ob das Essen nun bereits über das Hotel abgerechnet wurde… was mich aber am meisten enttäuscht hat war der Barkeeper, der uns prompt ignoriert hat. Nicht einmal ein „Guten Abend“ oder eine zur Kenntnisnahme wurde uns entgegengebracht sodass wir auf unser Freigetränk gerne verzichtet haben und auf unser Zimmer gegangen sind.

A beautiful hotel in a quiet location, practically in the woods. The decor is very stylish and modern, incorporating nature and forest themes throughout. The rooms are lovely and spacious. The Christmas decorations in harmonious natural colors are particularly well done. A great bar, very friendly service, and an excellent breakfast buffet – everything you could wish for. Service was excellent in Reception, Bar and Restaurant. Dined in restaurant twice, once 7 people and once 3. Food was good both evenings and service was very good. Second evening the steaks were over grilled but replaced quickly and without fuss.Cannot ask for better service. Not our first visit and will not be our last.

Highly recommended! A modern hotel with a large pool and sauna/spa area, beautifully situated between Seilersee lake and the forest. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and well-equipped rooms, some with direct views of the forest. Two excellent attached restaurants: one fine dining, the other casual and down-to-earth. We've stayed here several times and will definitely return.

I regularly stay at the Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten and am generally satisfied. What's really annoying is that the hotel doesn't have control over the occupancy of the EV charging parking spaces. This is certainly the third time that, upon arrival around 9:00 p.m., some of the EV charging spaces are occupied by combustion engines or cars that aren't charging. When I report it to reception, nothing happens. The response I get is that the problem is known and will be reported to the manager, but he doesn't do anything.

We spent a mini-babymoon here. The wellness area is tranquil and stylish. The service was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for a short break from everyday life.

I booked a night for my partner and me as a birthday surprise, and we were both absolutely thrilled. The girls at reception and the entire team there were incredibly lovely, whether in the restaurant at the Wilde Ente (very attentive and friendly service) or at breakfast in the hotel. The spa and pool area were also incredibly beautiful and modern, and the room with a view of the forest was a dream. The entire hotel complex is simply beautiful! We definitely want to come back here, and for more than just one night! Thank you ☺️

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was a dream to feel at home and very tastefully decorated. Like the entire hotel, attention to detail is impeccable. The entire complex is immaculately maintained. The staff is courteous, perfectly trained, and friendly. I was able to relax wonderfully in the pool and spa area. Thanks in part to Eva and her treatments! The town has built several challenging mountain bike downhills, which are easily accessible from the hotel. To round off the day, I was able to enjoy wonderful culinary creations of the highest quality. I would gladly come back!

Great location, but disappointed by service and comfort Our second stay at the Hotel VierJahreszeiten on September 13, 2025, was unfortunately not as enjoyable as the first. The hotel's fantastic location and relaxing ambiance remain outstanding. Our experience with a receptionist (blonde, blue eyes, unfortunately without a name tag) was all the more disappointing. She reacted visibly annoyed and brusquely to our polite request for a room change, which spoiled the overall impression. In addition, we stayed in room B28, whose mattress was very uncomfortable and made a restful sleep almost impossible. That's a shame, because the potential for a perfect stay is there. We hope the hotel improves its service and amenities.

I really enjoyed it, and I, or rather we, will be back. The food is excellent and the spa/wellness area is fantastic. The hotel has helpful and friendly staff. The parking facilities are also excellent.

I've now been there for a conference for the second time. The rooms are very comfortable, and the dinner was a culinary highlight. Unfortunately, the beer tasted very musty and calcified, which would normally deduct a star, but the wellness area makes up for it.

We spent two nights there this week with two people. First of all: We really enjoyed almost everything. The hotel's location is beautiful, and it was very pleasant to have a free(!) and shady parking space in the underground garage on those hot days. The check-in process was perfect. The lady was very friendly, helpful, and competent. The food was good and plentiful – and there were delicious drinks too. The rooms were pleasantly large, quiet, and clean. The only drawback: the restroom lacked a hand basin. The wellness area also deserves special praise. The swimming pools, saunas, etc. were clean and well-maintained. We found the high population of Canada geese, which has been criticized by many, to be an enriching experience. Although there was indeed a lot of goose droppings on the paths around the lakes.

It was beautiful. It's so beautifully situated on the edge of the forest and by Seilersee. And when you look out the window, you don't see any buildings, shops, or a skyline; no: it's green! The service is sooo sweet and friendly. The rooms are very modern, beautiful, and clean. Everything is of high quality: the bathroom, closet, doors, and hallway. Even the trash cans look great! 😅 The wellness area is fantastic. Oh, everything here is simply amazing! 🥹 💚

The room itself was great, but the toilets smelled very bad, especially in the suite. Otherwise, the food was a huge disappointment, so I'm deducting a little for the service. The pasta was truly disappointing, and the food tasted bland, as did my companion. Obviously, everything looked great.

Our business partners sleep here and have breakfast here, and the food is top-notch and of high quality. The Wilde Ente Iserlohn is particularly recommended for a relaxed and enjoyable meal with your wife or friends.

We had a great room with a balcony in the new building. The room has everything you need. The wellness area is the best I've experienced in a hotel so far. The saunas are large, clean, and beautiful. The only thing I have to complain about, and that's why I only give the room four stars, is the slow internet connection. 1-2 Mbps is simply too slow. We will definitely come back to relax.

We have had several SPA stays at the hotel. The atmosphere is modern but also cozy. The rooms are well equipped and the breakfast is very varied and fresh. The sauna area is highly recommended with various saunas and a relaxed atmosphere. Above all, sauna master Holger enriches the sauna and it is always a great experience.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel VierJahreszeiten. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a relaxed and personal atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully designed with high-quality interiors and large windows offering a calming view into the forest—ideal for a peaceful getaway. The food was an absolute highlight: creative, delicious, and beautifully presented—every meal felt like a special experience. The wellness area was top-notch too: modern, quiet, and the perfect place to unwind. We brought our lovely dog with us, and she had a dream stay as well. The hotel is very dog-friendly, and with direct access to forest trails, every walk was an adventure. She felt just as welcomed and relaxed as we did. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The Four Seasons Hotel is beautifully located in Iserlohn, you can go for a great walk there. It has a very modern design and we immediately used the sunny terrace for coffee and cake. The tiramisu cake was very tasty but the cappuccino could be bigger. Thanks for the nice service.

A beautifully located hotel, perfectly integrated into the area, with well-kept greenery around. An ideal place for walks. Delicious, very varied breakfasts. Nice sauna area and nice swimming pool. A huge plus is the opportunity to make a cup of tea in the SPA zone. Minus for the lack of such an option in the room and for the lack of carpeting by the bed (tiles on the floor take away the coziness).

I really liked everything about the hotel. The rooms are very clean and modern. The wellness area and pool were also clean and nice. However, I deducted one star because we only came to the bar at 12:30 a.m. and wanted to have a cocktail. There were a lot of people there and everyone was drinking, but the bartender told us (after 5 minutes of ignorance, even though we were standing right in front of the bar) that the bar was no longer open, as if we were homeless people who had just come off the street to drink. It wasn't nice when everyone else was having fun and we had to leave. We also received an email today saying that a hairdryer cover that wasn't there had been stolen. I still remember that the hairdryer was lying on the shelf in the bathroom without a cover.

We treated ourselves to a wellness day. The spa area with swimming pool and sauna is modern, clean and not too crowded. There are plenty of ways to relax. Dinner in the fat forester wasn't quite to our taste. The breakfast in the Fetten Förster had a very large selection. But the rolls were very hard. We liked it and would come back.

I have stayed at the Hotel VierSeasons many times. Today, after 7 nights in 7 cities and 7 beds, I wanted to write a short report. I stayed in one of the new rooms in the Haus am Wald. 1. Best bed – With the extra length and the top mattress, there is no compromise on my sleeping comfort. Reading lamps and various plugs on the bed give the traveler options for charging their cell phones etc. The view of the greenery from the bed is the icing on the cake. 2. Best bathroom - A beautiful rain shower, stylish tiled washbasin table, large mirror, separate toilet and various soaps, lotions, ... definitely leave nothing to be desired for me. 3. Best service - You will meet the hotel staff throughout the house and a friendly greeting is always the beginning of further conversations if you need something, want to order, have questions... Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to take advantage of the entire range of offerings in the house (wellness area, pool, restaurants, bar, coffee roastery, shop, etc.) during this visit. With the beautiful room, it's difficult for me to leave the room and check out. Top hotel – top service – top style

We have been here several times for a short wellness weekend, which has always been very pleasant. This weekend January 24th - January 26th, 2025, however, we had to experience something that we cannot accept in a hotel because it is absolutely unfriendly. This was about a complaint - management and specifically about the behavior of the reception, as the room cleaning was not carried out. After we returned to the room on Friday, towards the evening, we discovered that the cleaning staff had not carried out the room service. This was communicated to the reception by telephone and they immediately discussed with us whether we had set the room cleaning sign to green, etc .. Actually a NO GO to deal with complaints in such a way that we felt as if we still had to explain ourselves. The employee, Ms. Koch, assured us that she would clarify the matter and that she would get back to us. The following day, the day of departure, we had to actively talk to the lady at reception about the incident and then hear that the ladies in the room cleaning department had been told by us that we didn't want the room to be cleaned, which wasn't true, but The lady from room service didn't speak enough German to understand that we wanted to go for breakfast first at 9:00 a.m. and that she would be happy to come back around 11:00 a.m. to do the cleaning. All in all, mistakes can happen, it's human, but Ms. Koch's reaction defies description, this is definitely not how you treat guests, there is obviously a clear need for further training here, I recommend a course in NLP - neuro-linguistic - programming . Not a nice experience for us and we will definitely think about whether we will do wellness here again, because there are still enough competitors on the market and for a price of around €500 for 2 nights, a different way of dealing with guests can be expected, although that shouldn't be dependent on money and shouldn't give the feeling that you want to get something out of it, but obviously it doesn't bother the operators. Reaction to Ms. Alexandra Schenk's reply: Dear Ms. Schenk, unfortunately you misunderstood us. After the misunderstanding, we called reception on Friday evening and were told that there was no room service. The lady at the reception told us that she would clarify the matter and then get back to you. Your employee did not provide any feedback; instead, we had to proactively address the matter with reception the next morning. What really annoyed us here is that your employee started discussing things with us, see recession. This discussion effort by your employee annoyed us very much, because she presented it as if it were our fault that housekeeping went wrong, which annoyed us very much and in no case did the attention you mentioned was given, which is an allegation seems extremely strange, because if you had shown your gratitude, the matter would of course have been put to rest.

**Nice hotel with unfortunately unpleasant sauna experience** We have always really appreciated this hotel: the rooms are beautiful and the service is always top. In the past we have always had great experiences, but unfortunately on January 25th, 2025 there was a very unpleasant situation that overshadowed our stay. We were in the sauna when the gentleman doing the infusions suddenly became very rude and aggressive. He asked us to undress completely, even though we were wearing a towel - which we had previously checked with reception and no concerns were raised there. The employee insisted that we should be completely nudist, but he himself walked around the sauna in street clothes, which was very contradictory for us. The situation escalated when he finally kicked us out of the sauna. It was a very unpleasant and disrespectful experience that we did not expect. Even after complaining to management, the incident was passed on because the gentleman simply wanted to remove us from the entire sauna area without explanation and in a very unprofessional manner. It is a great shame that this incident has marred our otherwise positive experience with the hotel. I hope that such incidents will be handled better in the future so that guests can continue to have the pleasant stay that we are used to.

Overnight stay in the new house by the forest. New modern rooms, new modern sauna area that leaves nothing to be desired. The new steam bath is particularly noteworthy here. Simply outstanding. We spent two nights in the TREEconomy room as part of the “Relax Weekend Package” including breakfast, sauna and dinner. The room was stylishly furnished and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even before booking with telephone queries). The breakfast buffet was excellent, the dinner in the hotel's restaurant "Fetter Förster" was excellent and the dinner in the "Wilden Ente" was, apart from the incredibly delicate starter, unfortunately only mediocre. The sauna area also offered everything we wanted. So overall it was a very nice weekend, in a great hotel with staff that gave you the impression that you enjoy your job. You feel welcome!

Small, pleasant wellness area with the wonderful infusion master Holger, who takes on his task with commitment and affection. Very mindful and relaxing days spent there. What can definitely be improved for this hotel is the offer and flexibility with regard to vegetarian diets. While the meat dishes in the restaurant are "impressive" - ​​visually and how the components on the menu read - we had to make do with a "simple" curry (Fetter Förster) and salad and penne with cream sauce (Wild Duck). We expected a little more in terms of cuisine. The room in the TREEconomy category was a highlight and was equipped to a high standard. Fresh, self-roasted coffee provided in the room included. The service throughout the entire hotel is highly commendable.

We booked an overnight stay in the new room and were thrilled. The wellness area turned out great and the highlight was the sauna master who was very enthusiastic. But the rest of the staff was friendly as always.

I had the pleasure of experiencing an infusion from sauna master Holger at the Hotel 4 Seasons - and it was simply world class! I have never experienced such a pleasant and contemplative infusion. Sauna area very nice. The sauna master Holger has enriched the relaxation even further with his infusions. Only the street near the hotel was a bit annoying with the car noises when you were outside. But overall had a great time.

We were really pleasantly surprised. The hotel is modern and well-equipped - I found it particularly pleasant that you can make coffee from your own roastery in your room in the morning and look out into the beautiful forest. We had a Treeconomy room with a beautiful bathroom and very modern facilities, one of the best rooms I've ever had for the money. You can even hear owls there at night, which is really something different. The WiFi was fast, and the smart TVs for streaming are a big plus - you can tell that the hotel is moving with the times. The staff was young, friendly and very motivated, which made the stay really pleasant. At the beginning we were very nicely shown around the hotel where we were told a few facts, a small but very nice gesture that you took the time for it. Spa area: The spa is modern and spacious, and although it was busy, there was never a feeling of being “too crowded”. The highlight was the infusion - we have never experienced such quality in any other hotel, and a big thank you goes to Holger, who made the infusion really special. Also that you can do the whole thing on the day of departure. We found it very good to be able to spend the day in the spa area and then drive home relaxed. A few small improvements would be helpful: It would be good if there were colored clips or the room number on the towels and bathrobes to avoid confusion, which happened often. More cushions for the loungers in the pool area would also be practical, as only every third or fourth lounger had one. A hot tub would be the icing on the cake. Otherwise, the spa area is definitely recommended for hotel guests. Eating at the Wild Duck: We only ate in the “Wilde Ente” restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The price-performance ratio is really good and the portion sizes are enough to fill you up. The staff here was also very friendly and accommodating, and table requests were taken into account. The only suggestion for improvement: A little more relaxed music would fit the ambience better than the current radio music. Conclusion: We will definitely come back. A well-run hotel with well thought-out details and great service and an extremely good price-performance ratio.

We stayed at the hotel for a long spa weekend and booked the suite with its own steam sauna, which was really a highlight! The room was very modern. The only point of criticism: A topper on the bed would have been nice, as there would then have been no “crack for visitors”. The beds were still very comfortable and comfortable. Otherwise the team was very friendly and the breakfast was also very tasty. Right next to the hotel there is a forest where you can go for a wonderful walk. It was a really nice, relaxing weekend!

A very nice hotel in a quiet location. Unfortunately there is not much to see from the hotel of Seilersee. But in my opinion that's not a big problem. The staff is friendly, helpful. Excellent food and drinks. The hotel also has a rustic restaurant. Wild duck. There is very tasty food there for every taste. Young staff Always up for jokes.

We went to this hotel for coffee this afternoon. That morning I asked whether the cake was offered by the city's tried-and-tested confectioner. This was clearly promised, but unfortunately this was not the case. I asked the waitress on site and the first thing she told me was that it was like that. When I asked further questions, she admitted that some of the cakes were not from this pastry chef and in the end she said only one cake was from the well-known pastry shop. Unfortunately, this was not the case, because anyone who can distinguish between these cakes will notice the difference very quickly. Unfortunately, the service wasn't particularly good today either; we mostly had to wait a long time for our orders and the last two drinks weren't served at all. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with today's visit and actually know it better as regular guests. Best regards

I recently stayed at this hotel and would like to share my mixed impressions. The staff was simply fantastic - friendly, accommodating and always ready to help you with any questions or requests. I would particularly like to highlight the excellent service in the restaurant. The food was an absolute highlight of my stay. The dishes were not only excellent in terms of taste, but also varied. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the rooms. These were disappointingly old-fashioned and in desperate need of renovation. The furniture seemed worn and the entire interior was definitely past its best. The rooms do not exude the comfort and modernity that you would expect from a hotel with such high standards. It would be nice if the hotel invested in modernizing the rooms to meet the high standards of the staff and cuisine. Overall the stay was okay, but the outdated rooms would make me think twice about coming back. If the hotel would work on the amenities it would be a great place to stay.

Great location, I really want to stay there sometime.
